Abstract

Islamic religious education is a planned conscious effort in preparing students to understand, recognize, live and believe in the teachings of the Islamic religion. The results of observations in the field are still not available student worksheets (LKPD) for students. This study aims to develop LKPD in the field of study of Islamic religious education at SDN 02 Attitudeak Barat, Pariaman City. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the 4D model carried out up to the development stage (develop). The subjects of this study were Islamic Religious Education lecturers, PAI teachers and fourth grade students at SDN 02 Attitudeak Barat, Pariaman City. The research object is in the form of LKPD in the field of PAI studies on the Material of the Story of the Prophet Muhammad's Hijrah to the City of Medina for class IV SD/MI students. . Based on the results of the research conducted, it was found that teaching materials through validity tests obtained a validation value of 84.13% in the valid category and for the practicality test obtained a practicality value of 91.48% in the practical category through practicality tests by the teacher, very practical by students 91.22 % with very practical category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the development of worksheets in the field of Islamic religious education studies on environmental pollution material is valid and practical for use by fourth grade students.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style, school climate, and teacher professional commitment on teacher performance. The research method used is literature. The research results show that the principal's transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. School climate also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Meanwhile, teacher professional commitment has the strongest influence on teacher performance compared to the other two variables. In addition, it was found that school climate acts as a mediator that strengthens the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style and teacher professional commitment on teacher performance. This research has the implication that to improve teacher performance, it is necessary to increase the transformational leadership style of school principals and create a conducive school climate, as well as strengthening teachers' professional commitment. School principals and policy makers are expected to be able to implement effective strategies to develop these three aspects in order to achieve improvements in the quality of education.

Abstract

Integrating digital technologies, particularly YouTube, into English language teaching has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential to enhance language learning experiences. This article explores the benefits and effectiveness of YouTube in teaching English, providing insights for educators, learners, and researchers. This study adopted a systematic review design, searching for articles using sources such as Google Scholar with 26 articles, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) with six articles, and Education Resources Information Center (ERIC) with 98 articles. The total number of articles from these three sources was 130 articles. Then, we used PRISMA to filter articles that met our criteria; 12 articles met the requirements, and we will use them. Articles selected were systematically organised, and data analysis was conducted using thematic and content analysis approaches. The review highlights the multifaceted benefits of incorporating YouTube into language teaching, including improving students' language skill development. However, challenges such as inadequate digital skills among educators and contextual factors necessitate careful consideration in leveraging YouTube effectively for language instruction.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) Adding insight to people who read it, 2) As a contribution to stakeholders, 3) Improving students' reading in reading the Qur'an and Hadith properly and correctly. This research uses the Participant action research method, The researcher went directly to the field, through observations and interviews with related teachers. From the research in the field there were several things that became the source of the reasons for the research, including: MTs students, namely: students who are growing and looking for their identity and need attention from teachers when doing mistakes, including in reading the Al- Qur'an and Hadith, even though students have learned to read and study the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, there are still many who do not understand how to read the Al-Qur'an and Hadith properly and correctly, there are still many children who cannot yet practice it, both in terms of makhraj and the properties of the letters, therefore it is necessary for teachers to make efforts to improve students' ability to read the Qur'an and Hadith according to Tajweed Science.

Abstract

Education is an important thing that cannot be ignored throughout human life. In the current digital era, character education is very important to be implanted and taught massively to students. The aim of this research is to explore the importance of character education in learning to improve the quality of education in the digital era. The research method used is literary research. Literary research is a research method carried out using collect data and take notes, evaluate documents or reading. Literary research can be obtained from various sources such as books, magazines, internet, libraries and documents. We hope that the results of this research can provide encouragement to all parties, including educational institutions, families and society, so that this can be done on a large scale to help make character education teachable and achievable, giving birth to a generation of people with personality and playing a role in improving the quality of education in the digital era.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the need to build teacher work motivation in order to encourage the achievement of good performance quality in madrasahs. One of the factors that can build teacher work motivation is the application of the madrasah principal's communication pattern. This problem is also a major concern for the Principal of MTsN 3 Tabalong to be able to apply an effective communication pattern in building teacher work motivation in MTsN 3 Tabalong. In this case, the five laws of effective communication, namely respect, empathy, audible, clarity, and humble, are the standard measurements in determining the development of teacher work motivation in MTsN 3 Tabalong. The purpose of this study was to find out about the communication pattern of the madrasah principal in building teacher work motivation in MTsN 3 Tabalong. The type and approach used in this study is a descriptive research type and uses a qualitative approach. The object of this study is the communication pattern of the Madrasah Principal at MTsN 3 Tabalong in building teacher work motivation and the subjects of the study are the madrasah principal and teachers of MTsN 3 Tabalong. Furthermore, data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis was carried out in three stages including data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the study obtained were that the communication pattern of the Principal of MTsN 3 Tabalong had been carried out by implementing the five laws of effective communication, namely respect, empathy, audible, clarity, and humble. So that it can provide an impact in the form of a pleasant work environment, a sense of comfort, self-confidence, openness, the growth of a high sense of sympathy and then can build teacher work motivation. Thus, the communication pattern of the Principal of MTsN 3 Tabalong can be said to be running well and effectively. Furthermore, the building of teacher work motivation can also be seen from the evidence of the teacher attendance list which shows the active and disciplined presence of teachers.

