Abstract

There is a need for an understanding to stop the attitudes of extremism and liberalism, which are ideologies that lie in the middle ground, neither leaning towards extremism nor liberalism. These excessive attitudes can trigger religious conflicts that will threaten national sovereignty. The cultivation of religious moderation values in Islamic religious education for students at schools is important to enhance awareness and understanding of the meaning of diversity around them. The instilling of religious moderation values can be seen in several inclusive and tolerant religious activities. The values of religious moderation include tawassuth, fairness or proportionality, tolerance, peace, unity and brotherhood, nationalism, equality or equity, and other values. The role of Islamic religious teachers in instilling religious moderation in educational institutions is very important, as teachers have the role of providing a broad understanding and appreciation of Islam as a religion that is a blessing for all creation and that values differences.

Abstract

Strategic management is a crucial process in organizational management aimed at achieving its long-term goals. The scope of strategic management will be elaborated with a focus on the key elements involved. Firstly, the analysis of the external and internal environment forms the basis for understanding the context in which the organization operates, as well as identifying opportunities and challenges. Secondly, setting vision, mission, and core strategies provides clear direction and goals for the organization. Thirdly, operational planning details the concrete steps to implement the established strategies, including resource allocation and performance measurement. Lastly, the involvement of top management is essential in leading, motivating, and ensuring alignment between organizational strategies and long-term goals. By understanding and implementing this scope of strategic management, organizations can achieve a competitive advantage and reach their long-term objectives amidst dynamic changes in the business environment.

Abstract

Abstract

Actually the content standard covers the minimum material scope and minimum competency level to achieve minimum graduate competence at certain levels and types of education. The curriculum is a set of educational plans and programs that are used as a reference by educational institutions that are adapted to the level and needs of students and by taking into account local culture. Policy on implementing the education unit level curriculum (KTSP), government decisions and regulations relating to the educational institution or level/type of school concerned. In the education process, curriculum management needs to be implemented so that curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation run more effectively, efficiently, and optimally in empowering various learning resources, learning experiences, and curriculum components. (Sulfemi 2018: 4) Process standards are national education standards related to the implementation of learning in an educational unit to achieve graduate competency standards. The learning process in educational units is held interactively, inspiring, fun, challenging, motivating students to participate actively, and providing sufficient space for initiative, creativity, and independence in accordance with the talents, interests, and physical and psychological development of students.

Abstract

Every aspect of human life has been influenced by advances in digital technology, including in the field of Arabic language education. However, there are still some Arabic language educators who have not been able to adapt to current developments in this digital era. This research aims to analyze: 1) The challenges faced by Arabic language education in the digital era transformation. 2) Opportunities for Arabic language education in the digital era transformation. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection technique in this research uses a literature study approach. The results of this research show that there is a change in the paradigm of Arabic language education in the digital era, including: 1) The concept of education. 2) Use of Technology, and 3) The Role of Arabic Language Teachers in the Digital Era. The challenges include; 1) Teacher Maturity, 2) Infrastructure, and 3) Content Quality. While the opportunities are; 1) Increased Access to Education. 2) More innovative learning, and 3) Collaboration between Educational Institutions.

Abstract

Effective use of media and learning resources in the digital era is an important aspect in optimizing the learning process. This article outlines strategies that can be used to optimally utilize digital media and learning resources in the context of modern learning. Various digital era learning models, such as Blended Learning, Distant Learning, Mobile Learning, and Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), are presented as alternatives that can improve the flexibility and quality of learning. However, challenges such as limited internet access, financial constraints, and technology readiness in some areas, need to be addressed with appropriate strategies. Some of the strategies discussed in this article include the utilization of social media, personalization and segmentation, revenue diversification, and the use of data analytics and artificial intelligence tools. By implementing these strategies, learning can become more effective and can meet the needs of learners in today's digital era

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to promote the introduction of humanistic values in the lessons of Akida Akhlaq in order to promote civility towards the students of SDN Glonggong 02 school, and to identify supporting factors in the introduction ofhumanistic values.and to investigate the inhibiting factors.In order to learn about polite behavior toward students at SDN Glonggong 02, I worked in the politeness study group in Akidah Akhlaq.This study is a type of field study that is descriptive in nature.The study will be conducted at SDN Glonggong 02 and implementation is scheduled for November2023. And the study is in accordance with the independent curriculum. Bicause, the Merdeka curriculum incorporates the values of humanistic Islamic education: the value of cultivating common sense, included in the characteristics of capacity development, the principle of focusing on the student and paying attention to the results of feedback research and learning.was shown to be included. Individualistic values of independence. They are based on an independent curriculum paradigm. The value of the spirit of science, embodied in one of the aspects of achieving the goal of an independent curriculum, is to foster a love of learning. The values of pluralistic education are included in the Pancasila Profile Strengthening Project and the value of prioritizing function over symbols included in the dimensions of curriculum principles: , the principle of competence and the principle of mutual cooperation; of balance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the eflectiveness of the Bible teaching method applied in the context of Christian religious education in schools. The primary focus of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the teaching methods can achieve the goals of Christian religious education, including the development of theological understanding, morality, and the application of spiritual values in students' daily lives. The research methodology involves a qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as classroom observations and curriculum document analysis. The data will be analyzed using a thematic approach to identify common patterns in Bible teaching methods and understand their impact on students' understanding and application of Bible teachings. The research findings are expected to provide a comprehensive overview of the eflectiveness of Bible teaching methods in achieving the goals of Christian religious education. The implications of these findings are expected to serve as a foundation for the development of more eflective teaching strategies, meeting the spiritual and intellectual needs of students, and supporting the formation of character in accordance with biblical teachings. This research is anticipated to contribute to the development of Christian religious education in schools and encourage deeper reflection on existing teaching practices.

Abstract

One option to improve the quality of learning and student skills is to implement a Learning Management System (LMS) using a Project-based learning model. The purpose of this research is to find out how students' learning outcomes and skills are affected when the LMS is implemented using the PBL model. A literature review approach is the research strategy used; this involves gathering information and data by searching relevant sources. The qualitative data analysis process involves interpreting, understanding and applying information from data sources to the topic at hand. The results of this study show that using a Project-based learning approach to build an LMS can improve students' educational outcomes. In addition, the implementation of the LMS through the Project based learning model can improve students' ability to communicate, collaborate, and think critically. The use of Project based learning together with the implementation of LMS can improve students' capacity to manage study time, find and apply information, adjust to the evolving educational environment, control emotions, and cope with stress in learning.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study approach in the application of differentiated learning. The aim of this research is to describe differentiated mathematics learning using the discovery learning model to increase student activity in the classroom in the learning process. This research was carried out in line with practical field experience carried out by researchers at SMP Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek. This research also aims to improve the current learning system where teachers still use conventional methods in learning. So that students' activeness in learning in class is not visible and students' understanding of mathematical concepts is low. The subjects of this research were students in class VIII-1. The choice of class VIII-1 was due to the characteristics of students with different abilities, in accordance with the objectives of implementing differentiated learning.
