Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly impacted various sectors of life, including education. This activity was carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tempel and involved 28 eleventh-grade students from the Logistics Engineering program. The main objective of the activity was to enhance students' abilities in accessing, understanding, and managing digital information systems to support technology-based learning. The implementation process was divided into three stages: the preparation stage (which involved identifying the needs of both students and teachers), the implementation stage (encompassing workshops, technical training, and intensive mentoring), and the evaluation stage. Data collection techniques included direct observation, semi-structured interviews, and pre-tests and post-tests. The results showed a significant improvement in students' digital skills, as indicated by the increase in the average score. Students became more independent, confident, and active in utilizing digital platforms for learning purposes. Teachers also observed an increase in student engagement and participation during online learning activities. Reflections and feedback from both students and teachers indicated that a participatory approach combined with continuous mentoring proved highly effective in bridging the digital literacy gap.   Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Tempel dengan melibatkan 28 peserta didik kelas XI Teknik Logistik. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam mengakses, memahami, dan mengelola sistem informasi digital guna menunjang pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan terbagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan (melalui identifikasi kebutuhan peserta didik dan guru), tahap pelaksanaan (meliputi workshop, pelatihan teknis, serta pendampingan intensif), dan tahap evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain observasi langsung, wawancara semi-terstruktur, serta tes awal (pre-test) dan tes akhir (post-test). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan digital peserta didik, ditandai dengan kenaikan rata-rata skor. Siswa menjadi lebih mandiri, percaya diri, dan aktif dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk pembelajaran. Guru juga mencatat adanya peningkatan keaktifan dan partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan belajar daring. Refleksi serta umpan balik dari peserta didik dan guru mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif dan pendampingan berkelanjutan sangat efektif menjembatani kesenjangan literasi digital. Abstract

Public health is a crucial foundation for achieving an optimal quality of life, particularly through participatory efforts aimed at preventing stunting and controlling infectious diseases at the community level. This community service aims to improve community understanding and practice of stunting and infectious disease prevention through a participatory and collaborative approach. The activity was conducted in Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency, with 30 housewives serving as the primary participants. The implementation method consists of three stages: planning, implementation, and follow-up evaluation. Education focuses on clean and healthy living patterns (Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat or PHBS), sanitation management, and disease prevention. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participant understanding, as indicated by a rise in the average scores on the pretest and posttest for the topics of stunting and infectious diseases. However, a gap remains between knowledge and the implementation of healthy behaviors due to limited access to healthcare facilities. Therefore, the recommended follow-up is a motivation-based approach and strengthening the role of women as agents of change. This program contributes to supporting sustainable national health development.   Abstrak Kesehatan masyarakat merupakan fondasi penting dalam mewujudkan kualitas hidup yang optimal, terutama melalui kegiatan pencegahan stunting dan pengendalian penyakit menular secara partisipatif di tingkat komunitas. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik masyarakat terhadap pencegahan stunting dan penyakit menular melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Mertoyudan, Kabupaten Magelang dengan melibatkan 30 ibu rumah tangga sebagai peserta utama. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari tiga tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi tindak lanjut. Edukasi difokuskan pada pola hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS), pengelolaan sanitasi, dan pencegahan penyakit. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta, ditunjukkan oleh kenaikan skor rata-rata pretest dan posttest pada topik stunting dan penyakit infeksi. Meski demikian, masih ditemukan kesenjangan antara pengetahuan dan implementasi perilaku sehat akibat keterbatasan fasilitas kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, tindak lanjut yang direkomendasikan adalah pendekatan berbasis motivasi dan penguatan peran perempuan sebagai agen perubahan. Abstract

