Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak bulan Januari 1996 oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (P3M) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember, yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian ekonomi dan bisnis sesuai isu-isu yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi praktisi didalam menentukan strategi dan bisnis. Fokus dan ruang lingkup pada Jurnal ini adalah Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance appraisal and work motivation on the work productivity of Klinik Utama Primera Clinica Wilayah Jakarta Timur. The type of research used is associative research with quantitative methods. This study uses a saturated sample with a total sample of 53 employees of Klinik Utama Primera Clinica Wilayah Jakarta Timur. The analytical tool used is partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that simultaneous performance appraisal and work motivation could encourage an increase in employee work productivity, while partially performance appraisal and work motivation could increase the work productivity of Klinik Utama Primera Clinica Wilayah Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to predict bankruptcy at PT. Express Transindo Utama, Tbk. from 2014 to 2018 using the Altman Z-score Modified analysis model. PT. Express Transindo Utama, Tbk. engaged in the transportation sector.This type of research is a case study. This study uses secondary data from financial statements. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the company from 2014 to 2016 experienced an indication that it could not be determined whether the company was healthy or bankrupt (gray area). But in 2017 until 2018 the company entered the distress zone.

Abstract

Purpose to find out and analyze the work environment and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Bank Permata Sunter Royal branch. The research method of data collection used in this study is a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. There is a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, the work environment and work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

The type of approach in this research is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was the community of 1rd neighbourhood, 4th hamlet, Kranji Village, West Bekasi District.. The sampling technique used is the slovin. The data collection method is using primary data including observation questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used instrument data test, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression. From the results of tests found the fact that brand image and brand trust simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. In addition, brand image and brand trust also partially have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved is to determine the influence of leadership on the performance of employees Hospital Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto through organizational culture. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees Hospital Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto, East Jakarta. The technique used for sampling is simple random sampling. Before testing the hypothesis, the data instrument is first tested, the data analysis method uses path analysis. The results of the stud: leadership has a positive and significant indirect effect on the performance of employees Hospital Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto East Jakarta through organizational culture.

Abstract

Purpose to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer buying interest in Samsung Smart Phone products at the Pondok Gede Fonel Store. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, the analytical model used is linear regression, simultaneous and partially. The research population is the customers of the Pondok Gede Fonel Store. 60 people who bought Samsung Smart Phone products from January to April 2022 were taken as samples. The result simultaneous, product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer buying interest in Samsung Smart Phone products at the Pondeok Gede Fonel Store. Partially product quality has a significant effect on customer buying interest, and partially service quality has a significant effect on customer buying interest.

Abstract

The share price is the price set by a company against the letter of share ownership in the company. Many factors can affect the stock price, namely the company's internal factors and the company's external factors. There are many internal factors of the company that can affect the stock price, but in this study the author conducted a study on the variables Debt to equity ratio and return on asset to the share price of PT. Astra Otoparts. In addition, the external factor of the company that the author will study is inflation. The method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis. This study used secondary data using the purposive sampling method. The results of hypothesis testing show that DER partially has a positive and significant influence on the share price of PT. Astra Otoparts, Tbk; ROA partially has a positive and significant influence on the share price of PT. Astra Otoparts, Tbk, and Inflation partially have a positive and significant influence on the share price of PT. Astra Otoparts, Tbk. DER, ROA, and Inflation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the share price of PT. Astra Otoparts.

Abstract

Purpose to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee work productivity PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Area Cileungsi. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 62 respondents, all of whom were employees of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Area Cileungsi. The research method using partially and simultaneous linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that simultaneous or partially, compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Leadership Style and Motivation Affect Employee Performance PT. Citra Waspphutowa. To determine leadership style and motivation affect employee performance PT. Citra Waspphutowa. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of creativity and innovation on job satisfaction of PT. MNC Animation. This research was conducted on 68 respondents to employees of PT. MNC Animation in Jakarta. Obtaining data results using a questionnaire with a differential semantic scale. The analysis technique uses multiple and simple linear regression. Based on the test results found that creativity and innovation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In contrast to creativity which does not have a partial effect. However, innovation has an effect on job satisfaction partially.
