Beginning from Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017), all articles will be published in the English version and Indonesia version. The publication frequency is twice a year in March and October. Abstract

This study aims to describe aggressive behavior raised by early childhood. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method with literature studies. In this literature study research, researchers collect data by collecting and analyzing various written sources such as articles, journals, and books that are relevant to the research in this study. The results of this literature study study, explaining that children's aggressive behavior is one form of inappropriate social learning children, because this behavior can harm children and others, the factors causing the emergence of aggressive behavior in children are divided into two, namely internal factors and external factors while handling aggressive behavior in early childhood needs to be adjusted to the causes of behavior and requires cooperation from various parties both from parents, teachers, as well as the community.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate tax inclusion in courses and analyze their effectiveness and impact on students. Taxes are an important aspect of a country's economy, and a good understanding of taxes is required by citizens, including students as future generations. This research will use qualitative and quantitative approaches by collecting data from students taking tax inclusion courses. Research methods include surveys, interviews, and analysis of exam results as well as assignments related to tax materials. The data will be analyzed using statistical techniques and a descriptive approach. First, this study will evaluate the effectiveness of the tax inclusion learning approach applied in the course. Effectiveness is measured based on students' understanding of tax concepts and their ability to apply that knowledge in real-life situations. Second, this study will identify the impact of tax inclusion in the course on students' social and economic perspectives. Social impacts can include their level of awareness and readiness to pay taxes as responsible citizens. The economic impact can be seen through increased understanding of personal financial management and its effect on investment and consumption. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the development of a higher education curriculum that is more relevant to the needs of the community. In addition, this research can provide input for educational institutions to improve learning approaches that are more effective and interesting in teaching tax materials.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the understanding of teachers and students towards the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) as one of the instruments of the National Assessment. The urgency of teachers’ and students’ understanding of the Minimum Competency Assessment will determine the success of the implementation of new policies in the field of learning evaluation. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires in the form of a Google Form to teachers and students of 11th grade at State Senior High School 62 in East Jakarta about the essence, competencies, components, format, and number of questions in the AKM. The collected data is then analysed using descriptive statistical techniques in the form of percentages. The results of this research show that 64.7% of teachers have understood the AKM, while 35.5% of teachers have not understood it. Meanwhile, 66.4% of students have understood the AKM, while 33.3% of students have no understood yet

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of building and developing entrepreneurial intentions for students. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 100 students. The instruments used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis including hypothesis testing T test, F test and R 2 test. The results of this study indicate: 1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, 2) Entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and 3) Self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. The conclusion of this research is that if universities want to build and develop students' entrepreneurial spirit, then universities need to improve student self-efficacy and entrepreneurship education.

Abstract

The research is motivated by the need to form an appropriate leadership strategy to improve the quality of education by collaborating with all members including teachers, staff, students, and parents or guardians of students. This study aims to analyze and answer learning organization leadership strategies in improving the quality of secondary education. The research method used is a literature study based on articles, papers, books and other sources that support research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that improving the quality of secondary education requires strong leadership from school principals, good teacher performance, student and parent involvement in the education process, and attention to internal and external factors that affect education quality.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk melngeltahui apakah telrdapat kolntribusi antara kelkuatan oltolt lelngan dan kellelntukan telrhadap keltelpatan mellakukan selrvis atas dalam ollahraga bolla volli pada siswa di SMK Nelgelri 5 Palelmbang. Metode penelitian kolrellasi delngan pelndelkatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 5 Palembang yaitu X.Ans dan X.PSPT, delngan telknik Purpolsivel Sampling maka didapatkan sampel kelas X. ANS sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah uji normalistas, korelasi linier berganda dan uji F. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X ANS dan X PSPT yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu kelas X ANS sebanyak 20 siswa SMK Negeri 5 Palembang. Hasil penelitian kekuatan otot lengan memperoleh nilai 892 kemudian uji F ditolak diterima karena hasil hipotesis menunjukan F hitung > F tabel 33,09 > 3,55. Besarnya kontribusi kekuatan otot lengan terhadap ketepatan servis atas bola voli mendapatkan hasil 79%. Kelentukan pergelangan tangan memperoleh nilai 945 kemudian uji F ditolak diterima karena hasil hipotesis menunjukan F hitung > F tabel 8,50 > 3,55. Besarnya kontribusi kelentukan pergelangan tangan terhadap ketepatan servis atas bola voli mendapatkan hasil 89%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan dan kelentukan pergelangan tangan terhadap ketepatan servis atas bola voli SMK Negeri 5 Palembang yaitu sebesar 0,954 dengan taraf signifikan 5% untuk N = 20 dengan hasil uji F menunjukan hasil 8,606 > 3,55 yang artinya di tolak dan di terima. Sedangkan uji determinan menunjukan kontribusi sebesar 91%.

