Abstract

This research aims to determine job insecurity on work motivation of non permanent teachers at SMA negeri 1 uluidano tae south nias. Job insecurity is a condition where workers feel that their jobs are threatened and there is a powerlessness to do anything about the situation. Based on the phenomenon that occurred Guru Tidak Teltap at SMA N. 1 Ululidano Tae Nias Selatan which has a high level of job insecurity, this occurs because Guru Tidak Tetap often feels like he has lost his enthusiasm for teaching, because many students do not respect honorary teachers. This study aims to determine the Influence of Job Insecurity on Work Motivation in Non-Permanent Teachers at SMA N. 1 Ululidano Tael Nias Selatan. This study uses a qualitative research method, research that uses a qualitative method focuses its analysis, the respondents are Non-Permanent Teachers at SMA N. 1 Uluidano Tae Nias Selatan totaling 34 people. The results of the study were taken by distributing questionnaires that were tested based on the Classical Assumption Test, Simple Linear Regression and T Test. The results of the study showed that there was an influence between Job insecurity on work motivation with a sign value of 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

The development and effectiveness of public services in Indonesia has always been the main concern of the government and society. One important effort in realizing quality public services is through a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system. Implementation of a monitoring and evaluation system is very important for government agencies. The Gunungsitoli City Social Service is responsible for a number of programs and activities related to social welfare. These programs include social assistance for people in need, social rehabilitation programs, development of street children, protection programs for vulnerable groups such as the elderly or people with disabilities, as well as various other activities aimed at improving social welfare in the city of Gunungsitoli. This research uses a qualitative research approach where qualitative research. The research variable is the Implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluation System. The research was carried out at the Gunungsitoli City Social Service Office which is located at the Government office complex, Dahana Tabaloho, Kec, Gunungsitoli, Gunungsitoli City. Implementation of a monitoring system at the Gunungsitoli City Social Service is a positive step to increase the effectiveness of social programs and community services. There are several points that become conclusions in the analysis of the results of the discussion, namely: the objectives and scope of the monitoring system, limited resources and supporting factors for implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategies on increasing sales, particularly for the "Sabun Cantik" product at CV. Werry Group in Gunungsitoli City. In the midst of rapid technological development and intense market competition, effective marketing strategies are essential for attracting and retaining customers. CV. Werry Group is a company engaged in various business sectors; however, it faces challenges in promoting one of its products, "Sabun Cantik." This product is not widely known by the public due to the suboptimal use of social media as a promotional tool and the lack of engaging and relevant marketing content. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that appropriate and innovative marketing strategies, particularly through social media, have a significant impact on increasing sales. Therefore, modern and adaptive marketing management is necessary to enhance product competitiveness and sales volume at CV. Werry Group in the future.

Abstract

The level of production using traditional methods is a production process activity that is generally used. The success of a business can also be considered as an increase in quantity and quality aimed at achieving success. In this research, the problem is the conditions at the level of consumer and market demand for tempe products. The aim of this research is to determine the level of production using traditional methods, quality control, and the level of production using machine technology in the Uwak Hasan tempe business, Pasar Subdistrict, Gunungsitoli City. This research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that the application of the Uwak Hasan tempeh production process is still not optimal because it still applies the production process using traditional methods which are commonly used, efforts to support the production process in facing the high demand for tempeh products, Uwak Hasan tempeh business carrying out product development, understanding the market situation, customer needs, monitoring and training employees so that the production process runs as expected.

Abstract

In the era of digitalization, Wi-Fi networks have become an essential need for government agencies, including the General Elections Supervisory Agency. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Wi-Fi network at the BAWASLU Office in East Nusa Tenggara using Quality of Service (QoS) parameters such as throughput, delay, and packet loss, with the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) method approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The test results showed that the performance of the Wi-Fi network was measured in varying categories depending on the parameters tested. Factors such as the number of users, the physical condition of the building, and device configuration affect the quality of network services. Based on the analysis, this study provides recommendations for optimizing network performance, including increasing bandwidth capacity and setting traffic management. This study is expected to be a reference for network management in other government agencies.

