Abstract

ENGLISH: Islamic Education Based Parenting in Developing Religious Attitudes of Children in OrphanagesObjective: This study aims to analyze the Islamic education model based on parenting styles applied at Al-Kautsar Lembang Orphanage in developing religious attitudes in children. Methods: This study used a mixed-method approach. The research subjects were children aged 10 to 14 years. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, religious attitude scales, and documentation. Descriptive statistical analysis was used to interpret the data. Results: The parenting-based Islamic education model implemented at Al-Kautsar Orphanage significantly contributes in developing children's religious character and attitudes. Conclusion: To effectively foster children's religious character and attitudes through parenting-based Islamic education, specific strategies are required to ensure that all children receive individualized attention tailored to their needs. Contribution: This study serves as a guide for orphanage caregivers in applying effective approaches to nurture religious values in children.INDONESIAN: Pola Asuh berbasis Pendidikan Islam dalam Membangun Sikap Keagamaan Anak di Panti AsuhanTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model pendidikan Islam berbasis pola asuh yang diterapkan di Panti Asuhan Al-Kautsar Lembang dalam membentuk sikap religius pada anak. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran. Subjek penelitian adalah anak-anak berusia 10 hingga 14 tahun. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, skala sikap religius, dan dokumentasi. Analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan untuk menginterpretasikan data. Hasil: Model pendidikan Islam berbasis pola asuh yang diterapkan di Panti Asuhan Al-Kautsar memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam membentuk karakter dan sikap religius anak. Kesimpulan: Untuk membentuk karakter dan sikap religius anak secara efektif melalui pendidikan islam berbasis pola asuh, diperlukan strategi khusus untuk memastikan bahwa semua anak menerima perhatian yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi para pengasuh di panti asuhan tentang pendekatan terbaik untuk mengembangkan nilai-nilai agama anak

Abstract

ENGLISH: E-Leadership of Islamic School (Madrasah) Principal in Implementing Managerial CompetenciesObjective: This study aims to understand the e-leadership of madrasah principals in implementing managerial competencies. Methods: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Research informants were selected using a snowball sampling technique, namely the Principal of MTsN Padang Panjang. Data collection used observation, interviews, and document studies. The Miles and Huberman model, used for data analysis, includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Results: E-leadership of the head of MTsN Padang Panjang plays an important role in implementing managerial competencies in the fields of (1) management of teaching and education personnel, (2) management of students, and (3) management of curriculum and learning. Conclusion: E-Leadership is an effective approach to improving the managerial competence of madrasah heads, strengthening digital-based management innovation, and supporting the transformation of Islamic education in the digital era. Contribution: This research offers a comprehensive and measurable e-leadership model, including innovations in communication, learning, and supervision, which can be a model for madrasah-based educational institutions in improving institutional quality.INDONESIAN: E-leadership Kepala Madrasah dalam Mengimplementasikan Kompetensi ManajerialTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami e-leadership kepala madrasah dalam mengimplementasikan kompetensi manajerial. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Informan penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik snowball sampling yaitu Kepala Sekolah MTsN Padang Panjang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Model Miles dan Huberman, digunakan untuk analisis data meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil: E-leadership kepala MTsN Padang Panjang memainkan peran penting dalam mengimpelementasikan kompetensi manajerial baik itu di bidang (1) pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan; (2) pengelolaan peserta didik; (3) pengelolaan kurikulum dan pembelajaran. Kesimpulan: E-Leadership merupakan pendekatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi manajerial kepala madrasah, memperkuat inovasi manajemen berbasis digital, dan mendukung transformasi pendidikan Islam di era digital. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini menawarkan model e-leadership yang menyeluruh dan terukur, mencakup inovasi dalam komunikasi, pembelajaran, dan pengawasan, yang dapat menjadi model bagi lembaga pendidikan berbasis madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu lembaga.

