Abstract

The completeness and feasibility of infrastructure in the world of education is something that must be considered and fulfilled. This has an impact on learning outcomes and students' abilities. This study aims to determine the feasibility of facilities and infrastructure in the light vehicle engineering electrical practice workshop at Padang 1 State Vocational Education School. This research uses descriptive analysis method. Research data obtained from interviews, documentation, and direct observation at school. The data on facilities and infrastructure that has been obtained is then compared with the standards of facilities and infrastructure listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Indonesia number 40 of 2008 and the National Education Standards Agency number 1049-P2 of 2010/2011. The results showed that the level of feasibility of the facilities and infrastructure for the electrical practice light vehicle engineering Padang 1 State Vocational Education School was 56.42% and 53.32% which were included in the feasible category. Existing electrical practice learning facilities and infrastructure can still be used and schools are expected to improve their quality.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that teacher professionalism is still low, the majority of teachers are less able to adapt to the skills of 21st century teachers, there is a lack of teacher motivation in improving self-quality due to not being able to compete and not being prepared to keep up with the times, and there is a lack of teacher ability to apply 21st century skills. at SMK Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh. The purpose of this study is to determine how the accreditation of SMK Negeri 2 Sungai Penuh influences the professionalism of teachers in online learning. The research method employed is a combination of quantitative and qualitative techniques. The population of this study consisted of 95 TITL class X students. The sample size for this study was 95 individuals. Total sampling is used as the sampling method. Descriptive data analysis is employed, and Respondent's Level of Achievement is measured (TCR). The results indicated that the professionalism of teachers on the indicator of digital age literacy was 45.71 percent, with an incorrect interpretation. An incorrect interpretation yielded a value of 46.92% for the indicator of inventiveness. On the indicator of effective communication, a poor interpretation yielded a value of 46.92%. With improper interpretation, a value of 48.07 percent was obtained for the indicator of high productivity. Overall, the professionalism of the instructor received a score of 46.90% for a poor interpretation. On the basis of SMKN 2 Sungai Penuh school accreditation, it can be deduced that the professionalism of teachers in online learning has been misconstrued.

Abstract

The government has carried out a large-scale revitalization of vocational education tailored to the needs of industry and technological developments. Learning from industry players and industry practitioners is very important to be facilitated, including by increasing the weight of credits in learning from industry practitioners. There are eight aspects that need to be faced by the Indonesian vocational education world called Link and Match 8+i with industry. Industrial Work Practice is an educational, training, and learning activity for SMK (Vocational High School) students carried out in the business world or related industrial world with the competence of students according to the field they are engaged in. One of them is an Internship or Work Practice in the world of work for at least 1 semester. This aspect aims to encourage the quality of vocational school graduates to be in line with industry needs.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that the application of the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning model has not been optimally applied so that student learning outcomes in Basic Occupational Safety And Environmental Health subjects have not met the KKM Standard of 70. The purpose of this study was to describe the learning process and to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in Occupational Safety And Environmental Health subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Sogae'adu in the 2022/2023 academic year through the application of the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Sogae'adu with the research subject being class XI students of the Construction and Property Business Department (BKP) even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 12 people. Research instruments (1). Observation, (2). Student learning outcomes test, and (3). Interviews and photo documentation. The results of the study were in cycle I (first) the average observation of the learning process (teacher respondents) was 60.71% while cycle I (second) was 67.85% and still did not reach the set target, in cycle II (first) was 85.71% while cycle II (second) was 92.85% reaching the set target, the average calculation of student learning outcomes was 82.13% tegolong good category and the percentage of learning completeness reached 100%, has reached the set target of 70. From the research findings above, it can be concluded that by applying the Student Facilitator And Explaining learning model in Occupational Safety And Environmental Health Subjects with Basic Competencies Identifying Occupational Health Covering Workspace Requirements and Occupational Diseases Can Improve Student Learning Outcomes of SMK N 1 Sogae'adu.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi kurikulum mandiri pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SDN Selajambe 3 Sukaluyu Cianjur dan permasalahan yang terjadi dalam proses implementasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada penerapan kurikulum mandiri, guru PAI masih kesulitan mengubah pola pikir atau kebiasaan lama dalam mengajar, masih terbawa suasana pembelajaran pada kurikulum 2013 dan masih belum memahami secara detail mengenai pembedaan pembelajaran sehingga ditemukan sulit menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran karena PAI memerlukan fokus pembelajaran praktik secara menyeluruh. karena dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam terdapat beberapa materi ibadah yang membutuhkan latihan agar hasilnya maksimal. Guru PAI juga dibingungkan dengan banyaknya berbagai macam perangkat pembelajaran yang harus dilakukan sebelum pembelajaran. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah guru PAI menambah wawasan dan mencoba hal-hal baru diantaranya berbagai metode pembelajaran, meningkatkan kreativitas mengajar dan juga rajin mengikuti workshop serta sharing dengan guru lainnya.

