Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the influence of motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. REMCO RUBBER INDONESIA PALEMBANG. This study used 70 samples. Sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire technique (questionnaire). The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, f-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the t-test of motivation variables and organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. REMCO RUBBER INDONESIA PALEMBANG Analysis of the determination coefficient shows that there is an adjusted R square number of 0.389, meaning that the motivation variable, and the work environment are able to contribute to the increase in employee performance, with a contribution of 38.9%. This can be interpreted that employee performance can be explained by the variables of motivation and work discipline of 38.9%. While the rest is explained by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Organizational Culture, Employee Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. Dendymarker Indah Lestari in Lubuk Linggau. This type of research is associative research. The data collection technique used is to distribute questionnaires. The research population was 90 employees. The number of samples in this study is 74. The data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative. The analytical methods applied are multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show the influence of Organizational Culture, Employee Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. This is evidenced by the results of multiple linear regression. Simultaneously showing a positive and significant influence of Organizational Culture and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with a Ftcal value (36.451) > Ftable of 2.78 with a significant 0.000 < 0.05. As Organizational Culture affects employee performance with a tcal value (3.568) > ttable (1.666) with a significant t of 0.001 < 0.05. Employee Commitment has a significant influence on Employee Performance with a tcal value (3.779) > ttable (1.666) with a significant t of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Discipline has a significant influence on Employee Performance with a tcal value (5.512) > ttable (1.666) with a significant t of 0.000 < 0.05. The determination of the 0.593 (59.3%) variable Organizational Culture and Work Discipline was able to explain performance. While the remaining 40.7% were influenced by other factors outside the study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Sakti Prima in Jakabaring, Palembang. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 61 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, and analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation and work environment contribute significantly to improving employee performance. These findings highlight the importance for companies to enhance motivation and create a conducive work environment to foster employee productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and discipline on employee performance at PT. Ricky Kencana Sukses Mandiri simultaneously and partially. The study used an associative approach, with the variables being the work environment, employee discipline, and performance. A sample of 111 respondents was drawn using a simple random sampling method. The primary data used was primary data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression, F-test and t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the multiple linear regression indicate that the work environment and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis test indicate that the work environment and work discipline significantly influence employee performance at PT. Ricky Kencana Sukses Mandiri Palembang. Partially, the work environment and work discipline significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination indicates that the work environment and work discipline contribute 49.3% to the fluctuations in employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profit-sharing rate, inflation, and interest rate on mudharabah deposits in Islamic banking in Indonesia. Mudharabah deposit is one of the main products of Islamic banks that applies a profit-sharing principle between the depositor (shahibul maal) and the bank (mudharib). The development of mudharabah deposits is often influenced by internal factors such as the profit-sharing rate, as well as external macroeconomic factors such as inflation and the Bank Indonesia interest rate. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from official publications of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia, and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) over a certain period. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship and influence of independent variables (profit-sharing rate, inflation, and interest rate) on the dependent variable (mudharabah deposits). The results show that the profit-sharing rate has a positive and significant effect on mudharabah deposits, meaning that a higher profit-sharing rate increases public interest in placing their funds in Islamic banks. Meanwhile, inflation has a negative effect because higher inflation reduces purchasing power and the real value of returns. The interest rate has a negative and significant effect, indicating a substitution tendency from Islamic banks to conventional banks when interest rates rise. Overall, the findings confirm that macroeconomic stability and Islamic banking policy play an essential role in maintaining the growth of third-party funds through mudharabah deposits in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leading sectors that play a significant role in promoting economic growth in Musi Banyuasin Regency. The research employs the Location Quotient (LQ) method and Multiple Linear Regression analysis using data on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Musi Banyuasin Regency by business field over the 2018–2024 period. The results indicate that the mining and quarrying sector serves as the basic sector in Musi Banyuasin Regency, providing the highest contribution compared to other sectors. Furthermore, seven sectors have demonstrated faster growth than those in South Sumatra Province, namely agriculture, forestry, and fisheries; mining and quarrying; electricity and gas supply; construction; accommodation and food service activities; financial and insurance activities; and health and social services. The regression estimation results show a positive relationship between leading sectors and economic growth in Musi Banyuasin Regency, implying that the enhancement of leading sectors contributes directly to the acceleration of regional economic growth.