TPQ is a non-formal educational institution that plays a crucial role in disseminating Islamic teachings, particularly in aspects aimed at enhancing the understanding and comprehension of the Qur'an. This community service adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing a case study method integrated into Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD)-based Community Service Program (KKN) activities. The community service site is located in Klepu hamlet, Planjan sub-district, Kapanewon Saptosari, Gunungkidul regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The primary objective of this community service is to reactivate TPQ activities in the location, which were previously halted due to a limited number of teachers. As part of a revitalization effort, a Training of Trainers (ToT) program was designed to equip local teenagers with basic teaching competencies and enable them to take on the role of TPQ teachers. A total of 10 teenagers aged 14 to 18 were purposively selected based on their interest, involvement in religious activities, and potential. The training program focused on skill utilization through the provision of materials, microteaching, preparation of teaching tools, and the formation of teaching teams. The results showed that the ABCD approach was effective in exploring local assets and creating community-based solutions. Learning guides were successfully developed, and the majority of participants demonstrated basic teaching skills. Two youth teaching teams were also formed to support the sustainability of TPQ activities.   Abstrak TPQ merupakan lembaga pendidikan non formal yang berperan penting dalam menyebarkan ajaran Islam terutama pada aspek yang bertujuan untuk memperdalam bacaan dan pemahaman Al-Qur'an. Pengabdian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang diintegrasikan dalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) berbasis Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Lokasi pengabdian terletak di Padukuhan Klepu, Kalurahan Planjan, Kapanewon Saptosari, Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Tujuan utama pengabdian ini adalah mengaktifkan kembali kegiatan TPQ dilokasi tersebut yang sebelumnya terhenti akibat keterbatasan jumlah tenaga pengajar. Sebagai upaya revitalisasi, program Training of Trainers (ToT) dirancang untuk memberdayakan remaja setempat agar memiliki kompetensi dasar mengajar dan mampu mengambil peran menjadi pengajar TPQ. Sebanyak 10 remaja berusia 14 hingga 18 tahun dipilih secara purposif berdasarkan minat, keterlibatan dalam kegiatan keagamaan, dan potensi yang dimiliki. Program pelatihan difokuskan pada pendayagunaan kemampuan melalui pemberian materi, microteaching, penyusunan perangkat ajar, dan pembentukan tim pengajar. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ABCD efektif dalam menggali aset lokal dan menciptakan solusi berbasis komunitas. Panduan pembelajaran berhasil disusun, mayoritas peserta menunjukkan keterampilan dasar mengajar, dan dua tim pengajar remaja terbentuk untuk mendukung keberlanjutan kegiatan TPQ. Abstract

Stunting is a condition in which a child experiences stunted growth. This is characterized by a height that is lower than the standard set for a certain age and gender, and stunted cognitive development in children. Stunting is a significant public health problem in Indonesia. With a prevalence that remains high, stunting is a problem that requires the involvement of multiple parties. Based on this, this community service is carried out with the aim of developing a product to reduce stunting rates, especially in Cibungur Village, Sumedang Regency. The product developed through this community service is Martabak Singkong Cibungur, also known as MASINGCI. This product is used as additional food for children. The product is introduced to the community through demonstration and counseling methods. Through the MASINGCI product, which contains carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, as well as a familiar taste, it is hoped that it can maximize the nutrition obtained by children, thereby helping to reduce stunting rates. In addition, through this community service approach, it is hoped that the prevalence of stunting in Cibungur Village can decrease significantly and increase public awareness of the importance of balanced nutrition for children.   Abstrak Stunting merupakan kondisi anak mengalami pertumbuhan yang terhambat. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan tinggi badan yang lebih rendah dari standar yang ditetapkan untuk usia dan jenis kelamin tertentu serta terhambatnya perkembangan kognitif anak. Stunting menjadi sebuah permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan di Indonesia. Dengan prevalensi yang masih tinggi, stunting menjadi permasalahan yang perlu ditangani dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengembangkan salah satu produk untuk mengurangi angka stunting utamanya di Desa Cibungur, Kabupaten Sumedang. Produk yang dikembangkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Martabak Singkong Cibungur atau MASINGCI. Produk ini dijadikan sebagai pemberian makanan tambahan bagi anak-anak. Produk dikenalkan kepada masyarakat melalui metode demonstrasi dan penyuluhan. Melalui produk MASINGCI yang mengandung karbohidrat, serat, vitamin dan mineral serta rasa yang tidak asing, diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan gizi yang diperoleh oleh anak-anak sehingga dapat membantu mengurangi angka stunting. Selain itu melalui pendekatan pengabdian ini, diharapkan prevalensi stunting di Desa Cibungur dapat menurun secara signifikan dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya keseimbangan gizi bagi anak-anak. Abstract

