<![CDATA[Abstrack: Problems of Online Learning Students Departement of Management Islamic Education During the Covid-19 PandemicThe research that aims to describe the problems of online learning for students majoring in Islamic Education Management class 2017 Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar during the covid-19 pandemic. By using the management method of student management. The results of this study indicate that the problems of online learning are experienced by both lecturers and students. The competence factor of educators/lecturers is that lecturers are required to study IT further so that in preparing the material to be taught it can be maximized. Limitations of lecturers in controlling the ongoing online learning. Limited quota needed to access the internet network in online learning. Inadequate network access, a number of students live in areas that do not have internet access, such as in remote villages and geographically located areas that do not allow for a stable internet network. Solutions in overcoming problems create a conducive learning atmosphere to improve student understanding, provide training to lecturers to improve lecturers' abilities in using IT, expand network access for learning resources so that they can run effectively and efficiently, and the government distributes/provides free quota assistance for students. Abstrak: Problematika Pembelajaran Daring Mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan problematika pembelajaran daring pada mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam angkatan 2017 Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar pada masa pandemi covid-19. Dengan menggunakan metode manajemen pengelolaan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa problematika pembelajaran daring dialami oleh dosen maupun mahasiswaFaktor kompetensi pendidik/dosen, dosen diharuskan untuk belajar IT lebih jauh sehingga dalam menyiapkan materi yang akan diajarkan dapat lebih mkasimal. Keterbatasan dosen dalam mengontrol berlangsungnya pembelajaran daring. Keterbatasan kuota yang dibutuhkan untuk mengakses jaringan internet dalam pembelajaran daring. Akses jaringan yang tidak memadai, sejumlah mahasiswa tinggal di wilayah yang tidak memiliki akses internet, seperti di pelosok desa dan wilayah dengan letak geografis yang tidak memungkinkan untuk jaringan internet yang stabil. Solusi dalam mengatasi problematika tersebut, yaitu menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa, memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan kepada dosen untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dalam penggunaaan IT, perluasan akses jaringan untuk sumber belajar agar dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien, dan pemerintah menyalurkan/memberikan bantuan kuota gratis bagi mahasiswa.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The Effectiveness of Using Microsoft Excel Applications on Data Processing for Final Year Student Research in the Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Alauddin Makassar This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of the use of Microsoft Excel on research data processing for final year students in the Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Alauddin Makassar. This research is a quantitative study using a quantitative descriptive approach, with the population in this study all final year students in the Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Alauddin Makassar, and for sampling in this study using random sampling technique and resulted in 31 students. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire, then the data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. And the results of the research obtained show that as many as 74.2% of respondents categorize that the use of Microsoft Excel is quite effective in processing research data for final year students in the Department of Islamic Education Management, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Alauddin Makassar. Abstrak: Efektivitas Penggunaan Aplikasi Microsoft Excel terhadap Pengolahan Data Penelitian Mahasiswa UIN Alauddin Makassar Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas dari penggunaan Microsoft Excel terhadap pengolahan data penelitian mahasiswa tingkat akhir di jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua mahasiswa tingkat akhir di jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar, dan untuk pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dan menghasilkan sebanyak 31 Mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Dan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 74,2% responden yang mengkategorikan bahwa penggunaan Microsoft Excel cukup efektif digunakan dalam pengolahan data penelitian mahasiswa tingkat akhir di jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: The Effectiveness of Using Google Forms for Attendance for Members of the Student Cooperative UKM Sultan Alauddin UIN Alauddin Makassar in the Covid-19 PeriodThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Google Forms for the attendance of members of the Sultan Alauddin Student Cooperative UKM of UIN Alauddin Makassar during the Covid-19 period. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population of this study were all members of the Sultan Alauddin Student Cooperative UKM and 31 people were obtained as samples. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire or a questionnaire distributed in the form of a Google Form. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 application for windows. The results of this study indicate that the use of Google Forms for the presence of members of the Student Cooperative UKM Sultan Alauddin UIN Alauddin Makassar during the Covid-19 period was quite effective with a percentage of 80.6%. The results of this study can be used as a reference and input for educational institutions in general as well as universities and student organizations in particular in carrying out online attendance during the Covid-19 period. Abstrak: Efektivitas Penggunaan Google Form untuk Presensi Anggota UKM Koperasi Mahasiswa Sultan Alauddin UIN Alauddin Makassar di Masa Covid-19Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Google Form untuk presensi anggota UKM Koperasi Mahasiswa Sultan Alauddin UIN Alauddin Makassar di masa Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota UKM Koperasi Mahasiswa Sultan Alauddin dan didapatkan 31 orang sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuesioner yang disebarkan dalam bentuk Google Form. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Google Form untuk presensi anggota UKM Koperasi Mahasiswa Sultan Alauddin UIN Alauddin Makassar di masa Covid-19 cukup efektif dengan persentase 80,6%. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu referensi dan masukan bagi lembaga pendidikan pada umumnya serta perguruan tinggi dan organisasi mahasiswa pada khususnya dalam melaksanakan presensi online di masa Covid-19.