Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas konstruk dari skala kecemasan matematika. Analisis faktor konfirmatori dilakukan dan diikuti dengan pengujian korelasi antara faktor Math Anxiety Rating Scale. Subyek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 89 siswa. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa konstruk kecemasan matematika  terdiri dari dua dimensi yaitu kecemasan belajar matematika (kecemasan tentang proses pembelajaran), dan kecemasan pada evaluasi matematika (terkait dengan situasi pengujian).

Abstract

The aims of this study were to find out: (1) the character building model with a habit forming approach at Madrasah Aliyah Sultan Agung, Sukolilo sub-district, Pati district, (2) the habit forming approach at Madrasah Aliyah Sultan Agung, Sukolilo sub-district.  Pati district, (3) the results obtained from the character education model with a habit forming approach in Madrasah Aliyah Sultan Agung, Sukolilo sub-district, Pati district. This research uses descriptive qualitative method.  The data sources used are primary sources and secondary sources. Data collection techniques used observation, guided interviews and documentation. Based on the results of study, it can be concluded: (1) character building in MA Sultan Agung is carried out using a habituation approach, integrated extracurricular activities, integrated subjects, and environmental conditioning.  (2) The habituation approach is programmed in the implementation of religious activities, assigning tasks and commendable behavior.  (3) The direct results obtained from the character education model with a habit forming approach are the stronger the attitude of students' responsibility, the stronger tolerance between students and the low recapitulation of student violation scores (PPS).  Indirect results obtained from the character building model with a habit forming approach are able to interact well in the community and increase in madrasa students of  Aliyah Sultan Agung who was accepted in several good colleges. Keywords: Character building, habit forming approach, religious activities, MA Sultan Agung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Transformative Islamic Education Management Model at Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura Islamic Boarding School, to answer the background of the problem which states the need for change to face the challenges of the times. This research also explains the supporting and inhibiting factors in its application, as well as the implications that occur. The study was conducted at Darul Hijrah Putri Islamic Boarding School, Batung Cindai Alus, Martapura, Banjar Regency. The researchers identified seven informants, including one dormitory leader, three teachers, one student, one parent, and one community leader. The collected data were then analyzed qualitatively using a phenomenological research approach to understand the meaning from the participants’ perspective. The analysis was interrelated and conducted in stages, including data presentation, reduction, verification, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the transformative Islamic education management model at Darul Hijrah Putri Martapura Boarding School involves changes in the organizational structure by decentralizing decision-making and increasing communication and coordination among units. The model also includes expanding the competence of teachers through training and development so that teachers are more up-to-date and regularly conducted so that the duties of teachers can continue to develop in their professionalism, following the curriculum development by adopting changes in the national curriculum, namely integrating the curriculum so that students can focus on religion as well as general subjects to prepare students to face the era of time, and improving facilities to support the transformation of Islamic boarding schools by providing infrastructure such as computers and the Internet to support more modern learning and developing the leadership potential of students through various extracurricular activities. These changes increase the effectiveness of management and the quality of education provided to students. The implementation of this model is supported by several factors, such as an adaptive curriculum. However, there are also challenges such as the reluctance of some boarding school members to change, limited resources, lack of understanding of transformative management, limited competence, management complexity, and communication that is not well established. The transformative Islamic educational management model has positive implications for each educational stakeholder.

Abstract

There are so many verses of the Qur’an which describes the supervision. Although the verses does not specifically talk aboutsurveillance in Islamic educational institutions, but the spiritwhich is implicit role in the verses gives a lesson to us to conductsurveillance. One is Ayat Kursi who is the prince of verses of theQur’an. This study uses a qualitative approach method by libraryresearch. As for the issues discussed, the writer used descriptiveanalytical discussion. The study begins with the data and thendoes the analysis to obtain a discussion that can be justifiedscientifically. Results from this study is that this verse can be usedas a theological foundation in Islamic educational institutionssupervision because Ayat Kursi outlining the divine nature of God.If we believe wholeheartedly the existence and the nature of God in the Ayat Kursi, the supervision in Islamic educational institutions will go well.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna pendidikan agama, makna kepribadian muslim peserta didik dan mengetahui pengalaman dan makna pendidikan agama Islam dalam menumbuhkan kepribadian muslim peserta didik melalui program boarding school di SMK Negeri Jawa Tengah di Pati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif kategori fenomenologi. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan ada 3 klaster tema dari para partisipan. Hasilnya adalah esensi pengalaman digali dari makna yang dilekatkan oleh partisipan atas pengalaman mereka yang mencakup makna tentang kegiatan belajar mengajar pendidikan agama Islam yang menyenangkan, makna kepribadian muslim dengan bertambahnya Iman semakin kuat, dan makna pendidikan agama Islam dalam menumbuhkan kepribadian muslim peserta didik melalui program boarding school dengan selalu beramal shaleh.The purpose of this study was to determine the meaning of religious education, the meaning of Muslim personality of students and to know the experience and meaning of Islamic religious education in fostering Muslim personality of students through the boarding school program at SMK Negeri Jawa Tengah in Pati. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach to the phenomenological category. The results of his research showed that there were 3 theme clusters of the participants. The result is that the essence of experience is extracted from the meaning attached by the participants to their experience which includes the meaning of fun Islamic religious education teaching and learning activities, the meaning of Muslim personality with increasing faith is getting stronger, and the meaning of Islamic religious education in fostering the Muslim personality of students through the boarding program. school by always doing good deeds.