Abstract

Guru merupakan tenaga profesional yang berperan penting dalam menciptakan generasi muda yang unggul dan sukses. Tidak hanya berperan dalam dunia pendidikan, seorang guru juga berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakteristik siswa. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi karakteristik siswa adalah kompetensi kepribadian guru. Kompetensi kepribadian seorang guru merupakan modal dasar dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai tenaga pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap kedisiplinan siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel diukur menggunakan instrumen angket. Populasi penelitian adalah kelas X MA Sunan Gunung Jati dengan sampel 46 siswa. Uji deskriptif dan regresi digunakan sebagai teknis analisis data. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi sederhana didapatkan koefisien kolerasi sebesar 0,967, sedangkan hasil uji F didapatkan F hitung sebesar 141,207 dengan taraf signifikasi <0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Setelah dilakukan uji koefisien determinasi, didapatkan bahwa persentase pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap kedisiplinan siswa sebesar 66,9%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan siswa.

Abstract

Musik Bambu merupakan kelompok orkes musik instrumen tradisional yang berasal dari suku Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua jenis Musik Bambu di Minahasa, yaitu Musik Bambu Melulu, dan Musik Bambu Klarinet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya pelestarian Musik Bambu yang dilakukan oleh Pelaku seni dan Masyarakat di desa Tumaratas dua, kecamatan Langowan Barat, kabupaten Minahasa, dan desa Liwutung. Kecamatan Pasan, Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan kajian etnomusikologi. Etnomusikologi merupakan disiplin ilmu yang memayungi beberapa disiplin ilmu lain seperti musikologi, organologi, dan antropologi. Hasil yang didapati adalah terdapat perbedaan dalam upaya pelestarian yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dan pelaku seni di desa Tumaratas Dua, dan desa Liwutung. Musik Bambu Melulu yang merupakan jenis Musik Bambu pertama di Minahasa masih dipertahankan keasliannya oleh pelaku seni di Desa Tumaratas Dua meskipun dihadapi oleh tantangan perkembangan zaman. Meskipun banyak ancaman yang dihadapi dalam pelestaran Musik Bambu Melulu, masyarakat di desa Tumaratas Dua juga masih menggunakan Musik Bambu Melulu dalam acara/kegiatan-kegiatan desa. Di sisi lain, Musik Bambu Klarinet di desa Liwutung hingga saat ini masih dilestarikan oleh pelaku seni dan masyarakat disana. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan adalah perubahan organologi, pengembangan aransemen, dan keterelibatan masyarakat dari kalangan muda hingga dewasa dalam Musik Bambu Klarinet.Kata Kunci: Pelestarian, Perubahan, Musik Tradisional Abstract Bamboo Music is a group of traditional musical instrument orchestras originating from the Minahasa tribe in North Sulawesi. This research focuses on two types of Bamboo Music in Minahasa: Melulu Bamboo Music and Clarinet Bamboo Music. This study aims to determine the efforts to preserve Bamboo Music carried out by performers and the community in Tumaratas Dua village, West Langowan sub-district, Minahasa district, and Liwutung village. Pasan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency This study combines qualitative research with ethnomusicological studies. Ethnomusicology is a discipline that covers several other disciplines, such as musicology, organology, and anthropology. The results found that there were differences in the conservation efforts carried out by the community and artists in Tumaratas Dua village and Liwutung village. Melulu Bamboo Music, which is the first type of Bamboo Music in Minahasa, is still maintained by artists in Tumaratas Dua Village, despite the challenges of the times. Even though there are many threats to the performance of Melulu Bamboo Music, the community in Tumaratas Dua village still uses Melulu Bamboo Music in village events and activities. On the other hand, the Clarinet Bamboo Music in Liwutung village is still being preserved by artists and the people there. The efforts made are organological changes, arrangement development, and community involvement from young people to adults in Clarinet Bamboo Music.Keywords: Preservation, Change, Traditional Music

