Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant transformation to Islamic Religious Education (PAI). However, digitalization risks obscuring the essence of value internalization and character building if it lacks a strong philosophical foundation. This study aims to conceptualize the development of PAI learning technology by integrating Al-Farabi’s philosophical thoughts, specifically through the methods of imitation (al-takhyil) and habituation (al-’adah) in the digital era. This study employed a qualitative method with a library research design. A content analysis approach was used to dissect Al-Farabi's texts, which were then synthesized with modern learning technology concepts. The findings indicate that Al-Farabi’s perspective is highly relevant to the digital architecture of PAI. First, the method of imitation is actualized through the utilization of multimedia technology, Virtual Reality (VR), and social media as interactive instruments for visualizing digital role models (uswah hasanah). Second, the method of habituation is integrated through gamification-based habit tracker applications and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to encourage the consistent repetition of commendable behaviors. This integration demonstrates that technology serves not merely as a tool for cognitive transfer, but as a dynamic platform for character building that adapts to contemporary times.

Abstract

School supervision is very important to help teachers do a better job and improve the overall quality of education. This study aims to find out the problems and difficulties faced when running school supervision at SMP Darul Falah Jeblog Talun. To get the data, the researcher talked directly with the school principal, vice principal, and some teachers, while also observing the school activities and checking their documents. The results show that supervising teachers at SMP Darul Falah isn't always easy. Some of the main problems are that supervisors don't have enough time, teachers don't really understand why they are being supervised, and there is too much paperwork. On top of that, teachers often feel nervous, anxious, or stressed when they are being evaluated because they feel like they are just being judged. These mixed feelings make it hard to create a comfortable learning environment for everyone involved. In conclusion, even though the school supervision plan is already set up well on paper, its actual practice still needs a lot of improvement. Supervisors need more training to do their job better. Most importantly, the school needs to change how it looks at supervision. The focus should shift away from just checking boxes toward working together, talking openly, and genuinely helping teachers grow. By doing this, teachers will feel supported instead of scared, which will eventually make the school a much better place for students to learn every day.

Abstract

Digital transformation has brought significant changes to various aspects of education, including the management of educational institutions. Educational management is required to adapt to technological advancements in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of educational administration. This study aims to examine the transformation of educational management in improving school quality in the digital era through a literature review method. The research data were obtained from various sources, including books, journal articles, and previous studies relevant to the topic. Data analysis was conducted through the collection, review, and synthesis of literature related to the transformation of educational management. The findings indicate that the transformation of educational management plays a crucial role in enhancing school quality through the utilization of digital technology in administration, data management, communication, and decision-making processes. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as limited technological infrastructure, insufficient digital competencies among educators, and resistance to change. Therefore, effective leadership support, the improvement of human resource competencies, and the provision of adequate infrastructure are essential to ensure the successful implementation of educational management transformation.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the development of educational technology, which has encouraged the use of web-based interactive learning media in the learning process, particularly in craft subjects that require creativity, visualization, and active student engagement. The study was conducted because conventional learning methods were considered less effective in creating engaging and flexible learning experiences for students. This research aims to describe students’ experiences, teachers’ perceptions, and the meaning of using web-based interactive learning media in craft learning at SMA Negeri Grujugan. This study employed a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The research participants consisted of craft subject teachers and students who were involved in the use of web-based learning media. The findings revealed that the use of web-based interactive learning media was able to enhance students’ learning motivation, active participation, creativity, and independent learning through engaging and flexible multimedia features. Teachers also expressed positive perceptions regarding the implementation of web-based learning media, as it was considered effective in creating a more efficient and student-centered learning environment. However, the implementation of web-based learning media still encountered several challenges, including limited internet connectivity, insufficient data quotas, and distractions that affected students’ learning focus. Therefore, the use of web-based interactive learning media plays an important role in improving students’ learning experiences and supporting the digital transformation of learning in craft education.

Abstract

This study aims to review the role of self-efficacy in students' mathematical representation abilities. Mathematical representation ability is important in mathematics learning because it helps students express ideas in visual, symbolic, and verbal forms. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025, which were retrieved through Google Scholar with the assistance of Publish or Perish. The articles were selected based on topic relevance, methodological clarity, their connection to self-efficacy, and discussions related to mathematical representation abilities. The findings indicate that students with high self-efficacy tend to demonstrate more comprehensive and flexible mathematical representations. In contrast, students with low self-efficacy often encounter difficulties in selecting appropriate forms of representation and communicating mathematical ideas. The review also reveals that active, collaborative, and problem-based learning strategies can support the enhancement of both self-efficacy and students' mathematical representation abilities. Therefore, self-efficacy should be considered an important psychological factor contributing to success in mathematics learning.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (ECCE) has an urgent role in the world of education. As an ECCE institution, its role is to ensure the quality of learning and educational services according to the standards and characteristics of child development. The problem that occurs today is in terms of quality or quality of learning. This type of research uses literature studies by collecting data through various book materials, articles, and research results related to research studies which are then analyzed. After conducting the screanning process, 20 articles and 4 books were selected as the final review. Data analysis techniques using content analysis methods aim to describe and infer the content of data sources. The result of deepening the literature is: there are still many ECCE products that have not met the established standards. In learning, it often happens that teachers do not carry out their roles and functions. Teachers explain a lot and still use a teacher-centered system. The assignment system tends to be passive so that children find it difficult to express opinions, lack of collaboration between teachers and children. As a result, teachers are unable to bring about change to develop creative learning models for early childhood. The strategy to overcome problems in the world of education is to improve the quality of learning. The government made a learning strategy by changing the child-centered curriculum, through Freedom to Play or Freedom to Learn.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital learning media on early childhood learning interest and motivation. The method used in this research is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining various scientific articles relevant to the research topic. The research process includes several stages, namely formulating research questions, searching and selecting articles, analyzing data, and interpreting the findings. The results show that digital learning media have a significant impact on improving children's learning interest and motivation. The use of media such as interactive videos, educational games, and learning applications can attract children's attention, increase focus, and stimulatecuriosity. In addition, digital media also help improve children's self-confidence and persistence in completing tasks through feedback and reward systems. However, the use of digital media also has negative impacts if not used wisely, such as the risk of gadget addiction, reduced social interaction, and health issues. Therefore, the role of teachers and parents is crucial in controlling and guiding the use of digital media to ensure it is balanced and appropriate to children's developmental stages. In conclusion, digital learning media can be an effective tool to enhance early childhood learning interest and motivation when used properly and appropriately.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of early childhood creativity through art activities in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) and to identify the role of learning media in supporting the process. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various scientific sources such as journals and relevant books. The results of the study indicate that art activities such as painting, collage, and finger painting play an important role in enhancing children's creativity, as they provide opportunities for children to explore, imagine, and express their ideas and feelings freely. In addition, the use of varied and engaging learning media has been proven to increase learning interest and support the development of cognitive, motor, and socio-emotional aspects of children. However, in practice, there are still obstacles such as limited learning media and a lack of innovation in learning activities. Therefore, teachers’ creativity is needed in utilizing the surrounding environment as a learning resource to optimize the learning process.
