Abstract

Abstrak   Pencemaran air di saluran pembuang menuju Sungai Sebangau disebabkan limbah cair dan sampah padat, menurunkan kualitas air. Penelitian ini menganalisis trash trap dan fitoremediasi eceng gondok (Eichhornia crassipes) dalam mengurangi sampah dan kadar Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), melalui pengambilan sampel 15 hari pada tiga titik pengamatan. Trash trap menahan sampah rata-rata 2064,6 cm³ per hari, dengan BOD awal di hulu sebesar 82,45 mg/L. Fitoremediasi eceng gondok menurunkan BOD, optimal pada hari ke-3 sebesar 44,4%, namun meningkat pada hari ke-15 menjadi -51,3%. Tanaman mengalami kejenuhan ditandai dengan tanaman fitoremediasi berubah warna menjadi kuning dan layu sedangkan fluktuasi debit aliran dengan rentang 338.66 cm3/s sampai 1224.64 cm3/s. Debit tinggi membuat penyerapan zat pencemar kurang efektif (kadar BOD 43.1 mg/L diawal meningkat menjadi 65.2 mg/L), sedangkan debit rendah lebih efektif karena waktu tinggal air lebih lama (kadar BOD 67.3 mg/L diawal meningkat menjadi 37.4 mg/L). Sistem berpotensi menjadi metode penanganan limbah sederhana dan ramah lingkungan.   Kata kunci: Trash trap, eceng gondok, fitoremediasi, BOD, saluran pembuang     Abstract   Water pollution in the drainage channel leading to the Sebangau River is caused by liquid waste and solid trash, which degrade water quality. This study analyzes the effectiveness of a trash trap combined with water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes) phytoremediation in reducing solid waste and Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) levels, using 15 days of sampling at three observation points. The trash trap retained an average of 2064.6 cm³ of solid waste per day, with an initial upstream BOD of 82.45 mg/L. Water hyacinth phytoremediation reduced BOD optimally on day 3, achieving a 44.4% reduction, but effectiveness declined by day 15, reaching -51.3%, indicating plant saturation marked by yellowing and wilting of the phytoremediation plants. Flow discharge fluctuated between 338.66 cm³/s and 1224.64 cm³/s, which affected pollutant absorption. High discharge resulted in less effective absorption, with BOD levels rising from 43.1 mg/L to 65.2 mg/L, whereas low discharge was more effective due to longer water retention time, with BOD levels decreasing from 67.3 mg/L to 37.4 mg/L. These findings suggest that the trash trap–phytoremediation system has potential as a simple, low-cost, and environmentally friendly method for wastewater and solid waste management, provided that flow discharge fluctuations and plant saturation periods are properly managed.   Keywords: trash trap, water hyacinth, phytoremediation, BOD, drainage channel.

Abstract

Abstrak   Kekuatan elemen-elemen utama struktur bangunan gedung bertingkat harus diperhitungkan dengan baik agar dapat secara efektif menahan beban gempa terutama di daerah rawan gempa. Kolom merupakan salah satu elemen yang sangat penting dalam struktur bangunan bertingkat yang berfungsi mendistribusi beban aksial dan lateral sampai ke fondasi. Kekuatan kolom memiliki peran penting dalam keseluruhan kekuatan, stabilitas dan keamanan struktur akibat beban gempa. Seiring perkembangan teknologi struktur dan material konstruksi, beberapa variasi kolom mulai dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja struktur gedung bertingkat dengan menggunakan tiga variasi kolom yaitu kolom komposit outside steel, inside steel dan kolom baja konvensional. Kinerja struktur yang ditinjau meliputi kekakuan, simpangan antar lantai dan respon seismik lainnya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak analisis struktur berbasis metode elemen hingga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolom komposit outside steel memberikan kinerja struktur terbaik dengan kekakuan struktur terbesar dan simpangan antar lantai terkecil.   Kata kunci: struktur komposit, outside steel, inside steel, kekakuan struktur, simpangan       Abstract   The strength of primary structural components must be carefully considered to ensure that buildings can effectively resist seismic loads, particularly in earthquake-prone regions. Columns are essential structural elements in multi-story buildings, responsible for transferring axial and lateral loads to the foundation. Their performance plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall strength, stability, and safety of buildings. Advances in construction technology and materials have led to the development of various column types to improve performance. This study compares the structural behavior of multi-story buildings using three column types: composite columns with outside steel, inside steel, and conventional steel columns. Key performance indicators include lateral stiffness, inter story drift, and seismic responses. Finite element analysis was conducted using consistent design parameters and loading conditions to ensure objective evaluation. The results show that composite columns with outside steel provide the best structural performance, with greater lateral stiffness and reduced drift.   Keywords: composite structure, outside steel, inside steel, structural stiffness, story drift

