Abstract

This research is based on field conditions; there is a gap between the knowledge gained from lectures and the working conditions faced, so users feel dissatisfied. Even though alumni work in the community or the world of work, it indirectly becomes a free promotion for the study program. It will certainly be an attraction for prospective students. This study aims to determine the user satisfaction level of IAIN Kudus Postgraduate alumni, especially from the Islamic Education Management (MPI) Study Program. This research uses a qualitative approach and surveys as tools for data collection. Analysis techniques use the flow of exposure, reduction and conclusion. The research results are that the competencies obtained by alums are quite relevant to enter the world of work; the high level of user satisfaction with alumni evidenced this.Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Alumni Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Islam di IAIN Kudus. Penelitian ini berdasarkan kondisi lapangan, terdapat kesenjangan antara ilmu yang diperoleh dari perkuliahan dengan kondisi kerja yang dihadapi, sehingga pengguna merasa tidak puas. Padahal kiprah alumni di masyarakat atau dunia kerja, secara tidak langsung menjadi promosi gratis bagi program studi, dan tentunya akan menjadi daya tarik bagi calon mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna alumni Pascasarjana IAIN Kudus khususnya dari Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dan survei sebagai alat untuk pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis menggunakan alur pemaparan, reduksi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian, kompetensi yang diperoleh alumni cukup relevan untuk memasuki dunia kerja, hal ini dibuktikan dengan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang tinggi terhadap para alumni.

Abstract

This study was to determine the level of academic qualifications, competence, and especially teacher certification Raudlatul Athfal teacher managementcomponent contained in the Total Quality Management (TQM). Quality education will only be realized if the available qualified teachers. To realizethe required qualified teachers effective teacher management ranging from recruitment, placement, induction, welfare and professional development ofteachers. The teacher is a person who works to teach, so teachers Raudlatul Athfal ( RA ) is a teacher who teaches in the Early Childhood education units (ECD) in the levels of formal Raudlatul RA or kindergarten who have the ability as an educator and responsible learners. In TQM (Total Quality Management), the authors sought to find alternative thinking menukilkan teacher management Raudlatul Athfal (RA) is an effective starting from recruitment and placement system, indusksi and welfare benefits, as well as the professional development of teachers. Effective teacher management began perkrutan, placement, induction of new teachers, good welfare, and sustainable professional development.

Abstract

AbstractHumans begin to lose their true character identity. Humans have abandoned the values of religiosity and spirituality. The character that is built is the character of pragmatism, hedonism, and materialism. This research is a field research and the method of collecting data is observation to observe the character education development model, interviews by asking questions to the asatidz, administrators and students about the character education development model, and the problems faced during implementation and documentation. This research aims to determine the character values instilled in students in the Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah Boarding School and determine the model of character education development in Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah Boarding School. The results of this research are the formation of characters in Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah Boarding School consists of several values. These values include: respect, responsibility, honesty, tolerance, discipline, help, caring for others and cooperation, courage, and democracy. The pillars of character education include: pesantren residents, kitab kuning, santri organizations and pesantren culture. Based on the four pillars of character education and democratic kyai leadership and the formation of pesantren culture, it produces a holistic-inclusive character education model in Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah Boarding School.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui nilai-nilai karakter yang ditanamkan kepada santri di PPM MBS Yogyakarta dan mengetahui model pengembangan pendidikan karakter di PPM MBS Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dan metode dalam mengumpulkan data-data tersebut yakni observasi untuk mengamati model pengembangan pendidikan karakter, wawancara dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan kepada asatidz, pengurus dan santri tentang model pengembangan pendidikan karakter, serta kendala yang dihadapi pada saat pelaksanaannya dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pembentukan karakter di PPM MBS Yogyakarta terdiri dari beberapa nilai. Nilai-nilai tersebut antara lain: rasa hormat, tanggung jawab, kejujuran, toleransi, disiplin, tolong-menolong, peduli sesama dan kerjasama, keberanian, dan demokratis. Pilar-pilar pendidikan karakter tersebut antara lain: warga pesantren, kitab kuning, organisasi santri dan budaya pesantren. Berdasarkan empat pilar pendidikan karakter yang dimiliki PPM MBS Yogyakarta dan peran kyai yang bersifat demokratis selama kepemimpinan dan pembentukan budaya pesantren, menghasilkan model pendidikan karakter holistik-inklusif di PPM MBS Yogyakarta. Model pendidikan karakter holistic-inklusif merupakan salah satu alternatif pengembangan pendidikan karakter yang dapat digunakan dari internalisasi pendidikan karakter kepada peserta didik.

