The current era of Society 5.0 and high accessibility has an impact on the dynamics of academic life in higher education, namely the increasingly diverse characters and backgrounds of students’ lives. Cultural competency for students in conditions like this becomes a necessity. This research aims to reveal the characteristics of students' cultural intelligence in East Priangan, including in terms of gender differences. Apart from that, another aim of this research is also to formulate counseling services to facilitate the optimization of students’ cultural intelligence. A cross-sectional study was used to reveal the cultural intelligence characteristics of 417 students in East Priangan. Accidental sampling was used in this research. Data collection uses the Cultural Intelligence Scale (CQS). The analysis technique uses a central symptom measure to describe the characteristics of students' cultural intelligence and Pearson correlation to measure the relationship between its aspects. Independent t test analysis was used to compare the characteristics of students' cultural intelligence based on gender. The result of the analysis are alpha 0,05; F=0,405; p =0,715. The results of the research show that the cultural intelligence of East Priangan students is moderate and there is no significant difference between male and female students. Recommendations for a counseling framework to facilitate the cultural intelligence of students in East Priangan which can be formulated based on the original values of stusdent life in East Priangan as well as multicultural competence for counselors who will use this framework.

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan gerak. Strategi Pembelajaran Rangkaian Permainan yang menyenangkan dan kompetitif diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian eksperimen dengan analisis data Anova 2 arah untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Jumlah populasi 70 anak dan sampel 36 anak. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan antara strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional, terdapat perbedaan antara laki-laki dan Perempuan, terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan jenis kelamin, terdapat perbedaan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan (laki-laki) dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional (laki-laki), terdapat perbedaan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan (perempuan) dengan strategi pembelajaran konvensional (perempuan). Jadi kesimpulannya adalah Strategi Pembelajaran Rangkaian Permainan untuk anak laki-laki atau perempuan sama-sama memberikan pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan gerak dasar dibandingkan strategi pembelajaran konvensional. Penggunaan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan sangat penting dan berdampak baik dalam proses pembelajaran gerak dasar anak usia dini. Setiap guru TK dapat menerapkan strategi pembelajaran rangkaian permainan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar

This research highlights the strategic role of sports in improving the quality of human resources, focusing on Wushu as a branch of achievement. There is a dominant attack technique, Tengkong Bailian, which requires strength, speed, and precision. Plyometric exercises, such as Split Squat Jump and Jump To Box, are recognized as methods to increase muscle power. Flexibility is also considered crucial in sports activities, and the technical development of Wushu athletes requires the integration of plyometric training with a focus on strength, speed, and flexibility. This study tried to reveal the difference in the influence between the two plyometric exercise methods on the ability of Tengkong Bailian, taking into account the degree of flexibility. Results showed that both methods were effective, with Split Squat Jump superior at high flex, and Jump To Box more effective at low flex. The implication is that the integration of both training methods can promote optimal results in coaching Wushu athletes, with emphasis on individual characteristics and degree of flexibility. These findings provide guidance for Wushu trainers to develop effective exercise programs

This study aims to determine the implementation of the use of Internet of Things (IoT)-Based Automation Control Systems as a practical learning medium for students of SMK Negeri 3 Sidrap Competence in the Field of Plant Agribusiness and Horticulture. The sample of this study was class X students of Agribusiness Food Crops and Horticulture SMK Negeri 3 Sidrap, drawn using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques are direct observation of the activity process and observations made by teachers during practicum activities. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis by looking at the percentage of success of practicum implementation. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of the practice of soil temperature and moisture measurement subjects can be carried out well, as the results of observations on the implementation of activities reach a percentage of 100% and the results of observations using Internet of Things (IoT)-based Automation Control System media in practical learning by 100%. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of practicum can be done by implementing Internet of Things (IoT)-based Automation Control System media.

Adolescent career planning should ideally be given social support from parents, this support will help teenagers understand their talents and abilities, help teenagers obtain information about the career fields they are interested in, help teenagers to adapt the career fields they will plan to the teenagers' abilities and interests, so that it will make it easier for teenagers to determine career planning. In reality, there are still many teenagers who lack parental social support in their career planning efforts. The aim of this research is to describe the relationship between social support and adolescent career planning. This type of research is descriptive quantitative correlational. The research population was students in classes X and XI SMK Negeri 1 Padang registered in the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 561 students and a sample of 237 students, taken using the stratified random sampling technique. Instrument used was a questionnaire prepared based on the Likert scale model. The research data were analyzed using percentage analysis and to test the research hypothesis the Pearson product moment correlation technique was used. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between parental social support and teenagers' career planning with a correlation coefficient of 0.500 at a significance level of 0.00 and the direction of the relationship is positive. The implication of this research is the need for maximum parental social support for teenagers, because this will make teenagers more precise in making career decisions. Then guidance and counseling teachers must improve various types of services that can support the development of teenagers' career decisions at school.