Abstract

Abstrak   Curah hujan ekstrem merupakan salah satu faktor penyebab bencana hidrometeorologi di Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Air Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik curah hujan ekstrem dan memetakan distribusi spasial bahaya curah hujan di DAS Air Bengkulu menggunakan data curah hujan harian dari empat stasiun periode 2007–2025. Analisis meliputi quality control, uji konsistensi menggunakan metode Rescaled Adjusted Partial Sums (RAPS), perhitungan indeks ETCCDI (Rx1day dan PRCPTOT), serta interpolasi Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW). Hasil menunjukkan seluruh data konsisten dan layak digunakan. Nilai Rx1day tertinggi sebesar 323,5 mm tercatat di Pos Hujan Batu Raja, sedangkan PRCPTOT tertinggi sebesar 4217,92 mm/tahun terdapat di Pos Hujan Bajak. Wilayah timur laut DAS Air Bengkulu memiliki tingkat bahaya curah hujan tertinggi. Validasi lapangan menunjukkan kesesuaian hasil pemetaan dengan kondisi aktual sehingga dapat mendukung mitigasi bencana hidrometeorologi dan pengelolaan DAS.   Kata kunci: DAS Air Bengkulu, ETCCDI, IDW, PRCPTOT, Rx1day     Abstract   Extreme rainfall is a major factor contributing to hydrometeorological disasters in the Air Bengkulu Watershed. This study analyzes extreme rainfall characteristics and maps the spatial distribution of rainfall hazard using daily rainfall data from four rainfall stations during 2007–2025. The analysis included quality control, data consistency testing using the Rescaled Adjusted Partial Sums (RAPS) method, calculation of the ETCCDI indices (Rx1day and PRCPTOT), and Inverse Distance Weighting (IDW) interpolation. The results showed that all rainfall data were consistent and suitable for analysis. The highest Rx1day value was recorded at Batu Raja Rainfall Station (323.5 mm), while the highest PRCPTOT value occurred at Bajak Rainfall Station (4,217.92 mm/year). The northeastern part of the Air Bengkulu Watershed showed the highest rainfall hazard level. Field validation confirmed agreement between the hazard map and actual conditions, indicating that this approach supports hydrometeorological disaster mitigation and watershed management.   Keywords: Air Bengkulu Watershed, ETCCDI, IDW, PRCPTOT, Rx1day

Abstract

Abstrak   DAS Sungai Bingei berada di Kota Binjai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara merupakan wilayah yang sering mengalami kejadian banjir yang berdampak pada permukiman dan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan genangan banjir menggunakan HEC-RAS 2D serta menganalisis tingkat bahaya dan risiko banjir terhadap bangunan menggunakan InaSAFE. Debit banjir dihitung menggunakan HSS Nakayasu berdasarkan data curah hujan NASA Power periode 2006–2025 untuk kala ulang 25, 50, 100, 200, dan 1000 tahun, dengan debit maksimum sebesar 877,84 m³/detik. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan luas genangan berturut-turut sebesar 224,47 Ha, 246,06 Ha, 270,77 Ha, 288,13 Ha, dan 331,21 Ha. Hasil validasi model menunjukkan kesesuaian terbaik pada Q100 dengan nilai NSE sebesar 0,872 dan PBIAS sebesar -1,161. Analisis InaSAFE pada skenario Q100 mengidentifikasi 2744 bangunan berisiko tinggi, 1139 bangunan berisiko sedang, dan 1027 bangunan berisiko rendah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam mitigasi serta perencanaan penanganan banjir di Sungai Sei Bingei, Kota Binjai, Sumatera Utara. Kata kunci: banjir, HSS Nakayasu, penilaian risiko banjir, HEC-RAS 2D, InaSAFE   Abstract   The Bingei River watershed (DAS Sungai Bingei), located in Binjai City, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia, is an area frequently affected by flooding that impacts settlements and infrastructure. This study aims to map flood inundation using the HEC-RAS 2D model and to analyze flood hazard and risk to buildings using InaSAFE.Flood discharge was estimated using the Nakayasu Synthetic Unit Hydrograph (SUH) based on NASA Power rainfall data for the period 2006–2025 for return periods of 25, 50, 100, 200, and 1000 years, with a maximum discharge of 877.84 m³/s. The simulation results show inundation areas of 224,47 ha, 246,06 ha, 270,77 ha, 288,13 ha, and 331,21 ha, respectively. Model validation indicates the best performance at the 100-year return period (Q100), with an NSE value of 0,872 and a PBIAS of -1,161. InaSAFE analysis for the Q100 scenario identifies 2744 buildings at high risk, 1139 at medium risk, and 1027 at low risk. Abstract

