Abstract

Abstract : Pesantren should not only concentrate on developingreligious education only, but also must be concerned on localeconomy. This concern is a manifestation of partnership managementbetween pesantren and community. In fact, many Pesantrens are notable to play such a role in an integrated way. This study aimed to findpartnership management patterns in Pesantren Alam InternasionalSaung Balong al-Barokah and the community in the context ofmanagement education in economic and education. The researchmethod was qualitative. Instruments of collecting data were aninterview, unstructured observation, and documentation. Datavalidation was done through credibility, transferability, dependabilityand conformability. Techniques of data analysis were done bycollecting the data, reducing data, displaying data, and concludingdata. Researcher found that Pesantren Alam Internasional SaungBalong al-Barokah successfully worked together in harmony with thecommunity in economic empowerment and education in an integratedway, so could provide the benefits. These findings should be emulatedby other pesantren.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how to implement the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at MI Al-Awwal Palembang. In this study, the type of research used was field research with a qualitative nature. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results obtained that the implementation of the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Program at MI Al-Awwal Palembang has been going quite well, namely: 1). Judging from the guidance of the tahfidz Al-Qur'an teacher guiding his students in memorizing the Qur'an in accordance with the guidelines or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the madrasa and The implementation of the Tahfidz Program in its implementation has been based on implementation elements consisting of assignments, coordination, motivation and direction, so that the activities at MI Al-awwal have run well. The supporting factors for the implementation of the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at MI Al-Awwal Palembang, namely: Good physical and psychological infrastructure. Awards or rewards (exemption of school fees, installation of vests, certificates), and Young age. While the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program at MI Al Awwal Palembang include: Students are not fluent in reading the Qur'an,). Feeling lazy, Not all parents of students pay attention to memorizing students when they are at home.

Abstract

In Learning takes creativity of teachers in the development of standards and basic competencies. Support principals, teachers and support colleagues internally within the teacher is indispensable in learning PAI. Islamic Education Teachers In senior high school 6 Yogyakarta've been able to manage learning well. With the mastery of information technology teachers PAI able to choose the right strategy and media in learning. Complete learning strategies to help overcome the differences found in the student and sufficient means also supports the management of learning. Teachers not only to plan a lesson but also to be able to perform well and structured. Factors that support the ability of teachers PAI most dominant learning PAI is MGMP. The limiting factor is the lack of teacher knowledge about PAI SBC.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyse the design of the Quran memorising program used in Al-Azhar 48 Islamic Junior High School (SMP) in Samarinda. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data analysis technique uses data triangulation as a form of synchronisation. The results of this study can be concluded that the tahfidz programme design used is: a) The planning stage which includes determining the person in charge, determining the objectives, determining the time allocation and schedule. b) The implementation stage consists of diagnostic assessment, halaqoh formation, memorising, memorising murajaah and tahsin matriculation. c) The evaluation stage is evaluation through a religious monitoring book, internal evaluation and at the end an external evaluation is carried out.

Abstract

Saturated Attitude in learning is one problem that leads decreasing student motivation in the History of Islamic Culture (SKI), it mustbe solved. This study found that mind mapping of SKI materialcourse can be an alternative solution to solve it. The objectivewas to obtain an overview of the implementation of learning mindmapping relation to student motivation sixth semester 2012/2013Program PAI in Tarbiyah STAIN Kudus on SKI material course.Data were taken from PAI students of class A, with classroomaction research (CAR). To get the complete data, the study useda qualitative approach to retrieve, analyze, and process data andinformation to be concluded in order to answer the problem that isbeing studied. The results showed that, the implementation methodsof learning mind mapping on SKI, success: (1) improve studentlearning motivation, (2) increased student activity and make quality, and (3) increased student learning to make creative and varied.

