Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in the effect of the type of hypnosis and the level of mental toughness on the concentration of futsal athletes. This research method is experimental. Types of hypnotherapy that are done are hypnosis and self-hypnosis. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the variable measured mental toughness was low and a little low using, questionnaire and hypnotherapy treatment with 6 meetings with a duration of 30-60 minutes, grouping the level of mental toughness was obtained after pretesting the results of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique was two way anava  with SPSS 16. The subjects of the research were 16 male futsal athletes. The significance level is 0.05. The results showed that there were differences in the effect of hypnosis and self-hypnosis on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.013, meaning that there was an effect. There is no difference in the effect of low and rather low mental toughness on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.130 means there is no effect. There is no interaction between mental toughness and hypnotherapy on the athlete's concentration, the significance value = 0.635 means mental toughness and hypnotherapy do not interact. The conclusions of the study are getting the differences in the treatment of hypnosis and self-hypnosis, knowing the differences in the effect of mental toughness, and knowing the interaction between hypnotherapy and mental toughness. The advice is that athletes have good mental toughness and self-control, believe in their own abilities. Coaches support athletes by providing coaching that can improve mental toughness and concentration. PENGARUH JENIS HIPNOTERAPI DAN TINGKAT KETANGGUHAN MENTAL TERHADAP KONSENTRASI ATLET FUTSAL  AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh jenis hipnosis dan tingkat  ketangguhan mental terhadap konsentrasi atlet futsal. Metode penelitian ini eksperimen. Jenis hipnoterapi yang dilakukan adalah hipnosis dan self-hipnosis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, variabel yang diukur ketangguhan mental rendah dan agak rendah dengan menggunakan angket ketangguhan mental dan treatment hypnotherapy dengan 6 peretemuan durasi 30-60 menit, pengelompokkan tingkat ketangguhan mental diperoleh setelah diadakan pretest hasil dari angket tersebut. Teknik analisis data two way anava dengan program  SPSS 16. Subjek penelitian atlet futsal putra berjumlah 16 orang. Taraf signifikasi 0,05. Hasil penelitian yaitu ada perbedaan pengaruh hipnosis dan self-hypnosis terhadap konsentrasi atlet, nilai signifikansi = 0,013, artinya ada pengaruh. Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh ketangguhan mental rendah dan agak rendah terhadap konsentrasi atlet nilai signifikansi = 0,130 berarti tidak ada pengaruh. Tidak ada interaksi antara ketangguhan mental dan hipnoterapi terhadap konsentrasi atlet, nilai signifikansi = 0,635 artinya ketangguhan mental dan hipnoterapi tidak berinteraksi. Simpulan penelitian yaitu mendapatkan perbedaan perlakuan hipnosis dan self-hipnosis, diketahuinya perbedaan pengaruh ketangguhan mental, dan diketahuinya interaksi antara hipnoterapi dan ketangguhan mental. Sarannya atlet memiliki ketangguhan mental dan kontrol diri yang baik, percaya pada kemampuan sendiri. Pelatih mendukung atlet dengan memberikan pembinaan yang dapat meningkatkan ketangguhan mental dan konsentrasi.

