Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of government subsidies and low-cost financing schemes in supporting equitable access to land registration in Indonesia. The approach used is a literature review, collecting and analysing various scientific sources, regulations, and reports related to land policy. The results of the study show that government subsidies, particularly through the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) programme, significantly reduce the cost of land registration, thereby increasing the number of certificates issued to low-income communities. On the other hand, low-cost financing schemes offer a flexible alternative by providing easy instalment payments and low interest rates, thereby reaching communities that have difficulty accessing direct subsidies. These two instruments complement each other in expanding access to land registration, but their successful implementation is highly dependent on transparency, bureaucratic management, public financial literacy, and adequate regulatory support. This study recommends that subsidy and low-cost financing policies be managed in an integrated manner to ensure fair, inclusive, and sustainable access to land ownership.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the factors that determine land registration costs and their impact on the affordability of registration services for low-income communities in Indonesia. The method used is a literature review, examining regulations, scientific studies, policy reports, and documentation related to land administration and registration costs. The results of the study show that land registration costs are influenced by national regulations, technical measurement costs, complex bureaucracy, and the existence of unofficial fees that increase the burden on the community. High costs and complicated procedures are major obstacles for low-income communities in obtaining land certificates, thereby negatively impacting their access to legal certainty, asset protection, and economic opportunities. This study recommends the need for simplified procedures, cost transparency, supervision of illegal levies, as well as subsidies and the use of digital technology to improve the affordability of land services for the poor.

Abstract

Land management in Indonesia still faces various fundamental problems, such as overlapping data, inconsistencies between institutions, and weak legal certainty, which have an impact on economic growth. Harmonising land economic policies through the integration of geospatial data and synchronisation between institutions is a strategic solution to improve bureaucratic efficiency, administrative transparency, and investment attractiveness. This study uses a literature review method by examining regulations, scientific articles, and institutional reports that discuss the role of spatial data and institutions in land policy. The results of the study show that harmonisation will only be achieved if both aspects run simultaneously, supported by political commitment, the use of information technology, increased human resource capacity, and clear regulatory support. Thus, the integration of geospatial data and inter-agency synchronisation can be the main instruments in realising a national land system that is accountable, inclusive, and effective for sustainable economic development.

Abstract

Agroecology-based agriculture is an approach that integrates ecological principles into agricultural systems to achieve environmental, social, and economic sustainability. This study conducted a systematic literature review of recent publications to evaluate the contribution of agroecology in supporting sustainable agriculture and to identify supporting factors and challenges in its implementation. The results of the study show that crop diversification, utilisation of local resources, maintenance of soil fertility, and natural pest control are agroecological principles that contribute significantly to ecosystem stability and agricultural productivity. On the other hand, the successful implementation of agroecology is greatly influenced by policy support, the role of farming communities, access to training, and the availability of markets for agroecological products. However, challenges such as the dominance of conventional agriculture, limited access to resources, and cultural resistance remain major obstacles. This study recommends the application of multi-stakeholder collaborative strategies to strengthen the development of agroecology as an effort to transition to a sustainable and resilient agricultural system.

Abstract

Children as victims of sexual violence certainly feel the suffering they experience and the suffering as a result of the violence they experience as victims who are very vulnerable to violence and do not dare to put up the slightest resistance due to actions in the form of threats and even terror to victims and the perpetrators mostly come from close relatives who are supposed to provide protection to their children but instead become child predators. So children need to get legal protection In addition to imposing sanctions on perpetrators by imposing severe penalties on perpetrators, this means that if there is more than one victim, very severe penalties for perpetrators can be given, including life imprisonment. Apart from that, it also provides legal assistance in the form of rehabilitation both medically and socially as well as recovery of children so that they return to their original condition, especially in psychosocial terms, in returning their mental state and self-esteem to a more favorable state. Good. In addition, there is compensation that is charged to the perpetrator while the child is undergoing a period of care and treatment until he recovers because it is a form of child protection in providing mental, psychological and psychological recovery so that in the future the child can organize his life better towards his future.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of competence, innovation, motivation, and job design on the performance of construction experts, with career development as a mediating variable. The high rate of project delays, cost overruns, and declining quality highlights performance issues among construction experts in West Java. For this research, 140 experts affiliated with ASTEKINDO West Java were surveyed. SmartPLS 3.0 was employed to model Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis. The descriptive findings indicate that competence, innovation, motivation, job design, and career development fall within the “good to very good” category, although weaknesses remain in the dimensions of values, work targets, and career development opportunities. Hypothesis testing results show that innovation has a negative and insignificant effect on performance, while competence significantly influences career development. These findings underscore that improving the performance of construction experts requires a structured career development system, enhanced motivation, and adaptive job design