Abstract

Abstrak Pertunjukan Sere Bissu Maggiri merupakan pertunjukan tari tradisional berasal dari suku Bugis Bone yang teletak di Sulawesi Selatan. Pelaku kesenian dari pertunjukkan tersebut adalah Bissu merupakan laki-laki berpenampilan wanita dari Komunitas Bissu Bone. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskipsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter masyarakat Bone terefleksi dalam pertunjukan Sere Bissu Maggiri. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenalogi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pendidikan Karakter pada masyarakat Bone dalam Pertunjukan Sere Bissu Maggiri terdapat nilai-nilai karakter terdapat Tuhan, terhadap diri sendiri dan terhadap sesama dari tiga nilai tersebut menjadi acuan dan pedoman bersikap sebagai masyarakat Bone dengan Bone kota beradat. Menjunjung tinggi nilai moral bersikap dan menghargai kesenian leluhur mempertahankan dan terus dilestarikan. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Sere Bissu Maggiri, Bone AbstractThe Sere Bissu Maggiri performance is a traditional dance performance originating from the Bugis Bone tribe located in South Sulawesi. The performers of the show are Bissu, men dressed as women from the Bissu Bone Community. The purpose of this study is to describe the character education values of the people of Bone as reflected in the Sere Bissu Maggiri performance. Using qualitative methods with a phenomenological research design The results of the study show that character education in the Bone community in the Sere Bissu Maggiri performance contains character values that include God, oneself, and others, with the three values becoming a reference and guideline for behaving as a Bone community in a civilized city. Abstract

Musik kompang adalah musik tradisi Melayu yang mempedomani dari kitab barzanji berupa nyanyian atau puji-pujian terhadap kebesaran Allah SWT dan Nabi Muhammad SAW dan diiringi dengan instrumen kompang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pesan moral dalam musik tradisional kompang di Kabupaten Bengkalis Provinsi Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan interdisiplin. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu menunjukkan bahwa musik kompang merupakan salah satu sarana yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana komunikasi dalam mendidik melalui syair-syair Al-Barzanji yang dilantunkan, karena bermain musik kompang ini bukanlah suatu tuntutan tetapi merupakan suatu jalan insan berbudaya lebih melengkapi dirinya dengan nilai- nilai ajaran moral yang meliputi: (a) moral dalam hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan, (b) moral dalam hubungan manusia dengan manusia lain, (c) moral dalam hubungan manusia dengan alam, dan (d) moral dalam hubungan manusia dengan diri sendiri. Penelitian ini mengharapkan untuk kita semua sebagai audience dapat mengambil serta dapat mengaplikasikan nilai moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Pesan Moral, Musik Tradisional Kompang. Abstract Kompang music is traditional Malay music which is guided by the Barzanji book in the form of singing or praising the greatness of Allah SWT and the Prophet Muhammad SAW and accompanied by the Kompang instrument. The purpose of this research is to analyze the moral message in Kompang traditional music in Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method using an interdisciplinary approach. The results of this study indicate that Kompang music is a means that can be used as a means of communication in educating through Al-Barzanji poems that are sung, because playing Kompang music is not a requirement but a way for a cultured human being to equip himself with moral values which include: (a) morals in human relations with God, (b) morals in human relations with other human beings, (c) morals in human relations with nature, and (d) morals in human relations with oneself. This research hopes that all of us as the audience can take and be able to apply moral values in everyday life.Keywords: Moral Message, Kompang Traditional Music.