Abstract

Self-confidence is very important needed for archery athletes who aim study aims to determine relationship between level of self-confidence and the 50 meter distance archery ability of archery athletes. Instrument used was an athlete confidence questionnaire with 20 questions and an ability test archery with a distance of 50 meters. Normality test using the technique Kolmogorov Smirnov results obtained were sig 0,167 (self-confidence) and sig 0,200 (archery distance 50m) p0.05, it can be concluded that the data are normally distributed. Homogeneity test using the Levene's Test of Equality technique obtained a sig value of 0.133 (p0.05), so it can be concluded that the data is homogeneous. Based on the results of the test self-confidence using a questionnaire, it was found that there were 4 athletes (33.3%) whose level of confidence was in the very high category, 2 athletes (16.7%) were in the high category, 3 athletes (25%) were in the moderate category and 3 athletes (25%) in the low category. Then proceed with data analysis techniques using simple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the level of self-confidence on the ability athlete's archery at a distance of 50 meters with the sig 0.000 (p0.05), which means archery requires good confidence. HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KEPERCAYAAN DIRI TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MEMANAH JARAK 50 METER PADA ATLET PANAHAN  AbstrakKepercayaan diri sangat penting dibutuhkan untuk atlet panahan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kepercayaan diri terhadap kemampuan memanah jarak 50 meter pada atlet panahan. Jenis penelitian ini korelasi. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 12 atlet panahan di Kabupaten Banyumas yang masih berstatus Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket kepercayaan diri atlet dengan pertanyaan sebanyak 20 butir soal dan test kemampuan memanah dengan jarak 50 meter. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas menggunakan teknik Kolmogorov Smirnov didapatkan hasil sig 0.167 (kepercayaan diri) dan sig 0.200 (memanah jarak 50m) p 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji homogenitas menggunakan teknik Levene's Test of Equality didapatkan nilai sig 0.133 (p0.05) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa data bersifat homogen. Berdasarkan hasil dari tes kepercayaan diri mengunakan kuisoner didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat 4 atlet (33,3%) yang tingkat kepercayaan dirinya dalam kategori sangat tinggi, 2 atlet (16,7%) dalam kategori tinggi, 3 atlet (25%) dalam kategori sedang, dan 3 atlet (25%) dalam kategori rendah. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepercayaan diri terhadap kemampuan memanah atlet pada jarak 50meter dengan hasil sig 0.000 (p0.05), yang berarti memanah membutuhkan kepercayaan diri yang baik.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the level of motor ability of the Football Athlete at the FC UNY Academy in 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of motor ability of the Football Athlete at the FC UNY Academy in 2020. This research was a quantitative research with survey method. The research population was 24 Soccer players from Yogyakarta State University FC Academy in 2020. The test instruments used in this study are using the Barrow motor ability test which includes: Standing broad jump , Soft ball throw , Zigzag run , Wall pass , Medicine ball put , Running 60 yard dash. Measuring instruments used to measure are stopwatch and meter. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis with percentage. The results of the research on the motor ability level of Football Athletes at the FC UNY Academy in 2020 as the following:  2 athletes (8.33%) are in very high category, 2 athletes (8.33%) are in high category, 10 athletes (41.67 %) are in moderate category, 8 athletes (33.33%) are in poor category, 2 athletes (8.33%) are in very poor category. Tingkat kemampuan motorik atlet sepakbola di Akademi FC UNY tahun 2020 AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa tingkat kemampuan motorik Atlet Sepakbola Di Akademi FC UNY Tahun 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan motorik Atlet Sepakbola Di Akademi FC UNY Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik tes pengukuran untuk mendapatkan data. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Atlet Sepakbola Di Akademi FC UNY Tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Instrumen tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan tes Barrow motor ability test yang meliputi: Standing broad jump, Soft ball throw, Zig-zag run, Wall pass, Medicine ball put, Lari 60 yard dash. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur adalah stopwatch dan meteran. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil dari penelitian tingkat kemampuan motorik Atlet Sepakbola Di Akademi FC UNY Tahun 2020 sebagai berikut bahwa 2 atlet (8,33%) berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, 2 atlet (8,33%) berada pada kategori tinggi, 10 atlet (41,67%) berada pada kategori sedang, 8 atlet (33,33%) berada pada kategori kurang, 2 atlet (8,33%) berada pada kategori sangat kurang.

