Abstract

Keterampilan literasi numerasi membantu peserta didik dalam mengambil keputusan yang rasional dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh keterampilan berpikir kritis, kompetensi pedagogi guru, dan perhatian orang tua terhadap keterampilan literasi numerasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik Madrasah Ibtidayah Negeri di Kabupaten Demak, Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 65 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus statistik Lavene Test, Glejser Test, Variance Inflation Factor (VIF), Deviation From Linearity, Durbin Watson, uji-t, uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) berpikir kritis memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan literasi numerasi dengan kontribusi sebesar 11%, (2) kompetensi pedagogi guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan literasi numerasi dengan kontribusi sebesar 14,8%, (3) perhatian orang tua memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan literasi numerasi dengan kontribusi sebesar 5,5%. (4) Keterampilan berpikir kritis, kompetensi pedagogi guru, dan perhatian orang tua secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan literasi numerasi dengan kontribusi sebesar 22,7%. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung teori konstruktivisme, teori behavioristik, dan teori Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD).

Abstract

This study aims to test the validity of the mathematics learning independence instrument of elementary school students using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The research method used is a quantitative approach with factor analysis techniques to identify the latent structure of the instrument. Data was collected through a questionnaire of 73 grade V elementary school students and analyzed using Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO), Bartlett's Test, and factor extraction with Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The results of the study show that this instrument consists of five main factors that have a significant correlation with the aspect of mathematics learning independence. The model match index shows good values, with RMSEA = 0.00 and TLI = 1.1705, signifying that this instrument is valid and reliable. However, some items with a loading factor below 0.40 and a high uniqueness (u²) value were found, indicating that the items did not fully represent the measured factor. Therefore, it is necessary to revise or eliminate items that have high cross-loading as well as add more specific items according to the dimension of mathematics learning independence. Thus, the developed instruments can be used in research and educational practice to measure the independence of elementary school students' mathematics learning, while still paying attention to the improvement of the instrument in advanced studies.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the creativity and independence of 5th-grade students of SDN 2 Karangan in science by applying game-based learning media, Eduplay Mate. The method used is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) model, by Kemmis and McTaggart, which consists of four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The study subjects were 29 5th-grade students of SDN 2 Karangan. Data collection techniques were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive techniques. The study results showed that using Eduplay Mate can improve students' creativity and independence. As many as 75% of students showed increased creativity and independence based on the results of observations and questionnaires. In addition, 80% of students responded positively to Eduplay Mate-based learning. In conclusion, Eduplay Mate is efficacious in improving students' creativity and independence in science.

Abstract

This study aims to use heliosphere media to increase the learning motivation of SDN 3 Ketan's grade VI science students. Sixteen students are the subjects of the classroom action research (CAR) methodology. Questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observation were used to gather data and subjected to qualitative descriptive analysis. The study's findings demonstrated that Heliosphere successfully raised pupils' motivation for learning. According to observations and survey results, up to 75% of students reported feeling more motivated after using this medium for studying. In conclusion, heliosphere media can be valuable for raising primary school pupils' motivation to learn science

Abstract

This study aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of SD N 1 Wonoboyo fourth-grade students in the 2024/2025 Academic Year by implementing reward stickers. The subjects of this study were 20 fourth-grade students of SD N 1 Wonoboyo. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with a cycle design that includes the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The data collection technique was observation and testing. The results of observations in the pre-cycle showed that only 45% of students achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). In cycle 1, with the implementation of reward stickers, the classical completion rate increased to 65% but did not meet the target. In cycle 2, a more optimal implementation succeeded in increasing classical completion to 85%. The results of this study indicate that reward stickers can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes

Abstract

This project uses the Teaching at The Right Level (TaRL) methodology to enhance students' learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) courses. Classroom Action Research (CAR), the research methodology employed, is divided into two cycles, each comprising diagnostic testing, student categorization according to comprehension level, and the implementation of suitable learning techniques. The study's findings suggest that using the TaRL technique can significantly enhance students' learning outcomes. The percentage of students who completed the classical portion rose from 30.76% in the pre-cycle to 84.61% in cycle II, while the average student score rose from 60.92 in cycle I to 78.54 in cycle II. This method enhances learning outcomes and positively affects student motivation and engagement. As a result, the TaRL approach may be a valuable tactic for addressing variations in students' comprehension levels and fostering more inclusive, individual-centered learning.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class IVB students of SD Negeri 2 Prambanan by using Dart Board media in learning Natural and Social Sciences (Ipas) on the material of Indonesian Cultural Wealth. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were class IVB students of SD Negeri 2 Prambanan in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative and qualitative approaches to measure improvements in learning outcomes and student responses to the use of Dart Board media. The results showed that using Dart Board media significantly improved student learning outcomes. In cycle I, the average student score increased from 68.69 in the pre-cycle stage to 79.47, while in cycle II it increased again to 82.63. In addition, students showed active involvement and positive responses to learning with this media. Thus, Dart Board media can be an innovative alternative in science learning to improve student learning outcomes and make the learning atmosphere more enjoyable and interactive.

