Abstract

Sumber daya manusia di setiap perusahaan memiliki hak untuk berkembang dan setiap perusahaan memiliki peraturan yang berbeda. Perusahaan yang ideal pasti memiliki standar operational procedure dalam mendukung terjadinya pengembangan karir. PT PLN (Persero) Pusharlis mempunyai sistem penilaian bernama manajemen talenta. Penilaian tersebut berbentuk kinerja tahunan yang dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu kinerja semester 1 dan 2. Terdapat juga beberapa tahapan yang karyawan dapat lakukan untuk meningkatkan karirnya yaitu assessment, uji portopolio kompetensi, project assigment, fit and proper test, dan komite appraisal. Tujuan penulis melaksanakan penelitian di PT PLN (Persero) Pusharlis karena PT PLN (Persero) Pusharlis adalah salah satu BUMN terbesar di Indonesia yang memiliki program career path yang menunjang bagi staf administrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan secara deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara studi literatur dari buku-buku dan jurnal, wawancara, dokumentasi dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Career path di PT PLN (Persero) Pusharlis sudah menerapkan sistem manajemen dengan adil sehingga kesempatan untuk berkembang sangat tinggi. Alangkah lebih baik untuk lebih banyak memotivasi karyawan agar bisa terus berkembang.

Abstract

The decline of small businesses cannot be separated from dependence on the state, entrepreneurship is not based on the ability to manage the business and regulations are seen as unable to encourage the establishment of small businesses that are dynamic and creative. Business people who we call entrepreneurs need to cultivate a mental attitude, skills and leadership spirit in running their business. The aim of this research is the relationship between entrepreneurship and marketing performance and marketing strategy design. The method used in this research is qualitative using interviews, observation and documentation in the form of writing and images. The results of this research are the strategies used by the Idoal 1 Refillable Drinking Water Depot, namely relying on product advantages such as maintaining cleanliness, health and establishing good communication with customers as well as providing good service to consumers, carrying out online sales, renting vehicles when delivering consumer orders, maintaining the taste of drinking water so that consumers do not change, building cooperation with similar drinking water sellers, and providing maximum service such as responding quickly to consumer orders.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of training on employees' performance at Pharmacy of PT Kimia Farma Unit Bandung. Method of collecting data was done through distributing questionnaires to 68 respondents. This research applied quantitative and descriptive-causality analysis methods. The samples were taken by probability sampling method with simple random sampling type. Whereas, statistical analysis technique used was simple regression analysis. Analyses of data used were descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression analysis. The results demonstrated that training significantly influenced by reaching the amount of 41.1% and the rest of 58.9% influenced by other factors which were not examined.

Abstract

This final report entitled "Analysis of Filing Systems in Improving the Effectiveness of Communication at PT Dirgantara Indonesia". This research is based on the background of the development of information technology that has advantages and positive impacts on communication. The more data that must be managed, stored, analyzed, and distributed, the quick and easy handling is needed. The development of information technology can create a filing system that is useful for companies. The purpose of writing this research is to find out how the management of the Filing System and how effective the filing system is in improving the effectiveness of communication at PT Dirgantara Indonesia, especially in the Directorate of Technology and Development. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The writing of this research is based on 300 hours of practical work, data collection is obtained from direct observations, interviews with Secretary of Director Technology and Development and IT Staff, literature studies, and documentation. The results showed that PT Dirgantara Indonesia utilizing information technology by converting manual records into digital archives (filing system) was the right decision. This is evidenced by archives that are managed, stored well, neatly arranged and can increase the effectiveness of communication in PT Dirgantara Indonesia.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri sektor jasa yang saat ini terus berkembang salah satunya pada sektor travel pariwisata menyebabkan UMKM 3005 BR terus berusaha meningkatkan penguasaan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagamaina cara meningkatkan penetrasi merek 3005 BR. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dimana data diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pihak owner 3005 BR dan studi dokumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis internal dan eksternal dengan berbagai pendekatan seperti Resources-Based View (RBV), kerangka VRIO, Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), dan analisis TOWS. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan strategi penetrasi pasar berupa strategi customer retention dan increasing of the existing market dengan usulan-usulan program yang mampu meningkatkan penetrasi merek 3005 BR yang didukung oleh Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) dari UMKM 3005 BR. Kata kunci : Strategi Penetrasi Pasar; Penetrasi Merek; Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA); Customer Retention; Increasing of the Existing Market.

