Abstract

The problem that occurred in the research location was based on the low critical thinking ability of fourth-grade students in the Pancasila Education subject at Elementary School Cluster VI, Sukasada District. This study was conducted to determine whether there was an effect of using the Course Review Horay model through the Wordwall Platform on improving students' critical thinking abilities. In this study, the method applied was a quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. The population of this study included 174 fourth-grade students, with samples taken by random sampling, resulting in 26 students from SDN 4 Panji Anom as the experimental group and 32 students from SDN 1 Panji Anom as the control group. Data were collected through technical tests and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive analysis, N-Gain Score test, normality test, homogeneity test, and independent t-test. The findings of this study indicate a significant increase in students' critical thinking. Before being given treatment, the average score of students' critical thinking abilities was 47.15 and increased to 85 after being given treatment. This finding is also supported by the results of the independent t-test on the N-Gain score, which shows that t count > t table, namely 20,860 > 2,003, and a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.05. Therefore, there is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. From these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Course Review Horay model assisted by the Wordwall Platform has a significant positive impact on improving the critical thinking of Pancasila Education students. Therefore, this model is worthy of being recommended for use in grade IV as an alternative effective learning strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to identify significant differences in students' understanding of IPAS concepts between those taught using the CTL learning model supplemented with Flip Card media and those taught through the conventional model in grade IV at SD N Gugus VII, Sukasada District. This study was motivated by a clearly stated problem: inadequate understanding of the concept among fourth-grade students at SD Gugus VII, Sukasada District. The study employs constructivist and cognitive ideas. The research design used is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group framework. The study population consisted of 151 individuals, with a sample size of 64 children, comprising 31 fourth-grade students from SD N 1 Selat as the experimental class and 33 students from SD Negeri 5 Selat as the control class. Data collected in this study involved observation activities, interviews with classroom teachers, assessments, and documentation collection. The data analysis results were obtained using an independent t-test with an N-Gain value showing that the t-calculated score > t-table, i.e., 16.659 > 1.670. Hypothesis testing showed a Sig (2-tailed) score of 0.000 (p < 0.005), leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of H1. These results indicate a substantial disparity in understanding of IPAS concepts between students taught using the CTL teaching model with Flip Cards and students taught through the conventional teaching model in Grade IV of SD Gugus VII, Sukasada District, during the 2024/2025 academic year.

Abstract

This development research aims to develop Digital Comics media containing Tri Kaya Parisudha, describing the level of validity and readability level. This research is a Research & Development (R&D) development research using the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The development research carried out is limited to the Development stage. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Selat with data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The subject of this study involved three experts in each aspect (media, language, materials), 2 teachers, and 9 students. The results of the study showed: (1) The design and construction of digital comic learning media containing Tri Kaya Parisudha began with the analysis stage to find out the problems and learning needs that occurred in the field then designed the media that was carried out at the design stage including preparing supporting facilities for media creation and media design, (2) the validity of the media was in the "Very High" category with a score of 0.92 (media), 0.94 (material), and 0.90 (language), as well as (3) media practicality in the "Very Practical" category with an assessment of 95% of teachers and 93% of students. Based on the validity and practicality tests, this learning media is worthy of being tested in the field.

Abstract

Interactive Multimedia development supported by Edpuzzle and containing Tri Hita Karana values on the Water Cycle material for the fourth grade Elementary School Science subject is a Research & Development (R&D) development with the application of the ADDIE model which includes the stages of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, the development in this study only reached the Development stage which was carried out at SD Negeri 3 Kampung Baru with data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The research subjects consisted of three experts in each aspect of media, language, and material, as well as three teachers and ten students. The results of the study show: (1) the process of designing Tri Hita Karana-based Edpuzzle-assisted Interactive Multimedia learning media begins with an analysis stage to identify learning problems and needs in the field, then continues with the design stage which includes preparing supporting facilities and creating media designs, (2) the validity of the media is in the "Very High" category with a score of 1 for media, 0.9 for material, and 1 for language, and (3) the practicality of the media is in the "Very Practical" category with an evaluation of 95% from teachers and students. Based on the results of the validity and practicality tests, this learning media is declared suitable for field trials.

