Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, penerapan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pendidikan menjadi semakin penting. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penggunaan aplikasi E-Atan (elektronik absensi) di Kampus STAIN Bengkalis, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data kehadiran mahasiswa serta mendukung proses akademik secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-Atan memberikan banyak manfaat, seperti kemudahan dalam pengisian Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS), akses nilai, dan komunikasi antara mahasiswa dan dosen. Namun, terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan akses pada saat peak, yang menyebabkan penurunan kinerja aplikasi. Pengguna juga mengusulkan penambahan fitur notifikasi otomatis untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Meskipun aplikasi ini sudah memenuhi sebagian besar tujuan akademik, masih diperlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut, termasuk pelatihan pengguna dan peningkatan antarmuka aplikasi. Dengan dukungan infrastruktur yang tepat dan langkah-langkah keamanan yang memadai, E-Atan diharapkan dapat berfungsi secara optimal, menjadi alat bantu administratif yang efektif, dan mendorong peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di STAIN Bengkalis.

Abstract

Perkembangan dan perubahan pada lembaga pendidikan menjadikan persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan semakin ketat dan terarah. Persaingan ini mengharuskan lembaga pendidikan berupaya menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang kreatif, inovatif, dan bisa menggali kemudian mengembangkan keuggulan dan keunikannya agar bisa menarik minat pelanggan jasa pendidikan. Keberminatan peserta didik terhadap suatu lembaga pendidikan identik dengan kepuasan yang diperolehnya mengenai pelayanan yang diberikan. Salah satu cara mencapai kepuasan pelanggan adalah dengan membangun hubungan (relationship) dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan relationship marketing dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam, dan menganalisis tujuan, manfaat dan komponen dari relationship marketing. serta menambah literatur terkait ilmu pemasaran. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang serangkaian kegiatannya berkenaan dengan metode mengumpulkan, membaca, mencatat data pustaka kemudian mengelolah bahan penelitian dan menyimpulkan hasilnya. Relationship marketing dalam pendidikan Islam memiliki empat konsep, yaitu Islamic ethical behaviour, social bonds, structural bonds, financial bonds.

Abstract

Ketercapaian pembelajaran matematika yang baik diperoleh dari manajemen kelas yang baik, efektif dan efisien dari seorang guru matematika. Hal ini mendasari perlunya mengkaji peran guru dalam manajemen kelas pada pembelajaran matematika. Tulisan ini termasuk metode library research. Teknik pengumpulan data nya menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil temuan diperoleh bahwa peran guru dalam manajemen kelas pada pembelajaran matematika yaitu tahapan perencanaan, pengimplementasian dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, seorang guru perlu memperhatikan keberhasilan pembelajaran dengan melihat karakteristik siswa, materi pelajaran, media pembelajaran, dan cara maupun metode yang akan digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran matematika. Adapun pada tahap implementasi, guru perlu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif, mengatur waktu dengan efektif, memanfaatkan sumber daya pendidikan yang menarik, dan membangkitkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar matematika. Selanjutnya, pada tahapan evaluasi, guru perlu melakukan evaluasi proses dan hasil belajar siswa untuk mengukur prestasi belajar dan melakukan perbaikan terhadap hasil belajar mtematika yang belum maksimal.

Abstract

Public Relations strategy plays an important role in efforts to improve the image of higher education in the eyes of the public. This research is motivated by the importance of a positive image of higher education for the reputation and trust of the public. The purpose of this study is to analyze effective human strategies in efforts to improve the image of higher education. The method used is a library research that analyzes public relations theory and practice. The results of this study provide valuable guidance for Public Relations practitioners in higher education to improve the image of their institutions effectively through transparent communication with stakeholders, utilization of media (mass and social) to disseminate positive information, building good relationships with internal and external publics, and responsive crisis management. Thus, an integrated public relations strategy that includes these four aspects is proven effective in building a positive and competitive image of higher education.

