Abstract

Khalayak Indonesia belum mampu membedakan antara berita layakdengan berita hoaks di media sosial. Dalam konteks Islam, sebenarnyaada kaidah dari fikih jurnalistik atau fikih media sosial yang mampumenjadi kerangka acuan utama guna memandu khalayak media sosial(netizen) dalam posisinya sebagai produsen konten, sekaligus konsumerkonten (prosumer). Studi ini secara khusus mengulas tipologi khalayakdari perspektif fikih jurnalistik. Pendekatan kritis kualitatif digunakansebagai upaya secara komprehensif untuk mengupas dan menyajikandata antara fenomena berita layak dan hoaks di platform media sosialdengan sajian pustaka relevan. Studi ini menemukan berita layakberasal dari kerja jurnalistik media massa arus utama dengan prinsipsesuai kaidah Kode Etik Jurnalistik dan Fikih Jurnalistik. Berita hoaksmuncul dari subjektivitas khalayak penggemar (fan) dan khalayak pendamba (enthusiasm), atau khalayak aktif (poster) tanpa data dan fakta.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of internal control to maximize the acquisition of productive zakat funds in the Bengkulu Branch of the Indonesian Zakat Initiative. This research uses qualitative based on primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. To test the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation analysis. The study results found that internal control for Productive Zakat at the Indonesian Zakat Initiative Bengkulu Branch begins with tidying up the data and distributing the data to each member in the related field. Each member gets a regular schedule. Part of this work is done manually and partly using an e-donation application. The best supervisors get awards for achieving work targets and provide sanctions/reprimands for those who do not complete their work targets. Finally, this study recommends further discussing effective zakat control in Indonesian zakat initiatives.

Abstract

Da'wah is one of the right approach solutions in every aspect of life by preachers such as Habib Jafar Husein through the TIktok digital platform. The phenomenon of using social media as a means of da'wah is increasingly growing, including on Tiktok which is a short video platform that is currently popular. This research aims to analyze how Habib Jafar Husein uses Tiktok as a tool to spread messages of religious moderation to Tiktok users. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The research results show that Habib Jafar Husein uses TikTok effectively to convey messages of religious moderation to his audience. Through short videos that are intelligent, inspiring and entertaining, Habib Jafar Husein is able to attract the attention of TikTok users and convey religious values in an interesting and easy to understand way. This research contributes to the understanding of the use of social media in da'wah activities, in particular in the context of TikTok. Apart from that, this research also provides an insight into how a ulama can adapt to technological developments to reach a wider audience in spreading religious messages.

Abstract

Era keberlimpahan informasi persoalan telah bergeser, dari sulitnya mencariinformasi menjadi sulitnya menyaring informasi. Tulisan ini bertujuanmenjelaskan urgensi literasi media khalayak di tengah keberlimpahan informasiyang disuguhkan mediamassa.Literasi media merupakansebuah konsep tentangcara-cara masyarakat mempertanyakan apa yang ditonton, dicermati, dibaca dandiproduksi dari media. Literasi media diperlukan agar masyarakat sebagaikhalayak media memiliki otoritas untuk secara aktif memilah dan memilihtayangan media, sehingga apabila terdapat sajian yang hanya menonjolkansensasi, maka khalayak bisa menolaknya.Lebih dari itu, khalayak yang ‘melekmedia’ bisa memberikan punishment kepada media yang bersangkutan dengantidak menontonnya atau beralih ke tayangan lain. Khalayak dapat melakukankontrol terhadap isi media secara kritis dan cerdas sehingga dapat mendeteksiadanya propaganda, kepentingan tertentu atau bias dalam tampilan media.

Abstract

ncreasingly, visual media is becoming very interesting to research. Movie at this time continues to be a relevant medium in conveying ideas, cultural messages and life values to the community. The movieCinta Laki-Laki Biasais very interesting to be studied in more depth. In relation to the akhlak value contained in the use of symbols constructed in this movie. The purpose of this paper is to examine the construction of akhlak values to God and the construction of akhlakvalues to fellow humans in the movieCinta Laki-Laki Biasa. Data was collected by analyzing movie scenes using a qualitative descriptive approach. The analysis tool uses the framing model of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. This paper found that this movie provides the construction of akhlak values in a form that is very relevant to be interpreted by society. The results include akhlak construction to God in the form of using the Veil as a value of obedience and carrying out the command of worship under any circumstances and being manpaun. Construction of akhlak values to fellow humans in the form of a generous attitude and an attitude of honesty of Rafli character. Construction of akhlak values to the family in the form of maintaining and caring for the family and loving parents. All these values are framed in various symbols, images and specific situations that make up an interesting image scene. This paper is only limited to examining akhlak values in movies. It is hoped that further research can use semiotic analysis methods or other relevant methods and examine different problems.