Abstract

This research aims to develop teaching materials in the form of E-LKPD (Electronic Student Worksheets) based on the wizer.me platform for Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject, specifically on human respiratory system material for fifth-grade students at Elementary Schools in Cluster IV, Sukasada District, which is valid and practical in enhancing students' interest and enthusiasm for learning. The background of this research is based on the lack of student activity and learning outcomes, limited interactive teaching materials, and suboptimal utilization of technology in the learning process. This research employs the ADDIE model, which is divided into five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This E-LKPD has advantages including an attractive appearance, interactivity, easy access through various digital devices, and support for independent student learning. The research subjects consisted of 3 expert judges for instruments, 6 experts for product testing, 1 teacher with Master's degree at Grade IV civil service level, 4 teachers, and fifth-grade students at Elementary Schools in Cluster IV, Sukasada District. The data collection methods used include observation, interviews, and questionnaires/surveys. The research results show that the E-LKPD based on the wizer.me platform is assessed as highly valid with media validation scores of 0.93, material validation of 0.94, and language validation of 0.91. Meanwhile, the practicality test results by teachers and students obtained overall practicality results by teachers of 95.5% and assessment by students of 92%. This indicates that the developed product falls into the category of highly practical. Therefore, the E-LKPD based on the wizer.me platform is suitable for use as innovative teaching material to enhance student engagement in IPAS learning and support the achievement of learning objectives in the digital era.

Abstract

This development research aims to develop interactive media based on Articulate Storyline 3, describe the design, analyze the level of validity, and analyze the level of practicality of interactive media based on Articulate Storyline 3. The model used in this study is ADDIE which consists of five stages, namely, Analyze, Design, Developmen, Implementation, and Evaluation. However, the development process in this study is limited to the Development stage. The research was conducted in Cluster V, Banjar District which includes five elementary schools, namely SDN 1 Sidetapa, SDN 2 Sidetapa, SDN 3 Sidetapa, SDN 1 Cempaga, and SDN 2 Cempaga. Validation of interactive media was carried out by three experts, namely media experts, material experts and language experts. Meanwhile, the practicality test was carried out by five grade V teachers and 50 grade V elementary school students. The results of the study showed that, 1) Interactive media based on Articulate Storyline 3 produces interactive learning activities with attractive designs for students equipped with pictures and learning videos. 2) The level of media validity is classified as very high with a media expert validation score of 0.95, material validity of 0.98, and language validity of 0.975. 3) The level of media practicality is included in the very practical category with a percentage of practicality from teachers of 98% and students of 97%. Based on the results of the validation and practicality test, interactive media based on Articulate Storyline 3 on the material Norma dalam Kehidupanku of Pancasila Education subjects for grade V elementary schools is declared feasible to be tested in the field.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Wordwall Educational Game media with the theme "My Indonesia is Rich in Culture". The focus is on the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject for fourth grade students at SDN Gugus VI, Baturiti District. The development of this media is expected to be valid and practical in stimulating students' interest and enthusiasm for learning. Thus, it is expected to be able to increase understanding and active participation of participants in the learning process. The approach taken in this development is the Research and Development method which applies the ADDIE model, including 5 stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects in this study consisted of three experts for instrument assessment, six experts for product testing, one teacher with a Master's degree category IV, and four teachers and fourth grade students at SDN Gugus VI, Baturiti District. Data were obtained through observational, interviews, and questionnaires. The findings of this research and development show that the validity level of the Wordwall Educational Game media is classified as very valid, with a media validity score of 0.93, a learning validity score of 0.94, and a language validity score of 0.94. Furthermore, the results of practicality tests conducted by teachers and students also show that the overall practicality of the teachers reached 95.5%, while the students reached 90%. This development research indicates that the developed product has a high level of practicality. Therefore, the Wordwall Educational Game media can be considered an effective innovative learning tool in increasing student engagement in science learning and supporting the achievement of learning objectives in the digital era.