Abstract

Various multidimensional crises that exist in Indonesia, recognized or not they are the part of the cultural problem which is one of the reasons is the diversity of the cultures that existed in society. The diversity of culture should not be the cause of the existence of discrimination, injustice, suspicion and a variety of human rights violations, but being the power to build a sense of community. Build awareness as above is not easy; it should be with an earnest effort and continuous improvement. One thing that can be done to encourage multicultural awareness is through education. Based on the foregoing, the purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the teacher in developing education with multicultural awareness in Indonesia. This research is a library research is which the data collection was done by gathering the data from a variety of literature. The results showed that in the aspect of education, thinking of multiculturalism should be break down in a variety of important terms that become a strong supporter in promoting diversity that exists in Indonesia. With the implementation of multicultural education, teachers are expected to able to encourage learners to have an awareness and understanding to always uphold the values of Justice, democracy, humanity and pluralism in the association in the middle of our national reality that is full of diversity. There are three important things that must be done by the teacher to build an education with multicultural awareness they are: build an attitude of equality, support the substantial democracy, and build gender awareness.

Abstract

Principal Leadership Style in Improving Student Achievement at MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Gabus Pati. This study examines the leadership style employed by the Principal at MTs Abadiyah Koryokalangan Gabus Pati to enhance student achievement. The research follows a qualitative approach, employing interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. Data analysis involves reduction, display, and verification. In conclusion, the leadership style of the principal at MTs Abadiyah Koryokalangan Gabus Pati aligns conceptually with the management functions of planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, monitoring, and evaluating. The principal implements four leadership styles: instructive, consultative, participative, and delegative. The leadership of the head of the madrasah in enhancing the achievement of students at MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Pati is consistent with leadership theory. In terms of improving student achievement, there are three supporting factors: facilities and infrastructure, environment, and motivation of those involved, as well as funding. On the other hand, there are also inhibiting factors that include a lack of motivation among the students themselves, personal and environmental challenges, societal and technological factors, as well as issues related to facilities and infrastructure.Penelitian ini membahas tentang Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Peserta Didik di MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Gabus Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif. Pengumpumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya melalui, reduction, display dan verification. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa: 1) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Gabus Pati, secara konseptual sudah sesuai dengan fungsi manajemen yaitu planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, monitoring dan evaluating. gaya yang dipakai kepala madrasah MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Gabus Pati sebagai berikut: a) Gaya kepemimpinan kepemimpinan instruktif. b) Gaya kepemimpinan kepemimpinan konsultatif. c) Gaya kepemimpinan kepemimpinan partisipatif atau demokratis d) Gaya kepemimpinan kepemimpinan delegatif. 2. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam peningkatan prestasi di MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Pati dapat dikatakan sesuai dengan teori kepemimpinan, 3. Faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik di MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Pati. a) Faktor pendukung adalah sarana dan prasarana, lingkungan dan diri pelaku yang bersangkutan serta pendanaan b) Faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik adalah diri pelaku yang malas, problem pribadi dan lingkungan, meliputi masyarakat, teknologi juga faktor sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of personal factors on organizational commitment. Personal factors in this study are interpreted with job choice factor, expectancy, and psychological contract variables. Research respondents were private madrasa teachers in the Central Java Indonesia. Data analysis using structural equation modeling partial least square shows that personal factors have a positive and significant effect on teacher organizational commitment. Job choice factor is the consideration of the applicant the first time someone decides to work as a teacher. Individuals have evaluated salary, the nature of the type of work as an educator, as well as long-term prospects such as the possibility to become permanent teachers of a madrasa / school and the opportunity to get certified. Teachers have expectations regarding financial and non-financial compensation and hope the head of the madrasa or foundation provides reciprocity or appreciation for their sacrifice to the organization. Teachers always expect a positive response from the  head of the madrasa/foundation, as their workload increases. Positive responses from the head of the madrasa/foundation provided their commitment to work and organization will always increase, conversely.

