Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri
Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan JEI mulai dipublikasikan sejak bulan Januari 1996 oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi (P3M) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Krisnadwipayana Jakarta. Jurnal Ekonomi dan Industri terbit 3 (tiga) kali dalam setahun, yakni pada bulan April, Agustus, dan Desember, yang memuat berbagai hasil penelitian berupa kajian ekonomi dan bisnis sesuai isu-isu yang berkembang saat ini. Diharapkan hasil penelitian yang dipublikasikan melalui JEI dapat memberikan berbagai manfaat, yaitu bagi pengembangan ilmu ekonomi dan bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, dan bagi praktisi didalam menentukan strategi dan bisnis. Fokus dan ruang lingkup pada Jurnal ini adalah Manajemen Produksi dan operasi, sumber daya manusia, pemasaran, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between training satisfaction, perceptions of supervisors who listen, organizational citizenship behavior, and intention to move to employees who work in three-star hotels in Batam. The results of the study emphasize the importance of paying attention to factors that influence employee intention to move from the company.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of product quality, price and purchase decision on AICE ice cream consumers in Depok City. Respondents in this study were the consumers of AICE ice cream in Depok City, the analytical method used was regression. The results of the study stated that the influence of product quality and price on Purchase Decision simultaneously have a significant influence. the influence of product quality on purchase decision partially have a significant influence and the influence of price on purchase decision also have a significant influence.

This study aims to determine the effect of current ratio and earning per share on stock prices in Automotive and Component sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The sample of this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study is to use quantitative descriptive research methods. The method of determining the sample of this study using purpose sampling, the result current ratio and earning per share simultaneously have an influence on stock prices. Current ratio partially has an influence on stock prices. Earning per share partially has an influence on stock prices.

The research aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and company image on the customer service delivery loyality of PT. Agility Internasional. This study describes the causal relationship between service quality and corporate image on customer loyalty. The population in this study are customers of PT. Agility Internasional. Metode analys was taken using regression of simple and multiple linier analysis. The findings of this research indicated that Service quality corporate image has positive and significant with customer loyalty in PT. Agility Internasional.

This study aims to analyze the effect of customer trust and product quality on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. This research uses a causality approach between customer trust and product quality on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace. The object of this research was conducted at Krisnadwipayana University students, the research location is located at Jalan. UNKRIS Jatiwaringin, Pondok Gede. This study used a sample of 100 students at the Student Organization of the Faculty of Economics, Krisnadwipayana University. The results of the study show that customer trust and product quality can have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of maintenance and skills on the productivity of the WTP at PT. Indonesian Nutrifood. The method used is a quantitative method. The data collection method in this study was through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this analysis are classical assumption tests, regression, multiple linear, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the maintenance and skill variables have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the PAPs. Based on the t test showing that maintenance and skills have a positive effect on the productivity of the WTP, it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competence and organizational culture on employee performance at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Menara Jamsostek Jakarta office. This research includes quantitative research using explanatory survey methods. The sample in this study were all permanent employees. The results of the study show that simultaneously and partially there is an influence of competence and organizational culture on employee performance at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Menara Jamsostek Jakarta Office.

This study aims to determine the effect of selection and training on the performance of employees of PT. Bhakti Share Registrar. This type of research is a type of quantitative research using survey methods and data collection. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire in the form of written questions given to respondents and distributed to all employees of PT Bhakti Share Registrar. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the study show that: both in a simple and multiple way there is a positive and significant effect of selection and training on the performance of employees of PT. Bhakti Share Registrar.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of earning per share and return on equity on share price at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. This research was conducted at companies engaged in the Consumer Goods Industry sector, namely PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The data used in this study is secondary data consisting of quarterly financial reports. Besides that, data on the closing stock price of PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. The analytical method uses multiple and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Earning per share and return on equity together have a significant effect on stock prices at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk 2) Earning per share has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. 3) Return on equity has an effect but not significant on stock prices.

Purpose to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance of PT. Lazada Werehouse. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT.
