Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan focuses on the following topics: Curriculum development, teacher education and professional development, teacher training, cross-cultural studies, learning, evaluation, English language teaching, counseling, management, quality of education, and the use of communication and information technology, at various levels of education and how to deliver learning. It provides an academic platform for teachers, lecturers, and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan is first published in March 2017 and covers much research in all levels of education (primary, secondary, and higher education). Edumaspul: Jurnal Pendidikan become a CrossRef Member since the year 2019. Therefore, all articles published will have a unique DOI number. Beginning from Vol. 1 No. 1 (2017), all articles will be published in the English version and Indonesia version. The publication frequency is twice a year in March and October. This journal has been accredited in Grade 4 (Sinta 4) based on the Director General of Higher Education, Research and Technology No. 158/E/KPT/2021, December 27, 2021.

Abstract

The research aims to develop tangram media in flat building material which plays a role in increasing the self-efficacy of Class 2 of Kendalrejo Srengat District Elementary School. Blitar. Rises uses research and development (R&D) methods. The development stages used are ADDIE, namely Analysis, Planning, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The data used is primary data from the research location, the subjects are 11 grade 2 students. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire and interview process, but during the pre-practice stage, observations are made, material and media experts, as well as a questionnaire for N-gam exam students. According to the results obtained by material experts (93%) and media experts (100%) it was declared very valid, media feasibility (100%) was declared very feasible, and the gain in increasing self-efficacy using the N-gain formulation obtained a value of 0.7788 which was declared high. This shows that tangram learning media can increase students' self-efficacy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop truth or dare card media to improve creative thinking skills regarding Pancasila value material for class V at Modangan 05 Blitar Elementary School. This research utilizes research and development (R&D) techniques where the approach uses ADDIE, which stands for Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Primary data collected from the field is the backbone of this research data collection. This data source comes from experts, instructors and students. The researchers used interviews and questionnaires as data collection strategies in this research. Carry out product testing in the field using methods such as observation, consulting with material experts, seeking input from media experts, and providing questionnaires to students as well as N-gain tests. According to the findings of material experts, the validity of the criteria was assessed as "very valid" with a score of 88%. The media expert's evaluation received a score of 100% and was rated "Very Valid" according to the criteria. The media feasibility study gave a result of 88.5%. The test results showed a significant value, indicating that the Truth or Dare card medium was accepted. In addition, there was an increase observed between the pre-questionnaire and post-questionnaire, which shows that the application of the Truth and Dare game media effectively improves students' creative thinking skills at SDN Modangan 05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to help career planning for ex-drug addicts with Holland's theory through individual counselling services. The method used in this research is quantitative with experimental type. This research design is One-Shot Case Study. This research design provides treatment to one group and then observes the results. The population in this study were people with drug addicts in sibolangit cantre rehabilitation totalling 20 people, a sample of 5 people in sibolangit rehabilitation. Sampling was carried out with a purposive sampling model. The results of this study are The implementation of individual counselling services carried out by drug addicts in sibolangit rehabilitation is very helpful for designing career planning for former drug addicts. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of individual counselling services with Holland's theory to help career planning for former drug addicts using the one shot case study method is less effective to see whether the client's career can be well planned or mature.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai bagaimana peran strategis yang telah dilakukan oleh perpustakaan Universitas Sebelas Maret dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukaan bahwa peran perpustakaan UNS dapat terlibat tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan pada tanpa kemiskinan (tujuan no 1), pendidikan berkualitas (tujuan no 4 ), Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi ( tujuan no 8) dan Kota dan Komunitas Berkelanjutan ( tujuan no 11). Selain itu, peprustakaan UNS masih dapat melakukan berbagai peran lainnya untuk mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang lain. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menjadi subjek kepala sekolah, guru PAI, pihak perpustakaan dan siswa kelas 11 IPS 1. Pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Perencanaan program terdiri dari planning menentukan tujuan program GLS. Penentuan sarpas dan bahan bacaan seperti perpustakaan, e-book, bahan bacaan harus berkaitan dengan PAI dan budi pekerti. Menentukan komponen literasi dasar, literasi teknologi dan literasi perpustakaan. Organizing yaitu keterlibatan guru PAI dan budi pekerti dengan (TLS) dan keterlibatan dengan pihak perpustakaan (2) Pelaksanaan meliputi memberdayakan lingkungan akademik yaitu membaca 15 menit setiap senin hingga jumat. Guru menjelaskan selama 15 menit dengan melibatkan pengetahuan faktual, konseptual dan prosedural. Guru melibatkan pembelajaran berbasis HOTS aspek menganalisis (C4) dan menilai (C5) disertai penggunaan 5W1H. (3) Evaluasi berdasarkan CIPP yaitu terdiri evaluasi Konteks, evaluasi masukan, evaluasi proses, dan evaluasi produk. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi untuk dapat memperkuat materi PAI dan budi pekerti melalui program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah berdasarkan manajemen yang baik. Penelitian ini memiliki arti penting dalam penguatan materi PAI dan budi pekerti di luar jam pembelajaran melalui program GLS dengan memperhatikan manajemen program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hakikat dari sumber daya (jism, nafs, aql, qalb, dan ruh) yang dimiliki manusia sebagai landasan pengembangan pendidikan Islam kurikulum merdeka. Studi ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur terhadap jurnal maupun buku ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan objek yang diteliti. Data yang dikumpulkan diperoleh melalui teknik dokumentasi dengan pemilihan data-data berdasarkan dokumen-dokumen tertentu yang berhubungan terhadap permasalahan penelitian. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada fokus penelitian terhadap aspek sumber daya yang dimiliki manusia yang berpotensi dalam keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan Islam dalam kurikulum merdeka di masa modern saat ini. Hasil studi menjelaskan hakikat sumber daya (jism, nafs, aql, qalb dan ruh) manusia merupakan karunia dari Allah yang dibawa manusia sejak lahir guna mengenali dan menjadikan dirinya selaras dengan tujuan penciptaannya yakni sebagai abdullah khalifatullah yang membedakannya dengan ciptaan Allah lainnya. Sumber daya (jism, nafs, aql, qalb, dan ruh) memiliki potensi masing-masing yang diistimewakan dan dapat dimaksimalkan sebagai basis data dalam merumuskan landasan pendidikan Islam dalam kurikulum merdeka yang mampu menghasilkan manusia yang beriman, bertakwa, berakhlak mulia, cerdas, kreatif, berkemandirian berdasar pada prinsip pemberdayaan, pengembangan diri, sosial kolaborasi, pendidikan karakter, dan pendidikan seumur hidup dalam perumusan kurikulum merdeka

