This research uses a STEM approach in online lectures on learning outcomes in biology learning innovation courses. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method with a posttest only design with a nonequivalent group. The population of this study was the fourth-semester students of Tadris Biology UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi in class VI B and VI C, which opened 18 people. Samples were taken by using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this study was in the form of 5 essay test questions. Data analysis used t-test and correlation test. From the results of data analysis with the t test, it can be concluded that online lectures using the STEM approach are much better than online lectures without using the STEM approach. Research analysis continued with correlation test, and it wasfound that lectures with a STEM approach had a significant effect on student cognitive domain learningo utcomes.Keywords: Online Lectures, STEM Approach, Cognitive Learning Outcomes

This study aims to analyze the effect of project-based learning with YouTube presentations as a final project on the cognitive domain online learning outcomes in English for Physics subjects. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method. The design of the study was post-test with a non-equivalent design. The populations of this study were the fourth-semester students of Physics Tadris, which amounted to 32 people. The samples were taken by using the saturated sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was 20 multiple-choice questions. in analyzing the data, the researcher used the t-test and correlation test (phi (Φ) test) with a significance level of α = 0,05. The results of the t-test show that there is a difference in learning achievement where the experimental class is better than the control class. Then from the results of the correlation test (phi test (Φ)) shows that project-based learning with YouTube achievement as a final project has a significant effect on the cognitive domain.

In learning physics, it is very necessary to have the ability to understand concepts, especially in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Education must continue to ensure the implementation of the learning process in accordance with their talents and interests and ensure student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to contribute to the teacher's contribution in improving the learning outcomes of class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Darul Arifin Jambi using the question and answer method assisted by video learning to improve student learning outcomes. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using 2 cycles. Each cycle has 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were all students of class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pondok Pesantren Darul Arifin Jambi City. The technique of collecting data is through observation and learning outcomes tests, with a minimum success indicator of 75% of students succeeding in the learning outcomes test. In the learning outcomes test, the average score of students is still low, namely 34.97 with a percentage of completeness of 5.88%, in the first cycle it increases to 63, with a completeness percentage of 52.94%, in the second cycle the average value becomes 76.47 with a completeness percentage of 82.35%

Pandemi COVID-19 membuat pembelajaran dilakukan secara online. Schoology adalah platform sistem manajemen pembelajaran yang mudah digunakan. Grup WhatsApp akan menjadi alat koordinasi selama pembelajaran. E-learning berbasis schoology dengan bantuan WhatsApp Group merupakan solusi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Aplikasi ini memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa untuk berkomunikasi dan berkolaborasi tanpa memerlukan kuota yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh e-learning berbasis Schoology dengan bantuan WhatsApp Group terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa di tengah pandemi COVID-19. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 38 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 20 mahasiswa yang diambil berdasarkan pertimbangan. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua kelas. Pada kelas eksperimen pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan e-learning berbasis Schoology berbantuan WhatsApp Group sedangkan pembelajaran kelas kontrol dilaksanakan berdasarkan kebutuhan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari soal tes uraian, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes t dan phi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan e-learning berbasis schoology dengan bantuan WhatsApp group terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa di tengah pandemi COVID-19.

Analysis of t-test data from the calculation results shows that the use of the STEAM approach is proven to be better than online lectures without using the STEAM approach. The results of the study were continued with a correlation test (phi test (Φ)), from the results of the calculations, it was concluded that the STEAM approach had a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students’ cognitive domains in the biology learning innovation course.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan STEAM terhadap hasil belajar inovasi biologi, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain posttest only dengan nonequivalent group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV Biologi Tadris UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi kelas IVA, IVB, IVC, dan VI D yang berjumlah 36 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas VIA dan IV D diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa 5 soal tes essay. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan uji korelasi (phi (Φ)). Analisis data uji t Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan pendekatan STEAM terbukti lebih baik daripada perkuliahahan online tanpa menggunakan pendekatan STEAM. Hasil penelitian dilanjutkan dengan uji korelasi (uji phi (Φ)), dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pendekatan STEAM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar ranah kognitif mahasiswa pada mata kuliah inovasi pembelajaran biologi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media animasi berkarakter islami terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Ilmu pengetahuan bumi dan antariksa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experimental dengan desain penelitian ini adalah the posstest only design with nonequivalent group. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester V Tadris Fisika UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Sampel diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh, dikarenakan semester V hanya berjumlah berjumlah dua kelas. Instrumen yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini berupa tes soal objektif. Analisi data menggunakan teknik uji ttest. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai - ttabel ≤ thitung ≤ + ttabel yaitu 2,10 ≤ 6,87 ≥ + 2,10, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05, maka dapat dinyatkan terdapat pengaruh yang lebih baik hasil belajar mahasiswa menggunakan media animasi berkarakter islami dibanding dengan media animasi tanpa karakter islami. Hasil penelitian dilanjutkan uji koreslasi (Uji phi (Φ)), dimana dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai rtabel ≤ rhitung dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 yaitu 0,304 ≤ 0,0,782 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media animasi berkarakter islami memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasi belajar mahasiswa.