Abstract

The low literacy skills of students in primary schools are an important concern in an effort to improve the quality of education. The Literacy Movement is expected to improve students' reading, writing, speaking and listening skills which are basic elements in Indonesian language learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type that aims to describe in depth the phenomena that occur in the field related to the implementation of the Literacy Movement. The data collection methods used were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Sources of research data include teachers, grade IV students, and documents related to learning activities at SDN 61 Bima City. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis, in which the collected data was analyzed to describe the effectiveness of literacy implementation. The results showed that the implementation of the literacy movement had a positive impact on improving students' reading creativity as shown by data related to the effectiveness of the implementation of the literacy movement, namely reading, writing, speaking, listening and the literacy environment getting good results. The form of literacy activities implemented at SDN 61 Kota Bima, namely the literacy stage and the use of Augmented Reality technology, succeeded in improving students' literacy skills and had a positive impact on their academic development, as well as creating a more interactive and fun learning environment.

Abstract

The Society 4.0 era is characterized by integrating technology into various sectors, including education, to improve learning effectiveness. One technology that has great potential in supporting the learning process is Augmented Reality (AR), which allows interactive and concrete visualization of abstract concepts. This study examines the effectiveness of using AR-based learning media through the Assembler Edu application in improving student learning outcomes in IPSA (Natural and Social Sciences) subjects at the elementary school level. The research approach used is quantitative with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest Design to measure the effect of AR media on student understanding. The subjects of this study were 30 grade V students at MIN Kota Bima. Data collection techniques were conducted through tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, with an average pretest score of 54.16 and a posttest score of 85.5. The N-Gain value reached 0.78 or 78.01%, which is included in the high category. This finding shows that using the Assembler Edu application can improve students' understanding of abstract concepts in IPAS, encourage learning motivation, and create a more interesting and interactive learning experience. This research is expected to contribute to learning innovation at the elementary school level and become a reference for educators in choosing the right digital learning media.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) memerlukan pendekatan yang inovatif untuk membantu siswa memahami konsep dasar seperti besaran dan satuan. Salah satu pendekatan yang semakin diminati adalah pemanfaatan media digital dalam pengembangan bahan ajar, dimana platform Canva merupakan salah satu perangkat yang paling populer digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai jenis bahan ajar berbasis Canva yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPA, menilai efektivitasnya terhadap pemahaman konsep siswa, dan mengeksplorasi strategi terbaik untuk penerapannya di kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode telaah pustaka sistematis dengan pendekatan PRISMA, yang berfokus pada kajian penggunaan Canva dalam konteks pembelajaran IPA di SMP. Sumber pustaka diperoleh dari tiga basis data utama, yaitu Google Scholar, Scopus, dan DOAJ. Untuk memastikan relevansi, pencarian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kata kunci seperti "besaran dan satuan", "media digital Canva", "pembelajaran IPA", dan "inquiri". Batas waktu publikasi artikel berkisar antara tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2025, dengan fokus pada materi ajar yang mengusung pendekatan multirepresentasi dalam pembelajaran IPA pada jenjang SMP. Sebanyak 10 artikel ilmiah yang memenuhi kriteria dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan pendekatan analisis naratif, dengan mengelompokkan informasi berdasarkan data yang berhasil diekstraksi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Canva dapat meningkatkan capaian pembelajaran, partisipasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, dan motivasi belajar secara signifikan melalui visual yang menarik dan interaktif. Canva juga memungkinkan penyajian konsep secara multirepresentasi, yang berkontribusi pada pemahaman materi yang lebih mendalam. Namun, tantangan tetap ada, termasuk keterbatasan kemampuan guru dalam mengoperasikan Canva dan keterjangkauan infrastruktur digital di beberapa sekolah.
