Abstract

The Leadership Management of the Rasulullah Pbuh. in Create Quality Early Childhood Education (ECE) Management. A quality Early Childhood Education (ECE) institution is characterised by a leadership and management team that excels in decision-making and communication. To achieve this, the institution must adhere to several management principles, including optimal planning, organisation, leadership, and supervision. By doing so, ECE institutions can effectively manage commitment, work unity, professionalism, and leadership, resulting in high-quality learning and a healthy, robust environment. Effective ECE leadership and management requires democratic, rather than authoritarian, leaders and managers. Rasulullah Pbuh. is an exemplary leader who demonstrated innovative educational practices while also incorporating spiritual values. This research utilises a qualitative method with a case study approach. The study concluded that ECE institutions with democratic leaders and managers who embody the Islamic values of honesty, trustworthiness, intelligence, and open-mindedness are more likely to have quality management. The teachings of the Prophet Pbuh. prioritize deliberation in decision making.Ciri lembaga Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) berkualitas yaitu memiliki manajemen pimpinan dan manajemen pengelolaan yang bisa mengarahkan dan berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sejumlah prinsip pengelolaan meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasiaan, kepemimpinan dan pengawasan secara optimal. Dengan optimalitas tersebut bisa menjadikan lembaga PAUD mampu mengelola komitmen, kesatuan kerja, profesionalisme dan kepemimpinan, sehingga menghasilkan pembelajaran yang berkualitas serta terciptanya lingkungan yang sehat dan kuat. Semua itu tidak lepas dari adanya peran pimpinan dan pengelola yang demokratis, tidak otoriter dan absolut. Rasulullah Saw. sebagai tipikal pemimpin yang mampu menciptakan manajemen kepemimpinan PAUD yang berkualitas. memiliki jiwa sebagai pendidik yang inovatif bukan hanya sekedar menerapkan nilai-nilai kerohanian saja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif denagn pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa lembaga PAUD berkualitas dengan manajemen pemimpin dan pengelola yang demokratis. dalam perspektif Islam sesuai yang dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah Saw. yaitu jujur, amanah, dapat dipercaya, cerdas, dan berpikiran terbuka mampu menciptakan pengelolaan manajemen lembaga PAUD berkualitas. Ajaran manajemen pengelolaan Rasulullah Saw. yaitu mengutamakan musyawarah dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find a 2013 curriculum management model and provide recommendations to policy makers in developing the 2013 curriculum in the city of Tegal. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the city of Tegal is still on a limited scale and there are still many schools that are constrained by the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. This research was carried out at Al-Irsyad High School in the city of Tegal. This type of research is research and development. The results of this study indicate that the 2013 curriculum management model at Al-Irsyad High School in Tegal city was developed through the following steps: curriculum process, planning, curriculum organizing, staffing and curriculum control. The development procedure, is started by conducting a feasibility study and needs and then ends with the implementation of improvements and adjustments after being tested

Abstract

In 1915 ulama of Kudus founded the Madin Muawanatul Muslimin (MDMM) originally this Madin studied the Quran in mosque of Abyadl. This research is aimed to know about the history of the MDMM, What constraint is it faced, and  how is the empowerment of its management. Research goals are to understand the history of MDMM, its constraint, and shape of empowerment. Benefits of research are as a contribution to Madin’s management when dealing with constraints, to learn from the uniqueness MDMM and to enrich research about Madin. The data is taken from end of 2012 until mid of 2013. Informants are managements and foundation staff of Madin. Objects of research: students, teachers and administration staff in random. Data is collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. Data analysis is descriptive qualitative. The uniqueness of MDMM: its subjects, only male students, affordable cost, holiday, and evaluation. The obstacles are: no graduate certificate, minimum sources of funds; increasing number of TPQ, minimum learning tools, extracurricular and additional hours of formal education. Similarities with other Madin are teachers and students wear sarong, peci, slippers, ad few wear trousers but forbid to wear t-shirt. Learning hours start from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., in which from 7 a.m. to 1 am students go to formal education. Strength lies on charisma of the teachers; uniqueness of learning subjects; afternoon learning hours; affordable cost; parents and students expect teachers blessing; expect success as graduates MDMM, and teachers struggle in the name of religion. In 2013, MDMM reaches anticlimactic, with no student in first level of Wustho .

Abstract

Learning of Fiqh, in general, has not been able to strengthen the characteristics of Islamic boarding school. Besides, learning of Fiqh in particular, has other significant problems: a) The number of teaching hours for Fiqh based on Islamic boarding school is insufficient); b) Reference books based on Islamic boarding school has not been used and utilized); c) There are no examples of integrated learning between madrasah and Islamic boarding schools, and d) There are not many graduates who continue their studies at university majoring in religion. This research aims to produce an example for learning of Fiqh based on Islamic boarding schools that can be implemented classically in classroom and halaqah in dormitories of MA KMM Kauman Padang Panjang. In order to achieve this goal, the author uses a Research and Development (R&D) development model. Which is well-known as a 4D development model.  In practice, this development model consists of several stages, define, design, develop, and disseminate.