Abstract

Tinjauan literatur ini mengeksplorasi peran sastra dalam Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris (ELT), dengan mengkaji teks-teks klasik dan kontemporer. Kajian ini menyoroti manfaat pedagogis dari pengintegrasian sastra ke dalam pengajaran bahasa, termasuk pengembangan kemampuan bahasa, kesadaran budaya, pemikiran kritis, dan kecerdasan emosional. Pendekatan metodologis yang dibahas berkisar dari penggunaan Shakespeare dan literatur klasik lainnya hingga novel kontemporer dan teknik berbasis drama. Kajian ini juga membahas tantangan seperti pemilihan teks, kesiapan guru, dan penggabungan teknologi digital. Praktik-praktik inovatif seperti pembelajaran campuran, unit tematik, dan pedagogi yang responsif terhadap budaya diidentifikasi sebagai strategi yang efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pemilihan teks yang bijaksana dan pengembangan profesional bagi para pendidik, serta perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai dampak jangka panjang dari ELT berbasis literatur dan peran sumber daya digital. Dengan memanfaatkan potensi sastra yang kaya, para pendidik dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar bahasa yang menarik dan efektif yang mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk menghadapi kompleksitas abad ke-21.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of management in Indonesia and the implications on customer satisfaction in educational institutions with a special focus on the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative approach. Data were collected from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the Ministry of Education and Culture, and relevant previous research results. Quantitative data included education indicators such as teacher education levels, education facilities and education outcomes. Qualitative data was obtained from a literature review on quality management and customer satisfaction in the education sector. The main findings of the study show that improving teachers' qualifications, reflected in the percentage of teachers who have at least a bachelor's degree, significantly contributes to improving teaching quality and student satisfaction. The analysis of education facilities revealed disparities between urban and rural areas in terms of access and quality of facilities. In addition, the results show that aspects such as teacher competence, service reliability and effective communication have a major influence on student satisfaction. The implications of this study are the importance of policies that focus on improving teachers' qualifications and competencies through continuous training programs, as well as improving educational facilities in underserved areas. In addition, educational institutions need to improve aspects of communication and responsiveness to better meet students' needs and expectations. The limitations of this study include the limited data available, especially in terms of qualitative data that could provide deeper insights into students' experiences. In addition, the study was limited to DIY and may not be fully representative of conditions across Indonesia. Further research is recommended to cover a wider area and use mixed methods to get a more comprehensive picture.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the integration of quality management and data-driven decision-making processes can be effectively implemented in educational organizations in Indonesia. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection through surveys distributed to various schools and educational institutions, as well as secondary data analysis from government reports and research publications. The survey included questions regarding the implementation of quality management, the use of education management information systems and the effectiveness of data-based decision-making. The main findings of this study show that schools that have adopted education management information systems experience significant improvements in the quality of decision-making and operational efficiency. The data showed that about 70 percent of schools using information systems reported improvements in their ability to analyze and use data to support strategic decisions. In addition, this study found that the implementation of quality management consistently contributes to improved education quality, especially in terms of student satisfaction and academic outcomes. The implication of these findings is that the integration of quality management and data-driven decision-making can be an effective strategy to improve education quality in Indonesia. The government and education managers are expected to encourage the adoption of education management information systems and the implementation of quality management practices in more schools. However, this study has some limitations, including the limited scope of the survey sample and secondary data that may have limitations in terms of accuracy and currency. Further research with more comprehensive methods and a wider sample is needed to confirm these findings and develop better implementation strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze education financing strategies by using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by schools. The main strengths found are the existence of canteens and cooperatives as sources of internal income, the participation of employees and students in school financing, and support from committees, parents, and alumni. The weaknesses identified include limited human resources in managing financing, costs for competitions, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, as well as salaries for teachers and honorary staff. Opportunities that can be used include regular funds from the government and local governments as well as contributions from committees and alumni. The threats faced include delays in the procurement of the 2013 Curriculum books and dependence on the procurement of civil servants. The proposed way of solving the problem is through an alternative strategy designed based on a SWOT analysis. This strategy includes leveraging internal strengths and external opportunities to increase school revenues, improving internal weaknesses through better training and management, and addressing threats by seeking more independent and innovative alternative solutions. The results of the study show that with the right strategy, schools can improve the effectiveness of education financing, ensure optimal use of resources, and achieve desired educational goals. This research also highlights the importance of careful planning and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure sustainability and improve the quality of education in schools.
