Abstract

This study analyzes the business model and development strategy of the culinary MSME "TITIK BERKALA" owned by college alumni. With a case study and qualitative approach, Business Model Canvas and SWOT analysis were used. Data were obtained from observations, interviews, and documents. The results showed that the strength of the business lies in the quality sate taichan menu, affordable prices, and strategic location. Weaknesses include the use of digital technology, financial records, and loyalty programs that are not yet optimal. The study recommends five strategies: digital marketing, menu diversification, management improvement, loyalty programs, and business expansion. This study provides a practical reference for the development of MSMEs by young entrepreneurs and a theoretical contribution to the study of culinary MSME business models in Indonesia.Keywords: Culinary MSMEs, Sate Taichan, Business Model Canvas, SWOT Analysis, Business Model

Abstract

Laporan ini memaparkan hasil dari Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) yang dilakukan di PT. Madubaru PG-PS Madukismo Yogyakarta. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana konsumen mengenali atau mengingat suatu merek dan melihat sejauh mana merek tersebut menjadi pilihan konsumen. Metode penelitian menggunakan observasi langsung dan pengumpulan data. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pabrik ini menerapkan strategi modern untuk keberlangsungan bisnis, dengan diferensiasi produk berkala dan konsistensi dalam membuat suatu produk. Pabrik juga berkomitmen pada kualitas produk, meskipun banyak pesaing bermunculan. Abstract

Education in remote areas faces numerous challenges, including limited access to qualified teachers and inadequate learning resources. One innovative approach to addressing these challenges is the Backpacker Teaching program, which promotes flexible and experiential learning. This program was implemented in the Backpacker Teaching and Merdeka Belajar in Ujung Kulon, Banten initiative, conducted from December 21 to 31, 2024. The program aimed to enhance students’ motivation and learning quality through creative methods such as Canva for digital literacy, computer-based report writing and narrative development, participatory teaching techniques, active learning, educational games, and achievement motivation training.The implementation of this program emphasized technology-based learning, active student engagement, and enjoyable educational experiences to facilitate better comprehension. The results indicate significant improvements in students' digital literacy, creativity, confidence in public speaking, and active participation in learning. Furthermore, local teachers gained insights into alternative teaching methods that can be incorporated into daily classroom practices. The findings suggest that Backpacker Teaching can serve as an effective educational model to support the Merdeka Belajar policy, particularly in remote regions. Therefore, similar programs should be further developed with enhanced technological support, teacher capacity-building initiatives, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure sustainability and long-term impact.Keywords : Backpacker Teaching, Merdeka Belajar, remote education, digital literacy, innovative teaching methods

Abstract

The economic crisis has had a significant impact on economic stability, as evidenced by the increasing number of layoffs due to business closures. In response to this challenge, innovation and creativity are essential to creating new business opportunities. Hafiz, a student from the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, addressed this issue by establishing a catfish farming business named "Setu Farm." To support the development of this business, a comprehensive mentoring program was conducted, covering aspects of management, funding, marketing, and business model development. The mentoring process was carried out continuously, from the initial stages to production capacity enhancement through the construction of new ponds and market expansion. The results of this initiative indicate that mentoring-based support can improve operational efficiency and expand the market reach of student-led enterprises.Keywords: Student entrepreneurship, Business mentoring, Business innovation, Catfish farming, Business development

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas pelaku usaha angkringan melalui integrasi antara rencana bisnis dan perencanaan strategis guna menciptakan keunggulan bersaing yang beretika. Pendampingan dilakukan untuk membantu pelaku usaha memahami penyusunan business plan yang sistematis, analisis lingkungan usaha, pengembangan strategi layanan, serta penerapan etika dalam operasional harian. Melalui wawancara, observasi, dan sesi diskusi, kegiatan ini mengidentifikasi sejumlah kebutuhan utama, yaitu peningkatan kualitas layanan, pengelolaan sumber daya, serta perencanaan bisnis yang lebih terarah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai strategi pengelolaan angkringan, penerapan etika layanan, serta kemampuan menyusun langkah pengembangan usaha secara lebih terstruktur. Program ini diharapkan dapat mendorong usaha angkringan menjadi lebih kompetitif, adaptif, dan dipercaya oleh konsumen melalui penerapan strategi yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci : Business plan, Perencanaan Strategis, Etika Bisnis, Angkringan, Keunggulan Bersaing