Abstract

Nutritional status is an important factor in maintaining body immunity. Poor nutritional status is one of the causes of degenerative diseases caused by a damaged lifestyle. This study aims to determine the nutritional status of Bali Rugby team athletes in preparation for the 2021 National Sports Week (PON) held in Papua Province. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research with a survey method. The sample of this study was 14 athletes from the Bali Rugby Team, with an average age of 20 years. The data collected were height and weight and then analyzed using the Body Mass Index (BMI) formula. The results of this study are the average nutritional status of the Bali Rugby team athletes in preparation for PON Papua 2021, namely in the obesity category I, with details of the normal category as many as 5 athletes (35.7%), overweight category as many as 3 athletes (21.4%), and obesity category I as many as 6 athletes (42.9%). The conclusion in this study is that the average nutritional status of Bali Rugby team athletes in preparation for the 2021 National Sports Week (PON) held in Papua Province shows that athletes are in the obesity category I. From these results, it is hoped that the coach can use it as information to face PON 2021. by evaluating a training program that is tailored to the condition of the athlete so that it can produce maximum performance in the Rugby sport in Bali Province. STATUS GIZI ATLET TIM RUGBY BALI PERSIAPAN PON PAPUA 2021 AbstrakStatus gizi merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menjaga imunitas tubuh. Status gizi yang buruk adalah salah satu penyebab timbulnya penyakit-penyakit degeneratif yang disebabkan oleh rusaknya gaya hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status gizi atlet tim Rugby Bali dalam persiapan Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON) 2021 yang dilaksanakan di Provinsi Papua. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan atlit Tim Rugby Bali yang berjumlah 14 orang wanita dengan rata-rata usia 20 tahun. Data yang terkumpul yaitu tinggi badan dan berat badan dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rumus Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu rata-rata kondisi status gizi atlet tim Rugby Bali dalam persiapan PON Papua 2021 yaitu dalam kategori obesitas I, dengan rincian kategori normal sebanyak 5 atlet (35,7%), kategori overweight sebanyak 3 atlet (21,4%), dan kategori obesitas I sebanyak 6 atlet (42,9%). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu rata-rata status gizi atlet tim Rugby Bali dalam persiapan Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON) 2021 yang dilaksanakan di Provinsi Papua menunjukan bahwa atlet termasuk kategori obesitas I. Dari hasil tersebut, diharapkan pelatih dapat menjadikannya sebagai informasi untuk menghadapi PON 2021 dengan cara mengevaluasi program latihan yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi atlet sehingga dapat menghasilkan prestasi yang maksimal pada cabang olahraga Rugby di Provinsi Bali.

Abstract

For practitioners and academission in sports, knowing the level of physical fitness is very important. One way to measure it by using the Harvard Step Test. However, measuring physical fitness using the manual Harvard Step Test often has several drawbacks. One of them is an error in the process of calculating the pulse, which results in the final result of physical fitness measurements to be less accurate. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a valid and reliable Harvard Step Test measuring instrument based on integrated digital technology. This research uses research and development methods. The small-scale trial used 10 samples from the Regional Leadership 53 Tapak Suci Klaten Pencak silat branch, while the large scale used samples from the Bantul Anggar Branch and the Jaya Raya Sleman Badminton Board. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative analysis, while the effectiveness test used the one-tailed paired sample t-test. This research resulted in a product in the form of a Harvard Step Test based on integrated digital technology which is equipped with a manual. The trial results and effectiveness show that the Harvard Step Test, which is based on integrated digital technology, is effective to measure physical fitness in all age groups. PENGEMBANGAN HARVARD STEP TES AN-515 BERBASIS DIGITAL TEKNOLOGI TERINTEGRASI AbstrakBagi praktisi dan akademisi di bidang olahraga, mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Salah satu cara mengukurnya adalah dengan menggunakan Harvard Step Test. Akan tetapi, mengukur kebugaran jasmani menggunakan Harvard Step Test manual seringkali memiliki beberapa kekurangan. Salah satunya adalah kesalahan dalam proses perhitungan denyut nadi, yang mengakibatkan hasil akhir dari pengukuran kebugaran jasmani menjadi kurang akurat. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dikembangkan alat ukur Harvard Step Test berbasis digital teknologi terintegrasi yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Uji coba skala kecil menggunakan sampel dari cabang Pencak silat Pimpinan Daerah 53 Tapak Suci Klaten sebanyak 10 orang, sedangkan skala besar menggunakan sampel dari Cabang Anggar Bantul dan Pengurus Besar Bulutangkis Jaya Raya Sleman. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan pada uji efektivitas menggunakan uji one-tailed paired sample t-Test. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa Harvard Step Test berbasis digital teknologi terintegrasi yang dilengkapi buku panduan. Hasil ujicoba dan efektifitas menunjukkan bahwa Harvard Step Test yang berbasis digital teknologi terintegrasi efektif digunakan untuk mengukur kebugaran jasmani dalam semua kelompok usia.

