Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi visi dan misi di pesantren Ibnussabil, khususnya gambaran visi dan misi tercermin dalam kehidupan pesantren, upaya yang pencapaian visi dan misi tersebut dan tolak ukur keberhasilan visi dan misi tersebut. Penelitian ini dekriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data; wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis dengan Miles, Huberman dan Saldana. Validasi dengan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa Implementasi visi dan misi pesantren dapat dilihat beberapa hal. 1) Cerminan visi dan misi pesantren nampak pada aktivitas sehari-hari santri, program-program dan kurikulum pesantren. 2) Upaya pencapaian visi dan misi pesantren dengan beberapa langkah; sosialisasi visi dan misi kepada calon santri baru dan orang tua mereka, sosialisasi visi dan misi kepada warga pesantren pada saat pekan perkenalan, dan menjelaskan keterkaitan visi dan misi dengan aktivitas santri, program dan kurikulum pesantren pada acara-acara penting. 3) Tolak ukur keberhasilan visi dan misi pesantren dengan menentukan idikator-indikator keberhasilan yang dilahirkan dari beberapa variabel-variabel visi dan misi pesantren.

Abstract

This research study explores the effectiveness of incorporating songs into the English language learning curriculum for elementary-level students, focusing on their impact on various language skills. In an educational landscape that increasingly emphasizes creative and engaging approaches, this investigation delves into the potential benefits of integrating songs into traditional language instruction. This study was a descriptive qualitative study, while the data is collected through classroom observations and literature studies in order to provide a comprehensive view of the multifaceted effects of using songs as a pedagogical tool. The findings highlight the positive influence of songs on vocabulary acquisition, pronunciation refinement, and listening comprehension development. Additionally, songs contribute to a richer cultural context for language learning, fostering greater cultural awareness among elementary students. Importantly, the research underscores the motivational power of songs, which enhances student engagement and willingness to participate actively in English language activities. This research concludes that integrating songs into the curriculum is a promising strategy for enhancing English language skills at the elementary level. It advocates for a thoughtful and strategic approach to song selection and pedagogical methods while recognizing the need for continued exploration and research to refine the implementation of songs in language education. Ultimately, this study underscores the value of creative and engaging learning methods in nurturing well-rounded language skills among young learners.

Abstract

The team from the Tadris Mathematics Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan organized community service in the form of training on the use of wordwall applications. This training aims to create interactive learning media. This activity was held at a school that had collaborated with the organizers. This service was held with the aim of providing guidance on the use of the Wordwall application in compiling interactive learning media. This is expected to be a solution to create interesting learning by combining theory and practice.In this activity, participants were given theoretical information about Wordwall through slide presentations from presenters, which were then followed by direct practice by the participants. The result of this training is an increase in teachers' understanding of the latest innovations in the use of interactive learning media. After the training, teachers can apply Wordwall to create teaching materials, learning media, and evaluation tools with their own creativity. Previously, the majority of teachers were not familiar with the theory and practice of using Wordwall, but after training, almost all teachers who participated in this activity were able to understand the theory and apply Wordwall in their learning. The positive impact of this service activity is that teachers can design various educational games with wordwalls according to the material taught, the establishment of cooperation between the service team and the SD Negeri 200118 Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of the author's observations in public high schools in Solok City regarding the performance of honorary teachers, where it is seen that the performance level of honorary teachers is still very low. In this case, of the many factors that influence the performance of honorary teachers, the policies of the superiors, in this case the Head of Region III Regional Office and evaluation of work discipline, are factors that have a major influence on the performance of honorary teachers. The purpose of the study was to determine (1) the contribution of Regional III (X1) Regional Headquarters policy to the performance of honorary teachers (Y) in SMA Negeri Kota Solok, (2) the contribution of work discipline evaluation (X2) to the performance of honorary teachers (Y) in SMA Negeri Kota Solok, and (3) the contribution of regional III (X1) Head of Civil Engineering Policy and evaluation of work discipline (X2) on the performance of honorary teachers (Y) in SMA Negeri Kota Solok. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach to the correlational method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population of the study was 53 honorary teachers at Solok State Senior High School. The research sample was selected by total sampling technique, because the total population is less than 100 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire about Region III Head of Regional Office Policy, evaluation of work discipline and honorary teacher performance, by using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version 20.0. Based on data processing, the results are (1) there is a significant and positive contribution of X1 to Y with a strong category indicated by a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, (2) there is a contribution of X2 to Y indicated by a significant value 0.000 <0.05 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, (3) there is a significant and positive contribution of X1 and X2 to Y with a strong category indicated by a significant 0.000 <0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of these findings can be concluded that the policies of Regional III Regional Office and Evaluation of work discipline are two factors that have contributed to the performance of honorary teachers in SMA Negeri Kota Solok.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the discovery learning model on student learning outcomes in dynamic electrical material. This research uses a quantitative type of research using pre-experimental methods. The population in this study consisted of all students in class XII MIPA at SMAN 13 Bungo for the 2023/2024 academic year. The sample in this study amounted to 33 people, of which the number of students was 18 people, while the number of female students was 15 students. This research was obtained from the results of students' daily test scores on dynamic electricity material. The instrument in this research consists of essay questions in the form of an essay test. These questions are given to students when doing daily tests on dynamic electricity material. Based on the results of students' daily tests, the data obtained an average value of 72.16 with a standard deviation of 10.133. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that the discovery learning model does not have a significant effect on student learning outcomes in dynamic electricity material. This is because the process of implementing the discovery learning model has not run optimally so it has not been able to maximize and improve learning outcomes, especially dynamic electrical material.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang berperan aktif dalam pembangunan bangsa melalui pendidikan. Seiring berjalannya waktu, kesan baik/citra dari pondok pesantren di era serba digital harus terus dijaga, guna mempertahankan citra baik dari pondok pesantren, maka pondok pesantren perlu melakukan strategi pemasaran yang baik juga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana strategi pemasaran pondok pesantren salaf dalam meningkatkan citra positif kepada masyarakat di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan yang bersifat diskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini menggunakan data primer dan skunder dan dilaksanakan dengan teori belajar bauran pemasaran 7P dan teori image restoration. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa strategi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan citra di pondok pesantren Al-Hidayah telah berjalan dengan berbagai macam strategi, yaitu produk jasa pendidikan yang ditawarkan pondok pesantren tradisional telah diselaraskan dengan kurikulum sekolah, pemasaran melalui media offline dan online, penyesuaian biaya, pemberdayaan SDM, dan fasilitas pesantren.