Abstract

The purpose of developing this system at PT HEVEA ANUGRAH NATURA is to be able to assist Head Operations in determining the best latex quality for sub-region farmers effectively and efficiently. The methodology used in developing this system is iteration which has four stages, namely the planning phase, analysis phase, design phase and implementation phase. In this decision support system the methodology used is Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). The system created will use Visual Studio Code, be website based, PHP programming language and use MySql database storage. In this way, the authot will help solve existing problems by building a Decision Support System for Farmer’s Latex Purchasing at PT HEVEA ANUGRAH NATURA

Abstract

This study offers a comprehensive analysis of the factors driving consumer behavior within the vibrant coffee shop industry in Bangkinang, specifically focusing on the interplay between digital marketing strategies and brand image. Employing a quantitative associative research design, the investigation gathered empirical data from 98 purposively selected respondents. The analytical process involved multiple linear regression, preceded by rigorous testing for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions to ensure data integrity. The findings reveal a compelling narrative: while a well executed digital marketing strategy significantly boosts purchasing decisions, it is the strength of a brand’s image that emerges as the most dominant catalyst in the consumer's final choice. Both variables, when acting in synergy, provide a robust explanation for the fluctuations in local purchasing trends. These results underscore a critical strategic insight for entrepreneurs: simply having a digital presence is insufficient. To thrive in a competitive landscape, coffee shop owners must prioritize the cultivation of a distinctive and trustworthy brand identity. By integrating sophisticated digital outreach with a resonant brand story, businesses can effectively enhance their market appeal and secure long term consumer loyalty. Consequently, this research advocates for a balanced strategic approach to maximize business competitiveness in the modern digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based sales information system for Yasmin Wiwid Label, an ecoprint-based small and medium enterprise, to support product promotion, online ordering, and sales reporting. The system was developed using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The website provides a product catalog page to display ecoprint products with images, descriptions, and prices, a checkout page to simplify the ordering process, and a sales report dashboard to present revenue and transaction data. Bootstrap 5 was used to create a responsive and clean interface across devices. System functionality was evaluated using black-box testing, and the results showed that all main features worked as expected. The developed system is expected to improve sales management efficiency, support digital promotion, and help the business monitor sales performance more effectively.

Abstract

Background: Employee performance is critical in hospitals demanding fast, accurate services. RSIA Karunia Indah Medika Muara Enim faces suboptimal performance of non-medical staff, indicated by high absenteeism (22.61%–35.31% in 2020–2022), delayed patient services, and administrative complaints. Material motivation (allowances, bonuses) has failed to improve performance, while information technology (SIMRS) implementation remains limited and uneven. Objective: To analyze the influence of motivation (material and non-material) and information technology utilization on employee performance, and to identify inhibiting factors. Method: Qualitative case study approach. Data collection through in-depth interviews (15 participants), passive participatory observation (4 weeks), and documentation. Data analysis used Miles, Huberman & Saldaña's model with NVivo 12. Trustworthiness ensured by triangulation and member checking. Results: Material motivation was provided but non-material motivation (recognition, praise, career path) was absent, resulting in low intrinsic motivation. Discipline enforcement was inconsistent. SIMRS improved administrative speed (registration time from 6 to 2.8 minutes) and coordination, but only for direct users. Technical constraints (weak server, power outages) and lack of training hindered performance. Non-digital workers (cleaning service, security) experienced no improvement. Conclusion: Material-only motivation and uneven IT utilization without infrastructure support cannot significantly improve performance. Management needs performance-based rewards, interpersonal communication, consistent discipline, regular SIMRS training, server upgrades, and expanded IT access to all staff.
