The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the training and resource development of State Civil Apparatus ASN at the West Gunungsitoli Sub-district office for inhibiting and supporting factors for the implementation of training and resource development of the State Civil Apparatus at the West Gunungsitoli Sub-district office. . The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The theory used is a management theory that focuses on the theory of resource management of the State Civil Apparatus. The results of this study show that the training and development carried out at the West Gunungsitoli Sub-district Office is leadership, administration and socialization training. The factors that hinder training and development are : budget constraints, time constraints, lack of involvement and skills gaps. Meanwhile, those who are supporters in training and development are training materials that are considered appropriate and interesting as well as resource persons who are able to share interesting experiences and knowledge.

This research aims to examine the influence of brand awareness and promotion on consumer purchase intention at Sararaholi Jaya Gold Jewelry Boutique, Gunungsitoli. The primary focus of the study is to understand how brand awareness and promotional activities carried out by the boutique impact consumer purchase intention. The research method used is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to the boutique's consumers. The findings reveal that the promotion variable (X1) has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction by 89.2%, as indicated by an R Square value of 0.892. Meanwhile, the promotion variable (X2) also affects consumer purchase intention by 24.6%, as seen from an R Square value of 0.246. Overall, brand awareness (X1) and promotion (X2) together have a combined influence of 89.9% on customer satisfaction, as shown by an R Square value of 0.899, with the remaining 10.1% influenced by other variables not covered in this study. These findings highlight the importance of promotion strategies and brand awareness in increasing consumer purchase intention at Sararaholi Jaya Gold Jewelry Boutique.

Marketing is a comprehensive and integrated and planned activity process carried out by an institution or organization in running a business in order to meet market needs by making products that have selling value, setting prices, communicating and must distribute through exchange activities to satisfy consumers and companies. Sales are one of the marketing activities in an effort to deliver products to the market and sellers are required to influence prospective buyers so that consumers are willing to provide the products offered. Social media is content containing information managed by people who utilize publishing technology, very easy to access and to facilitate communication, influence and interaction with others and with the public or openly. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type, namely analyzing comparisons based on data and information in the form of oral sentences obtained from research objects, then drawing research conclusions based on the data and information obtained. From the results of the study, it is known that the following things are known, the Rusli Central Store, Gunungsitoli City has utilized Instagram social media as a means of promotion, the purpose of promotion through Instagram is to be easily recognized or known by many people. Features that are often used by Rusli Central store are multiple image & video posts simultaneously with a maximum of 10 pieces, the income after using the Instagram application as a means of promotion has increased every year, visitors/followers have increased, the internet network is less stable when posting, lack of understanding of social media marketing.

Indisciplinary behavior is behavior that deviates from established rules or problems that can reduce the quality of learning and generally reduce the quality of school. The reality is that disciplinary behavior leads to negative actions. Therefore, this behavior must be overcome so that it does not become a habit that gets worse over time. This type of research is qualitative research. The data collection technique in this research is interview, observation and documentation methods to answer three of the research objectives. The research found that in terms of factors of disciplinary behavior, namely personality factors and environmental factors, in terms of the impact of disciplinary behavior, the researchers found a negative impact on the learning process and generally reducing the quality of the school, in terms of countermeasures or things to avoid disciplinary behavior, namely the school principal being an example to his subordinates. , emphasize that there are school rules to be obeyed, not to be violated, then remind and personally summon teachers who carry out disciplinary actions, carry out direct supervision or monitoring, carry out training and development.