Abstract

Increased age experienced by each person will end with the elderly age group, which is vulnerable to various activities due to physiological function decrease occurred. On the other hand, the elderly need to stay alive. Instead of socio-psychological aspects, muscular function, cardiovascular and balance, and mobility aspects are important factors that support our body's work. The assessment in this study uses the questionnaire of "Appropriate Movement for the Elderly" distributed to personal trainers or instructors for the elderly. The results of the validity test can be concluded that G4 (Press the arm in front of the chest) with r count = 0.176 0.666; G12 (Hyper-extension) with r count = 0.176 0.666; G14 (Ankle to left and right chest) with a value of r count = -0.78 0.666; G15 (Russian paver) with a calculated value of r = -0.78 0.666; G18 (Turn the arm clockwise) with a value of r count = 0.176; G36 (Cow Cat Attitude) with r count = - 0.14; G42 (Raise the sumo calf on the wall) with a calculated r-value = 0.176 0.666. Whilst, reliability test with Cronbach's Alpha value calculation was obtained at 0.734 0.60, which shows various types of movements are reliable or consistent. It can be concluded that the questionnaire about screening exercises that are suitable for the elderly prove is consistent for all questions and valid for 40 movements, while 7 other movements (pressing the arm in front of the chest, Hyper-extension, Knee wrists to the left and right chest, Russian paw, Turn the arm in the direction of the needle clock, Cow Cat Attitude, and Raise sumo, raise calf on the wall) were invalid or not suitable for physical activities in the elderly. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner skrining gerakan latihan yang sesuai dengan lansia AbstrakPertambahan usia yang dialami oleh setiap orang akan berujung pada kelompok usia lansia, dimana rentan terhadap berbagai aktivitas karena adanya penurunan fungsi fisiologis yang terjadi. Di sisi lain, kebutuhan lansia untuk tetap dapat bertahan hidup harus dimiliki. Selain adanya aspek sosio-psikologis, aspek kemampuan otot, kardiovaskular dan keseimbangan serta mobilitas menjadi faktor penting untuk menunjang kerja tubuh. Pengukuran pada studi ini menggunakan kuesioner “Skrining Gerakan yang Cocok untuk Lansia” yang disebar kepada para personal trainer atau instruktur lansia. Diperoleh hasil uji validitas yang menyimpulkan bahwa G4 (Tekan lengan didepan dada) dengan r hitung = 0,176 0,666; G12 (Hiperektansi) dengan r hitung = 0,176 0,666; G14 (Pergelangan lutut ke dada kiri dan kanan) dengan nilati r hitung = -0,78 0,666; G15 (Puntir Rusia) dengan nilai r hitung = -0,78 0,666; G18 (Putar lengan searah jarum jam) dengan nilai r hitung = 0,176; G36 (Sikap Kucing Sapi) dengan nilai r hitung = - 0,14; G42 (Angkat sumo dan angkat betis di tembok) dengan nilai r hitung = 0,176 0,666. Sementara dalam uji reliabilitas diperoleh angka perhitungan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha 0.734 0.60, menunjukkan bahwa berbagai macam jenis gerakan yang ada termasuk reliabel atau konsisten. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kuesioner mengenai skrining gerakan latihan yang sesuai dengan lansia terbukti konsisten dalam pemberian pertanyaan dan valid sebanyak 40 gerakan, sedangkan 7 gerakan lainnya (Tekan lengan didepan dada, Hiperektansi, Pergelangan lutut ke dada kiri dan kanan, Puntir Rusia, Putar lengan searah jarum jam, Sikap Kucing Sapi, dan Angkat sumo angkat betis di tembok) tidak valid atau tidak cocok untuk dilakukan oleh lansia saat beraktivitas fisik.