Abstrak. This study aims to analyze students' mathematical connections in terms of their initial ability to material opportunities. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method with the design of this research is the Two Group Pretest-posttest. The population of this study was all students of semester VI Physics Tadris UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, totaling 42 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with research instruments in the form of test descriptions. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test test. From the calculation results, the value - ttable ≤ tcount ≤ + ttable is -2.02 ≤ 7.84 ≥ + 2.02, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted at the significance level α = 0.05. So it can be stated that there are differences in student learning outcomes with high initial mathematical abilities compared to low initial mathematical abilities. The results of the research correlation test (test phi (Φ)), where the calculation results obtained rtabel value ≤ rcount, namely 0.305 ≤ 0.873 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted at the significance level α = 0.05. So that it can be revealed that the initial mathematical ability has a significant effect on student learning outcomes on probability. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis koneksi matematis mahasiswa dilihat dari kemampuan awal terhadap terhadap materi peluang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experimental dengan desain penelitian ini adalah the Two Group Pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester VI Tadris Fisika UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi yang berjumlah 42 Orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan Instrumen penelitian berupa tes uraian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji ttest. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai -ttabel ≤ thitung ≤ + ttabel yaitu -2,02 ≤ 7,84 ≥ + 2,02, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa kemampuan awal matematik tinggi dibanding dengan keamampuan awal matematik rendah. Hasil penelitian dilanjutkan uji koreslasi (Uji phi (Φ)), dimana dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai rtabel ≤ rhitung yaitu 0,305 ≤ 0,873 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan awal matematik memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasi belajar mahasiswa pada materi probabilitas.

This study aims to investigate the ability of the Hybrid Learning learning model on the creativity of biology education students in the educational innovation course. This research has been carried out using a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were biology education students in semester VI, Faculty of Education and Teacher Training at Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University Jambi, namely four classes with a population of 37 people, which was then sampled using the purposive sampling method where class VIA and VIC were the Experiment Class and Class VIB and VID was as a Control Class. The instrument used is was a test in the form of a description of ten items regarding creativity. Data analysis in this study used t-tes. The results of the investigation showed a significant influence on the creativity of students who used hybrid learning even though lectures were conducted remotely and in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The students’ physics learning achievement at UIN STS Jambi was still low. It was caused by teachinglearning process which was still dominated by lecturer (Lecterer Centered) and the students lack of priormotivation to learn Physics Statistic. One of the solutions to solve those problems was that applying thecooperative problem possing model. This research was aimed at investigating the interaction ofcooperative problem posing model and prior motivation towards students’ learning achievement ofphysic statistic. The Population of this research was 41 students and sample was 20 students. It wastaken by using total sampling technique. This research was conducted in two classes namely experimentand control class. In experiment class, the students were taught by using cooperative problem posingmodel while students in control class were taught by using conventional model. Every class had twoclassifications of students, high motivated students and low motivated students. The data were taken fromquestionnaire and test which were conducted before and after treatment. Furthermore, the data wereanalyzed by using t-test and two ways anova for different number of sample. The results of data analysisshowed that there was no interaction between cooperative problem posing model and prior motivationtowards students’ learning achievement in cognitive domain.
