Abstract

Generation Z adolescents in Pekalongan Regency, particularly those facing challenges in finding employment, require high levels of emotional intelligence and social support to build job search self-efficacy. The ability to understand and manage their own emotions, along with receiving support from their surroundings, is essential for coping with job search difficulties. A lack of emotional intelligence and social support can increase stress and hinder their job search self-efficacy. This study aims to examine how emotional intelligence and perceived social support affect job search self-efficacy among Generation Z adolescents. The population of this study consisted of teenagers living in Pekalongan Regency, with a sample of 116 adolescents aged 18-30 years, selected using a saturated sampling technique. A Likert scale was used to measure the variables, and regression analysis was employed to analyze the data. The results showed that the F-count value was 194.006, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.08, indicating that the hypothesis was accepted. This means that both emotional intelligence and perceived social support have a significant impact on job search self-efficacy. The study emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence and social support in enhancing job search self-efficacy, and it suggests that addressing these factors can help Generation Z adolescents overcome the challenges they face in the competitive job market. Therefore, it is recommended that efforts be made to develop emotional intelligence and social support systems for adolescents to improve their job search outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of readiness of health workers in facing the implementation of the Human Resources Information System (SISDM) at Lahat City Hospital. The background of the research is based on the suboptimal implementation of SISDM, which is characterized by the low familiarity of some health workers with the system, data input errors, and incomplete system integration. The research method used was quantitative with an associative approach, involving 72 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) health workers selected through cluster sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using logistic regression to identify factors affecting readiness. The results of the study show that in general, the readiness of health workers is in the high category, with an average indicator score above 4. Key factors that support readiness include organizational support, adequate training, and a positive attitude toward technology. The variable length of work has the most significant influence on readiness, with an Exp(B) value of 38.826, which indicates that the longer the work experience, the higher the readiness to adopt SISDM. These findings confirm that work experience is an important asset in the process of information technology adaptation. Although healthcare workers are declared ready, the study recommends increased optimization of technology tools and ongoing training as a strategic step to ensure the successful implementation of comprehensive and sustainable SISDM in the hospital environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, location, and service quality on patient satisfaction at the Dental Clinic of Drg. Rini Yulia, Sp.KG. The research is based on the importance of understanding the factors that affect patient satisfaction, considering that patient satisfaction is one of the main indicators of the success of healthcare service delivery, particularly in dental care facilities. The increasingly intense competition in healthcare services requires every clinic to provide optimal care and meet patient expectations in order to maintain their loyalty. The proposed hypothesis states that price, location, and service quality have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. Primary data were collected through direct observation and the distribution of questionnaires to patients who were receiving or had received services at the clinic. The research instrument was designed to measure respondents’ perceptions of the three independent variables: price, location, and service quality. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the relationships and the extent of influence between these variables on patient satisfaction as the dependent variable. The results indicate that, simultaneously, the three independent variables price, location, and service quality have a significant effect on patient satisfaction. Partially, service quality contributes the most dominant influence compared to price and location. These findings indicate that service quality is a key factor that should become the top priority in dental clinic management, supported by reasonable pricing and the selection of a strategic location to ensure patient comfort and accessibility. The implication of this study is the need for continuous improvement in service aspects to maintain and enhance patient satisfaction, which ultimately can increase patient loyalty and strengthen the clinic’s positive reputation in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach. The sampling technique used was stratified probability sampling, involving 67 permanent employees of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan as respondents. Data were collected through field observations and structured questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 15 software. The classical assumption tests indicated that the data met the required conditions for further analysis. The results of the study showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Meanwhile, work motivation has a positive but not significant effect on performance (Sig. 0.072 > 0.05). Simultaneously, the F-test results proved that the work environment and work motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The contribution of these two variables to employee performance was 46.8% (Adjusted R Square), while the remaining 53.2% was explained by other factors not included in this study. The conclusion of this research is that the work environment is a vital factor that must be maintained and improved by the company to ensure optimal employee performance. Although work motivation did not show a significant influence, it still requires improvement, particularly in aspects such as career development, recognition, and a fair reward–punishment system. These findings are expected to provide valuable input for the management of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan in formulating strategic policies to enhance sustainable employee performance.