Abstrak   Proyek pembangunan gedung di Kota Pontianak menghadapi berbagai faktor risiko yang memengaruhi kualitas pekerjaan, seperti keterlambatan, keterbatasan sumber daya, kondisi lingkungan, dan lemahnya pengendalian mutu. Kompleksitas ini memerlukan penerapan metode pengambilan keputusan yang mampu menentukan prioritas penanganan risiko secara sistematis dan terukur. Namun, proses penentuan prioritas risiko selama ini sering bersifat subjektif sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidaktepatan keputusan. Penelitian desktiptif kuantitatif ini menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan prioritas penanganan risiko secara objektif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa yang memiliki bobot global tertinggi kriteria adalah metode kerja memiliki bobot (0,314), pengalaman dan reputasi memiliki bobot (0,227), kelas usaha memiliki bobot (0,194), sumberdaya manusia (0,141), dan durasi memiliki bobot (0,124). Serta bobot global pada alternatif juga sangat berpengaruh dalam mutu proyek. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa standardisasi metode kerja menjadi aspek paling krusial dalam pengendalian mutu proyek. Hal ini menjadi dasar penyusunan strategi mitigasi risiko untuk meningkatkan kualitas proyek konstruksi.   Kata kunci: kualitas proyek, AHP, kriteria dan alternatif.     Abstract   Building construction projects in Pontianak City are exposed to various risk factors that affect the quality of project execution, including schedule delays, limited resources, environmental conditions, and inadequate quality control. These complexities require the application of a decision-making method capable of systematically and objectively prioritizing risk mitigation. However, the current process of prioritizing risks is often based on subjective judgment, which may lead to inaccurate decision-making. This quantitative descriptive study applies the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to objectively determine the priority of risk factors affecting project quality. The results indicate that the criterion with the highest global weight is work methods (0.314), followed by experience and reputation (0.227), business classification (0.194), human resources (0.141), and project duration (0.124). In addition, the global weights of the alternative risk factors were found to have a significant influence on project quality. The findings reveal that the standardization of work methods is the most critical aspect of project quality control. These results provide a valuable basis for developing risk mitigation strategies aimed at improving the quality of building construction projects.   Keywords: project quality, AHP, criteria, and alternatives

Abstract

Abstrak   Daerah Irigasi Rawa Punggur Selat Kering di Kabupaten Kubu Raya, khususnya wilayah Sungai Bemban dan Parit Leban memerlukan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem irigasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi eksisting sistem irigasi rawa, menentukan kriteria dan alternatif beserta bobotnya, dan menentukan prioritas strategi sistem irigasi rawa pasang surut. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner kepada stakeholder dan petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bobot kriteria tertinggi adalah ketersediaan air (0,266), SDM (0,242), infrastruktur irigasi (0,236), sistem pengelolaan irigasi (0,153), dan institusi pengelolaan irigasi (0,102) dengan nilai rasio konsistensi (CR) = 0,012. Untuk alternatif dengan prioritas pertama adalah rehabilitasi infrastruktur dengan bobot (0,385), pendanaan berkelanjutan (0,314), dan penguatan kelembagaan dan SDM (0,301). Strategi pengembangan yaitu penerapan pintu air katup otomatis berbahan fiberglass, dukungan teknologi berbasis Android dan media sosial, keterlibatan petani, serta dukungan pendanaan berkelanjutan.   Kata kunci: AHP, Prioritas, Kriteria, Daerah Irigasi Rawa Punggur Selat Kering     Abstract   The Punggur Selat Kering lowland Irrigation Area in Kubu Raya Regency, particularly the Bemban River and Parit Leban areas, requires development to improve the performance of the irrigation system. This study aims to identify the existing conditions of the peatland irrigation system, determine criteria and alternatives along with their weights, and establish priorities for strategies regarding the tidal lowland irrigation system. The methods employed include qualitative descriptive analysis and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) through observations, interviews, and questionnaires administered to stakeholders and farmers. The results show that the highest criterion weight is water availability with a weight of (0.266), followed by human resources (0.242), irrigation infrastructure (0.236), irrigation management system (0.153), and irrigation management institutions (0.102), with a consistency ratio (CR) of 0.012. The top-priority alternative is infrastructure rehabilitation, with a weight of (0.385), followed by sustainable funding (0.314), and institutional and human resource strengthening (0.301). The development strategy includes the installation of automatic fiberglass sluice gates, the use of Android-based technology and social media, farmer engagement, and sustainable funding support.   Keywords: AHP, Priority, Criteria, Punggur Selat Kering Lowland Irrigation Area