The natural resources potential of Samas Beach has led to the use of fishing gear. Fishing nets made of nylon take a very long time to decompose. Ghost fishing is a phenomenon where fish are caught by nets that have been lost or abandoned at sea. Ghost fishing has a profound impact on the marine environment. This impact is not only ecological, economic, and social, but also particularly affects small-scale fishermen who experience a decline in income due to reduced fish stocks. The abandoned fishing gear at Samas Beach is a result of the gear's deterioration. Based on the issues and events occurring at the location, the TURING Team from the University of Diponegoro PKM-PM initiated an innovation in the form of a net collection device called TURING. The methods used include interviews and data analysis. The implementation of TURING is expected to benefit coastal communities due to its ease of implementation, readily available raw materials, and cost-effective efficiency. The objective of the PKM-PM initiative is to provide guidance, training, and empowerment to the coastal communities of Samas Beach in addressing ghost fishing and sea turtle conservation through the development of TURING.   Abstrak Potensi sumber daya alam di Pantai Samas menimbulkan aktivitas penggunaan alat tangkap. Jaring ikan yang terbuat dari bahan nilon sangat lama untuk menguraikannnya. Ghost fishing merupakan suatu keadaan ikan tertangkap oleh jaring yang sudah hilang di perairan laut. Ghost fishing memiliki dampak yang serius pada lingkungan laut. Dampak ini tidak hanya bersifat ekologis, ekonomis dan sosial, terutama bagi nelayan kecil yang mengalami penurunan pendapatan akibat berkurangnya stok ikan. Alat tangkap yang terbengkalai di Pantai Samas disebabkan oleh faktor rusaknya alat tangkap. Berdasarkan permasalahan dan peristiwa yang terjadi di lokasi, Tim TURING Universitas Diponegoro PKM-PM berinisiatif melalui sebuah inovasi alat penampung jaring dengan sebutan TURING. Metode yang diguanakan yaitu menggunakan metode wawacara dan analisis data. Penerapan TURING diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat pesisir dikarenakan konsep yang sangat mudah diimplementasi oleh masyarakat, bahan baku yang mudah ditemukan serta efisiensi biaya yang lebih terjangkau. Tujuan dari gagasan PKM-PM adalah melakukan pendampingan, pelatihan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir Pantai Samas dalam upaya mengatasi ghost fishing dan konservasi penyu dengan membuat TURING. Abstract

This case study explores the strategic and operational practices of Marugame Udon and IPMI Institute. By analyzing both organizations through the lenses of interaction management, problem-solving, decision-making, team development, and coaching performance, the study uncovers practical insights into effective organizational behavior across different industries. At Marugame, the emphasis on lean operations and team coordination plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Through real-time interaction management and standardized communication protocols, Marugame fosters a service-oriented culture where frontline staff are empowered to solve problems and make quick decisions. Leadership coaching is implemented at the store level to improve service performance and employee retention. In contrast, IPMI Institute emphasizes strategic decision-making and collaborative learning in academic and administrative settings. The coaching culture at IPMI Institute fosters professional growth, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence among both staff and students. The findings highlight that both organizations, while operating in different sectors, leverage similar core principles of organizational development. Interaction management and coaching serve as the backbone for efficient teamwork and agile decision-making. This comparative case analysis underscores the value of context-specific adaptations of these practices, reinforcing the need for tailored leadership approaches in hospitality and education sectors.   Abstrak Studi kasus ini mengeksplorasi praktik strategis dan operasional Marugame Udon dan IPMI Institute. Dengan menganalisis kedua organisasi melalui sudut pandang manajemen interaksi, pemecahan masalah, pengambilan keputusan, pengembangan tim, dan kinerja pembinaan, studi ini mengungkap wawasan praktis tentang perilaku organisasi yang efektif di berbagai industri. Di Marugame, penekanan pada operasi ramping dan koordinasi tim memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan kepuasan pelanggan dan efisiensi operasional. Melalui manajemen interaksi waktu nyata dan protokol komunikasi standar, Marugame menumbuhkan budaya berorientasi layanan di mana staf garis depan diberdayakan untuk memecahkan masalah dan membuat keputusan cepat. Pembinaan kepemimpinan diterapkan di tingkat toko untuk meningkatkan kinerja layanan dan retensi karyawan. Budaya pembinaan di IPMI Institute mendorong pertumbuhan profesional, pemikiran kritis, dan kecerdasan emosional di antara staf dan mahasiswa. Temuan tersebut menyoroti bahwa kedua organisasi, meski beroperasi di sektor yang berbeda, memanfaatkan prinsip inti pengembangan organisasi yang serupa. Manajemen interaksi dan pembinaan berfungsi sebagai tulang punggung kerja tim yang efisien dan pengambilan keputusan yang tangkas. Lebih jauh, analisis kasus komparatif ini menggarisbawahi nilai adaptasi spesifik konteks dari praktik-praktik ini, yang memperkuat perlunya pendekatan kepemimpinan yang disesuaikan di sektor perhotelan dan pendidikan. Abstract