Abstract

This study aims to menaganlisisi influence of emotional intelligence, and the democratic leadership style to the performance of the head of RA Raudlotul women in Pati regency. Respondents in this study is the head Rayang amounted to 221 people with a sample of 135 people. The analysis used is multiple regression with SPSS 17. Results and discussion shows that 1) The value of correlation (r) of 0.188 indicates the relationship between emotional intelligence and the performance of the head of RA female Raudlatul 2) The value of the correlation (r) of 0.206 indicates a relationship between the democratic leadership and the performance of the head of RA Raudlatul women. 3) Emotional intelligence and the democratic leadership together or simultaneous positive and significant impact on the performance of the head of RA Raudlatul women in Pati regency that F test value of 5.356 and sig. at 0.006. Emotional intelligence means the better and it will be followed democratic leadership performance improvement Raudlatul head Athfal women in Pati regency.

Abstract

Teacher work stress is an increasingly worrying phenomenon in education, especially in rural educational institutions. This research aims to analyze teacher work stress management at MTs Al-Ikhlas Sukobubuk, focusing on identifying causal factors, manifestations, and efforts to minimize work stress. Using a qualitative approach, this study involved the principal and five teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected through structured observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles & Huberman method. The results revealed five main factors causing work stress: excessive workload, unfavorable madrasa climate, compensation mismatch, hierarchical pressure, and inadequate investment in professionalism. Manifestations of stress include emotional symptoms, fatigue, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and behavioral changes. Efforts to minimize stress include improving time management, strengthening communication, building supportive relationships, and maintaining physical and mental health. This research concludes the importance of a holistic approach to teacher work stress management to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This article is the result of an evaluative study of learning in management education courses. Sample of this research were 33of whom are students majoring Tarbiyah PAI 7th semester. Overallrespondents aged between 20-21 years with sex characteristics ofmen amounted to 13 people (40%), female about 20 people (60%).By using survey methods, this study aims to gather information fromstudents as learners regarding the application of the principles ofactive learning collaborative in Education Management courses.The results showed that the implementation of learning has been inline with expectations. The students enjoy and feel happy or fit withthe implementation of the learning model.

Abstract

Implementasi Metode Yanbu’a Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Baca Al-Quran Di Mi Baitul Huda Kota Semarang Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran Al-quran menggunakan metode Yanbu’a di MI Baitul Huda semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan mengikuti analisis model miles dan huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: pertama penerapan metode Yanbu’a di MI Baitul Huda dilakukan dengan beberapa metode yang berbasis pembalajaran aktif, inovetif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan. kedua peran metode yanbu’a dalam pembelajaran baca Al-quran di MI Baitul Huda sangat penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar baca Al-Qur’an. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini mampu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam baca Al-qur’an sesuai dengan makharijul huruf dan tajwid.Implementation of the Yanbu'a Method to Improve Learning Outcomes of Reading Al-Quran at Mi Baitul Huda Semarang City for the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This study aims to determine the implementation of Al-Quran learning using the Yanbu'a method at MI Baitul Huda Semarang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique is done by interview and documentation. The data analysis used follows the Miles and Huberman model analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that: firstly, the application of the Yanbu'a method at MI Baitul Huda was carried out with several methods based on active, innovative, creative, effective, and fun learning. The second role of the yanbu'a method in learning to read the Al-Quran at MI Baitul Huda is very important in improving learning outcomes to read Al-Qur'an. Based on the research results, it shows that this method is able to improve the students' ability to read Al-quran according to the makharijul letters and tajwid.

Abstract

The diversity pattern of the blind community was influenced by various aspects and the diversity dimensions i.e. the dimensions of belief, the practice of worship (religious ritual), morals, full and total comprehension, and religious knowledge. The diversity pattern of the blind community in Kudus is vary widely depending on how much knowledge and understanding of religion, full and total comprehension towards his religion, the blind person attitude against his defect, the blind community in SDLB Purwosari Kudus generally have a strong diversity (good), and there was a (mediocre), and there are very less (abangan). The pattern of diversity of blind community has a very significant influence on the psychological and social development. The blind person who has a good (strong) diversity, it is supported by the strong religious knowledge and understanding will have a lightweight psychological development or not so heavy. Instead of a blind person who has less of religious knowledge and understanding will have an impact on the weight psychological and social development also. The pattern of diversity of blind community will have an effect on the psychological and social development and self-acceptance. The good pattern of diversity of blind community will bear a good religion full comprehension that further grow in self awareness and self acceptance that totality to the Almighty so that will bear good attitude and self-acceptance.