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine 1) Overview of Stress Management for Employees and Lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTK) UIN Alauddin Makassar, 2) Overview of Employee and Lecturer Performance at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTK) UIN Alauddin Makassar, 3) Effects of Stress Management Against the Performance of Employees and Lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTK) UIN Alauddin Makassar. This type of research is a type of quantitative research using the explanatory research method. The population in this study was 198 people is taken which is of 51 employees and 147lecturer Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, and then taken sample as many as 66 people is taken which is a combination of 51 employees and 15 lecturers. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling and proportional random sampling. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1) Stress Management is in the medium category with a percentage of 70%, 2) Employee performance is in the medium category with a total percentage of 41%, and 3) There is a significant positive effect between stress management and the performance of employees and lecturers from the results of the analysis using SPSS. Thus, there is still a need for efforts to continue to improve stress management so that employee performance is increasing at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Alauddin Makassar.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the library facilities and infrastructure at SMA Negeri 11 Bone, then to find out how the interest of students visiting the library at SMA Negeri 11 Bone, and to determine whether or not there is an influence between library facilities and infrastructure on student interest in SMA Negeri 11 Bone. This research is a quantitative research. The sample is 249 students using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data processing techniques using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis. The results showed that library facilities and infrastructure were in the medium category with a percentage of 71%. Interest in student visits to the library is also in the moderate category with a percentage of 74%. There is a significant influence between library facilities and infrastructure on student interest in visiting SMA Negeri 11 Bone.]]>

<![CDATA[The Effect of Customer Experience, Easy of Use and Customer Trust on Repurchase Intention Online Shopee Buying Sites Among Students in the City of Surakarta The development of the Marketplace in Indonesia experienced a very significant increase in growth. Online site services or electronic money services are increasing. The occurrence of repurchase intentions or online purchasing activities repeatedly makes customers feel easy, comfortable, and trusting. Someone will trust online shopping sites and return and market products with others, namely Customer Experience, Ease of Use, and Customer Trust. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Customer Experience (X1), Easy of Use (X2) and Customer Trust (X3) on Repurchase Intention (Y) Shopee online buying and selling site among Surakarta City Students. The instrument testing technique is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test using normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The testing of this research uses hypothesis testing, linear regression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination and data processing in this study uses the SPSS21 system. Data collection using purposive sampling technique by taking 100 sample questionnaires. The final result of this study shows that Customer Experience (X1), Easy of Use (X2) and Customer Trust (X3) have a significant effect on Repurchase Intention (Y).]]>

<![CDATA[Implementation of Changes in Online Student Learning Media During Pandemic The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of life, one of which is Education, Transformation and Acceleration of Education which is a major challenge Government and educational institutions must also face changes in the learning media used by online-based students During the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all schools and universities in Indonesia applies online or online learning.The media used by students are Lentera, google meet, whatsapp, Zoom Meeting, youtube, and others. This research is a literature study and qualitative method conducted by interview method, learning outcomes have a positive impact on online learning, based on the conclusions of our research using the interview method, many are of the opinion this online learning can minimized and reduced the spread of covid 19 because this learning is mostly done at home, then the negative impact of lack understanding of the material presented by the lecture, and feelings that online learning is less effective because it does not understand the material and there are obstacles in terms of unstable internet connections and limited quotas. use of teaching media and platforms Education may be alternative solution in learning, for the sake of continuity of learning in each education unit.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the effect of library management on reading interest in class XI students at MAS Ma'arif Lasepang Kab. Bantaeng. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of class XI library management at MAS Ma'arif Lasepang Kab. Bantaeng, How is the Reading Interest of Class XI Students at MAS Ma'arif Lasepang Kab. Bantaeng, How is the Influence of Library Management on the Reading Interest of Class XI Students at MAS Ma'arif Lasepang Kab. bantaeng. The method used in this research is quantitative which expects scientists to go directly to the field. The population in this review are all students of class XI MAS Ma'arif Lasepang Kab. Bantaeng 48 students. The test method is a saturated sample where all individuals from the population are used as a test. The various information instruments used are questionnaires and Documentation. The information is then broken down descriptively and inferentially. The results of the study in this study were the influence of library management and reading interest in class XI students at MAS Ma'arif Lasepang Kab. bantaeng. Based on the results of the simple regression test, a significance value of 0.000 was obtained. The significance value obtained is smaller than (0.000 < 0.05). So it can be concluded that there is an influence of library management and reading interest of class XI students at MAS Ma'arif Lasepang Kab. bantaeng. The results of the T test using SPSS showed that Thit = 9.321 > Ttable = 2.014, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of library management and reading interest in class XI students at MAS Ma'arif Lasepang Kab. Bantaeng.]]>