Abstract

Melihat  keadaan  karakter  dan  gejala  krisis  moral  bagi  anak  bangsa yang  semakin  menipis  dan  merosot sekarang ini. Maka diperlukan sebuah pola pendidikan karakter yang berbasis pada revolusi mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pendidikan karakter sebagai basis revolusi mental yang dilakukan oleh guru Madrasah Aliyah (MA) di Kabupaten Demak. Penelitian tentang pendidikan karakter sebagai basis revolusi mental ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode riset lapangan (field research) dengan subjek penelitian guru Madrasah Aliyah (MA) di Kabupaten Demak. Data penelitian yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan pendekatan deduktif dan pendekatan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter sebagai basis revolusi mental yang dilaksanakan oleh guru Madrasah Aliyah (MA) di Kabupaten Demak yaitu; (1) secara normatif pendidikan karakter sebagai basis revolusi mental merujuk pada al-Qur’an dan hadis, secara hukum merujuk pada Pancasila, UUD 1945, UU No. 20 Tahun 2003, Perpres No. 87 Tahun 2017, Pergub Provinsi Jawa Tengah No. 31 Tahun 2016, Perbup Kabupaten Demak No. 24 Tahun 2017, dan Perbup No. 75 Tahun 2017. (2) Tujuan pendidikan karakter sebagai basis revolusi mental selaras dengan tujuan pendirian NKRI seperti ditegaskan dalam Pembukaan UUD 1945 dan Tap MPR Nomor X/MPR/1998. (3) Penguatan pendidikan karakter sebagai basis revolusi mental sejalan dengan program Nawacita Presiden Joko Widodo (2014-2019) dan Trisakti Presiden Soekarno. (4) Nilai dasar pendidikan karakter sebagai basis revolusi mental berdasar pada pada enam pilar utama dari pendidikan karakter yang dikembangkan oleh Major. (5) Prinsip pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter sebagai basis revolusi mental, yaitu: (a) Berorientasi pada berkembangnya potensi peserta didik, (b) Keteladanan dalam penerapan pendidikan karakter, (c) Berlangsung melalui pembiasaan dan sepanjang waktu. Seeing the condition of character and symptoms of a moral crisis for the nation's children who are getting thinner and degenerate nowadays. So we need a pattern of character education based on mental revolution. This study aims to reveal character education as the basis for the mental revolution carried out by Madrasah Aliyah (MA) teachers in Demak Regency. Research on character education as the basis for mental revolution was carried out using field research methods with the research subjects of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) teachers in Demak Regency. The collected research data is then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the deductive approach and the inductive approach. The results showed that character education as the basis for mental revolution carried out by Madrasah Aliyah (MA) teachers in Demak Regency, namely; (1) Normatively character education as the basis for mental revolution refers to the Qur'an and Hadith, legally refers to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, Law no. 20 of 2003, Presidential Decree No. 87 of 2017, Pergub of Central Java Province No. 31 of 2016, Demak Regency Regulation No. 24 of 2017, and Perbup No. 75 of 2017. (2) The purpose of character education as a basis for mental revolution is in line with the objectives of establishing the Republic of Indonesia as emphasized in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution and the MPR Decree Number X / MPR / 1998. (3) Strengthening character education as a basis for mental revolution in line with President Joko Widodo's Nawacita program (2014-2019) and President Soekarno's Trisakti. (4) The basic values of character education as the basis for mental revolution are based on the six main pillars of character education developed by Major. (5) The principles of implementing character education as a basis for mental revolution, namely: (a) Oriented to the development of the potential of students, (b) Exemplary in the application of character education, (c) Taking place through habituation and all the time.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development of the vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Boyolali district in the academic year of 2014/2015, influence of the working motivation towards the career development of the SMK teachers in Boyolali district in the academic year of 2014/2015, the influence of the discipline to the career development of the SMK teachers in Boyolali district in the academic year of 2014/2015, work motivation mediate the influence of discipline towards the career development of SMK teachers in Boyolali district in the academic year of 204/2015 and the discipline mediate the principal leadership style influence towards the career development of SMK teachers in Boyolali district in the academic year of 2014/2015. This research uses a quantitative research design. This research uses a type of research with survey method, i.e. research by obtaining data from a particular place that is natural (not man-made), but the researcher did treatment in data collection. This research was conducted with a sample of as many as 216 respondents. Technique of data analysis in this study is by using Structural Equation Modeling equations model PLS (Partial Least Square) with the program WarpPLS 5.0. The results showed the leadership style of the principal effect is positive towards the career development 0.62, the work motivation gives positive effect of towards the career development 0.65, discipline gives a positive effect towards the career development 0.69, work motivation mediated the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development 0.40, the work motivation mediate the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development 0.50, and discipline mediated the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development at SMK in Boyolali district in the academic year of 2014/2015 0.31. Work motivation test results mediated the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development by using VAF method i.e. 23.03%. Work motivation mediated the discipline influence towards the career development that is 19.01%. Discipline mediated the influence of principal leadership style towards the career development i.e. 31.15%. The result value of R² principal leadership style towards the career development is 38.44%, the work motivation towards the career development is 42.25%, and discipline towards the career development is 47.61%.