Consumer behavior has seeped into the habits of all levels of society, regardless of their social class. Current developments have also triggered increasingly fierce competition in the retail sector, which requires business actors to optimize all their abilities and strategies in order to survive in increasingly fierce competition. This research method is a qualitative approach, researchers use data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The lack of marketing strategy at PT. Indomaret Pattimura, Gunungsitoli City causes an obstacle in attracting consumer buying interest. This research aims to find out how the marketing strategy is carried out by PT. Indomaret Pattimura, Gunungsitoli City. Based on the research results, it was concluded that PT. Indomaret Pattimura Kota Gunungsitoli has significantly utilized digital technology and promotional strategies to maintain and attract consumer buying interest. However, there is a need to improve the evaluation and effectiveness of technology training, as well as diversify promotional strategies to make them more attractive to various consumers. Attractive packaging, discounts, and friends' recommendations also play an important role in consumer shopping decisions. Even though the existing marketing strategy is quite effective, PT. Indomaret Pattimura Kota Gunungsitoli must continue to pay attention to product quality and diversity of offers to increase overall customer satisfaction. The application of technology in operations, use of social media, and massive promotions show the company's proactive efforts in facing competition.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of sustainable training and development programs in enhancing human resource capacity at the Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Gunungsitoli. The background of the study focuses on the need to improve the skills and competencies of regional government employees to achieve better performance and responsiveness to job demands. The research methodology employs a case study approach with data collection techniques including interviews, surveys, and document analysis. The results indicate that the training programs implemented at BKPSDM have had a positive impact on employee skills, work productivity, and job satisfaction. The findings also reveal several challenges in program implementation, such as resource constraints and resistance to change. This study contributes to the development of more effective and sustainable training strategies and offers recommendations for improving the implementation of training programs in government agencies. The main objectives of the training program are to enhance technical and professional competencies of employees, introduce new technologies, and build leadership capacity.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Indofood product distribution in increasing sales at PT. Alam Jaya Kota Gunungsitoli and to identify the factors influencing this effectiveness. Effective product distribution is crucial in achieving sales targets and maintaining market position. This research analyzes how the distribution system implemented by PT. Alam Jaya contributes to the increased sales of Indofood products. The results show that the distribution of Indofood products by PT. Alam Jaya Kota Gunungsitoli has positively impacted sales growth. A well-organized distribution system, including wide regional coverage, timely delivery, and product availability at various sales points, are key factors supporting the sales increase. Additionally, strong collaboration between distributors and retailers plays a vital role in ensuring the consistent availability of products in the market. Other factors influencing distribution effectiveness include the company's ability to manage stock optimally, effective marketing strategies, and adaptation to local market conditions. This study illustrates that a well-planned and structured distribution can be an effective tool in supporting the sales growth of Indofood products at PT. Alam Jaya Kota Gunungsitoli.

This research aims to analyze the health service strategy at the Nias Police Pratama Clinic. Health services are a crucial aspect for the police in supporting the health of personnel and the surrounding community. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the Nias Police Primary Clinic faces several challenges in improving service quality, including limited medical facilities and equipment, a lack of health personnel, and the need to increase the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOP) such as 3S (smile, greet, greeting). However, challenges such as budget constraints and the need to improve medical technology remain obstacles. The service strategy aims to ensure that all individuals have equal access to necessary health services, while maintaining the sustainability of the health system. The Nias Police Pratama Clinic has developed various health service strategies that aim to meet the health needs of the Nias community effectively and comprehensively. The Nias Police Pratama Clinic faces various challenges in their efforts to provide optimal health services. By implementing the right strategy, it is hoped that the Nias Police Pratama Clinic can improve the quality of health services provided to personnel and the community.

The urgency of this research is increasingly felt considering the impact that can be caused if marketing and product distribution problems are not managed well. Failure in product marketing and distribution causes the product to not reach consumers at the right time and in good condition, so that consumers are dissatisfied and will not buy the product again. The type of research used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used uses the Milles and Huberman model. The results of this research are a) CV. Perindo implements a marketing strategy by utilizing a combination of direct distribution through retail stores and e-commerce, as well as indirect distribution through wholesalers and retailers, which allows the company to expand the market while maintaining sales control, b) Success and failure of marketing at CV. Perindo is influenced by internal factors such as product quality and inventory management, as well as external factors such as economic conditions and market competition, which require the company to continuously adapt to market dynamics. and c) Digital technology plays a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of CV marketing and distribution. Perindo, where e-commerce expands consumer reach at lower costs, while data digitization helps companies make fast decisions and be responsive to market demand.CV. Perindo should develop digital technology in e-commerce and inventory, improve employee skills through training, and continue to monitor market dynamics and adjust marketing and distribution strategies to remain efficient, relevant and competitive in the local retail market.

This study aims to prove empirically: (1) the effect of auditor competence on audit quality, (2) the effect of the accounting profession on audit quality and (3) the effect of the role of skepticism on audit quality at KAP Bali and Java Region. The population used in this study were auditors who worked at KAP Bali and Java Region (not branches) totaling 372 auditors. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling method with a sample size of 258 auditors consisting of junior auditors, senior auditors and partners. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and structural equation model (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that the measurement of auditor competency variables, the accounting professional ethics and the role of professional skepticism have a positive effect on audit quality.