The advancement of digital technology requires rural communities to acquire relevant skills to adapt and enhance their competitiveness across various sectors. Responding to this need, this community service activity aimed to improve the digital skills of Gerbosari Village residents through graphic design training using the Canva application. The method employed was a participatory approach consisting of several stages, beginning with preliminary observation to identify participants’ needs, potentials, and supporting resources. The next stage involved preparing training materials and implementing sessions that included an introduction to graphic design and Canva, hands-on practice in creating accounts and exploring Canva features, as well as independent design exercises with team guidance. University students served as facilitators, helping participants overcome technical challenges to ensure an effective training process. The activity was held on July 7, 2025, at the Gerbosari Village Hall, Samigaluh District, Kulon Progo Regency, and was attended by 24 participants. The training materials focused on the basics of graphic design, the use of Canva, and practical exercises in designing logos and product packaging. Evaluation results indicated that 95% of participants were able to apply the acquired skills, demonstrating that this activity successfully enhanced digital competence, creativity, and self-confidence, while also supporting the community’s competitiveness in the digital era.   Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut masyarakat desa untuk memiliki keterampilan yang relevan agar mampu beradaptasi dan meningkatkan daya saing di berbagai bidang. Menyadari kebutuhan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital masyarakat Desa Gerbosari melalui pelatihan desain grafis berbasis aplikasi Canva. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan beberapa tahapan, dimulai dari observasi awal untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, potensi, serta sarana pendukung peserta. Tahapan berikutnya mencakup penyusunan materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan yang terdiri atas sosialisasi mengenai desain grafis dan Canva, praktik langsung membuat akun, pengenalan fitur-fitur Canva, serta latihan mendesain secara mandiri dengan pendampingan tim. Mahasiswa berperan sebagai fasilitator yang membantu peserta ketika menghadapi kendala teknis sehingga proses pelatihan berlangsung efektif. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 07 Juli 2025 di Balai Desa Gerbosari, Kecamatan Samigaluh, Kabupaten Kulon Progo dengan jumlah peserta 24 orang. Materi pelatihan difokuskan pada pengenalan dasar desain grafis, penggunaan Canva, serta praktik membuat desain logo dan kemasan produk. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 95% peserta mampu mengaplikasikan keterampilan baru, sehingga kegiatan ini terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan digital, kreativitas, dan kepercayaan diri masyarakat sekaligus mendukung daya saing di era digital. Abstract

On June 13, 2025, Al-Izhar High School collaborated with IPMI International Business School in a dynamic learning program centered on the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The initiative was designed to introduce high school students to the fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship and business strategy through experiential learning. By engaging directly with the BMC framework, students explored the nine key building blocks, including value propositions, customer segments, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structure, and applied these concepts to real or simulated business ideas. This collaboration provided Al-Izhar students with a unique opportunity to connect classroom knowledge with practical applications, enhancing their analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Guided by IPMI faculty and student mentors, participants worked in teams to design business models, present their findings, and receive constructive feedback. The program not only strengthened students’ understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship but also encouraged teamwork, adaptability, and leadership skills. For the IPMI Institute, the activity demonstrated its commitment to shaping future leaders and fostering entrepreneurial mindsets at an early stage. Overall, the partnership underscored the importance of integrating higher education expertise into secondary education to empower students with future-ready skills.   Abstrak Pada 13 Juni 2025, SMA Al-Izhar berkolaborasi dengan IPMI International Business School dalam program pembelajaran dinamis yang berpusat pada Business Model Canvas (BMC). Inisiatif ini dirancang untuk memperkenalkan murid SMA pada konsep-konsep dasar kewirausahaan dan strategi bisnis melalui pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. Dengan terlibat langsung dengan kerangka kerja BMC, murid mengeksplorasi sembilan blok bangunan utama yang meliputi proposisi nilai, segmen pelanggan, saluran, hubungan pelanggan, aliran pendapatan, sumber daya utama, aktivitas utama, kemitraan utama, dan struktur biaya, sambil menerapkannya pada ide bisnis nyata maupun simulasi. Kolaborasi ini memberikan murid Al-Izhar kesempatan unik untuk menghubungkan pengetahuan di kelas dengan aplikasi praktis, meningkatkan kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah kreatif mereka. Dibimbing oleh fakultas dan mentor murid IPMI, para peserta bekerja dalam tim untuk merancang model bisnis, mempresentasikan temuan mereka, dan menerima umpan balik yang konstruktif. Program ini tidak hanya memperkuat pemahaman murid tentang inovasi dan kewirausahaan, tetapi juga mendorong kerja sama tim, kemampuan beradaptasi, dan keterampilan kepemimpinan. Bagi Institut IPMI, kegiatan ini menunjukkan komitmennya untuk membentuk pemimpin masa depan dan menumbuhkan pola pikir kewirausahaan sejak dini. Secara keseluruhan, kemitraan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mengintegrasikan keahlian pendidikan tinggi ke dalam pendidikan menengah untuk memberdayakan murid dengan keterampilan siap masa depan. Abstract