Abstract

Padi merupakan salah satu tanaman budidaya di bidang pertanian, dan hasil dari pertanian di Indonesia yang sangat dibutuhkan sebagai bahan pokok. Faktor terpenting dalam pembudidayaan tanaman padi yaitu pupuk sebagai sumber keberhasilan dari penanaman tanaman padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkap metode PROMETHEE dalam sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan pupuk padi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode PROMETHEE. PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations) merupakan suatu metode untuk menyelesaikan suatu kasus pengambilan keputusan yang menggunakan fungsi preferensi untuk membandingkan pasangan alternatif berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Hasil yang dibangun yaitu sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan pupuk padi. Sistem ini dibangun untuk membantu petani dalam memilih pupuk padi terbaik dengan menggunakan metode PROMETHEE secara cepat dan akurat. Dari hasil perhitungan, Pupuk tiara menjadi pilihan terbaik berdasarkan metode PROMETHEE, dengan nilai net flow tertinggi sebesar 1.26667.

Abstract

. Determining outstanding students is one of the important aspects in the world of education that aims to provide awards to students who have shown excellence in various fields. This process is usually carried out based on various criteria that include academic achievement, activeness in extracurricular activities, attitudes and behaviors, and leadership skills. This study aims to implement the VIKOR method in determining outstanding students. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are information technology-based systems designed to assist the decision-making process in situations involving various factors or criteria. The VIKOR method (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje in Serbian, which means Multicriteria Optimization and Compromise Solution) is a ranking method using a multicriteria ranking index based on a certain measure of proximity to the ideal solution.

Abstract

The era of globalization has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including in the field of village government which is required to be able to provide effective and efficient public services. Advances in information technology have also encouraged the importance of implementing Management Information Systems (SIM) as an instrument for improving organizational performance, including in the implementation of village government administration. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Information System (SID) through the SIKS-NG application in increasing the effectiveness of administrative services in Dahana Bawodesolo Village. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, which is supported by observations and interviews with village officials and the community. Preliminary results show that even though the implementation of SID has been implemented, its use is still not optimal due to low public understanding and limited supporting resources, such as technological infrastructure and user competence. This research uses Davis' information management theory and the organizational effectiveness approach as the basis for analysis. It is hoped that this research can contribute to developing strategies for improving information technology-based public services at the village government level and provide an overview for policy makers in strengthening human resource capacity and village digital infrastructure. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on optimizing the use of the SIKS-NG application as part of a village information system in the context of village government administration services in the digital era.

Abstract

Organizational change is an inevitable necessity to achieve goals more effectively and efficiently. However, in practice, change often leads to resistance, especially when it involves leadership and structural positions. This study aims to analyze leadership resistance toward employee behavior at the Regional Secretariat Office of Gunungsitoli City, focusing on the leadership policy that demoted certain leaders to regular staff positions. This phenomenon reveals rejection of the newly implemented management system, which affects employee behavior, motivation, and performance. The study employs a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods, collecting data through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that leadership resistance is influenced by a lack of effective communication, minimal employee involvement in the change process, and concerns about personal impact. These findings highlight the importance of participatory and communicative change management strategies to address resistance, ensuring the continuity of innovation and improvement of organizational performance. This research contributes theoretically to the development of change management in the public sector and offers practical insights for policymakers in creating a work environment that is adaptive to organizational dynamics.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly dynamic work competition, organizations are required to have an effective leadership system and work culture to improve employee performance. This research aims to analyze the role of transactional leadership style and organizational culture in improving employee performance at the Gunungsitoli City Religious Court Office. The transactional leadership style is seen as an approach that emphasizes exchanges between leaders and subordinates through providing rewards or sanctions based on performance achievements, while organizational culture reflects the values, norms and habits that shape employee work behavior. Based on the pre-observation results, a number of problems were found, such as the ineffectiveness of the reward system, a mismatch between formal values ​​and real culture, less than optimal communication flow, and a decrease in employee motivation and productivity. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to reveal in depth the internal dynamics of the organization, using data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The expected result of this research is the preparation of strategic recommendations to increase leadership effectiveness and build a healthy and conducive organizational culture, so as to encourage continuous improvement in employee performance. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of human resource management theory and governance practices in public sector organizations, especially in religious justice institutions.