Abstract

This paper strives to see the effect of the TGT model assisted by Wordwall media on the learning activities of fourth grade students in Pancasila Education subjects. Pancasila learning in elementary school is often considered boring, thus reducing student learning activities. Observations at SD Gugus VI Sawan District displayed that the average student the learning task was only 67.85. This research implemented an experimental approach supported by quantitative data. As well as with the type of pretest-posttest control group design. The sample of the study was class IV at SD Negeri 4 Sangsit with 36 students selected for the experimental class while class IV students at SD Negeri 1 Kerobokan with 37 students selected as the control class. Data gathering in this research employed observation, interviews, surveys, and document analysis explain the mean N-Gain value in the experimental class obtained 0.7119 with high class criteria. Then the mean N-Gain value in the control class was obtained 0.5206 with the criteria of the medium group, so the mean N-Gain value of the experimental class was greater than the mean N-Gain value the non-experimental group. Through the results of data analysis, the research explains that there is a significant difference in the learning activities Pupils taught via the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) approach assisted by wordwall media employed for students who were not instructed using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method, aided by wordwal tools in the Pancasila education map of grade IV students in SD Gugus VI Sawan sub-district seen from the t-count value of 10,496> t-table 1,667.

Abstract

This development research aims to describe the design, analyze the validity, and practicality of interactive digital comic learning media oriented towards local wisdom.Tri Hita Karana the material our earth is threatened with danger in chapter 7 of the subject of science for grade VI students. This research was conducted at Elementary School in the Gugus III area of ​​Buleleng District. This research is a type of development research (Research and Development) which uses the ADDIE model with 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. However, in this study the ADDIE stages were carried out only up to the implementation stage. This interactive digital comic was created with the help of the application Canva, Pinterest, Quizizz and Heyzine Flipbook. The material is presented in a structured and interactive manner in the form of illustrated stories with human cartoon characters that are suitable for children. The media validity test obtained a result of 0.93, and the material validity obtained a result of 0.92, while the language validity obtained a result of 0.94. These results indicate that digital comics have a "Very high" validity category. Meanwhile, the practicality test conducted on 2 teachers and 26 students obtained an average value of 98% and 96%, respectively. These scores indicate that this local wisdom-oriented interactive digital comic media is very practical to use in classroom learning, especially in the material our earth is threatened by danger in the subject of science for grade VI elementary school. The results of the development of interactive digital comic learning media oriented to local wisdom Tri Hita Karana (THK) This sixth grade science subject is recommended to be applied in learning and to be tested in more depth by other researchers.

Abstract

The urgency of this research lies in the need to develop relevant and contextual learning media, especially in the context of education oriented towards local wisdom The research aims to develop local wisdom-oriented E-LKPD with the help of Liveworksheet on the subject of community identity in the subject of Pancasila Education grade IV SD in Gugus II Buleleng District. The background of this research is the low motivation and involvement of students in learning Pancasila Education which is still conventional and does not link the material with daily life and local values. The research method used is development research (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Product validity was tested through the validation of material experts, media experts, and linguists, while practicality was tested through questionnaires to teachers and students. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to determine the feasibility of the developed E-LKPD. The results showed that this Liveworksheet-assisted local wisdom-oriented E-LKPD was declared valid and practical for use in learning.The E-LKPD was able to increase students' learning motivation, engagement, and understanding of Pancasila Education materials, especially in the aspect of community identity associated with local wisdom values. Obstacles found in the form of limited digital devices and technological literacy in some students and teachers, but can be overcome through training and facility support. Thus, this E-LKPD is recommended as one of the innovative learning media to improve the quality of Pancasila Education learning in elementary schools and can be further developed on other materials or levels.