Abstract

Performance of a football player in a competitive match is influenced by good physical condition in training, competing, or in everyday life. Comprehensive ability is the hope of all football coaches. The study was conducted to determine how the comparison of the physical condition profile of youth football players in the elite and non-elite categories at the provincial level football federation, especially in SSB in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The subjects of this study were students or soccer athletes in elite and non-elite youth football players. The population that the researchers determined was elite and non-elite youth football players at football schools or football clubs in the DIY Province. The sampling technique was carried out by means of purposive random sampling. The instrument in this study used the MFT / Yoyo Intermitent Test, Vertical Jump Test, 30 meter Sprint Test, Illinois Test, and Sit And Reach.Based on the results of the study, it shows that the body mass index component with an average of 19.53 elite players and 19.78 non-elite players. Flexibility, elite players 34.40 and non elite players 31.14. The leg power of elite players is 45.52 and for non-elite players is 45.28. The speed component is 4.48 for elite and non-elite players, 4.95. For coordination, the elite players are 53.04 and the non-elite players are 51.20. The agility of the elite players is 18.68 and the non-elite players are 18.99. Meanwhile, the aerobic endurance for elite players was 39.85 and non-elite players were 37.97. So it can be concluded that the physical condition of soccer players which includes body mass index, flexibility, leg power, speed, coordination, agility and endurance, elite players show better results compared to non-elite players.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a feasible Android-based Rockport Walking Fitness Test application. This development research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of four stages of development: analysis, design, development and implementation, and evaluation. The Rockport Walking Fitness Test application contains the application menu, in the form of: (a) homepage, (b) Rockport Test, which contains a description page about the Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (c) guide, contains a guide page for application use and implementation of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test , (d) start the test, the data input page and timer that guides the implementation of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test, which continues to display the results of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test conducted, and (e) about, is a page that contains information about the Rockport Walking Fitness Test application and developer profile. Feasibility of the Rockport Walking Fitness Test application is assessed based on the assessment of material experts, obtained a score of 53.50 from a total score of 56.00 (very feasible category). Appraisal of feasibility by media experts obtained a score of 63.00 from a total score of 68.00 (very feasible category). The assessment of users in small group trials obtained a score of 42.17 from a total score of 52.00 (decent category). In the large group/field trial, the user assessment obtained a score of 49.77 from a total score of 52.00 (very feasible category). ROCKPORT WALKING FITNESS TEST APPS: APLIKASI TES KEBUGARAN KARDIORESPIRASI METODE ROCKPORT BERBASIS ANDROID  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test berbasis Android yang layak. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation, Evaluation) yang terdiri dari empat tahap pengembangan yaitu analisis, perancangan, pengembangan dan implementasi, serta evaluasi. Gambaran umum aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test memuat menu aplikasi, berupa: (a) beranda, (b) Rockport Test, yang berisi halaman deskripsi tentang Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (c) panduan, beirisi halaman panduan penggunaan aplikasi dan pelaksanaan Rockport Walking Fitness Test, (d) mulai tes, yaitu halaman input data dan penghitung waktu yang memandu pelaksanaan Rockport Walking Fitness Test, yang dilanjutkan menampilkan hasil Rockport Walking Fitness Test yang dilakukan, dan (e) tentang, merupakan halaman yang memuat informas mengenai aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test serta profil pengembang. Kelayakan aplikasi Rockport Walking Fitness Test dinilai berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, diperoleh skor sebesar 53,50 dari skor total sebesar 56,00 (sangat layak). Penilaian kelayakan oleh ahli media diperoleh skor sebesar 63,00 dari nilai skor total sebesar 68,00 (sangat layak). Penilaian para pengguna pada uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh skor sebesar 42,17 dari nilai skor total 52,00 (layak). Pada uji coba kelompok besar/lapangan, penilaian pengguna diperoleh skor sebesar 49,77 dari nilai skor total 52,00 (sangat layak).

