Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of pricing, product quality, and brand image on purchase decisions Toyota Innova in Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research, the number of respondents 100 people with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using tools such as cross-table analysis, validity, reliability and linear regression.Based on the analysis of the study variables price, product quality and brand image have a positive influence on purchase decisions. Brand image variables have the most impact in the amount of 36.3%. Variable quality of the product has the effect of 21.9% and the price variable has the effect of 18.2%. Taken together (simultaneously) the variable price, product quality and brand image has a 42.3% influence on purchasing decisions.The conclusion of this study there are significant hargaa positifantara, product quality, and brand image on purchase decisions Toyota Innova. Suggestions for the company by maintaining and improving the quality oroduk-kekuranganya deficiency and add facilities attractive exterior and interior so as to provide different values of the other products. Besides maintaining a good image in a way keep in constant communication with consumers and customers.

Abstract

Corporate culture and employee commitment are important factors for the achievement of employee performance. PT. FUMIRA semarang is a company engaged in the field of manufacture and strives to provide the best service for customers, and therefore requires human resources with good performance. This type of research is explanatory research, that explain the relation between one variable with other variable. Amount of sample is 55 respondents, they are the employees of PT. FUMIRA Semarang. Sample technique used proportional random sampling. Data collection used questionnaire with likert measurement scale. Data analysis method used validity and reability test, correlation coefficient (R), simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficicient of determination (R2), F test, and t test used SPSS program version 22.0.Suggestions can be submitted is PT. FUMIRA semarang needs to be able to maintain employee commitments and improve employees' understanding of the company’s culture.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of brand extension and product quality on purchase decisions of Dove shampoo in Semarang. Type of research used in this research is explanatory research with 100 respondents taken using accidental sampling techniques. The techinique of analysis used in this study was linear regression with SPSS for windows. The results showed that the brand extension have a significant effect (partial) on purchase decisions of Dove shampoo in Semarang of 17,5%. The variable quality of product also has a significant influence (partial) on purchase decisions Dove shampoo in Semarang of 31.3%. Variables brand extension and product quality simultaneously have significant influence to the purchase decision of 33.0%.

Abstract

Business development and industry that occurred lately felt more stringent and full of competition. This competition eventually forced an effort to receive a situation where they have to innovate by continue to adhere to competition. Eiger as a brand over products outdoor equipment, is trusted brand but the outdoor brand product development providers equipment  is bigger. it has been steadily declining sales especially in Semarang city. This study attempts to affect influence attributes products (X1) and word of mouth (X2) the decision to buy (Y2) through the brand image (Y1) users on brand in products eiger Semarang city. The type used is explanatory. The sample used technique combined purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The measured of scale is using likert scale. In the analysis data using the validity, reliability, a correlation coefficient, regression analysis linear multiple, the determine coefficient , t, f and sobel test by using the SPSS tools. The results show all of variable independent in this study had influence on variables depends, whether partial and simultaneous, while variable attributes products affect the purchase through the brand image mediation perfect happened and variable word-of-mouth affecting the purchase through the brand image mediation partial. For advice, making braver design again, maximize print and electronic to advertise and delivery of services sales more educate, things are useful for more interesting and ensure consumers to products that produced.