Abstract

The existence of students from Sedulur Sikep generation in formal institutions is in a positive situation, because historically Sedulur Sikep as a community is not educated people, however, on the other hand their existence raises new polemic related to religious education they may take due to the political issues about the religious education at formal education institutions includes six religions, namely Islamic religious education, Christian religious education, Chatholic religious education, Hindu religious education, Buddhist religious education, and education of Confucianism. While students from Sedulur Sikep generation recognize other religion exclude those six religions. Here, the formal institutions in Kudus use and interpret religious education differently from the purpose and function of religious education, for the fulfillment of general education for students from Sedulur Sikep generation in the space of formal institutions in Kudus.keberadaan siswa keturunan Sedulur Sikep di lembaga formal, pada satu  sisi  merupakan keadaan yang positif,karena secara historis Sedulur Sikep dianggap sebagai komunitas yang tidak berpendidikan dalam artian (tidak bersekolah formal-red), namun pada sisi yang lainnya keberadaan siswa keturunan Sedulur Sikep memunculkan polemik baru terkait pendidikan agama yang harus mereka jalani. Karena permasalahan  politis yang menyatakan pendidikan agama pada lembaga formal mencakup enam agama yaitu Pendidikan agama Islam, Pendidikan agama  Kristen, Pendidikan agama katolik, Pendidikan agama hindu, Pendidikan agama buddha, dan Pendidikan agama konghucu. Sementara siswa keturunan Sedulur Sikep mengakui agama secara berbeda dari ke enam agama tersebut. Sehingga di sini pihak lembaga formal di kudus menggunakan serta menafsirkan pendidikan agama secara berbeda dari tujuan dan fungsi pendidikan agama, demi terpenuhinya pendidikan secara umum bagi siswa keturunan Sedulur Sikep dalam ruang lembaga formal di kudus

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of character education in growing the religious character of students at MI Mafatihul Akhlaq Jepara. This research is a field research with a qualitative method approach. The object of this research is MI Mafatihul Akhlaq Demangan, Tahunan, Jepara. This research data collection using interview techniques, observation and documentation, technical data analysis through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and classification and validity test using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study include; 1) the character education management model implanted at MI Mafatihul Akhlaq Jepara includes the process of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating it, religious character, honesty, intelligence, and caring for others. Teachers have strategies to support the achievement of the concept of character education management. 2) Strategies in implementing character education in fostering the religious attitude of students through example, learning, empowerment and civilizing, strengthening, and assessment.

Abstract

This study examines the pattern of communication in the perspective of the Qur'an and implements the moral values in it within the scope of Islamic Higher Education, especially the reflection on the politeness of communication between students and lecturers. The method used is descriptive-qualitative, with the hermeneutic approach to understand the verses that contain the term communication, and analyze it with Islamic education approach to reflect it in the phenomenon of politeness of student and lecturer communication in the Islamic campus. The results show that the principles and ethics of communication in the Qur'an are in line with the theory of language politeness. The theory of linguistic politeness is used to photograph and measure the degree of politeness of student and lecturer communication. There are still language-linguistic inconsistencies to lecturers, and communication anxiety experienced by lecturers and students. Finally, both lecturers and students should re-internalize and implement ethical moral values to communicate well in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an to realize the relationship of synergy and harmony, and prepare the generations of Qur'ani whose character is commendable.

Abstract

The Urgency of Family Education in Building National Morals in the Era of Disruption. This study aims to explore the scope of family education which is the main thing in the moral formation of the nation's children in the era of disruption. In this technological age, the nature of family education has faded, so that family education that should be used as education first and foremost has shifted to an education that is not too important. Moral education for children can change the child's behaviour, so that when the child grows up, he can be more responsible and respect fellow humans and able to face the world. Therefore, researchers made a study that will discuss the urgency of family education in building the nation's morals in an era of disruption. This research uses a research method, namely qualitative research with literature studies (library research).  The results of the study found that education in the family became the basis of an education and for further education. The role of parents is a factor that cannot be separated from family education. Parents have a role in their family education, namely nurturing children, guiding, forming good morals, and setting a good example for their children.Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendalami ruang lingkup pendidikan keluarga yang merupakan hal utama dalam pembentukan moral anak bangsa di era disrupsi. Pada zaman teknologi ini hakikat pendidikan keluarga telah memudar, sehingga pendidikan keluarga yang semestinya dijadikan pendidikan pertama dan utama telah bergeser menjadi sebuah pendidikan yang tidak terlalu penting. Pendidikan moral bagi anak dapat mengubah perilaku anak tersebut, sehingga ketika anak sudah dewasa bisa lebih bertanggung jawab dan menghargai sesama manusia dan mampu menghadapi dunia. Sebab itu, peneliti membuat sebuah penelitian yang akan membahas urgensi pendidikan keluarga dalam membangun moral bangsa di era disrupsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan studi literatur (library research). Hasil penelitian menemukan simpulan bahwa pendidikan dalam keluarga menjadi dasar dari sebuah pendidikan dan untuk pendidikan selanjutnya. Peran orang tua menjadi faktor yang tidak terlepas dari pendidikan keluarga. Orang tua memiliki peran dalam pendidikan keluarganya yaitu mengasuh anak, membimbing, membentuk moral yang baik, serta memberi teladan baik bagi anaknya.