Abstract

Evaluation is part of the management system, namely planning, organization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The curriculum is also designed from the planning stage, organization then implementation and finally monitoring and evaluation. Without evaluation, one will not know how the condition of the curriculum is in its design, implementation and results. The purpose of this research is to find out how the evaluation of the special education curriculum at the Cileunyi State SLB is. This type of research is qualitative research using qualitative methods, namely observation, interviews or document review. The results show that the Cileunyi State SLB school can be said to be an ideal school, by always evaluating the curriculum and innovative learning systems that arise as a result of the experiments of the school principal, teachers, and all the components in the Cileunyi State SLB, with proven graphs of an increase in new students every the year increases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and sales growth on the tax avoidance of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk period between 2016-2020. Increased sales make the company earn big profits; therefore, the company will tend to practice tax avoidance. Tax avoidance is a legal activity that is often carried out by companies in an effort to reduce tax payments. The data in this study is secondary data in the form of company financial statements. Profitability is measured by Return On Assets (ROA), which is the ratio between net income after tax and total assets. Sales Growth is measured by the formula for the difference between the current and previous year's sales divided by the previous year's sales. While the assessment of tax avoidance behavior is measured by the Cash Effective Tax Rate (CETR), which is the ratio between cash for taxes and profit before tax. The data processing technique in this study used multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of the classical assumption test carried out explain that the data is normally distributed, there is no multicollinearity disorder between independent variables, the data is linear data and there is no heteroscedasticity, and there is no autocorrelation between residual values. While the results of multiple linear regression indicate that profitability and sales growth have a significant positive effect on tax avoidance. This is in line with the CETR value which tends to be small, which is close to 0, which means that the tax avoidance that occurs is quite large.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of spatial linkages and population density on economic development in Banten Province in 2016-2021. The data used is panel data with a spatial econometric approach. The selected model is a spatial panel model with fixed effects. This study builds two models, namely, the first model does not include the pandemic period and the second model includes the pandemic period. The results of the analysis of the first model show that before the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, spatial linkages and population density were proven to have a significant positive effect on Banten's per capita income. Population density is the main factor that strongly influences the per capita income of the Banten region. Meanwhile, in the second regression model, spatial correlation is proven to have a significant positive effect on Banten's per capita income, but population density has a negative effect. High population density actually lowers GDP per capita, because there is a lot of unemployment during the pandemic.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low ability of students to write pantu. One solution to overcome this problem is to use the make a match type of cooperative learning model. The purpose of this research is to describe the planning, implementation and improvement of pantun writing skills using the make a match cooperative model in elementary schools. This research method is a classroom action research carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and four stages, planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 12 class V students, 3 boys and 9 girls. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and tests. The results showed that students' rhyme writing skills increased in each cycle. In the pre-action obtained an average value of 55.75 with classical completeness of 25%, increased in cycle I meeting I to 59.92 with classical completeness of 50%, increased in cycle I meeting II to 73.58 with classical completeness of 66 .67%. The class average score in cycle II meeting I was 81.42 with classical completeness of 83.34% and increased in cycle II meeting II that was equal to 90.75 with classical completeness of 91.67%. Thus it can be concluded that using the cooperative learning model of the make a match type can improve the rhyme writing skills of class V students at SDN 004 Bangkinang Kota. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the mu'tazilah school on education in the Middle Ages. This research method is a literature study. The results of the author's research based on various reference sources state that in the middle ages, namely during the Abbasid period, the educational achievements obtained at this time were extraordinary, especially in the mu'tazilah understanding. In the middle ages, namely during the Abbasid era, the mu'tazilah school had a strong influence on education so that the educational achievements obtained at this time were extraordinary. The Al-Mansur period was the period that became the beginning of the development of scientific achievements. Caliph Al-Mansur established a library as a storage place for ancient books and manuscripts, followed by Al-Rashid in developing this library and expanding the building both physically and functionally and named Bait Al-Hikmah. Caliph Al-Rashid restored the massive physical library building, and translated books and ancient manuscripts found in the library before and opened Bait Al-Hikmah open to teachers and Attorneys. Then during the reign of Al-Ma'mun, Caliph Al-Ma'mun appointed translators from Rome and bought ancient books in Rome. Caliph Al-Ma'mun also established a prominent research center near Bait Al-Hikmah called the Falak Tower or Observatory which is located in the area so that it does not only study theory but also proves the theory that has been studied. Caliph Al-Ma'mun also carried out extraordinary actions providing policies for translating large-scale works from Greece, India, Persia.