Abstract

Abstrak   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perhitungan nilai BGH pada pembangunan gedung GIK UGM serta meninjau studi terdahulu mengenai evaluasi bangunan hijau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk menjelaskan penerapan konsep bangunan hijau dalam proyek tersebut. Selama sepuluh tahun terakhir, terdapat lebih dari 1.000 studi yang membahas topik BGH dan evaluasi bangunan hijau. Berdasarkan penelusuran menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish dan Google Scholar serta Crossref dengan rentang waktu 10 tahun, ditemukan rata-rata 19,50 sitasi per tahun, dengan produktivitas peneliti mencapai setidaknya dua makalah per tahun. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pemetaan topik yang disajikan dalam bentuk grafik. Hasil penilaian BGH terhadap pembangunan GIK UGM menunjukkan bahwa proyek tersebut telah memenuhi kriteria BGH sesuai dengan indikator yang ditetapkan. Pembangunan GIK UGM memenuhi kriteria *Greenship*, khususnya pada indikator EEC, WC, IHC, dan BEM, yang tercermin melalui konservasi energi dan air, pengelolaan kualitas bangunan, serta penerapan manajemen keselamatan kerja. Hasil penilaian BGH berdasarkan kriteria Greenship menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan tersebut telah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.   Kata kunci: green building, greenship, BGH method     Abstract   This study aims to know calculation BGH values on development GIK UGM building and review study previously discussed about evaluation building green.  This research use type study descriptive that explains about utilization theme green building in this research. The results during tens year final there is more of 1000 studies that discuss about BGH theme and evaluation building green. Results search theme building green with utilise Publish or Perish app and Google Scholar website and crossref with set time search for 10 years, researchers get results of 19.50 cited papers per year and every researchist at least make two papers per year. Further more done mapping the themes presented in form graph. Results BGH assessment on implementation the construction of GIK UGM shows that development has fulfil BGH criteria according with the indicators that have been set. Abstract

Abstrak   Ketelitian pengukuran beda tinggi merupakan aspek penting dalam praktik survei dan pemetaan karena memengaruhi kualitas data yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan ketelitian pengukuran beda tinggi menggunakan metode pergi pulang dan double stand pada praktik pengukuran tanah siswa Program Keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan (DPIB) SMKN 11 Malang. Penelitian menggunakan metode komparatif dengan variabel bebas berupa metode pengukuran dan variabel terikat berupa ketelitian pengukuran beda tinggi. Data diperoleh dari 25 pasangan hasil pengukuran menggunakan sipat datar, kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas Shapiro–Wilk, dan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode double stand menghasilkan 22 data (88%) yang memenuhi standar deviasi 0,002 m, sedangkan metode Pergi-Pulang menghasilkan 13 data (52%). Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,004 (p<0,05), Sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara metode pergi-pulang dan metode double stand, dengan tingkat perbedaan sebesar 36%, yang disebabkan oleh perbedaan teknis dalam proses pengambilan data pada kedua metode. Metode double stand direkomendasikan karena menghasilkan pengukuran beda tinggi yang lebih teliti dan mampu meminimalkan pengaruh kesalahan pengukuran.   Kata kunci: beda tinggi, ketelitian pengukuran, metode double stand, metode pergi pulang     Abstract   The accuracy of high difference measurements is an important aspect in surveying and mapping practices because it affects the quality of the data produced. This study aims to compare the accuracy of high difference measurements using the back and forth method and the double standard method in the land measurement practices of students from the Building Modeling and Information Design (DPIB) program at SMKN 11 Malang. The research employs a comparative method with the independent variable being the measurement method and the dependent variable being the accuracy of high difference measurements. Data were obtained from 25 pairs of measurement results using flat characteristics, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results indicate that the double standard method produced 22 data points (88%) that met the standard deviation of 0.002 m, whereas the back and forth method produced 13 data points (52%). The Wilcoxon test showed an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.004 (p<0.05), indicating a significant difference between the return trip method and the double standard method, with a difference level of 36%, caused by technical differences in the data collection processes of both methods. The double standard method is recommended as it results in more accurate high difference measurements and is capable of minimizing the influence of measurement errors..   Keywords: measurement accuracy, height difference, double stand method, back and forth leveling method

