Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan serta memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan, terutama melalui penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi tanpa memerlukan pemahaman dasar akuntansi bagi UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, dan pelatihan teknis yang ditujukan bagi UMKM pengrajin daur ulang sampah plastik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Sabtu, Tanggal 10 Agustus 2024 secara daring melalui Media Zoom Meeting. Pelaksanaan secara daring dipilih karena peserta berasal dari berbagai daerah (JABODETABEK), sehingga tidak memungkinkan untuk berkumpul pada suatu tempat secara langsung. Acara ini dihadiri oleh 12 pelaku UMKM yang terdiriatas mahasiswa, siswa, dan ibu rumah tangga. Kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan tujuan atau sasaran pokok pengadaan kegiatan. Para peserta menunjukkan antusias tinggi dalam mengikuti pelatihan dengan harapan mereka dapat memahami literasi keuangan lebih baik serta mampu menggunakan aplikasi yang diperkenalkan untuk mendukung kegiatan usaha mereka.Kata kunci : Literasi Keuangan, Aplikasi Akuntansi

Abstract

This community engagement initiative was designed to strengthen innovation leadership capacity within a manufacturing enterprise undergoing digital transformation. The program targeted three primary challenges: organizational resistance to change, inadequate decision-making capabilities among mid-level leaders regarding technology adoption, and the underdevelopment of human resource practices aligned with innovation goals. The intervention was structured in four progressive stages: an initial needs assessment, a two-day experiential workshop, a one-week field-based mentoring process, and a post-program evaluation employing both pre-post testing and observational methods. The workshop emphasized digital mindset development, design thinking methodologies, and transformative leadership, all delivered using experiential and peer-assisted learning strategies. Post-intervention analysis revealed a marked improvement in innovation literacy among participants, with comprehension scores rising from 60% to 85%. Additionally, five supervisory teams successfully piloted basic digital tools—such as production monitoring dashboards and digital shift-scheduling systems—resulting in measurable improvements, including a 15% reduction in material waiting time and heightened employee participation in daily innovation forums. The initiative also fostered the emergence of internal innovation champions, thereby promoting sustained organizational change. These outcomes highlight the efficacy of practice-oriented capacity-building programs in enhancing organizational adaptability and digital readiness in the manufacturing sector.Keywords: innovation leadership, digital transformation, experiential learning, manufacturing industry, community engagement.

Abstract

This internship was conducted at Titik Berkala, located on Jl. Raya Cirendeu, with the aim of implementing a digital marketing strategy through Instagram to enhance business visibility. Initial observations revealed that social media utilization was still minimal, despite the business’s strong product appeal among young consumers. Therefore, the internship focused on assisting with the creation of a business Instagram account, producing visual content such as photos and videos, and composing promotional narratives. The internship took place from May 19 to June 6, 2025, with one to two visits per week, using a participatory-descriptive approach. The results showed significant improvement in promotional reach and customer engagement; the account @titikberkala.taichan gained over 160 organic followers within two weeks. This activity demonstrates that digital marketing strategies can be implemented simply and effectively, while also providing students with hands-on experience in applying marketing theory in real business settings.Keywords: MSME, Instagram, digital marketing, internship, culinary business

Abstract

Karang Taruna berperan penting dalam memberdayakan UMKM kecil seperti tukang kerak telor, es doger, tahu seksa, dan toge goreng di lingkungan sekitar. Pada malam puncak perayaan 17 Agustus, Karang Taruna mengundang pelaku UMKM ini untuk membuat stand makanan tradisional. Makanan yang disediakan kemudian dibagikan secara gratis kepada warga, dengan bantuan subsidi dari panitia acara. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan dukungan ekonomi kepada UMKM, sekaligus memeriahkan acara kemerdekaan. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendampingan, koordinasi, dan pelaksanaan stand makanan. Hasilnya, UMKM mendapatkan kesempatan promosi dan peningkatan omset, sedangkan warga merasakan manfaat langsung dari distribusi makanan gratis. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran komunitas dalam mendorong keberlanjutan UMKM lokal dan mempererat kebersamaan masyarakat.Kata kunci : Karang Tarun, UMKM Kuliner Tradisional, Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Lokal, Makanan Tradisional, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat.

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance household financial literacy, strengthen the role of women in basic financial record-keeping, and introduce the utilization of financial technology (FINTECH) in daily financial management. The target group of this program was a community of housewives located at Jalan Mushollah Nurul Amal, Tangerang, with Ms. Nani Rohaini serving as the main partner. The implementation method was structured into three stages: preparation, execution, and evaluation. The preparation stage involved conducting a preliminary survey, analyzing partner needs, developing educational materials, and assigning tasks among the academic team members. The execution stage was carried out through an interactive lecture method, discussions, practical exercises in daily transaction recording, and the introduction of e-banking and digital wallet services. Evaluation was conducted through direct observation, questionnaires, interviews, and group discussions to assess participants' understanding and the effectiveness of the program. The results demonstrate a significant improvement in participants’ awareness of the importance of systematic financial recording, their ability to create basic household financial records, and their readiness to utilize digital financial services. This program highlights the critical role of empowering women in strengthening family economic resilience through enhanced financial literacy. Future plans include follow-up visits and the development of digital-based learning modules to ensure sustainable impacts. Abstract