Abstract

The physical aspect is one of the most important factors in performance in sports and physical factor needs of an depends on sports performed by athletes. In the Basketball mostly do activity like jump, change direction, or sprint. This study aimed to analyze the exercises like foot run and brake run in increasing agility and speed. The research method is a quasi-experiment. The research was done in three stages, ie before treatment, at treatment, and after treatment. The population was students in Sport Education with the number of 161 students. When the samples taken by 44 students. Descriptive statistical analysis of data showed some improvement. Test results indicate normality and homogeneous for all data. The mean difference test performed using paired test, the results there are differences in all groups with an increase in the dependent variable, except the power limbs (p: 0272-0833). Test Box Test showed sig. 0184 which shows the covariance is the same in all groups. Manova test showed sig.0.001 stated that there is a difference between the dependent variable in 4 groups. The results showed that foot run and brake influence the agility and running speed. Pengaruh latihan foot run dan brake run terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan pemain bolabasket pria di UNESA AbstrakAspek fisik merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan prestasi di berbagai cabang olahraga. Kebutuhan aspek fisik  seorang atlet sangat bergantung pada cabang olahraga yang dilakukan oleh atlet tersebut. Salah satu cabang olahraga yang dominan melompat, merubah arah, atau sprint adalah bola basket. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jenis latihan foot run dan brake run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan kecepatan pemain. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, yaitu sebelum perlakuan, saat perlakuan, dan setelah perlakuan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Olahraga angkatan 2013 yang memprogram mata kuliah bola basket dasar dengan jumlah 161 mahasiswa. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan adalah berjumlah 44 mahasiswa.cHasil penelitian pada uji normalitas dan homogen menunjukan hasil data normal dan homogen. Uji beda rerata dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji paired, hasilnya terdapat perbedaan peningkatan pada semua kelompok dengan variabel terikat, kecuali pada power tungkai (p:0.272–0.833). Uji Box Test menunjukan sig. 0.184 yang menunjukan kovarian yang sama pada semua kelompok. Uji Manova menunjukan sig.0.001 dinyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara variabel terikat  pada 4 kelompok tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis latihan foot run dan brake run memberi pengaruh secara bersama terhadap kelincahan dan kecepatan lari pemain.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effectiveness of kinesio tape use toward legs muscle’s power of amateur basketball players. The method used in this research was quasi experiment method. The population of this research was all of the basketball players. The sample was eleven amateur basketball players that were not competing nationally. Purposive sampling was used as the technique of sample collection. The instruments of this study were test and measurement. The technique of data collection was using survey method. Legs muscle's power are measured by using vertical jump test. The measurement was done three times which were posttest, pre-test 1, and pre-test 2. The data were analyzed using paired t-test with 5% significance level. The measurement generates results that are; (1) there are significant effects from legs muscle’s power before using kinesio tape and after using kinesio tape with p-value (0.004) 0.005; (2) there are significant effects from legs muscle’s power before using kinesio tape and after 30 minutes of using it with p-value (0.000) 0.005. The average calculation shows that using kinesio tape after 30 minutes are more effective than while it is being used. The conclusion of this study is kinesio tape has significant effects toward legs muscle’s power of amateur basketball players. EFEKTIVITAS KINESIO TAPE TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN DAYA LEDAK OTOT TUNGKAI PEMAIN BASKET AMATIR AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan kinesio tape terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai pemain basket amatir.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain basket. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 11 pemain basket amatir yang tidak berkompetisi nasional. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan pengukuran. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode survey. Pengukuran daya ledak otot tungkai menggunakan tes vertical jump. Pengukuran dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali yaitu post test, pre test 1, dan pre test 2. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan paired t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasakan pengukuran didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut, (1) tedapat efek yang signifikan dari daya ledak otot tungkai sebelum memakai kinesio tape dengan sesaat setelah memakai kinesio tape dengan nilai p (0.004) 0.005; (2) terdapat efek yang signifikan dari daya ledak otot tungkai sebelum memakai kinesio tape dengan setelah 30 menit  memakai kinesio tape dengan nilai p (0.000) 0.005. Hasil rata-rata perhitungan memperlihatkan bahwa lebih efektif pemakaian kinesio tape setelah 30 menit dibanding ketika sesaat digunakan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kinesio tape mempunyai efek yang signifikan terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai pemain basket amatir.