Abstract

Abstract   This study identifies the physical conditions and cost requirements for housing stimulant assistance for uninhabitable houses (RTLH) in Agam Regency, West Sumatra. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining surveys, observations, and cost analysis of 76 BSPS recipient units across 15 villages. The findings reveal that 35–45% of assisted houses remain substandard, with sanitation, ventilation, and flooring as the most deficient components. Actual rehabilitation costs range from IDR 35–50 million per unit, significantly exceeding the IDR 20 million government stimulus, creating a funding gap of IDR 17.5–27.5 million per unit. Community self-reliance averages only IDR 8.45 million, insufficient to bridge this gap. The study contributes a participatory cost estimation framework integrating local knowledge to improve cost accuracy and programme targeting. Recommendations include increasing stimulus amounts, adopting participatory budgeting, and strengthening community participation. These findings inform policy improvements for more effective housing assistance programmes.   Keywords: Uninhabitable houses, housing stimulant assistance, rehabilitation costs, funding gap, participatory cost estimation     Abstrak   Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kondisi fisik dan kebutuhan biaya bantuan stimulan perumahan bagi rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH) di Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat. Metode campuran digunakan, menggabungkan survei, observasi, dan analisis biaya terhadap 76 unit penerima BSPS di 15 nagari. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa 35–45% rumah yang telah dibantu masih berada di bawah standar kelayakan, dengan sanitasi, ventilasi, dan lantai sebagai komponen paling defisien. Biaya rehabilitasi aktual berkisar antara Rp35–50 juta per unit, jauh melebihi bantuan pemerintah sebesar Rp20 juta, sehingga menimbulkan kesenjangan pendanaan sebesar Rp17,5–27,5 juta per unit. Swadaya masyarakat rata-rata hanya Rp8,45 juta, tidak cukup untuk menutupi kesenjangan tersebut. Penelitian ini menyumbangkan kerangka estimasi biaya partisipatif yang mengintegrasikan pengetahuan lokal untuk meningkatkan akurasi biaya dan ketepatan sasaran program. Rekomendasi meliputi peningkatan nilai bantuan, penerapan anggaran partisipatif, dan penguatan partisipasi masyarakat. Abstract

Abstrak   Sedimentasi banjir mendegradasi lahan sawah di Aceh Utara melalui perubahan pH, peningkatan bulk density, dan penurunan porositas tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas nanokomposit MOF–Biochar sebagai amandemen untuk memulihkan sifat fisika–kimia tanah sawah pascasedimentasi banjir. Sampel tanah diambil pada empat kedalaman (0–10, 10–20, 20–30, 30–40 cm) di Desa Alue Jamok, Kecamatan Baktiya, Aceh Utara, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok satu faktor (kontrol, biochar, MOF, dan nanokomposit MOF–Biochar) dengan tiga ulangan pada skala uji pot. Nanokomposit disintesis melalui in-situ growth solvothermal synthesis dari MIL-101(Fe) dan biochar sekam padi. Empat parameter diukur (pH, EC, bulk density, porositas total) dan dianalisis ANOVA satu arah. Seluruh perlakuan berbeda nyata pada setiap kedalaman (p < 0,05). Nanokomposit MOF–Biochar meningkatkan pH 17,5%, menurunkan EC 58,4%, menurunkan bulk density 25,2%, dan meningkatkan porositas 72,2% dibandingkan kontrol, sekaligus mengoreksi kelemahan biochar tunggal yang meningkatkan salinitas. Nanokomposit ini berpotensi menjadi dasar teknologi pemulihan tanah sawah pascabencana.   Kata kunci: bulk density, nanokomposit MOF–Biochar, remediasi tanah, sedimentasi banjir, tanah sawah   Abstract   Flood-induced sedimentation degrades paddy fields in North Aceh through changes in soil pH, increased bulk density, and reduced porosity. This study evaluated a MOF–Biochar nanocomposite as an amendment to restore the physical–chemical properties of flood-sediment-buried paddy soil. Soil was sampled at four depths (0–10, 10–20, 20–30, 30–40 cm) in Alue Jamok Village, Baktiya, North Aceh, using a single-factor Randomized Block Design (control, biochar, MOF, MOF–Biochar nanocomposite) with three replications at pot scale. The nanocomposite was synthesized via in-situ growth solvothermal synthesis from MIL-101(Fe) and rice husk biochar. Four parameters (pH, EC, bulk density, total porosity) were analyzed by one-way ANOVA. All treatments differed significantly at every depth (p < 0.05). The nanocomposite raised pH by 17.5%, lowered EC by 58.4%, reduced bulk density by 25.2%, and increased porosity by 72.2% versus control, while correcting the salinity increase caused by biochar alone. This nanocomposite offers a promising basis for post-disaster paddy soil recovery technology.   Keywords: bulk density, flood sedimentation, MOF–Biochar, paddy soil, soil remediation