Abstract

Manajemen pendidikan merupakan lingkungan manajemen terbuka untuk lingkungannya. Dinamikanya memungkinkannya untuk mengatasi perubahan lingkungan dan mencoba untuk menyelaraskan dan menyeimbangkan kebutuhan  masyarakat di tempat mereka tinggal. Manajemen pendidikan seharusnya peduli dalam menghadapi globalisasi, dan dengan demikian perlu memperbarui metode dan mengatur kepemimpinannya dari perspektif Islam untuk dapat mengikuti perkembangan global dalam konteks globalisasi. Tujuan penulisan makalah ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor perlunya manajemen pendidikan Islam. (2) Menganalisis manajemen pendidikan berdasarkan perspektif Islam yang dapat diimplementasikan di lingkungan kantor Kementerian Agama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah studi pustaka Pembahasan dengan cara analisis deskriptif yang menggambarkan perbandingan fakta dengan teori dan hasil-hasil penelitian terdahulu. Simpulan karya tulis ini adalah: (1) Manajemen pendidikan diperlukan dalam kerangka membentuk kepribadian muslim yang tangguh dan berakhlak mulia sesuai dengan contoh yang diberikan oleh Rasulullah Shalallahu alaihi wassalam. Abstract

This study explores change management in the development of the pesantren-based curriculum at MI Tahfizh Al-Furqon Ponorogo. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study model. Observations, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data for this study. This study used the interactive data analysis model developed by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which includes collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion-drawing. The study found that the change management planning for the pesantren-based curriculum integration development at MI Tahfizh Al-Furqon utilizes situational diagnostics. Implementing change management in pesantren-based curriculum integration at MI Tahfizh Al-Furqon involves three core activities: communicating changes, determining curriculum models, and blending curriculum concepts. The implementation was evaluated through coordination and field surveys. This study contributes to the practical understanding of how change management strategies can effectively be applied in pesantren education, particularly in developing curricula that incorporate pesantren values while meeting modern educational demands.

Abstract

The statistics course has always been one of the subjects of anxiety stressors for students who take the social sciences. Most students choose this subject of social sciences in order to avoid statistics or numeracy courses. Nevertheless students who take the social sciences must face a statistical course. This study aims to determine the differences of statistical anxiety in terms of gender. Respondents in this study are 66 students of Islamic Psychology course, Department of Ushuluddin, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri (STAIN) Kediri. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire in the form of scale. Statistics anxiety is the fear that occurs when a student working on a statistics course includes the collection, processing and interpretation of data. The results showed that there was a statistical anxiety difference between STAIN Kediri male and female students.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze and understand the concept of a professional learning community by a group of teachers in developing a religious work culture to improve the quality of teacher and employee performance as a form of success for educational institutions at LPIT Nurul Fikri Juwana. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of field research (field research). The results showed that the concept of Professional Learning Community in developing a religious work culture at the Nurul Fikri Integrated Islamic Education Institute can be done through discussion, example, spontaneous habituation, routine activities and conditioning. However, in the implementation of the Professional Learning Community, there are some obstacles, including the difficulty of controlling the rapid development of information technology, the different behavior of teachers and students, the lack of balance between the school environment, the family environment and the community environment which cause the values of religious work culture are not implemented optimally. In addition, the implementation of the Professional Learning Community concept in developing a religious work culture requires a long process, so the results cannot be felt immediately. Linking individual learning to stakeholder learning is a basic element of building a learning community. Embedded in the learning community is a concept that if all stakeholders learn, the school will develop to meet its future and also a religious work culture in everyday life so that the community as education customers are satisfied with the results of planting religiosity to students.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami konsep professional learning community oleh kelompok guru dalam mengembangkan budaya kerja religius untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru dan karyawan sebagai bentuk kesuksesan lembaga pendidikan di LPIT Nurul Fikri Juwana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep Professional Learning Community dalam mengembangkan budaya kerja religius di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam Terpadu Nurul Fikri dapat dilakukan melalui diskusi, keteladanan, pembiasaan spontan, kegiatan rutin dan pengkondisian. Namun dalam implementasinya Professional Learning Community masih ditemukan kendala diantaranya yaitu sulitnya mengontrol perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat, adanya perilaku guru serta peserta didik yang berbeda, kurang adanya keseimbangan antara lingkungan lembaga sekolah, lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan masyarakat yang mengakibatkan nilai-nilai budaya kerja religius tidak terimplementasikan secara maksimal. Selain itu implementasi konsep Professional Learning Community dalam mengembangkan budaya kerja religius membutuhkan proses yang panjang, sehingga tidak bisa langsung dirasakan hasilnya. Mengaitkan pembelajaran individual dengan pembelajaran stakeholder merupakan elemen dasar membangun komunitas pembelajaran. Tertanam di dalam komunitas pembelajaran sebuah konsep bahwa apabila seluruh stakeholder belajar, maka sekolah pun akan berkembang untuk menyongsong masa depannya dan tentunya pula dalam mengembangkan budaya kerja religius dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga masyarakat sebagai pelanggan pendidikan puas dengan hasil penanaman religiusitas kepada peserta didik.
