Abstract

This research aims to see whether the refaming method combined with group counseling services can have an effect on reducing physically aggressive behavior in adolescents. This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental research design. The samples taken in this research were 10 students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Serbajadi using purposive sampling technique. Data collection used in this research was through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis used in this research is the paired sample t-test, where this test shows the difference in the average before and after treatment is given. Based on research findings, Group Counseling Services have a significant effect on adolescents; The t-count result of 3.691 exceeds the t-table value by 5%, namely 1.812. Before the existence of group counseling services, findings on the development of aggressive behavior showed that 30% of 3 children had very good aggressive behavior and 70% of 7 teenagers had moderate violent behavior. After the group counseling session, research findings revealed developments that showed that 10 children showed 100% good aggressive behavior. So group counseling services with this reframing technique can be used by future researchers to help reduce physically aggressive behavior in teenagers.

Abstract

Peneltian ini didorong oleh kurang optimalnya perkembangan kognitif anak. Masalah tersebut terjadi pada tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 di kelas A TK Berkah Kota Jambi. Salah satunya adalah masih ada anak yang belum memahami konsep bilangan. Untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman bilangan melalui pembelajaran bermain dengan menggunakan media alam yaitu batu pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di kelompok A TK Berkah Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan jumlah anak sebanyak 12 orang. Informasi berasal dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep bilangan pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Berkah Kota Jambi. Hasil Penelitian setelah tindakan kelas pada siklus II telah mencapai skor rata-rata 88% pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep bilangan berada pada kategori baik.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to discuss the Implementation of the Counseling Guidance Program in Improving Career Decisions in the Economics Field for students at MAS YPI Batang Kuis. This research uses qualitative methods with case studies. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document analysis. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the counseling guidance program at MAS YPI Batang Kuis has had a positive impact on students in making career decisions in the economic field. Individual counseling sessions, career seminars and industry visits have proven effective in increasing students' understanding of various career options and assisting them in the decision-making process. Although there are several obstacles such as limited human resources and lack of support from parents, overall this program has succeeded in achieving its goals. Analysis of the factors that influence the effectiveness of counseling guidance programs reveals that the availability and competence of counselors, support from the madrasah, active student participation, parental involvement, and the provision of accurate career information are key factors that need to be considered. Strong support from all related parties and a conducive madrasah environment also play an important role in supporting the success of the counseling guidance program. Based on the results of the case study at MAS YPI Batang Kuis, several recommendations for improving the counseling guidance program in other madrasas have been identified. Increasing the number and competence of counselors, support from madrasas and parents, as well as providing accurate and up-to-date career information are very important to achieve optimal effectiveness. Apart from that, active student participation and the quality of guidance activities must also continue to be improved to provide maximum benefits for students in the career decision making process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling in increasing children's self-confidence in the Al Wasliyah Charitable Foundation Orphanage, Gedung Johor with the design concept of One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample was 14 orphanage children consisting of junior high and high school levels who had low self-confidence. In collecting questionnaire data, the results of the research achieved provide positive results, guidance services can increase student confidence, this can be seen from the results of Pre-test and Post-test p = 0.000, namely: p <; 0.05, it is concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that in addition to the mean after testing greater than the value before testing (83.0 ≥ 79), it can be believed that group counseling is effectively used to increase the confidence of class children at the Al Wasliyah Charitable Foundation Orphanage Johor Building.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between internal brand management (IBM) consisting of internal brand communication (IBC), brand-centered training (BCT) and transformational leadership (TL) on work engagement (WE) at a university in Jakarta. A model was proposed and tested using a sample of 250 home-based lecturers using simple random sampling technique. Data were analyzed with SEM PLS and SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings of this study confirm that internal brand communication, brand-centered training and transformational leadership positively influence work engagement. The results of this study also show that internal brand communication, brand-centered training and transformational leadership are good predictors of work engagement of lecturers in higher education. The implication is that the combined effects of internal brand communication, brand-centered training, and transformational leadership can create a work environment where lecturers are connected to the organization, motivated to contribute to its success, and engaged in the role of the campus brand. By prioritizing these factors, university management can foster a culture of engagement, commitment, and alignment with the university brand image, which ultimately leads to improved performance and satisfaction of all university stakeholders.