Abstract

Resilience and Religiosity of the Islamic Education Students of the Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri University Bojonegoro during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) that emerged at the end of 2019 in Indonesia has had a negative impact on various aspects of human life including in the lives of students, including: the transition of the learning system from offline to online, restrictions on interaction between individuals, changes in rules in the implementation of religious practices and so on. In addition, the quality of students' faith and piety during the COVID-19 pandemic also needs to be maintained through deepening of religious teachings and practice in life, so that efforts to maintain mental health and body resilience are met, and spiritual needs or spirituality in worship and doing good deeds are also fulfilled, so that realize a calm, balanced life without excessive anxiety, fear and worry. This study uses qualitative research methods with analytical descriptive methods, in which the results of this study indicate that the formation of self-resilience in 6th semester PAI study program students is supported by several factors including high self-confidence, a healthy lifestyle, and good social skills and high religiosity is triggered by religious activities such as the implementation of the five daily prayers, the practice of Islamic sunnah such as reading the Qur'an, participating in virtual religious studies and maintaining friendship with religious leaders and the surrounding community. Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) yang muncul pada penghujung tahun 2019 di Indonesia telah memberikan dampak negatif pada berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia termasuk dalam kehidupan peserta didik.Di antaranya peralihan sistem pembelajaran dari offline ke online, pembatasan interaksi antar individu, perubahan aturan dalam pelaksanaan praktik keagamaan dan sebagainya. Selain itu, kualitas keimanan dan ketakwaan santri di masa pandemi COVID-19 juga perlu dijaga melalui pendalaman ajaran agama dan pengamalan dalam kehidupan, agar upaya menjaga kesehatan jiwa dan ketahanan tubuh terpenuhi, serta kebutuhan spiritual atau spiritualitas dalam beribadah dan beramal juga tercukupi, sehingga terwujud kehidupan yang tenang, seimbang tanpa rasa cemas, takut dan khawatir yang berlebihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitis, dimana hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terbentuknya kemandirian pada mahasiswa Prodi. PAI semester 6 didukung oleh beberapa faktor antara lain kepercayaan diri yang tinggi, pola hidup yang sehat, dan pola hidup yang baik. keterampilan sosial dan religiusitas yang tinggi dipicu oleh kegiatan keagamaan seperti pelaksanaan sholat lima waktu, praktik sunnah Islam seperti membaca al-Qur'an, mengikuti pengajian virtual dan menjaga silaturahmi dengan tokoh agama dan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

This paper presents the effectiveness of focus group Discussion and critical thinking model on literacy skills of educational supervisor in Ministry of Religious Affairs, Probolinggo, East Java, Indonesia. This study adopts a quantitative research approach and uses a a quasi-experimental quasi-experimental study with a randomized pretest-post-test with control group design. The study shows that there are differences of literacy ability in education supervisor in Ministry of Religious Affairs, Probolinggo between focus group discussion (FGD) with critical thinking literacy ability. The focus group discussion approach is more effective in improving literacy skill. The scientific work shown with the average post test score is higher than the treatment-treated class of critical thinking.

Abstract

This research aims to examine institutional management and inclusive school learning processes in Ponorogo. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The researchers are the key instrument. The research locations are SDN Negeri 4 Krebet and SD Immersion. The results of this study show that the learning processes at SDN 4 Krebet and SD Immersion are similar. The only difference is in the developmental aspect. The first step in admitting new students is to conduct an initial screening and evaluation to identify students with special needs. Due to the presence of ABK students, the curriculum has been adjusted. Both schools have individual learning programs (PPI) to provide unique learning opportunities for ABK students. Second, regarding institutional management, both principals agree that schools must prepare several aspects to organize inclusive schools: including the curriculum, human resources, and supporting facilities and infrastructure.