Abstract

Geographical Indication Protection aims to protect the uniqueness of a region's products, such as producers from certain regions which are famous for their sap water. usually they do not protect the quality of their regional products. This can open the door for other manufacturers in different locations to produce similar products and claim that their products come from the same area or have the same quality, when in fact they do not The Mini Research Assignment for Group 1 from class A PPKn stambuk 2021 is entitled: "Legal Protection of Geographical Indications for Nira Water in Dolog Haluan Village, Dolog Masagal District, Pematang Raya" The results of this observation will hopefully provide a better understanding of the effectiveness of the geographical indication law in protecting and promoting sap water in the Pematang Raya area. This research aims to understand the role of geographical indication laws in protecting and promoting sap water from the Pematang Raya area. This Mini Research uses normative empirical research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach.

Abstract

The inauguration of Megawati Soekarnoputri as an honorary professor at the Defense University of the Republic of Indonesia became a topic of conversation among the public because this was the first time this had happened in Indonesia. Megawati wrote a scientific work entitled "President Megawati's Leadership in the Era of Multidimensional Crisis, 2001-2004" and gave a speech at her inauguration as Non-Permanent Professor. The two texts discuss the problems that occurred during the era of Megawati's leadership, policies to overcome problems, and the emergence of a model of "strategic leadership based on Pancasila". The leadership discourse formed by Megawati is interesting to discuss considering Megawati's position, who is the general chair of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), as well as chair of the Steering Committee of the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP) and the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). This research uses a qualitative approach with a critical paradigm. The research method uses critical discourse analysis coined by Fairclough, where Megawati's scientific work and inauguration speech are reviewed from the perspective of text, discursive practice and social practice. Fuchs, Habermas, and Foucault's views on knowledge and power are used to help uncover discursive practices and their impact on social practice. Based on the results of the analysis, Megawati is building a positive image as an influential strategic leader to this day. The leadership model he initiated focuses on the leader's ability to influence others and pay attention to the role of the people in decision making. The knowledge that is built is Pancasila, which is the basis for every social activity which actually reduces its values to a controlled knowledge system. The impact that arises is that the state's control over individuals is increasingly tight, down to the cognitive level. When drawn to the momentum of the 2024 general election, leadership discourse was used to help Megawati and her group return to power.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of giving reinforcement skills by teachers on learning motivation in Financial Accounting in class XI Accounting at SMKN 1 Polewali. The variables in this study are reinforcement skills as the independent variable and learning motivation as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all 64 students in class XI Accounting at SMKN 1 Polewali for the 2022/2023 period, while the sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 35 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, a simple linear regression equation model is obtained Y'=31.128+0.440X, which means that each addition of 1 skill value gives reinforcement, then student learning motivation in financial accounting subjects increases by 0.440. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (r2) it was obtained that the value of r2 = 31.4%, which means that reinforcement skills contribute 31.4% to student learning motivation and the remaining 68.6% is influenced by other factors. While the results of the t-test analysis obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the skill to provide reinforcement has a positive and significant effect on student learning motivation, thus the hypothesis is "accepted".

Abstract

Assessment or evaluation is an integral and inseparable part of learning. Through assessment, an individual's abilities become clearly visible. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the design of PAI and BP learning assessments in the Merdeka Curriculum at SMP 9 Muhammadiyah Gondanglegi as one of the schools that has implemented the Merdeka Curriculum with the Mandiri Berubah option. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive method. The data collection techniques involve interviews and documentation. Data processing is carried out through validity testing and data triangulation across time, place, and subjects. The results of this research indicate that the design of PAI and BP learning assessments at SMP 9 Mugi follows a sequence from planning, implementation, data analysis, data interpretation, and follow-up. The forms of assessment conducted are Diagnostic Assessment, Formative Assessment, and Summative Assessment. Assessment greatly assists teachers in reflecting on the teaching strategies they employ
