Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah pendidikan karakter melalui program Tahfidz Al Qur’an SD I Nurul Qur’an Semarang, untuk mengidentifikasi karakter Islami siswa SD I Nurul Qur’an Semarang melalui program Tahfidz Al Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriftif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis triagulasi data. Untuk mendapatkan informasi peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan subjek guru dan kepala sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil didapatkan: Langkah-langkah pendidikan karakter Islami melalui pembelajaran Tahfidz Al Qur’an SD I Nurul Qur’an Semarang; SD I Nurul Qur’an Semarang telah memberikan salah satu bentuk dan pola pendidikan karakter Islami dalam pembelajaran Tahfidz Al Qur’an yang memasukan 5 karakter yaitu: Religius, bersih, istiqomah, disiplin, dan sabar dalam pembelajaranya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1.Untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah pendidikan karakter Islami dalam pembelajaran Tahfidz Al Qur’an. 2. Abstract

SMK NU Lasem still at the level of B to the assessment of the National Accreditation Board (BAN). So SMK NU Lasem, seeks to improve through improvement of school management standard, by internalizing Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008, which is expected to improve the quality of school management standards massively and comprehensively. To look into the matter of researchers to start the study of four aspects, namely; (1) The quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 in SMK NU Lasem, (2) Application of 8 accreditation standards (3) Efforts to improve the standard of management of schools SMK NU Lasem, (4) implementation of a quality management system ISO 9001 : 2008 in an effort to increase management standards in vocational schools NU Lasem. To conduct the study, data collection was done by observation, interview and documentation classification by using qualitative descriptive analysis according to Miles and Haberman through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and verification based on inductive thought process and analysis. As a result, (1) Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 in SMK NU Lasem carried out by 8 field of development, namely; curriculum areas, areas of infrastructure, the field of student affairs, public relations, the field of school administration, counseling field, the field of literature and the field of internal audit. (2) Standardaccreditation applied in SMK NU Lasem directed to improve the quality of education unit assessment of the value of B to A, so that the construction is based on the instrument 8 BAN accreditation standards. (3) Improving Standards in School Management SMK NU Lasem is by maximizing aspects of the management of 27 item instrument based management standardsaccording to BAN. (4) implementation of the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 in an effort to improve school management standard in SMK NU Lasem is acculturation of two management systems, they are aswaja management culture as manhajul fikr and quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 as its operating system.SMk nu lasem, berupaya meningkatkannnya melalui peningkatan standar pengelolaan sekolah, dengan mengintrenalisasi sistem Manajemen Mutu iSo 9001 : 2008, yang diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas standar pengelolaan sekolah secara massifdan komprehensif. untuk mengkaji hal tersebut peneliti memulai kajian dari empat aspek yaitu ; (1) Sistem manajemen mutu iSo 9001 : 2008 di SMK NU Lasem, (2) Standar Pengelolaan sekolah di SMK NU Lasem, (3) upaya peningkatan standar pengelolaan Sekolah di SMK NU Lasem, (4) implementasi sistem manajemen mutu iso 9001 : 2008 dalam upaya peningkatkan standar pengelolaan Sekolah di SMK NU Lasem. untuk melakukan kajian, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara serta klasifikasi dokumentasi dengan menggunakan analisis diskriptif kualitatif menurut miles danhaberman melalui tiga tahap, yakni reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi berbasis alur pemikiran dan analisis induktif. Hasilnya, (1) Sistem Manajemen Mutu iso 9001:2008 di SMK NU Lasem dilaksanakan berdasarkan 8 bidang pengembangan, yaitu ; bidangkurikulum, bidang peserta didik/kesiswaan, bidang personal sekolah, bidang tata usaha dan tata laksana sekolah, bidang sarana prasarana, bidang keuangan, bidang hubungan masyarakat, dan bidang auditinternal dengan menginternalisasi pola manhajul fikr ala ahlus sunnah wal jama’ah, yaitu; tasamuh, tawazun, ta’awun dan tawasuth/ta’dilu (2) Standar pengelolaan sekolah yang diterapkan di SMK NU Lasem ditetapkan berdasar pada 8 aspek ruang lingkup pengelolaan sekolah, yaitu; bidang kurikulum, bidang peserta didik/kesiswaan, bidang personal sekolah, bidang tata usaha dan tata laksana sekolah, bidang sarana prasarana, bidang keuangan, bidang hubungan masyarakat dan diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan keterserapanlulusan pada Du/Di. (3) upaya Peningkatan Standar Pengelolaan Sekolah di SMK NU Lasem diarahkan pencapaian peningkatan nilai akreditasi sekolah (4) implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu iso 9001:2008 dalam upaya peningkatan Standar Pengelolaan sekolah di SMK NU Lasem berjalan dengan baik dan didasarkan pada 8 prinsip SMM iso 9001;2008 dan dalam pelaksanaannya yang mengakulturasi dari dua system manajemen, yaitu kultur manajemen aswaja sebagai manhajul fikr dan sistem manajemen mutu iso 9001 : 2008 sebagai system operasionalnya mampu menghasilkan budaya kerja rasa memiliki dan tanggung jawab terhadap tugas masing-masing.