Abstract

This research aims to improve initial writing skills in profoundly deaf students at SLBN 1 Lima Kaum by using kinetic sand educational media. This study employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing experimental techniques through Single Subject Research (SSR) with an A-B-A design.. Data was analyzed using visual analysis in the form of graphs. Data collection techniques include tests and data collection tools in the form of test questions. The subjects of this research were grade 2 profoundly deaf students at SLBN 1 Lima Kaum.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning through the application of problem-based learning strategies. This research was conducted involving 35 students in class IV at SDN 42 / IV Jambi City. This classroom action research procedure was designed for 3 (three) cycles, where each cycle with the stages of implementation, observation, reflection and carried out with collaboration between researchers and class teachers. Based on the acquisition of learning outcomes and student and teacher observations using the application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) based learning strategies, it can be seen that the learning outcomes achieved by students have increased. This can be seen from the results in cycle I, the average student score was 63.71 in cycle II, the average student score was 68 and in cycle III the average student score reached 71.43. Likewise, the percentage of students who succeed in learning each cycle also increases, we can see in the graph above in cycle I 68.57% of students, in cycle II 77.14% of students, and cycle III 85.71% of students from the total number of students who take part in learning. So that with the application of problem-based learning strategies can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects at SDN 42 / IV Jambi City.

Abstract

This research aims to prove whether activity book media in improving the writing skills of children with severe hearing impairment, especially writing simple SPO sentences at SLB Budi Karya, Limapuluh Kota Regency. The activity book media is in the form of a 2-dimensional media book containing modified sentence pattern exercises to help students improve their writing skills. This research uses a quantitative approach with the Single Subject Research (SSR) experimental method with an A-B-A design, as well as data analysis using visual graphs that include data obtained during observation of A-B-A conditions into graphs. The results of research on the effectiveness of activity book can improve writing skills, especially writing simple sentences in class X deaf children at SLB Budi Karya Limapuluh Kota Regency.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi pada anak usia dini dimulai dengan menyesuaikan pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan anak, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan khusus mereka, serta memetakan potensi dan hambatan perkembangan anak saat ini dan di masa depan. Pendidikan inklusif selalu menekankan aspek kesetaraan bagi anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus untuk mendapatkan layanan pendidikan yang sama. Namun, praktik pendidikan inklusif di tingkat pendidikan anak usia dini masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam implementasinya yang belum sepenuhnya inklusif. Kendala-kendala seperti ketersediaan tenaga pendidik yang memadai, fasilitas pendukung, dan kurikulum yang sesuai untuk pendidikan inklusif di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini masih menjadi masalah. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan inklusi di Indonesia harus melibatkan orang tua, guru, dan lingkungan belajar. Implementasi pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia harus berorientasi pada tujuan pembelajaran inklusif, yaitu memberikan akses yang maksimal bagi peserta didik dengan kebutuhan khusus untuk mendapatkan layanan pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana penerapan pendidikan inklusi di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini di Indonesia. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan, dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi, teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pertama, harapan utama dari kebijakan baru ini adalah bahwa implementasinya akan melibatkan peran aktif dari pemerintah, berbagai sektor terkait, dan masyarakat. Kedua, masalah dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusi, dapat dipahami bahwa pelaksanaannya di Indonesia tidaklah mudah seperti membalik telapak tangan. Terdapat hambatan-hambatan, baik secara konseptual maupun teknis dan non-teknis, yang perlu segera diatasi. Sebab, sebuah kebijakan tidak akan memiliki arti jika tidak didukung oleh sistem yang memadai. Masalah terkait guru dapat diatasi dengan memberikan pelatihan tambahan atau mata kuliah khusus tentang implementasi inklusi. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui kerja sama antara dinas pendidikan dan perguruan tinggi terdekat yang memiliki program studi Pendidikan Luar Biasa (PLB). Ketiga, pendidikan humanis mengutamakan prinsip kesetaraan dalam interaksi antara guru dan siswa, dengan menekankan pentingnya adanya interaksi timbal balik sebagai kerangka sosial yang terjadi di dalam dan di luar kelas. pendidik juga diharapkan untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh anak didiknya dengan landasan dan prinsip kemanusiaan. Sikap yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang pendidik sebagai penanggung jawab dalam pembelajaran, terutama saat proses belajar-mengajar berlangsung, diantaranya memberikan rasa empati, Menumbuhkan Toleransi (Akui Konsep Diri Siswa, Pendidik Sebagai Fasilitator Menggabungkan Perasaan dan Bahan Ajar)

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to prove the role of achievement motivation in improving entrepreneurship learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 2 Kupang. This research is a quasi-experimental research with Nonequaivalent Control Group Design, which was conducted on a group of 20 students with high achievement motivation and a group of 19 low achievement motivation students in class XI TKR 1 SMK Negeri 2 Kupang, 2023. The analysis requirement test was carried out with normality and homogeneity tests. Data analysis techniques using t test analysis. The results showed that: 1) Student groups with high achievement motivation have the character of trying to do tasks optimally and on time, persistent, like competition and visionary. 2) The group of students with high achievement motivation has higher learning outcomes (mean 75.15) compared to the group of students with low achievement motivation (mean 68.2). Therefore, achievement motivation has a role in improving the cognitive learning outcomes of creative products and entrepreneurship of students of SMK Negeri 2 Kupang
