Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediating effect of hedonic motivation on the relationship between technology readiness and the intention to adopt AI technology in the learning process of accounting students at vocational higher education institutions. A purposive sampling technique was employed, resulting in 500 respondents who met the predefined criteria and were included as the study sample. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that technology readiness does not have a direct effect on the intention to adopt AI in the learning process. Instead, hedonic motivation serves as a mediating variable, linking technology readiness to the intention to adopt AI-based technology among accounting students in vocational higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of capital structure and intellectual capital on firm value, with firm size and firm growth as moderating variables. Focusing on food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia, the study analyzes 66 firms using multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that both capital structure and intellectual capital have a significant positive impact on firm value. Furthermore, firm size significantly moderates these relationships, weakening the influence of both capital structure and intellectual capital as firms become larger. However, firm growth does not show a significant moderating effect. These results underscore the importance of aligning financial and intellectual strategies with firm-specific characteristics to maximize value creation. This research contributes to the literature by integrating financial and intangible resource perspectives, offering insights for managers and investors in optimizing strategic decisions in the food and beverage sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan sistem ERP dan sistem manajemen lingkungan terhadap kinerja lingkungan perusahaan dengan good corporate governance sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan energi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 88 perusahaan dengan pengambilan sampel penelitian sebanyak 58 perusahaan dengan menggunakan teknik purposing sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder yang mencangkup laporan keuangan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan dari perusahaan yang bersangkutan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa sistem ERP berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja lingkungan perusahaan dengan nilai uji t sebesar 0,003<0,005. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja lingkungan perusahaan dengan nilai uji sebesar 0,000<0,005. Hasil uji R2 menunjukkan nilai sebesar 48,2% , artinya sistem ERP dan Sistem manajemen lingkungan serta moderasi GCG dapat menjelaskan kinerja lingkungan perusahaan sebesar 48.2%. Selain itu, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa GCG melemahkan pengaruh sistem ERP terhadap Kinerja lingkungan, dan GCG semakin memperkuat pengaruh penerapan sistem manajemen lingkungan terhadap kinerja lingkungan perusahaan.

Abstract

Perilaku keuangan generasi milenial dinilai cukup memprihatinkan karena gaya hidup konsumtif mereka dinilai mengkhawatirkan kehidupan mereka di masa tua. Investasi di usia muda dinilai sebagai alternatif bagi generasi milenial untuk mengelola pola keuangan mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh perilaku keuangan, gaya hidup, latar belakang keluarga, dan sikap keuangan terhadap generasi milenial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi milenial di Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan tahun kelahiran 1981 sampai dengan 2000, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah multiple regresion dengan variabel dependen keputusan investasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi generasi milenial sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam mengelola keuangan khususnya dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of occupational safety and health on employee performance productivity at PT Tanggamus Electric Power. A quantitative research approach was adopted, involving a population of 65 employees, all of whom were selected as the research sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that occupational safety exerts a positive and significant effect on employee performance, contributing a 47.3% increase for each unit improvement in occupational safety. Similarly, occupational health positively and significantly influences employee performance, with a contribution of 41.7% per unit increase in occupational health. Collectively, occupational safety and health account for 52.8% of the variation in employee performance. Based on these results, it is recommended that the company consistently enhance its occupational safety and health initiatives to effectively promote optimal improvements in employee productivity and overall performance. Keywords: Occupational Safety, Occupational Health (OHS), Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Tanggamus Electric Power. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 65 karyawan yang seluruhnya dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis Skala Likert dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keselamatan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kontribusi peningkatan sebesar 47,3% untuk setiap peningkatan satu satuan keselamatan kerja. Demikian pula, kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 41,7% untuk setiap peningkatan satu satuan kesehatan kerja. Secara simultan, keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 52,8%. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar perusahaan terus meningkatkan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja guna mendorong optimalisasi produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO), Technological Advances, Investment Knowledgeon students' investment interest in investing in the capital market for generation z in Bandar Lampung. The populationused in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) and students who had taughtCapital Market courses who were born in 1997-2022. The sampling technique used in this study was Purposive Sampling.The results of this study indicate that the variables of technological advances and investment knowledge have a positiveand significant effect on students' Investment Interest in the capital market. Meanwhile, the variable fear of missing out(FOMO) has no effect on students' investment interest in the capital market.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah salah satu negara yang terdiri dari banyak pulau dan memiliki populasi yang banyak. Seiring berjalannya waktu, jumlah penduduk di Indonesia terus meningkat, sehingga konsumsi terutama untuk kebutuhan dasar makanan dan minuman juga mengalami peningkatan. menyempurnakan operasi mereka agar dapat mencapai tujuannya dan menjaga keberlangsungan hidup usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Perputaran Piutang dan Arus Kas berpengaruh terhadap Likuiditas pada perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di BEI. Metode yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel penelitian yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Purposive sampling sedangkan populasi penelitian ini pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2023. Pengambilan sampel diperoleh sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan di internet melalui website resmi perusahaan dan Bursa Efek Indonesia www.idx.com. Metode analisis ini adalah Regresi Data Panel, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perputaran Piutang memberikan dampak Positif dan Signifikan terhadap likuiditas (2) Arus Kas secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap likuiditas (3) Pengujian Hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa arus kas dan perputaran piutang secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap likuiditas perusahaan.