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the intertwined threats of plastic and chemical pollution in marine ecosystems and their implications for aquatic food security. Both forms of pollution have become increasingly urgent global concerns, as they threaten biodiversity, ecosystem services, and the safety of seafood consumed by millions of people worldwide. Design/Methodology/Approach: A qualitative, descriptive exploratory research design was applied, combining systematic literature review and semi-structured expert interviews. Data were collected from peer-reviewed journal articles indexed in Scopus, technical reports from international organizations (e.g., FAO, UNEP), and policy documents. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, relationships, and emerging issues concerning plastic chemical interactions and their impact on food safety and security. Findings: The findings highlight that plastic pollution, particularly microplastics and nanoplastics, causes direct physiological stress to marine organisms and serves as a vector for hazardous chemicals such as persistent organic pollutants (POPs) and heavy metals. Chemical pollutants, especially mercury and pesticides, exhibit bioaccumulative and biomagnifying effects along aquatic food webs. The combined exposure amplifies risks, undermines ecosystem stability, and poses potential health hazards for human consumers. This dual threat jeopardizes both marine biodiversity and global food security. Practical Implications: The study emphasizes the urgency of integrated policy responses, including stricter waste management, reduced use of single-use plastics, and stronger regulations on toxic chemicals. It also suggests the need for cross-disciplinary research focusing on realistic co-exposure scenarios, sensitive detection methods for nano microplastics, and risk assessments for seafood safety in diverse socio-ecological contexts. Originality/Value: By addressing the synergistic effects of plastic and chemical pollution, this study contributes to filling a critical gap in the discourse on marine environmental risks. It underscores the multidimensional nature of ocean pollution, ecological, socio-economic, and health-related, while providing insights for policymakers, researchers, and practitioners seeking sustainable solutions to safeguard marine ecosystems and aquatic food security.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation has turned data privacy into a global strategic issue. Regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provide a comprehensive legal framework for the protection of personal data, but their effectiveness depends heavily on the ability of organizations to apply the principles of accountability and substantive responsibility. This research aims to analyze the paradigm shift from regulatory compliance (regulation-based) to organizational accountability (responsibility-based) in data privacy governance in the digital era. The approach used is qualitative with a systematic literature study method, reviewing Scopus-indexed scientific articles and the Web of Science published between 2015–2025, as well as policy reports from international institutions such as the OECD and EDPB. The analysis was carried out using thematic analysis techniques to identify the main patterns in the application of the principles of accountability, privacy by design, data protection impact assessment (DPIA), as well as social context and privacy ethics. The results show that the paradigm shift towards responsibility requires organizations not only to comply with formal regulations, but also to build an internal governance system that is able to proactively prove data protection. Mechanisms such as privacy by design and DPIA have proven effective in increasing transparency, risk mitigation, and public trust. In addition, the theory of Contextual Integrity and the Taxonomy of Privacy assert that privacy protection must consider social norms and ethical values, not just legal aspects. In the context of developing countries, including Indonesia, the implementation of privacy responsibilities still faces challenges such as limited institutional capacity, low digital literacy, and policy fragmentation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen independent supervisory institutions, increase public literacy, and integrate accountability principles in business strategies and technology design. This research confirms that the future of data protection lies in the balance between strong regulation and ethical responsibility of organizations. By internalizing the principles of accountability, organizations can build a transparent, ethical, and sustainable data ecosystem, while strengthening public trust in the digital age.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 presents new challenges in industrial asset management, particularly regarding equipment maintenance. Traditional maintenance approaches, both reactive and preventive, have proven to be less efficient because they cause downtime and waste costs. Therefore, predictive maintenance emerges as a promising solution through the utilization of the Internet of Things (IoT) for real-time data collection and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for failure pattern analysis. This article presents a literature review on the design of an AI-based predictive maintenance system integrated with an industrial IoT network. The study was conducted by searching literature from reputable databases such as IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, ACM, and Springer, using the keywords "Predictive Maintenance", "AI", "IoT", "Industrial IoT", and "Machine Learning". The review results show that classic machine learning algorithms (e.g., Random Forest, SVM, and Decision Tree) are capable of making predictions with structured data, while deep learning approaches (LSTM, CNN, Autoencoder) are superior in processing complex and time-series data. Nevertheless, challenges still exist in the aspects of IoT device interoperability, data security, limitations of failure datasets, and the need for energy efficiency for real-time processing. This literature review contributes to summarizing the trends, advantages, and limitations of AI methods used in industrial IoT predictive maintenance. Future development potential includes the application of Edge AI for efficient computing, Federated Learning for data privacy, and Digital Twin integration to improve the accuracy of predictive simulations. By addressing these challenges, AI-powered predictive maintenance systems are expected to become a key pillar in supporting reliable, efficient, and highly competitive industrial performance in the digital age.