Abstract

The cases found in children in Cirebon City were children's disobedience towards their parents. Apart from disobedience, another thing is that children often play with gadgets every day to the point of ignoring their parents' orders, resulting in many parents adopting an authoritarian parenting style. This is what the researchers found in a community with a background in the middle of the city, namely Cirebon City. Parental parenting styles actually have a very central role in a child's development, but wrong parenting patterns will have a negative impact on a child's development and vice versa. Early childhood children usually cannot control their emotions, they will get angry easily, cry, be stubborn, scream, and sometimes even become violent. This research aims to determine 1) the impact of parental authoritarian parenting on the social emotionality of children during the golden age in Cirebon City, 2) the social emotional development of children during the golden age in Cirebon City, 3) factors that influence parental authoritarian parenting during the golden age age in Cirebon City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research that has been conducted, there are results: 1) The Impact of Authoritarian Parenting Patterns: Many parents still apply authoritarian parenting patterns themselves. However, there are also some parents who use a democratic parenting style. 2) The development of social emotional intelligence in early childhood in Cirebon City is said to have several obstacles, such as children being hypnotized by gadgets so that the process of children's social emotional development is slightly disturbed. 3) There are several factors that influence the occurrence of authoritarian parenting patterns, including low education, low economic conditions and culture that is still attached to the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the function of school accreditation in increasing school productivity. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. This research was conducted at is Islamic High School Al- Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu. The subject of this research is the Principal/Vice Principal,. The data collection technique of this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that school/madrasah test scores in the last 3 (three) years can be extracted from the average test scores, the Islamic High School Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu has increased in the last three years as seen from the average test scores. This is due to the existence of tutoring apart from school, the school affiliates with several well-known tutors. Coupled with the free online tutoring. This is also supported by facilities and infrastructure, one of which is the school facilitating students with a kind of tablet to be able to access or look for things about lessons that have not been completed when studying in class. In addition, extracurricular activities at school also support students for their academic achievements. The existence of clubs such as science club, English club and many more. Then, judging from the public perception of the Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu, this school is very good, because this Islamic High School Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu has a fairly good Islamic base because of the holding of youth mosques. The academic achievements of the Islamic High School Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu it self have had many championships. One of them is in the district level madrasa science

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the Picture and Picture model in increasing student activity in Islamic Education (PAI) learning in grade 5 of AL-IRSYAD Tegal Elementary School. The research method used is classroom action research with two cycles. The results showed that the implementation of the Picture and Picture model significantly increased student activity in PAI learning. This model facilitates interaction and discussion among students, encourages them to think critically, and creates a more lively and conducive learning atmosphere. Therefore, the Picture and Picture model is recommended for use in PAI learning and other subjects to increase student activity and participation.

Abstract

This research aims to explore teachers' views and experiences regarding the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in schools. The research method used was qualitative with an in-depth interview approach to teachers. The research results show several main findings: 1). Teachers stated that the Independent Curriculum, although new, had positive and negative aspects. Many feel that this curriculum is more practical than the previous curriculum, although it still requires further in-depth study. 2). The main obstacle faced is the difference in concentration and catching speed of students. Some students are able to follow learning quickly, while others lag behind, similar to problems that existed in the previous curriculum. 3). Teachers provide remediation for students with low IQs or who are behind their peers. This approach helps students focus on learning according to their individual needs. 4). Students have become more creative and independent since the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which encourages them to be more active in the learning process. 5). The Merdeka Curriculum focuses more on student activities, while in the 2013 Curriculum (K13) teachers play a greater role in explaining and analyzing material before students start working.