Abstract

ENGLISH: Positivism and Postpositivism: A Paradigmatic Analysis of Science and Islamic Education in IndonesiaObjective: This study aims to compare the positivism and postpositivism paradigms within the context of science and Islamic education in Indonesia. Methods: The research uses a qualitative-descriptive design, with a literature review as the primary data collection method. This research was conducted in 2024, and data were analyzed using three steps: (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) data presentation. Results: Islamic education in Indonesia predominantly uses a positivistic approach which emphasize scientific methods and objectivity in learning process. Conclusion: Islamic education in Indonesia needs to develop an integration between the two paradigms (positivism and post-positivism) by balancing objective scientific methods with more humanistic and transcendental perspectives. Contribution: This research contributes curriculum development in Islamic education. Positivism informs the formulation of curriculum grounded in factual and testable research results, while postpositivism ensures that the curriculum is relevant to students' social and cultural contexts.INDONESIAN: Positivisme dan Postpositivisme: Suatu Analisis Paradigma Ilmu dan Pendidikan Islam di IndonesiaTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan antara paradigma positivisme dan postpositivisme dalam konteks ilmu pengetahuan dan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Metode: Desian penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, dengan studi literatur sebagai instrumen utama. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2024. Data dikumpulkan melalui telaah literatur (hasil penelitian). Analisis data dilakukan melalui (1) data reduction; (2) display data: (3) penyajian data: Hasil: Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia lebih dominan menggunakan pendekatan positivistik yang menekankan pada penggunaan metode ilmiah dan objektivitas dalam pembelajaran. Kesimpulan: pendidikan Islam di Indonesia perlu mengembangkan integrasi antara kedua paradigma tersebut (positivisme dan post-positivisme) dengan menyeimbangkan metode ilmiah yang objektif dan pendekatan yang lebih humanistik serta transendental. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap desain kurikulum pendidikan Islam. Positivisme berperan dalam merumuskan kurikulum yang berbasis pada fakta dan hasil riset yang dapat diuji, sementara postpositivisme mendorong agar kurikulum tersebut relevan dengan konteks sosial dan budaya siswa

Abstract

ENGLISH: Analysis of Islamic Education Learning Planning Based on Religious Moderation in Indonesian State Islamic Religious UniversitiesObjective: This study aims to provide constructive input to educators at IAIN Curup, Bengkulu, Indonesia, in developing learning strategies that are more effective and follow the principles of religious moderation. Methods: This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a field study method. This research was conducted in 2023. The research subjects were lecturers, Deans, Heads of Islamic Education Study Programs, and students. Observation, interview, and documentation were used in data collection. Data analysis includes data review, data reduction, and data conclusion. Results: Learning planning in the Islamic Education Study Program at IAIN Curup focuses on religious moderation by integrating varied learning methods and considering the local context. Conclusion: The Islamic Education Study Program at IAIN Curup emphasizes religious moderation as a major component of its learning strategy. Students are taught to understand and apply the values of moderation in their daily lives through holistic approaches. Contribution: The research contributes as a guide for lecturers and a reference for the government and educational institutions in formulating Islamic education policies based on religious moderation.INDONESIAN: Analisis Perencanaan Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Berbasis Moderasi Beragama di Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Negeri IndonesiaTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan masukan yang konstruktif kepada para pendidik di lingkungan IAIN Curup, Bengkulu, Indonesia dalam menyusun strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip moderasi beragama. Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi lapangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2024. Subyek penelitian yaitu Dosen, Dekan, Ketua Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Mahasiswa. Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi dugunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Analisis data meliputi pengajian data, reduksi data dan kesimpulan data. Hasil: perencanaan pembelajaran di Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di IAIN Curup menitikberatkan pada moderasi beragama melalui integrasi metode pembelajaran yang variatif, serta mempertimbangkan konteks lokal. Kesimpulan: Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam di IAIN Curup menekankan moderasi beragama sebagai komponen utama dari strategi pembelajarannya. Mahasiswa diajarkan untuk memahami dan menerapkan nilai-nilai moderasi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari melalui pendekatan holistik. Kontribusi: penelitian berkontribusi sebagai panduan bagi dosen dan referensi bagi pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan dalam menyusun kebijakan pendidikan Islam berbasis moderasi beragama.

ENGLISH: Post-Pandemic Inclusive Learning Management Strategies: A Case Study of Integrated Islamic SchoolObjective: This study aims to explore post-pandemic inclusive learning management strategies in Integrated Islamic Schools. Method: This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. This research was conducted at SD IT Al-Aufa Bengkulu and SD Alam Mahira Bengkulu in 2024. Data collection was done using observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis uses triangulation. Results: Integrated Islamic Schools in Bengkulu can be a relevant model for other educational institutions that want to improve inclusivity, flexibility, and learning effectiveness. Conclusion: An inclusive, technology-based learning management strategy supported by Islamic values can be a solution to overcome learning challenges in the post-pandemic era. Challenges such as limited resources, technology gaps, and the need for customized learning interventions still exist. Contribution: This research contributes to the development of an inclusive learning model that can be adopted by Islamic schools, taking into account the local context in Bengkulu.INDONESIAN: Strategi Manajemen Pembelajaran Inklusi Pasca-Pandemi: Studi Kasus di Sekolah Islam TerpaduTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen pembelajaran inklusi pasca-pandemi di Sekolah Islam Terpadu. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Parcipatory Action Research (PAR). Penelitan ini dilakukan di SD IT Al-Aufa Bengkulu dan SD Alam Mahira Bengkulu tahun 2024. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen digunakan dalam proses pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan triangulasi dalam proses analisis data. Hasil: Sekolah Islam Terpadu di Bengkulu dapat menjadi model yang relevan bagi lembaga pendidikan lain yang ingin meningkatkan inklusivitas, fleksibilitas, dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Kesimpulan: Strategi manajemen pembelajaran inklusif, berbasis teknologi, dan didukung oleh nilai-nilai Islam dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi tantangan pembelajaran di era pascapandemi. Tantangan seperti sumber daya yang terbatas, kesenjangan teknologi, dan kebutuhan akan intervensi pembelajaran yang disesuaikan masih ada. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan model pembelajaran inklusif yang dapat diadopsi oleh sekolah-sekolah Islam, dengan memperhatikan konteks lokal di Bengkulu