Abstract

A feasibility study on a business is needed which aims to see a picture of whether or not a business is feasible. Maharani Embroidery Handicraft is an MSMEs engaged in the industrial sector founded in 1996 and is located on Jl. D'wiga Regency A5.5, Sudimoro, Malang, East Java. Maharani Embroidery Handicraft sells various kinds of souvenirs, gifts, home decorations, and many more. This research aims to see whether Maharani Embroidery Handicraft is feasible or not. Every aspect that is said to be feasible must have a certain standard value. Assessment to determine business feasibility must be based on several aspects, namely technical aspects, socio-economic aspects, management aspects, marketing aspects, environmental aspects, legal aspects, and financial aspects. The methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. Maharani Embroidery Handicraft is said to be feasible in all aspects except the legal aspect becausethere are several incomplete files.The financial aspect shows that the calculation value above obtained the BEP value in units, namely 362 units, the calculation above obtained the BEP value in rupiah, which was Rp. 111.566,182. All calculation results in financial analysis also show that this business is feasible to run.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Satisfaction terhadap Advocacy pada merek lokal dengan Loyalty sebagai mediator (Studi pada The Executive). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data deskriptif dan kausal, responden yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 konsumen yang pernah membeli produk The Executive. Data yang terkumpul dari 19 item pernyataan kuesioner kemudian diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS 24 dengan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa satisfaction berada pada posisi angka 74,71% dengan kategori baik, loyalty berada pada posisi angka 69,67% dengan kategori baik, advocacy berada pada posisi angka 72,35% dengan kategori baik, satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalty sebesar 60,68%, loyalty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap advocacy sebesar 21,43%, satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap advocacy sebesar 13,76%, dan satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap advocacy melalui loyalty sebesar 36,10%. Abstract

Ojek Online is a motorbike based public transportation application. Gojek and Grab is the top ojek online in Indonesia. There are still many local startups in the ojek online business such as Ladyjek, Blu-jek, and Motorcycle taxi. They are unable to compete because their rates are less competitive. This is because the capital owned is not too big to do the "burning money" like other startups. A model is needed to analyze what factors affect passenger using ojek online services. So, we hope local startups can compete with their innovation based on needs from consumer which will be analyzed in this research. There have been several studies that have examined the behavior of users of public transportation services, both of conventional and online transportation, which is currently booming. However, the author has not found a detailed study observing what factors influence the behavior of ojek online’s users. Therefore, the authors develop a model that integrates variables which include overall service indicators not only the application but also overall aspects like the driver and usefulness of the services. In this study a set of questionnaire was distributed and used to measure the model and data taken as many as 200 samples. Partial Least Square is used to analyze the data that has been taken. The measurement results show the model has a predictive power that is good enough to measure customer loyalty from ojek online user and all hypotheses are accepted.

Abstract

The success of a company is not only seen from profits, but many other factors that influence it. This research is motivated by the level of reach that the company gets through social media, which can be seen by the company's way of digital promotion. This study aims to determine how to determine the right strategy in increasing the reach or reach on the Hummingbad Clothing Instagram account with descriptive qualitative methods, data collection is done by interview and also observation. The data obtained were processed using a number of methods of analysis of Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), VRIO model analysis and TOWS analysis. Then the researcher analyzed Hummingbad Clothing's Instagram account with the Reach marketing matrix to propose a strategy to increase reach through advertising. The recommended suggestion is the use of Instagram Ads.

Abstract

Global technological advances makes the internet as a necessity for the modern society. The development of mobile technology offers users the ease to access the desired content in social media. Social media has content that contains information, created by people who use publishing technology which very accessible in order to facilitate communication, influence and interact with others and with the general public. It is utilized by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia to create an Instagram account named @indtravel as a provider of Indonesian tourism information. In this study, the attitude of the use of technology will be measured through the perception of usability and perception of ease of use. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is 327,000 with a sample of 100 people. The results showed that perceived usefulness is on the good category, perceived ease of use is on the good category, and attitude toward using is on the good category as well. Partially, perceived usefulnesss (X1) and perceived ease of use (X2) has a significant influence on the attitude toward using (Y). Simultaneously, perceived usefulness (X1) and perceived ease of use (X2) has a significant influence on the attitude toward using (Y). Keywords: Social Media, Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)