Abstract

Program magang edukatif ini dilaksanakan di Thawra Coffee sebagai sarana pembelajaran praktis bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami operasional bisnis UMKM di sektor makanan dan minuman. Kegiatan magang mencakup observasi proses produksi, pelayanan pelanggan, manajemen keuangan sederhana, serta evaluasi strategi pemasaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menggambarkan pengalaman langsung mahasiswa dan kondisi nyata usaha. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam aktivitas operasional dapat meningkatkan kompetensi kewirausahaan, keterampilan komunikasi, dan analisis bisnis. Temuan juga mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi mitra, seperti keterbatasan promosi dan tenaga kerja. Oleh karena itu, inovasi strategi pemasaran digital dan efisiensi manajemen disarankan untuk pengembangan usaha. Program ini memberikan pengalaman belajar bermakna dan menjadi jembatan antara dunia akademik dan praktik kewirausahaan. Diharapkan kegiatan serupa dapat terus dilaksanakan sebagai upaya menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Implementasi, magang, kewirausahaan, kedai kopi.

Laporan ini mencoba memberikan gambaran peranan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di PT Victoria Care Indonesia Tbk, khususnya pada produk herbal Herborist Semarang, sebagai faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas produk herbal. Dengan menggabungkan pendekatan Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) serta praktik pelatihan dan pengembangan kaeyawan, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana sumber daya manusia mendukung inovasi produk, efisiensi operasional dan pemenuhan standar kualitas. Metode yang digunakan observasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan perusahaan. Kegiatan ini memperlihatkan bahwa komitmen terhadap Green Human Resource Management , budaya organisasi yang suportif, serta pengembangan kompetens karyawan secara berkelanjutan mampu mendorong perilaku kerja pro-lingkungan, meningkatkan efisiensi produk, serta memperkuat reputasi produk Herborist. Abstract

This article was conducted as part of the assignment of the Entrepreneurship Application course to provide students with a practical understanding of the business operational process directly. The focus was directed to the autodetailing business of a vehicle owned by an alumnus of the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The methods used were observation, interviews and literature studies which included business models, challenges, marketing strategies, and financial management. This business is run with a B2C business model that is oriented towards direct service to consumers, using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework. The main challenge in the form of limited initial capital is overcome by disciplined management of daily income. Marketing strategies are carried out through social media, community, and word of mouth, while financial management is implemented by separating business and personal funds, and calculating HPP and BEP as the basis for business decisions. This observation provides real insight into the importance of implementing entrepreneurial strategies to build a business sustainably in the midst of business competition.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Business Learning, Auto Detailing, Business Model Canvas

Abstract

PAUD Muslimat NU Assova telah beroperasi sejak 2007 di Jakarta Barat, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan akibat sistem pencatatan manual. Hal ini menyebabkan adanya kesalahan, keterlambatan laporan, dan kurangnya transparansi dalam penggunaan dana. Kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akuntansi, sehingga PAUD Muslimat NU Assova dapat mengelola keuangan secara lebih profesional dan akuntabel. Hal ini akan mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

Students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta initiated an empowerment program for Syaifullah’s family, a young man with physical limitations living with his elderly father and younger sibling. The loss of his mother a year ago worsened their economic struggles. To help, students organized a fundraising campaign through social media.The program followed four stages: assessing the family’s needs, raising funds, distributing aid transparently, and providing training in skills and financial management. The funds were used to start a small business selling chips.As a result, Syaifullah’s family received both financial and moral support for a more independent life. This program not only improved their economic situation but also served as an inspiration for future empowerment initiatives, encouraging students to be more socially aware and engaged in supporting underprivileged communities.Keywords: Empowerment, Fundraising, Skills, Entrepreneurship, Moral support