Abstract

Quality education as a major milestone in realizing human resources to survive in the midst of the globalization challenges. This study aims to interpret the principals transformational leadership style in building quality culture at the MA Istimewa (MAI) Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto. This study uses a qualitative method by descriptive approach. The primary and secondary data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman technique. The result of this study is the transformational leadership model applied at the Amanatul Ummah including; the implementation of leader grand idea as a reference for various programs and improving the quality of educator resources; then the madrasah culture formed through intracurricular activities that prioritize the quality of learning, extracurricular activities to explore the students talents and interests, implementation of madrasa culture to instil al-karimah character, and involve the community by asking suggestion. This study recommends to explore the integration of mu’adalah and formal education system learning in pesantren.

Abstract

Parenting is very influential in the development of a child. Appropriate parenting will have a positive impact on the growth and development of children both physically and psychologically. This research is motivated by facts in the field based on pre-observations that parents' parenting patterns tend to be authoritarian in early childhood . There were 3 parents met. Authoritarian parenting patterns are found when parents teach in terms of religious education, authoritarianism occured when they teach religious practice. This study aims to determine the factors behind the occurrence of parental authoritarian behavior. This research is a qualitative research with a life history approach that explores individual experiences and knowledge. The ecological theory of Urie Brofenbrenner, the theory of children's education in Islam according to Al-Ghazali, is used as an analytical tool. Based on these 2 theories, the tendency for authoritarian parenting is motivated by previous parenting experiences, and the environment (school and community). The findings and results of the research prove that 3 Muslim parents in the life history study have implemented authoritarian parenting styles for their children in the form of verbal violence (in the form of yelling and labeling children), limiting children from asking questions, rigid rules made unilaterally by parents, communication that tends to be one way and parents' impatience when accompanying children reciting and memorizing which leads to parental anger. Various factors behind the emergence of authoritarian parenting include, (1) parenting patterns obtained from previous parents (2) inappropriate methods of instilling religion (3) demands of schools based on religion, (4) competition between parents. Pola Asuh Otoriter pada Anak Usia Dini Kajian Sejarah Hidup Tiga Orang Tua Muslim di Yogyakarta. Pengasuhan adalah hal yang sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangan seorang anak. Pengasuhan yang tepat akan memberikan dampak yang positif bagi tumbuh kembang anak baik secara fisik maupun psikis. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fakta di lapangan berdasar pra-observasi masih ditemukan pola pengasuhan orang tua yang cenderung otoriter pada anak usia dini. Orang tua yang ditemui berjumlah 3 orang. Pola pengasuhan otoriter ditemui saat orang tua mengajarkan dalam hal pendidikan agama, yaitu saat anak belajar sholat, mengaji dan hafalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya perilaku otoriter orang tua. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan life history yang mengeksplorasi pengalaman dan pengetahuan individu. Teori ekologi Urie Brofenbrenner, teori pendidikan anak dalam Islam menurut Al-Ghazali dpakai sebagai pisau analisa. Berdasar 2 teori tersebut, kecenderungan pengasuhan otoriter dilatarbelakangi oleh pengalaman pengasuhan yang diperoleh sebelumnya, dan lingkungan (sekolah maupun masyarakat). Temuan dan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa 3 orang tua Muslim dalam kajian life history tersebut telah menerapkan pola asuh otoriter pada anak-anaknya dalam bentuk kekerasan verbal (yang berupa bentakan dan labeling pada anak), membatasi anak untuk bertanya, peraturan-peraturan kaku yang dibuat sepihak oleh orang tua, komunikasi yang cenderung satu arah dan ketidaksabaran orang tua saat mendampingi anak mengaji dan hafalan yang berujung pada kemarahan orang tua. Berbagai faktor yang melatarbelakangi munculnya pengasuhan otoriter antara lain, (1) pola asuh orang tua yang didapat dari orang tua sebelumnya (2) metode penanaman keagamaan yang kurang tepat (3) Tuntutan sekolah yang berbasis agama, (4) Persaingan antar orang tua.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui proses internalisasi nilai-nilai sifat Shiddiq Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam membentuk kejujuran peserta didik. 2) Untuk mengetahui desain pengembangan kurikulum PAI dalam proses internalisasi nilai-nilai sifat shiddiq Nabi Muhammad SAW sehingga membentuk sikap jujur siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Sarang Kecamatan Sarang Kabupaten Rembang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan langkah-langkah yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, pelaporan data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Proses internalisasi nilai sifat Shiddiq Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam membentuk kejujuran peserta didik melalui tiga tahap pelaksanaan yaitu tahap transformasi nilai berupa proses pemberian pengetahuan, tahap transaksi nilai berupa keteladanan dan pengkondisian, dan tahap ketiga yaitu tahap transinternalisasi berupa pembiasaan, konsistensi, reward and punishment, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. 2) Desain pengembangan kurikulum PAI dalam proses internalisasi nilai sifat Shiddiq Nabi Muhammad SAW dalam membentuk sikap kejujuran peserta didik dibentuk melalui 3 pola integrasi yaitu integrasi program pengembangan diri yang terdiri dari pengembangan terprogram dan pengembangan terstruktur, integrasi dalam mata pelajaran dengan mencantumkan nilai jujur dalam silabus dan RPP untuk setiap kompetensi dasar mata pelajaran yang ada dalam struktur kurikulum, dan integrasi dalam budaya sekolah melalui kegiatan rutin, spontan, keteladanan, maupun pengkondisian.

Abstract

Amidst an ethical and moral crisis marked by rising bullying and social injustice, implementing character education through the 5S practice (Senyum, Salam, Salim, Sapa, Sopan) in madrasas is crucial to reinstilling Islamic educational values. This study aims to describe how the 5S fosters Islamic character in students at MI Al-Khoiriyyah 2 Semarang. This study is a descriptive qualitative field study. The subjects of the study were homeroom teachers and students who were selected based on their active involvement in implementing the 5S culture in the madrasa environment. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity strengthened through source and technique triangulation, member checks, and audit trails. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, which includes data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Islamic educational values that can be integrated into the 5S habituation at MI Al-Khoiriyyah 2 Semarang includes: rahmah (compassion), silaturrahmi, respect, strengthening ukhuwah (brotherhood), tawadhu’ (obedience), and social concern. Supporting factors for implementing the 5S habituation at MI Al-Khoiriyyah 2 Semarang include the learning environment, community environment, and family environment. This study contributes to the literature by demonstrating how the 5S habituation can effectively integrate Islamic moral values into educational practices. It also provides madrasas with a practical reference for strengthening positive cultures and teacher role models.

Abstract

The demand on qualified educational institution graduates increasingly urgent, because of the intense competition in the labor market. One of the implications of globalization in education is the deregulation that allows educational institutions (including foreign universities) to open new school in Indonesia. Therefore this competition between educational institutions and the labor market will be more severe. Anticipating these rapid changes andchallenges, there is no other way for educational institutions except to look for the brilliant ways to increas the competitiveness of graduates and otheracademic products, which could be achieved through improving the quality of education. Improving the educational model for the teacher has a big role inimproving the quality of the teachers.Tuntutan terhadap lulusan lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu semakin mendesak, karena semakin ketatnya persaingan dalam lapangan kerja. Salah satu implikasi globalisasi dalam pendidikan, yaitu adanya deregulasi yang memungkinkan peluang lembaga pendidikan (termasuk perguruan tinggi asing) membuka sekolahnya di Indonesia. oleh karena itu persaingan antar lembaga  pendidikan danpasar kerja akan semakin berat. Mengantisipasi perubahan-perubahan yang begitu cepat serta tantangan yang semakin besar dan kompleks,tiada jalan lain bagi lembaga pendidikan selain mengupayakan segala cara untuk meningkatkan daya saing lulusan serta produk-produk akademik lainnya, yang antara lain dicapai melalui peningkatan mutu pendidikan. khusus terkait dengan peningkatan mutu guru, salah satu cara yang bisa ditempuh adalah dengan memperbaiki model pendidikan bagi guru itu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve the ability to write stories in students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). This research was conducted at MIM Pangempon using picture and picture as the method. The research conducted is in the form of classroom action research or commonly abbreviated as CAR. This research is divided into two cycle stages, each stage of this cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. As the subject in the classroom action research, the 4th grade students of MIM Pangempon, Kejobong District, Purbalingga Regency with a total of 10 students. Based on the results of this study, a conclusion can be drawn that learning to write stories for fourth grade students at MI Muhammadiyah Pangempon uses the picture method. and picture can improve students' abilities. This increase can be proven from the results obtained by students, namely before the action was 40%, then in the first cycle it increased to 60%, and in the second cycle it increased again to 90%.

Abstract

From political and regulatory viewpoints, the existence of Madrasahs as educational institutions get stronger with the issue of Regulation No. 2 Year 1989 and Regulation No. 20 Year 2003 and their derivative regulations. On the one hand, the regulations have helped facilitate the madrasahs get equal footing with public schools – even to some enjoy equal status  with public schools – and on the other hand, this new position confronts madrasahs with the challenges due to the fact that many of them have inferior resources. Conceptually, this Islamic boarding-based madrasah model is manifestation of divinity based education concept. Technically, this model adopt concept boarding school and/or full-day school. With this model, it is hoped that there will no more limitation of time to offer quality teaching and education. This model will not only let the madrasahs offer formal curriculum but hidden curriculum as well. Departing from the objective realities and the typology of madrasah aliyah in Kudus, the Islamic boarding-based madrasah as a model offered in this study is classified into three different models, i.e. Pesantren (Islamic boarding) madrasah, Pesantren Environment Madrasah, and Pesantren Values System Pesantren. As to implement these models, it is suggested that the madrasah will choose either one of the three which suits best to their contexts and capacities.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to knowing the improvement of students' Learning Outcomes through Interactive Learning Model with the Question and Answer Method. This is a Classroom Action Research, consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The instrument used is the assessment instrument for the implementation of learning, the initial test question sheet, the first cycle question sheet and second cycle. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively. The results of analysis  the learning  quality data in the first cycle is 88.07%  classified as quality category and the second cycle of learning quality data is 93.03% categorized as very good. The completeness of learning outcomes in cycle 1 is 78.57% classified as unfinished categories and cycle 2 completeness of learning outcomes is 96.43% classified as complete categories. So, it can be concluded that the Interactive Learning Model by using the Question and Answer Method is proven to be able to improve students Learning Outcomes.