Abstract

The banking sector plays a vital role in sustaining national economic stability but has faced major challenges in the past five years, including the Covid-19 pandemic and the growing pressure to adopt sustainability principles. The financial health of publicly listed banks, as key players in the financial system, depends on their ability to manage strategic risks and implement sustainable planning. This study investigates the effect of Strategic Risk Management (SRM) on Financial Health, with Sustainable Strategic Planning (SSP) as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was applied using secondary data from 33 publicly listed banks in Indonesia during 2020–2024. SRM was measured through strategic risk disclosure and the integration of risk into business strategies. SSP was proxied by sustainability roadmaps, ESG policies, and the implementation of green strategies. Financial Health was assessed using CAR, NPL, ROA, LDR, and CIR ratios. The results indicate that SRM significantly improves SSP, SSP significantly enhances Financial Health, and SRM also directly affects Financial Health. Furthermore, SSP fully mediates the relationship between SRM and Financial Health. These findings highlight the importance of embedding strategic risk management into sustainable planning to strengthen the financial resilience of Indonesian banks

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of perceived organizational support on career satisfaction among remote workers . It also explores the mediating effect of perceived employability and digital self-efficacy in this relationship. Using a multi-item survey questionnaire, 210 remote workers from Hajj Umrah travel company in West Sumatra, Indonesia were assessed. To test the hypotheses, a quantitative approach incorporating structural equation modelling (SEM) was used using SmartPLS 4.0. To examine the mediating effects of perceived employability and digital self-efficacy on the association between perceived organizational support and career satisfaction, the bootstrapping technique was performed. We found positive and significant association between perceived organizational support and career satisfaction. Additionally, we found evidence of parallel mediation, where digital self-efficacy and perceived employability mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and career satisfaction. This study extends the existing literature by exploring career satisfaction in career management.

Abstract

The problem in this study is “do compensation and discipline have a partial and simultaneous effect on performance?” Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, through T-tests and F-tests, with the aim of determining the effect of independent variables on dependent variables at a 95% confidence level (a = 0.05). The results of the T-test on the compensation variable show a positive effect on performance, as seen from the t-value (5.403) > t table (2.042), significance (0.00) below or less than 0.05, while the work discipline variable has a positive effect on performance, as seen from the t count value (3.562) > t table (2.042) and significance (0.01) below or less than 0.05. In the F test, the variables and have a positive effect on performance, as seen from the F value (10.149) > F table (3.316), and significance (0.00) below or less than 0.05.