This program was implemented at the Politeknik Energi dan Pertambangan (PEP) Library as a form of student internship activities at the Indonesian University of Education. This program was motivated by the urgency of optimizing library services in higher education institutions, with a focus on the quality of collection development, collection organization, information services, and the use of information technology. In the digital era, through student internship programs implemented under the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy, universities are required to produce work-ready professionals. The purpose of this activity is to improve library service governance and to prepare prospective librarians to serve as managers. The steps taken in this program start from initial observation, mapping of institutional needs, implementing daily programs for 40 working days, and evaluating activities through seminars on results. The results obtained by students can contribute to circulation and reference services by entering collection data into SLiMS, performing classification and labeling, and providing user education. However, there are obstacles, including low user participation and limitations of the digital repository system. Efforts that can be implemented are service promotion, information literacy education, and improvements to the automation system. This activity demonstrates that student involvement in field practice can have a positive impact and was implemented effectively.   Abstrak Program ini dilaksanakan di Perpustakaan Politeknik Energi dan Pertambangan (PEP) sebagai bentuk dari kegiatan magang mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh urgensi pengoptimalisasian layanan perpustakaan di perguruan tinggi yang mengkaji kualitas pengembangan koleksi, pengorganisasian koleksi, pelayanan informasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang dimana pada era digital melalui program magang mahasiswa sebagai implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) menuntut perguruan tinggi dapat mencetak professional yang siap kerja. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan tata kelola layanan perpustakaan dan calon pustakawan sebagai pengelola. Langkah yang dilakukan pada program ini dimulai dari observasi awal, pemetaan pada kebutuhan institusi, pelaksanaan program harian selama 40 hari kerja dan evaluasi kegiatan melalui seminar hasil. Hasil yang didapatkan mahasiswa dapat berkontribusi dalam layanan sirkulasi dan referensi, input data koleksi ke SLiMS, klasiifikasi, pelabelan, dan edukasi pemustaka. Namun terdapat kendala seperti rendahnya partisipasi pemustaka serta keterbatasan sistem repository digital. Upaya yang dapat dilaksanakan adalah dengan promosi layanan, pengedukasian literasi informasi serta perbaikan sistem otomasi. Kegiatan ini telah menunjukkan adanya keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam praktik lapangan yang mampu memberi dampak positif dan telah tercapai dengan cukup optimal. Abstract

Program Penguatan Profesional Non-Kependidikan (P3NK) at the Politeknik Energi dan Pertambangan (PEP) Bandung’s Library is a form of practical learning that integrates theoretical instruction with field practice. This program is designed to provide students with direct experience in librarianship while also addressing the need to develop adaptive, professional library human resources who are ready to meet the demands of the digital era. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of P3NK in improving the quality of library services and its contribution to strengthening student competencies. The rationale for this study was the gap between the theory taught in lectures and actual practice in the field, particularly in special libraries that require more specialized technical and managerial skills. The method employed is a qualitative descriptive approach, using participatory observation, field notes, and documentation of internship activities. The results of the study indicate that P3NK plays a role in collection development, library materials organization, library services, and the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This program not only provides strategic benefits for libraries but also equips students with professional experience relevant to careers in librarianship.   Abstrak Program Penguatan Profesional Non-Kependidikan (P3NK) di Perpustakaan Politeknik Energi dan Pertambangan (PEP) Bandung merupakan bentuk pembelajaran praktis yang menghubungkan teori perkuliahan dengan praktik lapangan. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada mahasiswa dalam bidang kepustakawanan, sekaligus menjawab kebutuhan pengembangan sumber daya manusia perpustakaan yang adaptif, profesional, dan siap menghadapi tuntutan era digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran P3NK dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan perpustakaan serta kontribusinya terhadap penguatan kompetensi mahasiswa. Alasan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah adanya kesenjangan antara teori yang diperoleh selama perkuliahan dengan praktik nyata di lapangan, terutama di perpustakaan khusus yang membutuhkan keterampilan teknis dan manajerial yang lebih spesifik. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi partisipatif, pencatatan lapangan, serta dokumentasi kegiatan magang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa P3NK berperan dalam pengembangan koleksi, pengorganisasian bahan pustaka, pelayanan perpustakaan, dan penerapan Teknologi, Informasi, dan Komunikasi (TIK). Program ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat strategis bagi perpustakaan, tetapi juga membekali mahasiswa dengan pengalaman profesional yang relevan untuk karier kepustakawanan.