Abstract

(MSMEs) play a strategic role in accelerating national economic growth, yet the majority of business owners still experience difficulties in presenting financial documentation that aligns with established accounting standard criteria. A similar problem is experienced by Ika Laundry located in Makassar, where the financial recording system still uses conventional methods in the form of cash inflow and outflow documentation without standardized report structure. This situation results in minimal comprehensive financial data that can be used to analyze business performance and support business development strategies. The limitation of financial information impacts the difficulty for business owners to conduct objective performance evaluation and make appropriate strategic decisions. This study is focused on developing Ika Laundry's financial reporting system based on the SAK-EMKM as a more systematic, practical, yet accountable framework. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative methods with information collection through structured interviews, field observations, and documentation of transaction activities throughout December 2024. Data analysis was conducted following comprehensive accounting cycle procedures, starting from business transaction identification, general journal preparation, ledger posting, trial balance compilation, adjustment processes, to financial statement finalization. Research results show that before implementation, Ika Laundry did not have adequate financial documentation according to accounting standards. After compilation, three main report components have been produced according to SAK-EMKM, including statement of financial position, income statement, and notes to financial statements. The documentation presents complete information regarding the company's financial condition, covering total assets, equity, revenue, and operational expenses. SAK-EMKM implementation has proven to enhance financial reporting transparency, facilitate objective business performance evaluation, and provide a credible information basis for strategic decision-making in future business development.

Abstract

This research explores how digital marketing strategy, pricing, and product quality shape sales performance in Rendang Cipuik GG, a traditional small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in Lima Puluh Kota Regency, Indonesia. Using a quantitative explanatory design, the study collected primary data from 100 consumers through a structured questionnaire and analyzed the responses using multiple regression and structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The findings show that both digital marketing strategy and product quality positively and significantly impact sales performance, while pricing did not have a significant individual effect on consumer purchasing decisions. However, when considered collectively, these three variables—digital marketing strategy, price, and product quality—jointly influence sales outcomes in a statistically significant way. These results highlight the importance of digital transformation for SMEs in heritage-based culinary industries, suggesting that modern consumers prioritize authenticity, consistent quality, and engaging digital marketing over price. The study contributes to SME marketing literature by integrating these three elements into a comprehensive framework for understanding sales performance, and provides practical guidance for SME owners and entrepreneurs, emphasizing that investment in digital platforms, product authenticity, and quality consistency are key strategies for maintaining competitiveness in the digital economy.

Abstract

Knowledge management (KM) has become a crucial strategy for enhancing organizational effectiveness, including in the higher education sector. Universities require a structured governance of knowledge to support innovation, efficiency, and excellent service to the academic community. Educational staff play a strategic role in the smooth operation of universities, making their ability to manage and share knowledge an essential factor in achieving institutional goals. While previous literature has confirmed a positive relationship between KM and performance, there is a research gap specifically addressing the context of educational staff in Islamic higher education institutions. This study aims to fill that gap by analyzing the influence of KM on the performance of educational staff at the Indonesian Al-Zaytun Islamic Institute (IAI AL-AZIS). This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study's population consists of all educational staff members at IAI AL-AZIS as of March 1, 2025, with a census method applied to include the entire population as respondents. Data were collected through a validated and reliable questionnaire, supported by interviews and documentation to strengthen the analysis. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression, t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that knowledge management has a positive and significant influence on the performance of educational staff at IAI AL-AZIS. The implementation of the knowledge conversion cycle through the SECI model (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, Internalization) was proven effective in improving the quality of administrative services, work efficiency, and staff professionalism. This finding reinforces that effective knowledge management is a strategic factor in human resource development. This study recommends strengthening the culture of knowledge sharing, developing digital repositories, and providing continuous training to support sustainable performance improvement. Further research is suggested to consider additional variables such as work motivation and organizational culture for a more comprehensive understanding.
