Abstract

AbstractThis research identifies the strategic steps involved in planning, organizing, and implementing innovative teaching programs supported by institutional branding to attract and maintain student loyalty. A qualitative approach with case studies was employed to collect data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Strategic planning, including intensive training for ustadz/ustadzah and relevant teaching methods, creates a fun and effective learning experience for students. Organizing involves the recruitment of competent faculty, and optimal resource management supports institutional excellence. Implementing branding strategies through social media has also been proven to improve the institution’s image in the eyes of students and parents. Evaluating the implementation of this strategy shows its positive impact on student loyalty, which also contributes to strengthening the reputation and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions. This research shows that the success of Qur’anic guidance institutions depends on the integration of teaching innovations, branding strategies, and sustainable branding. This strategy attracts new students and ensures their long-term loyalty. Keywords: student loyalty, Islamic educational institutions, branding, organization, management strategy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital transformation acceleration in revitalizing work culture to support good institutional governance at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) at UIN Walisongo, Indonesia, and Ma’had Darul Ma’arif Al Fathani, Thailand. Digital transformation encompasses the application of technology and contributing to transparent, accountable, and efficient institutional governance. This study employs a qualitative approach with a comparative study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with leaders, educators, and administrative staff at both institutions, as well as through participant observations. Thematic techniques and a grounded theory approach were used to analyze the data and understand the dynamics of digital transformation and work culture at both institutions. The results show that FITK Walisongo’s digital transformation is supported by national policies that increase work efficiency and internal collaboration. In contrast, Ma’had Darul Ma’arif faces infrastructure constraints and resistance; however, ongoing training has begun to strengthen staff engagement and institutional openness. In conclusion, accelerating digital transformation plays a strategic role in strengthening work culture and promoting good governance values in educational institutions worldwide.

Abstract

This article aims to explain the curriculum management and implementation of integrative learning in pesantren-based madrasas in Central Java. The research employs a qualitative approach, focusing on two pesantren-based madrasas: MA Al-Azhar in Boyolali and MA Al-Haramain in Jepara. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include reduction, presentation, and verification or validation of conclusions. The discussion in this article yields the following conclusions: 1) Curriculum management in pesantren-based madrasas involves designing and developing the curriculum according to integrative principles in all areas of learning, integrating religious materials and general materials. 2) Integrative learning is implemented through various teaching methods, the integration of Islamic values into general subjects, and the cultivation of Islamic character in daily life. This is achieved through insertion, complementation, verification, comparison, and project-based learning methods. 3) The success of implementing the integrative curriculum depends heavily on support from various parties, including madrasa heads, teachers, parents, and supportive education policies. Challenges such as limited infrastructure, inconsistent policy implementation, and a lack of resources must be addressed through system improvements, training, and ongoing evaluation. Specific contributions include: 1) Strengthening the concept of integrative curriculum management, 2) integrative learning implementation models, and 3) making practical contributions to educational institutions.

Abstract

Integration of the Human Nervous System and Missile Technology in Islamic Education Management. The nervous system is capable of detecting and transmitting signals as well as providing automatic responses. It is analogous to a missile control system that detects threats and provides automatic responses. From an Islamic perspective, the majesty of human creation can inspire structured and effective education management. This study explores the integration of the nervous system and missile systems as a strategy for fostering adaptive, responsive, and spiritual learners. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. The informants were the principal of SMP 1 Kencong, the vice principal of curriculum, the Islamic religious education teacher, and the ICT teacher. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that integrating the principles of the nervous system and missile technology into education promotes adaptive, responsive, and precise learning through the use of Google Classroom, which facilitates quick feedback and personalized learning. This approach not only improves effectiveness but also shapes students’ characters to be independent, responsible, and spiritually valuable.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at MTs Fathul Hidayah and its impact on improving educational quality. This study addresses the issue of how TQM principles support active student participation and create a democratic and inclusive school environment. This study describes the implementation of TQM at MTs Fathul Hidayah and its contribution to improving educational quality and fostering a participatory school culture. This research uses a library research method to examine the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Islamic educational institutions, focusing particularly on its application at MTs Fathul Hidayah. The library research method involves systematic exploration and analysis of relevant literature, including books, scientific journals, previous research, and official reports related to TQM, educational quality improvement, student participation, and Islamic school management. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of TQM at MTs Fathul Hidayah involves all school members, including students, as essential stakeholders in the decision-making processes. Students are recognized as primary stakeholders, and their opinions and needs are considered in every school policy. Open communication and intensive interaction between students, teachers, and the school leadership are key characteristics of the implementation of TQM at this institution. TQM implementation enhances educational outcomes and creates a responsive, democratic, and inclusive school environment that continuously adapts to the evolving needs of its community

Abstract

This research aims to examine institutional management and inclusive school learning processes in Ponorogo. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The researchers are the key instrument. The research locations are SDN Negeri 4 Krebet and SD Immersion. The results of this study show that the learning processes at SDN 4 Krebet and SD Immersion are similar. The only difference is in the developmental aspect. The first step in admitting new students is to conduct an initial screening and evaluation to identify students with special needs. Due to the presence of ABK students, the curriculum has been adjusted. Both schools have individual learning programs (PPI) to provide unique learning opportunities for ABK students. Second, regarding institutional management, both principals agree that schools must prepare several aspects to organize inclusive schools: including the curriculum, human resources, and supporting facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The limited literature on Sharia accounting practicums in Indonesia that align with Sharia financial accounting standards is a phenomenon of significant concern. The Sharia Accounting Practicum course is a compulsory course for students in the Sharia Accounting Study Program at UIN Sunan Kudus and several other religious universities within the Ministry of Religion. This study aims to develop a learning product in the form of Sharia Accounting Practicum teaching materials using the research and development (R&D) method. The subjects of this study were students in the Sharia Accounting Study Program at UIN Sunan Kudus who had taken the Sharia Accounting Practicum Course. Material experts and media experts among the faculty served as validators to assess the feasibility of the teaching materials. This study used a questionnaire to collect data. Qualitative descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data through data presentation and verification. The validity and effectiveness analysis of the respondents as a whole yielded a result of 88.3%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the teaching materials are highly feasible for use in the learning process.