Abstract

Islamic education in its early days was an education with classical methodology, based primarily on the Qur'an, Hadith, and the works of early scholars (yellow books). Meanwhile, the methodology of contemporary Islamic education is more towards combining religious knowledge and general knowledge (science, technology, social). The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparative study of Islamic teaching methodology of the classical and contemporary models. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, the type of research is library research using descriptive analysis and interpretation analysis, with data collection tools in the form of documents, interviews, and observations. This study confirms that the classical and contemporary Islamic learning models have their respective advantages. The classical model excels in deepening religious knowledge, strengthening morals, and maintaining the sanad of knowledge, while the contemporary model excels in pedagogical innovation, integration of science and technology, and development of 21st-century competencies. However, both also have disadvantages: the classical is less adaptive to the challenges of the times, and the contemporary is prone to losing spiritual depth. Therefore, an integrative approach that combines the strengths of both is very important.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is a crucial aspect of creating superior and competitive human resources. One of the main strategies for realizing quality education is by strengthening the academic qualifications and professional competence of educators. This study aims to examine the relationship between academic qualifications, the professional competence of teachers, and the improvement of the quality of education. This study uses literature study methods and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that efforts to improve the quality of education include certification, ongoing training, performance evaluation, relevant curriculum, mentoring, learning technology, and policy support. The formation of professional groups and the provision of awards are also important. However, there are obstacles such as limited resources, access to training, management support, inadequate policies, high workloads, and suboptimal infrastructure and technology.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has driven a paradigm shift in the world of education, including in Social Science (IPS) learning. Transformation of learning approaches is necessary to answer the challenges of the times that demand mastery of technology, adaptive abilities, creativity, and critical thinking skills. This article is a literature review that explores the transformation of the IPS learning approach in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The study results indicate that IPS learning needs to be oriented towards developing 21st-century competencies, emphasizing practical, contextual application and integration of character and social values. Learning must be designed interactively, collaboratively, and fun to foster curiosity, empathy, social sensitivity, and civic responsibility. This transformation requires synergy between schools, families, communities, and the government to create a holistic and adaptive educational ecosystem. Thus, IPS education can produce a generation that is not only academically superior but also has social advantages and strong character in facing the dynamics of the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The research purpose is to analyze the effectiveness of the use of Website-based RDM as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors the effectiveness of the use of Website-based RDM at MAS Al Huda Bengkalis.The research method is qualitative research. The research results show that the use of Website-based RDM received a positive respons from informants and was considered effective in supporting the evaluation process and monitoring learning outcomes.. This is marked by the achievement of goals in accordance with the expectations and targets determined, good and fast adaptability by RDM users, the creation of job satisfaction, and the existence of a sense of full responsibility from all parties involved in the implementation of value processing activities.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how the integration of character education is implemented in Islamic Education learning in a continuous and optimal manner. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach by analyzing relevant scientific journals and books. The results show that the integration of character education requires synergy between teachers, the curriculum, and the school environment. Sustainable strategies such as habituation of religious values, teacher role modeling, and character evaluation are effective in shaping students' personalities holistically. However, this process faces challenges such as narrow perceptions of religious education, lack of teacher training, negative influences of social media, and limited resources. Therefore, character education in the context of Islamic Education needs to be designed systematically, collaboratively, and in accordance with current developments in order to produce intelligent, ethical, and morally upright generations.

Abstract

This study aims at the madrasah principal's policy in making participatory decisions in improving the quality of education, namely; (1) The process of participatory decision-making of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of education, (2) Implementation of participatory decision-making of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of education, (3) Evaluation of participatory decision-making of the madrasah principal in improving the quality of education. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a field type that is carried out directly on the object to obtain data and share information through observation, documentation and interviews. This study provides results that; (1) The process of participatory decision-making in improving the quality of education begins with the identification of problems that have been collected based on facts and data, directly or indirectly by involving teachers and staff in collecting important information, (2) Implementation of participatory decision-making in improving the quality of education is by involving the academic community of the madrasah in making a democratic and participatory policy, (3) Evaluation of participatory decision-making in improving the quality of education by reviewing problems related to the program repeatedly and re-making decisions in a participatory manner to find out the development of the program periodically.