Abstract

Based on stock price at sectoral index listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the mining sector is decreasing significantly in stock price for two years since 2014, especially on coal mining subsector. This decrease can be affected by many factors. To know these factors, this research is using fundamental analysis with financial ratio analysis. The type of this research is explanatory research with the population of all coal mining subsektor companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) year 2013-2016 specifically 24 companies. However, there is only 16 coal mining subsector companies which qualified. The data used is secondary data from the Company’s Financial Statement published at Indonesia Stock Exhange (BEI) in the form of panel data. The analysis technique used is correlation, determination, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and significance test by using SPSS 21 version data processing application. This research shows that partially EPS have a positive and significant effect on stock price. While the other variable which is ROE, CR dan DER has no significant effect on stock price. Simultaneously, ROE, EPS, CR and DER has significant effect on stock price.   Based on multiple linear regression analysis, EPS has the biggest effect on stock price. Therefore, investors should use EPS factor as a basic of main decision making before investing in coal mining subsector companies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence promotion, product design and brand awareness to the consumer's decision to buy a Toyota Yaris in Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. The sample is the consumer brand of car owners and users who purchased the Toyota Yaris in PT. Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. A total of 85 respondents using purposive sampling technique. From the results of the study partially through t-test showed that there is a positive and significant effect between the variables promotion, product design and brand awareness of the Toyota Yaris car purchasing decisions in Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. Then based on the research results simultaneously through f test that there is a positive and significant effect of the variable promotion, product design and brand awareness of the Toyota Yaris car purchasing decisions in Nasmoco Pemuda Semarang. Variable promotion, product design and brand awareness to the purchasing decision a Toyota Yaris in Nasmoco Youth of 35.6 percent.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one sector which has bright prospects and huge potential for development. Humans are increasingly recognizing the importance of entertainment to release saturation and refresh your mind. Wonderia recreational park is an object Travel Semarang in Semarang City, which is one means of entertainment and recreation for menyedikan modern conceptual entertainment facilities, recreational and community activities. Recreational park Wonderia Semarang included into the top five most favored tourist attraction by tourists, but in the last 5 years Wonderia Semarang recreation park has begun rarely visited.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and quality of service on purchasing decisions in the recreation park Wonderia Semarang. This type of research is explanatory research, with a sample of 100 respondents who visited Wonderia and decision maker. Sampling technique used is accidental sampling and purposive sampling. Research results obtained by analyzing primary data using validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, simple linear regression analysis and tests of significance in both directions.Most respondents (43%) stated the price is quite cheap. Most respondents (55%) stated that the quality of service is good. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship between the variables in the category of price and quality of service with the purchase decision where the r value of 0.733. Both independent variables proved to have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Evidenced by the results of test calculations positive regression coefficient of 0.250 to 0.208 for the price and quality of service. F-count value amounted to 56.299 larger than F-table (3.090). If partially tested, the more influence purchasing decisions is the variable quality of service. However, when tested together more influential is the price variable.Suggested recreation park owner Wonderia Semarang provide efficient package vehicle to play and improve the quality of services provided, such as understanding Wonderia SOP to employees as well as the treatment of physical conditions and locations of games in Wonderia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research aims to determine whether the training, work discipline and motivation effect on employee productivity CV. Sapu Dunia Semarang. CV Sapu Dunia is a company which is specification in employee management. The research method effected is Explanatory Research. The sampel research is 100 respondent use the Purposive Sampling, and the data collected with questionnaire. The research result show that the effect of variable training on employee productivity CV. Sapu Dunia Semarang was good. It is shown by 59,8 percent of respondents.Then, the effect of  work discipline was good too, it is shown by 57,9 percent of respondents, and 28,9 percent of respondents had thehigh work motivation on CV. Sapu Dunia Semarang. Based on the results of hypothesis testing significantly show that the effect of the training, work discipline and motivation on employee work productivity CV. Sapu Dunia Semarang The effect positive given by the training variable on employee work productivity that the effect evidenced through the test of 12.077 t count bigger than t table 1.985. Then The effect positive given by the work dicipline variable on employee work productivity that the effect evidenced through the test of 11.605 t count bigger than t table 1.985. And The effect positive given by the motivation variable on employee work productivity that the effect evidenced through the test of 6,315. F-test shows that effect of the training, work discipline, and motivation variable have effect on employee work productivity CV. Sapu Dunia Semarang. The score of standardized coefficients beta of the training, work discipline, and motivation variable is 0,406; 0,395; and 0,147. This is show that the training, variable have a bigger effect than the work discipline, and motivation variable

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of e-service quality variable and vperceived risk variable on the buying decision. the population was all Bukalapak consumers who stayed in Semarang, and the sample was 100 Bukalapak consumers who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The type of this research was explanatory research. This research used quantitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, coefficient correlation, coefficient determination, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, t-test, F-test, helped by microsoft excel and SPSS 21.0.  The result of this research showed that e-service quality and perceived risk variable had a very strong, significant and positive influence on the buying decision. it meant, the better e-service quality and perceived risk, the higher buying decision of Bukalapak consumers. the suggestion of this research was maximizing the service on the Bukalapak’s website and giving the guarantee to the personal data consumer, and also the more guaranteed-payment guarantee, so consumers had a better perception to the Bukalapak.

Abstract

Mandiri Mobile provides convenience but often is constrained by barriers of  the use of technology, as well as service performance often does not suitable with customer’s expectations so that the number of complaints from customers and Bank Mandiri KCP Semarang Majapahit’s third-party funds target is not reached. Therefore it is necessary to know how big the influence of product quality of Mandiri Mobile and service quality to decision to become customer. Type of this research is explanatory research. Data collection technique using questionnaires which was distributed to 100 respondent with purposive sampling method by the way of accidental sampling. Data analysis consisted of validity, reliability crosstabs, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient determination, t test and F test using SPSS for Windows version 16.0. The conclusions of this research is product quality of Mandiri Mobile and service quality has a positive and significant influences to decision to become customers, both of partially and simultaneously, where product quality of Mandiri Mobile gives bigger influence to the decision to become customer rather than service quality. Suggestions can be submitted are should increase the completeness of transaction’s types in Mandiri Mobile and reducing to ask and speak with other staff while serving customers.