This community engagement program aims to support the implementation of the Budget Planning and Realization Application (APRESIASI) at RSIJ Sukapura, North Jakarta, as a strategic step to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accountability in hospital budget management. The program was conducted in two phases, on October 22, 2024, and January 24, 2025, at the Auditorium of the Muhammadiyah Da'wah Building, Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership (PDM) North Jakarta, utilizing lectures by expert speakers followed by interactive discussions with participants. The implementation stages included preparation, socialization, technical assistance, and evaluation and follow-up. The socialization phase aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the application's features and benefits, while the technical assistance phase focused on operational aspects such as budget planning, approval processes, and budget realization. The results indicate that a portion of the hospital’s budget data has been successfully inputted into the system, providing an initial overview of digital budget implementation, although further data refinement and user capacity building are still required. The discussions also yielded valuable insights, including the need for budget flexibility to accommodate unplanned activities and the importance of regular evaluations to align with the hospital’s operational needs. Recommendations include enhancing user capacity through continuous training, optimizing application features, and strengthening coordination among hospital units to ensure effective system utilization. This program is expected to facilitate the optimal implementation of the APRESIASI application, supporting more accurate and accountable budget management, and contributing to the advancement of digital financial systems in hospitals.Keywords: Budget management, digitalization, hospital, APRESIASI, community engagement.

Abstract

Usaha kue rumahan yang berbasis pesanan semakin menjamur di era digital ini, tapi sayangnya banyak yang masih belum paham soal pengelolaan keuangan yang benar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mengambil contoh kasus usaha snack kue singkong Pelangi milik Ibu Mailana, Ciputat Timur. Ternyata, selama ini Bu Mailana menjual kuenya Rp2.500 per mika tanpa tahu kalau biaya produksinya sebenarnya Rp2.160. ini artinya ibu mailana hanya mendapatkan keuntungan yang sangat tipis setiap kali produksi! Kami kemudian memberikan contoh  kegiatan tentang cara menghitung Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) pakai metode full costing seperti yang dijelaskan Mulyadi (2016). Hasilnya cukup mengejutkan: setelah paham cara hitung biaya yang benar, harga jualnya disesuaikan jadi Rp2.600 per mika dengan keuntungan 20%. Yang lebih penting lagi, Bu Mailana sekarang punya sistem pencatatan yang rapi dan pemahaman keuangan yang jauh lebih baik. Pengalaman ini membuktikan bahwa UMKM benar-benar perlu diberdayakan lewat edukasi manajemen usaha supaya bisnisnya bisa bertahan lama dan ekonomi keluarga jadi lebih kuat.Kata kunci : Harga Pokok Produksi, UMKM, Snack Kue Rumahan, Full Costing, Usaha Pesanan

Abstract

The internship activity at the Yara Cappucino micro business aims to provide students with direct experience in understanding the entrepreneurial process in practice. Through observations and interviews during three stages of visits, information was obtained about the business background, operational strategies, human resource management, and marketing and financial aspects. Yara Cappucino, which has been established for more than four years, shows the resilience of small businesses in facing challenges such as pandemics, bad weather, and limited promotion. The results of the internship show that the key to success lies in product innovation, consistent service, and strong motivation from the business owner. This activity provides real learning for students about the importance of perseverance, adaptive strategies, and the great potential of digitalization in developing UMKM in the modern era.Kata kunci : magang, UMKM, kewirausahaan, minuman kekinian, Yara Cappucino.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan studi kelayakan bisnis syariah pada pengelolaan Gedung Cendekia Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Gedung Cendekia merupakan aset institusi yang dimanfaatkan sebagai gedung serbaguna untuk kegiatan internal kampus maupun masyarakat umum. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan pengelola gedung, serta analisis deskriptif terhadap aspek operasional, pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, dan kesesuaian prinsip syariah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Gedung Cendekia memiliki potensi yang cukup baik untuk dikembangkan sebagai unit usaha berbasis syariah, namun masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, antara lain keterbatasan promosi, minimnya sumber daya manusia, serta belum adanya penerapan standar operasional berbasis akad syariah secara formal. Melalui kegiatan pendampingan ini, diharapkan pengelola memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif mengenai pengelolaan bisnis syariah yang profesional, berkelanjutan, dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Muhammadiyah.Kata kunci : Studi kelayakan bisnis syariah; pengabdian masyarakat; gedung serbaguna; akad ijarah; pengelolaan aset Muhammadiyah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model bisnis dan strategi operasional yang diterapkan oleh BUPE Resto (Bukit Pelayangan Resto), sebuah usaha kuliner yang mengusung konsep “Good View, Good Food” di Tangerang Selatan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara langsung dan observasi lapangan, ditemukan bahwa BUPE membangun model bisnis berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat urban yang menginginkan pengalaman bersantap dengan suasana alam tanpa harus keluar kota. Strategi operasional yang diterapkan meliputi efisiensi biaya melalui standar gramasi, pemilihan supplier kompetitif, pengelolaan penyimpanan bahan baku, serta pemanfaatan teknologi sistem kasir digital untuk mendukung keuangan dan stok. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi antara model bisnis berbasis kebutuhan dan strategi operasional yang adaptif mampu membawa BUPE mencapai titik impas di tahun kedelapan dan bertahan dalam situasi ekonomi yang fluktuatif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pelaku usaha kuliner merancang model bisnis yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan konsumen dan memperkuat operasional dengan pendekatan sistematis dan efisien.