Abstract

This article examines the YouTube path as a means of da'wah for the younger generation, discussing the role of social media as a means of da'wah in the digital era, especially in spreading Islamic teachings for viewers born between 1997 and 2015 through platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Along with the development of technology, social media has become a basic need that not only influences social interaction but also has an impact on the way da'wah is delivered. Habib Ja'far al-Hadar and Fahruddin Faiz are examples of figures who use digital media to convey religious messages to the younger generation. Habib Ja'far, through his relaxed and humorous style on the YouTube platform, has succeeded in attracting the attention of young people with inclusive and moderate da'wah content. Meanwhile, Fahruddin Faiz, with his gentle language style and philosophical perspective, provides a new understanding of important concepts in religion and life. This study uses a literature analysis method to explore the da'wah approach of the two figures, as well as explore the concept of youth as agents of social change. This article also highlights the important role of social media in reaching a wide audience and how this platform can effectively overcome the barriers of space and time in spreading da'wah.Habib Ja'far and Dr. Fachruddin Faiz chat about how the younger generation often gets caught up in the speed of life that makes them lose their meaning and purpose. They highlight that although technology and material luxuries can provide comfort, they do not guarantee happiness or satisfaction in life. The key to living a meaningful life is to have high self-awareness, know your limits, and set clear goals.

Abstract

Dakwah di era millenial menemukan hambatan yang luar biasabanyak. Kehadiran new media; internet diyakini sebagai faktorpendorong utama yang menjadikan masjid sepi dari aktivitasceramah. Jamaah lebih memilih mendengar ceramah melaluihandphone karena mendapati ustadz populer. Dakwah subuh sebagaiaktivitas da’i dan mad’u dengan tatap muka (face to facecommuniactaion) tentu sangat efektif untuk mendapatkan pencerahanbathin bagi mad’u, dengan metode tanya jawab akan menjadi efisiendan efektif pesan yang di sampaiakan dengan di selingi sarapan pagi.Studi ini menyajikan sebuah praktik terbaik yang mengkolaborasimetode ceramah dengan kebaikan filantropi. Studi kualitatif menjadipilihan melalui mekanisme interview dan pengamatan mendalam.Masjid Al-Mubarakah di Kota Bengkulu menjadi lokasi penelitian.Kami menemukan bahwa filantropi Islam melalui peyajian sarapanpagi setelah dakwah subuh dinilai efektif. Makan pagi disediakan daridana kas masjid yang berasal dari sedekah dan infaq jamaah subuh.  Ada konsistensi kehadiran jamaah, bahkan cenderung bertambah walau tidak fluktuatif. Ustadz memberikan materi sesuai dengan kebutuhan jamaah dan perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi branding hubungan masyarakat pada kasus alih status Institus Agama Islam Negeri Bengkulu (IAIN Bengkulu) menjadi Universitas Islam Negeri Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu (UIN Bengkulu). Kami menggunakan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis ataupun lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati. Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu menentukan informan dengan pertimbangan tertentu yang dapat memberikan data secara maksimal. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa strategi humas dalam upaya branding perguruan tinggi mengikuti visi, misi dan tujuan dari perguruan tinggi termasuk pada alih status IAIN Bengkulu menjadi UIN Bengkulu. Strategi branding yang telah dilakukan seperti penggunaan teknologi tepat guna. Publisitas humas merupakan sebuah strategi yang dilakukkan subbag humas, publikasi dan dokumentasi IAIN Bengkulu dalam membangun reputasi. Stretegi dalam membangun reputasi dilakukan dengan menyajikan informasi kegiatan dan keunggulan melalui media resmi IAIN Bengkulu dan media yang bekerjasama dengan IAIN Bengkulu dalam membantu menyebarkan pemberitaan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

In the context of modern society, Islamic da‘wah faces significant challenges in conveying moral and spiritual values in ways that remain relevant amid the dominance of popular culture and entertainment media. Popular music, often perceived as a profane cultural space, is frequently questioned in terms of its capacity to function as an effective and non-dogmatic medium of da‘wah. Against this backdrop, this study aims to analyze the song “Haramkah” by Melly Goeslaw as a reflection of cultural da‘wah that communicates Islamic moral values through popular music. This study employs a qualitative approach using lyrical text analysis, combined with the theoretical framework of Islamic communication and cultural da‘wah. The main focus is on how concepts of love and religious moral boundaries are aesthetically interpreted within the song’s lyrics, as well as how da‘wah messages are presented in a reflective and humanistic manner rather than in a dogmatic form. The findings indicate that “Haramkah” represents the inner struggle of modern individuals between romantic desire and moral consciousness, with the lyrics emphasizing the importance of self-restraint and the surrender of the heart to God. Music functions as a medium of emotional communication that integrates moral messages, affective experiences, and the listener’s religious awareness. The song illustrates a dialectical relationship between religion and popular culture, in which Islamic values are articulated through aesthetic forms that are accessible and relevant to urban life. Implications of this study highlight the potential of cultural da‘wah in fostering moral and spiritual awareness in modern society, while also expanding scholarly understanding of the transformation of Islamic da‘wah in the era of media and popular arts.

Abstract

This study seeks to evaluate maternal persuasive communication with children aged 5-10 years about the instillation of prayer, focusing on the Buk Tiahiroh family as a case study. This research employed a descriptive qualitative methodology for data gathering, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation. The informant in this study was Mrs. Tiahiroh, the biological mother of her children. Data analysis strategies employ data reduction, data display, and conclusion formulation. This research employs a triangulation method for data validity testing. The findings of this research indicate that Mrs. Tiahiroh employs persuasive communication with her child, namely a two-component approach that integrates attention and comprehension into a singular acceptance factor. The mother's communication with her child is highly effective within the family, as it addresses various crucial areas, including phases of attention, comprehension, memory, and action. These factors render communication between moms and children inside the family successful and significant.