Abstract

ENGLISH: A Qur'an-Based Islamic Education Learning Management Model for Developing the Noble Character of High School StudentsObjective: This study aims to determine the management model of Qur'an-based Islamic education learning at SMAN 5 Payakumbuh in fostering student character. Methods: A descriptive qualitative approach was employed. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis Source triangulation techniques were used for data validation. Results: The Qur'an-based Islamic education learning management model at SMAN 5 Payakumbuh effectively develop students’ character by emphasizing values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and cooperation. Conclusion: The integration of Qur'anic values into the management of Islamic education learning has led to positive transformations in students’ behaviors, both academically and socially. Contribution: This study provides valuable insight into the management of Islamic education grounded in Qur'anic values and offers a novel approach that can be adopted in both formal and non-formal educational settings to enhance character development.INDONESIAN: Model Manajemen Pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam Berbasis Al-Qur’an dalam Membangun Karakter Siswa SMATujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model manajemen pembelajaran pendidikan islam berbasis Al-Qur'an yang diagunkan di SMAN 5 Payakumbuh dalam membangun karakter siswa. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil: Model manajemen pembelajaran pendidikan islam berbasis Al-Qur'an di SMAN 5 Payakumbuh efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa dengan menekankan nilai-nilai seperti kejujuran, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama. Kesimpulan: Model manajemen pembelajaran pendidikan islam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an berhasil menciptakan perubahan positif dalam sikap dan perilaku siswa, baik dalam konteks akademik maupun sosial. Kontribusi: Penelitian berkontribusi sebagai wawasan dan sumber ilmu pengetahuan tentang manajemen pembelajaran pendidikan islam berdasarkan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an, serta memberikan pendekatan baru yang dapat diterapkan dalam berbagai konteks pendidikan, baik formal maupun nonformal, untuk memperkuat pembangunan karakter siswa.

Abstract

ENGLISH: An Analysis of the Impact of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) Approach on the Learning Outcomes of Islamic Education among High School StudentsObjective: This study aims to analyze the impact of using the Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) approach on the learning outcomes of Islamic education (PAI) students at the Senior High School level. Methods: The research design used a survey approach. The sample was taken using a stratified random sampling technique, totaling 300 students. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: The STEAM approach improves students' understanding of Islamic education materials and increases their motivation to learn. Conclusion: Applying the STEAM approach in Islamic education can improve learning outcomes and positively impact by creating a more relevant, interesting, and contextualized learning experience. Contribution: This research contributes to local governments and schools' formulation of educational policies toward the widespread use of the STEAM approach at the high school levelINDONESIAN: Analisis Dampak Pendekatan Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) terhadap Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam pada Siswa Sekolah Menengah AtasTujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penggunaan pendekatan Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) siswa di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan survei. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling, berjumlah 300 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analysis of variance (Anova). Hasil: Pendekatan STEAM meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang materi pendidikan Islam dan meningkatkan motivasi mereka untuk belajar. Kesimpulan: Penerapan pendekatan STEAM dalam PAI dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan memberikan dampak positif dengan menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang lebih relevan, menarik, dan kontekstual. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini berkontribusi sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi pemerintah daerah dan sekolah dalam merumuskan kebijakan pendidikan terhadap penggunaan pendekatan STEAM secara luas di tingkat SMA.

