Abstract

The work environment is one of the factors that affect employee job satisfaction. If the environment around the workplace gives an uncomfortable impression, employees feel lazy to work. The work environment is everything that surrounds the employee's workplace and can affect the way and work being done. This study aims to assess the effect of the physical work environment and non-physical work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Ogan Ogan Ilir Regency. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Ogan Ogan Ilir Regency with a total sample of 95 people. This research uses SPSS 26 as a calculation tool.

Abstract

Digital marketing is present as a new innovation in the world of marketing. Digital marketing is the process of marketing a product or service via digital means or the internet. Nowadays, people can choose to make purchases online or conventionally. Marketing via the internet allows customers to choose the product or service they want without having to waste time going to the place where they need the product or service. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of e-commerce on interest in purchasing adult clothing among students at the economics faculty at Palembang University. The sample in this research was male students from the Management Studies program, Faculty of Economics, Palembang University. The research method is presented quantitatively, based on questionnaires distributed to respondents. Next, the data was processed using the SPSS 26 program. The final aim of this research is to find out whether all the indicators in the e-commerce variable have an effect on the purchase interest variable.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the integration of green leadership and green human resource management (GHRM) as a strategic approach to achieving organizational sustainability in the modern business era. This research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on the PRISMA protocol, analyzing seven peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2022 and 2024. The findings indicate that green leadership, with its visionary, transformational, and participative dimensions, plays a vital role in embedding sustainability values into organizational culture and influencing employees’ pro-environmental behavior. Meanwhile, GHRM contributes through practices such as green recruitment, green training, and performance appraisal, which serve as operational instruments to institutionalize sustainability through the development of green human capital. The integration of these two approaches creates strategic synergy that enhances green innovation, supply chain sustainability, and organizational competitiveness. This study contributes conceptually by mapping the relationship between leadership and human resource management in building sustainable organizations and offers practical insights for policy and managerial development. The limitation of this study lies in its reliance on secondary data sources. Future research is recommended to adopt empirical approaches across broader industrial and geographical contexts.

Abstract

Studi ini melibatkan 101 pelanggan Mixue dari Kabupaten Lamongan dan bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana kesadaran halal, citra merek, dan lifestyle memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk Mixue. Dalam pendekatan kuantitatif, purposive sampling adalah metode pengambilan sampel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran halal dan citra merek secara parsial memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk membeli barang, sedangkan gaya hidup tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Hasil analisis ini didasarkan pada pengaruh tiga variabel independen: kesadaran halal, citra merek, dan gaya hidup. Variabel dependan, keputusan pembelian hipotesis, menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran halal dan citra merek (X) memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan (Y), sedangkan gaya hidup tidak memengaruhi (Y), sedangkan secara uji simultan ketiga variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Variabel (Y),menurut uji koefisien determinasi. Untuk menarik lebih banyak pelanggan, Mixue harus memprioritaskan pendekatan yang berfokus pada meningkatkan kesadaran halal dan meningkatkan citra merek. Di sisi lain, mereka harus mempertimbangkan relevansi gaya hidup dalam pemasaran mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard can be used to improve business strategy, especially in companies implementing competitive strategies. The world of business and government have both adopted the BSC as a tool for measuring performance, but its implementation is not without challenges. One of these challenges is determining which perspective to highlight when building the relationship between performance and strategy. This study is qualitative and takes a literature-based approach. This study shows that competitive strategies take a slightly different approach by using the BSC model, and this is reflected in strategy formulation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan di negara berkembang serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor moderasi yang mempengaruhi hubungan antara keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dan menemukan bahwa budaya organisasi yang mendukung inovasi dan pengelolaan risiko memiliki dampak positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Faktor moderasi seperti ukuran perusahaan, tipe kepemilikan, dan kapasitas manajerial berperan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara budaya dan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam mengidentifikasi dimensi budaya organisasi yang memengaruhi kinerja perusahaan di negara berkembang, serta faktor moderasi yang memperkuat hubungan tersebut. Perusahaan di negara berkembang perlu fokus pada budaya yang mendukung inovasi dan kolaborasi serta meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial untuk mendukung perubahan budaya tersebut.Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah hanya mencakup artikel dari 2020 hingga 2025 dan terbatas pada artikel berbahasa Inggris dengan akses terbuka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2022-2023. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari laporan keberlanjutan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan, dengan teknik purposive sampling menghasilkan 114 observasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel dengan pendekatan Random Effect Model (REM) menggunakan alat uji E-Views 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan CSR, sementara ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan CSR.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of compensation and work motivation on improving employee performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Way Rilau. A quantitative approach was used, with a population consisting of employees at PDAM Way Rilau in Bandar Lampung. The sample was selected using purposive sampling within non-probability sampling. According to Artikunto, if the number of individuals is less than 100, it is advisable to include all of them. However, for larger populations, a sample of around 10% or more can be taken. In this study, the sample size was 26 respondents. Data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. Using the SPSS application, the research results indicate that both compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Way Rilau Bandar Lampung. These findings are expected to assist the company in enhancing employee performance through improvements in the compensation system and motivation strategies

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh literasi keuangan, motivasi investasi, kemajuan teknologi, dan pendapatan terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa di Kabupaten Kudus. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring yang berupa serangkaian pernyataan yang diisi dan diukur menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan, motivasi investasi, kemajuan teknologi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa di Kabupaten Kudus. Namun, pendapatan tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa. Sedangkan berdasarkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,694 atau 69,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 69,4% variabel minat investasi mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh literasi keuangan, motivasi investasi, kemajuan teknologi, dan pendapatan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 30,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini
