Abstract

Pesantrens and communities should be able to establish partnership management for good governance and the common welfare of the economy and education. Recently, many pesantrens, however, are too busy with normative activities than social activities. Similarly, recent society is more individualistic. This situation certainly inhibits this partnership management. For that pesantrens should play their role as institutions of community empowerment aside from being a massage and educational institution. Although, in essence, pesantrens and communities are not separated institutions, because, both of them need each other in achieving the integrated prosperity of economy and education. Thereby, they can make a strong civil society.

Abstract

The present study offers an analytical review of the content of Suluk Wujil, entitled "Normative-Spiritual Management of Islamic Education." An understanding of the values espoused in Suluk Wujil can contribute to the advancement of pragmatic science in real-life contexts, particularly in the field of Islamic education, which must continue to innovate and identify itself. The objective of this article is to make a contribution to the field of spiritual normative management science in an era of accelerated progress and heightened complexity. This qualitative descriptive research aims to elucidate the mystical concept of Sunan Bonang and reconstruct the cultural mindset that provides the background. The findings of this study indicate that Suluk Wujil encompasses normative spiritual values that can be integrated into conventional management systems, specifically those related to planning, leading, organizing, and controlling. These four management systems can be compared with the spiritual values contained in Suluk Wujil Sunan Bonang, which reads, "al Hayatu bila Nafsin, an Nadloru bila 'Ainin, as Sam'u bila Udlunin dan al Qadaru bila 'A'dloi." In general, the meaning of spiritual normative management will be more effective and efficient in building an organizational climate that is comfortable and focused on achieving goals.Suluk Wujil: Model Manajemen Normatif-Spiritual dalam Pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menawarkan tinjauan analitis terhadap isi Suluk Wujil, yang berjudul “Manajemen Normatif-Spiritual Pendidikan Islam.” Pemahaman tentang nilai-nilai yang dianut dalam Suluk Wujil dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan pragmatis dalam konteks kehidupan nyata, khususnya di bidang pendidikan Islam, yang harus terus berinovasi dan mengidentifikasikan dirinya. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan kontribusi pada bidang ilmu manajemen normatif spiritual di era yang semakin cepat dan kompleks. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan konsep mistik Sunan Bonang dan merekonstruksi pola pikir budaya yang melatarbelakanginya. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Suluk Wujil mencakup nilai-nilai spiritual normatif yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam sistem manajemen konvensional, khususnya yang terkait dengan perencanaan, kepemimpinan, pengorganisasian, dan pengendalian. Keempat sistem manajemen tersebut dapat dibandingkan dengan nilai-nilai spiritual yang terkandung dalam Suluk Wujil Sunan Bonang, yang berbunyi, “al Hayatu bila Nafsin, an Nadloru bila ‘Ainin, as Sam'u bila Udlunin dan al Qadaru bila ’A'dloi.” Secara umum, makna manajemen normatif spiritual akan lebih efektif dan efisien dalam membangun iklim organisasi yang nyaman dan fokus pada pencapaian tujuan.

Abstract

The activation of autonomy and decentralization has an effect to the system of educational institution management. At first,the management system has top down pattern, now it changesinto bottom up pattern. Formulation of the vision, mission,and objectives of educational institution have to formulatedproporsionally by stake holder of educational institution. Planningand implementation process as part of the management of educationhas an important role to achieve the vision, mission, and goals thathave been formulate. Tha paper discusses the process of planningand implementation “MBSP” in Islamic Education Unit X. Withqualitative methods, there in described three pilars in IslamicEducation Unit X, the are “MS”, “PAKEM”, adn “PSM”. Stagesof planning process is done sequence as the preparation procedure“RKS/M”. Implementation of comprehensive planning was donethrough various forums, cordination, syncronization, control, andevaluation.

Abstract

Patterns of Representation of Religious Moderation in Learning Textbooks in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah: Content Analysis Study). One of the strategies to counteract radicalism at educational institutions is by strengthening the values of religious moderation in the content of learning textbooks. This study will reveal the pattern of representation of religious moderation values in the book Aqidah and Akhlak at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). This study is a library research using content analysis method and hermeneutic approach. The technique of collecting data from various primary and secondary literature related to the discussion of the value of religious moderation. The focus of the study is directed at the contents of the book and the values of religious moderation contained in the 2019 KMA Aqidah Akhlak textbook for MI Class V and the pattern of representing it. From the results of the analysis it was concluded that the 2019 KMA Aqidah and Akhlak textbook for MI Class V published by Erlangga has 10 subject matter which includes: kalimat Tayyibah Hauqalah, Asma’ul Husna Al-Qowiyy dan Al-Qoyyum.beriman kepada Hari Akhir (Kiamat), adab bertamu, sikap teguh pendirian, dermawan dan tawakal, kalimat Tayyibah Tarji’, Asma’ul Husna Al-Muhyi, Al-Mumit, dan Al-Bais, alam Barzakh (Alam Kubur), disiplin dan mandiri, and sifat serakah dan kikir. Religious moderation values in the book are in accordance with the four basic values of religious moderation that must be instilled in the world of education, namely tasamuh, ‘adalah, tawazun and equality. Salah satu strategi menangkal radikalisme di level institusi pendidikan adalah dengan penguatan perilaku moderat melalui optimalisasi muatan buku teks pembelajaran berbasis moderasi beragama. Kajian ini akan mengungkap pola representasi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dalam buku Aqidah dan Akhlak di jenjang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). Studi kepustakaan (libbrary research) ini menggunakan metode conten analysis dan pendekatan hermeneutika. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari buku utama dan sekunder yang erat dengan kajian eksistensi nilai moderasi beragama. Fokus studi diarahkan pada isi buku dan nilai moderasi beragama apa saja yang terkandung dalam buku ajar Bina Aqidah Akhlak KMA 2019 untuk MI Kelas V serta pola merepresentasikannya. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwasanya buku ajar Bina Aqidah dan Akhlak KMA 2019 untuk MI Kelas V yang diterbitkan oleh Erlangga memiliki 10 materi pelajaran yang meliputi: kalimat Tayyibah Hauqalah, Asma’ul Husna Al-Qowiyy dan Al-Qoyyum.beriman kepada Hari Akhir (Kiamat), adab bertamu, sikap teguh pendirian, dermawan dan tawakal, kalimat Tayyibah Tarji’, Asma’ul Husna Al-Muhyi, Al-Mumit, dan Al-Bais, alam Barzakh (Alam Kubur), disiplin dan mandiri, dan sifat serakah dan kikir. Dan nilai moderasi yang termuat dalam buku sudah sesuai dengan empat nilai dasar moderasi beragama yang harus ditanamkan di dunia pendidikan yaitu tasamuh, ‘adalah, tawazun dan kesetaraan.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the enthusiasm and learning outcomes of the Prophet'sHijrah to Medina with the learning model of Presto Class VII F Middle School 6Salatiga in the even semester of 2016-2017. This research was conducted in 6months, from January to July 2017, both from the preparation of proposals,compilation of instruments, collecting data, implementing Class Actions,processing and analyzing values, to preparing reports. The place of research inSMP Negeri 6 Salatiga. The research subjects were students of class VII F SMPNegeri 6 Salatiga in the even semester 2016-2017 which numbered 15 people. Datacollection techniques initially took value in the last semester about the results oflearning Islamic history, then carried out 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of fourstages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection, ending witha written test, then assessing and reflecting to find out the success of the researchobjectives is according to what has been formulated. Seeing the values in the initialconditions which experienced an average of only 42.66, while after the actioncarried out in the first cycle increased to 53.60. this experienced a very significantincrease, namely 24.64%, while in the second cycle reached an average value of78, compared to the value in the first cycle increased by 45.52% as well.Keywords: learning outcomes, migration of the Prophet, Kasteri Presto.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at MTs Fathul Hidayah and its impact on improving educational quality. This study addresses the issue of how TQM principles support active student participation and create a democratic and inclusive school environment. This study describes the implementation of TQM at MTs Fathul Hidayah and its contribution to improving educational quality and fostering a participatory school culture. This research uses a library research method to examine the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Islamic educational institutions, focusing particularly on its application at MTs Fathul Hidayah. The library research method involves systematic exploration and analysis of relevant literature, including books, scientific journals, previous research, and official reports related to TQM, educational quality improvement, student participation, and Islamic school management. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of TQM at MTs Fathul Hidayah involves all school members, including students, as essential stakeholders in the decision-making processes. Students are recognized as primary stakeholders, and their opinions and needs are considered in every school policy. Open communication and intensive interaction between students, teachers, and the school leadership are key characteristics of the implementation of TQM at this institution. TQM implementation enhances educational outcomes and creates a responsive, democratic, and inclusive school environment that continuously adapts to the evolving needs of its community

Abstract

Globalization is like a two-sided coin that each piece has its own role, meaning that globalization has led to remarkable progress in human civilization, but at thesame time is also not a few negative effects caused by the advent of globalization.We take the example that occurred in education today. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to understand and provide an overview of madrasah management in distance learning through increasing the effectiveness of students in MAN 1 Sragen. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, through interview and observation techniques to students. The results obtained describe the effectiveness of students through distance learning that can be done with various applications, but learning is quite effective even though it is not optimal because some of the material has to be explained directly. The implication in this research is that the principal as a manager is required to be able to carry out the duties of being a leader in every policy, planning in learning, and managing various components in the madrasah.AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan memahami dan memberikan gambaran tentang manajemen madrasah dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh melalui peningkatkan efektivitas siswa MAN 1 Sragen. Metode riset yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi kepada siswa. Hasil yang didapatkan mendeskripsikan efektivitas siswa melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai aplikasi, namun pembelajaran cukup efektif walaupun kurang maksimal karena sebagian materi ada yang harus dijelaskan secara langsung. Implikasi dalam riset ini kepala sekolah sebagai manajer dituntut mampu melaksanakan tugas menjadi pemimpin di setiap kebijakan, perencana dalam pembelajaran, dan mengelola berbagai komponen yang ada di madrasah.

Abstract

Bloom’s taxonomy was created in 1956 by the educational psychologist Dr. Benjamin Bloom. It was created to promote higher-order thinking skills in the field of education, such as analyzing and evaluating concepts, procedures, and principles, rather than just retrieving facts. As a result, language teachers have access to varied ways to trigger and prompt students’ critical thinking by targeting their higher-order thinking skills. This qualitative research project explores how Moroccan AFL (Arabic as a Foreign Language) teachers target students’ critical thinking. This project focuses on the extent to which Moroccan AFL teachers trigger learners’ higher-order thinking skills, as well as the ways they target them. The research involved the observation of two lessons in a center of teaching Arabic as a foreign language. Three themes emerged from the data and were analysed: First, adopting the role of critical thinking, namely the role of a guide and mediator, not as a teacher of knowledge. Second, using two ways of motivation: positive comments and repeating students' answers. Third, implement activities and questions that help students not to take things for granted. Mengeksplorasi Cara Guru Pelajaran Arab sebagai Bahasa Asing (AFL) Menargetkan Pemikiran Kritis Siswa.Taksonomi Bloom yang diciptakan pada tahun 1956 Benjamin Bloom, psikolog pendidikan, bertujuan untuk mempromosikan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi di bidang pendidikan, seperti menganalisis dan mengevaluasi konsep, prosedur, dan prinsip, bukan hanya mengambil fakta. Akibatnya, guru bahasa memiliki akses ke pelbagai cara untuk memicu dan mendorong pemikiran kritis siswa dengan menargetkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi mereka. Penelitian kualitatif ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana guru pelajaran Arab sebagai Bahasa Asing (AFL) Maroko menargetkan pemikiran kritis siswa, sehingga penelitian ini terfokus pada sejauh mana guru AFL Maroko memicu keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik, serta cara mereka menargetkannya. Penelitian ini melibatkan observasi terhadap dua pelajaran di pusat pengajaran bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa asing. Penelitian ini menunjukkan cara seorang guru AFL Maroko menargetkan pemikiran kritis siswa; Pertama, mengadopsi peran berpikir kritis, yaitu peran sebagai pembimbing dan mediator, bukan sebagai guru sumber ilmu. Kedua, menggunakan dua cara motivasi, yaitu penggunaan komentar positif dan pengulangan jawaban peserta didik. Ketiga, menerapkan aktivitas dan pertanyaan yang membantu siswa untuk tidak menerima begitu saja.