Abstract

ENGLISH: The Role of Islamic Education Teachers in Instilling Religious Moderation Values of High School StudentsObjective: This study aims to determine the role and strategies of Islamic Education Teachers in instilling Religious Moderation in Students at SMA IT IQRA' Bengkulu City. Method: this type of research uses qualitative-descriptive with case study design. This research was conducted in 2024; the main subjects were Islamic Education Teachers and the Head of the school curriculum. Data collection used interview, observation, and documentation instruments. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the research data. Results: The role of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMA IT Iqra' Bengkulu City is strategic in instilling religious moderation values in students. The values of religious moderation are integrated into the subject matter, such as explaining the concept of wasathiyah (balance), tolerance, and unity in Islamic teachings. Conclusion: Islamic Education teachers become role models for students by showing religious moderation in daily interactions in the school environment and relationships with the surrounding community. Contribution: This research contributes to the scientific literature, especially in Islamic education and the study of religious moderation.INDONESIAN: Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Menanamkan Nilai-Nilai Moderasi Beragama Siswa SMATujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran dan strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan Moderasi Beragama pada Siswa di SMA IT IQRA’ Kota Bengkulu. Metode: jenis penelitian menggunakan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2024, subjek utama yaitu Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Kepala kurikulum sekolah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis deskriptif digunakan dalam analisis data penelitian. Hasil: Peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA IT Iqra’ Kota Bengkulu sangat strategis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama kepada siswa. Nilai-nilai moderasi beragama diintegrasikan dalam materi pelajaran, seperti penjelasan tentang konsep wasathiyah (keseimbangan), toleransi, dan persatuan dalam ajaran Islam. Kesimpulan: Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam menjadi teladan bagi para siswa dengan menunjukkan moderasi beragama dalam interaksi sehari-hari di lingkungan sekolah dan dalam hubungan dengan masyarakat sekitar. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur keilmuan, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan agama Islam dan studi tentang moderasi beragama.

Abstract

ENGLISH: The Influence of Principal’s Competence and Mastery of Information Technology on Teacher PerformanceObjective: This study investigates the influence of principal competence and mastery of information technology (IT) impact teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Tigo Nagari, Pasaman Regency, in 2024. Methods: This study uses a quantitative correlational approach. The sample of this study amounted to 46 Islamic education teachers. Data collection: Questionnaires were used to collect data. Data analysis: Data were analyzed using the classical assumption test, including test for normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, followed by multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and coefficient of determination test. Results and conclusions: The ANOVA results indicated a significant regression model (F = 17.637, p = 0.000). The findings demonstrate that both principal competence and IT mastery have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Tigo Nagari. Contribution: This study contributes as a guide for principals in improving their competence to create a productive work environment and support the improvement of teacher performance.INDONESIAN: Pengaruh Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah dan Penguasaan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kinerja Guru Pendidikan Agama IslamTujuan: Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan bagaimana Kompetensi kepala sekolah dan penguasaan TI berdampak pada kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 1 Tigo Nagari Kab. Pasaman tahun 2024. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 46 orang guru. Pengumpulan data: Angket digunakan dalam proses mengumpulkan data. Analsisi data: data dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, dan Uji Determinasi. Hasil dan kesimpulan: Hasil ANOVA menunjukkan model regresi signifikan (F = 17,637, p = 0,000). Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi kepala sekolah (dan penguasaan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN 1 Tigo Nagari. Kontribusi: Penelitian ini berkontribusi sebagai panduan bagi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensinya untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan mendukung peningkatan kinerja guru.

Abstract

ENGLISH: The Relationship between Islamic Religious Knowledge and the Behavior of High School StudentsObjective: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship and reveal how much influence Islamic religious knowledge has on student behavior at SMA Negeri 6 Seluma. Method: The research design used a quantitative approach (correlation study); this research was conducted at SMA Negeri 6 Seluma in 2024; the research subjects were second-grade students totaling 41. Questionnaire instruments were used as data collection tools. Data analysis uses a normality test, correlation test, and determination coefficient using the product moment correlation technique. Result: students' Islamic religious knowledge level is in the high category, with an average score of 82.7. Meanwhile, student behavior is in the moderate category, with an average score of 48.3. Conclusion: Students with high Islamic religious knowledge do not guarantee good behavior, and students with low Islamic religious knowledge do not guarantee bad behavior because that is not the factor that affects behavior; other factors outside this variable affect it. Contribution: This research can be used as a source of scientific information about the relationship between religious education and student character building, especially in the context of high schoolINDONESIAN: Hubungan antara Pengetahuan Agama Islam dan Perilaku Siswa tingkat SMATujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan dan mengungkapkan seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan agama Islam terhadap perilaku siswa di SMA Negeri 6 Seluma. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif (studi korelasi), Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 6 Seluma tahun 2024, Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas dua berjumlah 41. Instrumen angket digunakan sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Anaslisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment. Hasil: tingkat pengetahuan agama Islam siswa berada pada kategori tinggi, dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 82,7. Sementara itu, perilaku siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dengan rata-rata skor 48,3. Kesimpulan: siswa yang berpengetahuan agama Islam tinggi tidak menjamin berperilaku yang baik dan siswa yang pengetahuan agama Islam rendah tidak menjamin berperilaku yang buruk karena bukan itu faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku, akan tetapi ada faktor lain diluar variabel ini yang mempengaruhinya. Kontribusi: penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber informasi ilmu pengetahuan tentang hubungan pendidikan agama dan pembentukan karakter siswa, khususnya dalam konteks sekolah menengah atas.
