Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri
Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak bulan Januari 1996 oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (P3M) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember, yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian ekonomi dan bisnis sesuai isu-isu yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi praktisi didalam menentukan strategi dan bisnis. Fokus dan ruang lingkup pada Jurnal ini adalah Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini.

<![CDATA[To determine the effect of compensation and work culture on employee performance at Burger King Store area BK 86. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents and all of them were employees at Burger King Store Pondok Bambu and Burger King Store Lagoon Avenue, the research method used multiple and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that compensation and work culture in multiple and simple ways had a positive effect on the performance of Burger King Store employees in the BK 86 area.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of current ratio and return on assets on profit growth in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data in this study is secondary data in the form of company financial statements. Based on purposive sampling techniques, samples were obtained from food and beverage sub-sector companies. The analysis method used is multiple and simple linear regression. Based on the results of the study shows that the current ratio does not have a significant effect on profit growth. Return on assets has a positive and significant effect on profit growth.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity and profitability on stock prices included in the LQ-45 index for the 2018-2022 period. This study uses a quantitative method, namely by using secondary data. Data obtained from the company's financial report website for 2018-2022. The results of the partial test (t test) show that liquidity (current ratio) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices while profitability (earning per share) has a positive and significant effect on stocks. Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F) shows that liquidity (current ratio) and profitability (earning per share) simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices.]]>
