Abstract

Bullying in schools has become a serious concern due to its negative impact on students' mental, emotional, and social development. This phenomenon hinders learning, damages character, and can lead to long-term psychological issues. This study employs a literature review approach to explore effective strategies for preventing bullying, particularly through psychoeducation. Psychoeducation plays a crucial role in helping students recognize bullying, manage emotions, develop social skills, and restore self-confidence. This approach also encourages students to internalize moral values and act responsibly. The analysis reveals that psychoeducation not only supports the recovery of victims but also creates a conducive school environment free from violence and promotes character building. Implementing psychoeducation is expected to break the cycle of bullying and produce a generation that is more empathetic, caring, and inclusive.

Abstract

This study explores the challenges, skills, and self-development strategies counselors require counselors in various fields, including education, industry organization, and clinical. The approach used is qualitative research with a phenomenological design involving seven experienced counselors with at least three years of experience. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The study's results identified four main themes: problems often handled by counselors, counseling skills needed, factors causing burnout, and self-development activities. In education, the main challenges include student behavior problems and children with special needs. At the same time, in industry and organizations, counselors often deal with disciplinary problems and employee dissatisfaction. In the clinical field, counselors focus on cases of violence and legal assistance. The discussion shows that ongoing self-development and burnout mitigation strategies through time management and peer support are essential to improving the quality of counseling practice in all fields.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model on primary school students' mathematics learning outcomes. The research highlights the importance of primary education in developing students' cognitive and analytical skills, addressing challenges such as low interest in mathematics. Using a quantitative design, 24 students were randomly sampled. Data were collected through pretests and posttests to measure students' mathematics learning outcomes before and after implementing the PjBL model. Descriptive statistics were employed to calculate the mean, standard deviation, and standard error. A paired samples t-test was conducted to compare pretest and posttest scores, revealing a significant improvement in learning outcomes (mean difference = -11.125, p < 0.05). The findings confirm that the PjBL model significantly enhances mathematics learning outcomes. This study concludes that the PjBL model is an effective instructional strategy to improve mathematics achievement in primary education.