There are numerous ways for the younger generation to participate in politics, but there are evidence that they are unwilling to join (anti-politics). This study tries to expose two things: (1) the causes of this trend, and (2) remedies to support smooth political circulation in Indonesia as a democratic country. This study accomplishes this purpose by employing Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). Data acquired from the controversial documentary Sexy Killer's netnography on YouTube. This study highlights several significant findings, particularly the ambivalence and conflict between reality and ideals in today's youth and society. They are skeptical of the earnestness and dedication of government leaders elected through a democratic political process. At the same time, people expect government personnel to carry out their responsibilities. The implications of this study's findings are a criticism of the political education model, which has so far prioritized practical factors above theoretical aspects (content, composition, and proportion).

There are many factors that influence teacher performance through digital literacy, including emotional intelligence and competence. Based on the results of the achievement level values performance through UKG scores in Indonesia, it is proven that the quality of teachers is still not optimal. And it can be seen from the UTBK results that only 6 schools out of 17 schools are included in the National UTBK ranking. Research has a purpose For test and analyze in a way empirical influence direct intelligence emotional and competence to teacher performance. As well as influence No direct intelligence emotional and competence through mediation digital literacy towards teacher performance. Method used approach quantitative as well as use questionnaire . Deep sample study This using random sampling with total 253 people. Partial least squares (PLS) analysis method with application smartPLS. Research result This show teacher performance, intelligence emotional, competence and digital literacy as construct and reliability with coefficient the lowest is 0.6 and Cronbach's alpha is above 0.7. Study This show that intelligence emotional and competence own significant impact to teacher performance. Other research shows that intelligence emotional and skill own impact big on digital literacy and digital literacy has an impact on school teacher performance. There is influence significant digital literacy in mediation intelligence emotional to teacher performance . In addition , digital literacy influences and significant mediate competence to teacher performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can advance the science of human resource management and good behavior academics nor practical.

Rendahnya hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan siswa dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor determinan diantaranya adalah motivasi belajar, kemampuan motorik, dan lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi belajar, kemampuan motorik dan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang siswa kelas XI di SMA N 2 Kota Tanjungpinang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik random cluster sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan beberapa instrumen yaitu motivasi belajar, motorik (scott motor ability) dan lingkungan sekolah. Data dianalisis mengunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar PJOK pada siswa; 2) terdapat pengaruh langsung kemampuan motorik dan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar PJOK pada siswa; 3) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi belajar dan kemampuan motorik terhadap hasil belajar PJOK melalui lingkungan siswa; 4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar, kemampuan motorik dan lingkungan secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar PJOK siswa. Hal ini dapat dimaknai bahwa hasil belajar PJOK siswa dapat ditingkat dengan meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kemampuan motorik. Selain itu hasil belajar PJOK juga dapat ditingkatkan dengan memaksimalkan lingkungan belajar siswa, baik itu lingkungan fisik maupun lingkungan non-fisik.

The research was motivated by the difficulties of prospective counselors in understanding the culture of origin of their counselee in cross-cultural counseling practices. The research aims to increase the cultural awareness of prospective counselors towards the counselee they help. This type of research is action research carried out through three cycles, namely, 1) prospective counselors understand the counselee’s culture from expert who have a different cultural background from the counselee, 2) prospective counselors understand the counselee’s culture from peers who have a different background from the counselee, and 3) prospective counselors understand the culture of individual who were born and raised in the counselee’s culture. The population in the research was 110 students from the BK UIN Bukittinggi department studying cross-cultural counseling. Samples were drawn using the accidental techniques as many as 40 people. The research data were processed using difference test (t-test). The results of the research reveal that prospective counselors understand the counselee culture more easily than individuals who were born and raise in the counselee culture. The result of this research recommend using sources from the culture origin to increase prospective counselors awareness of the counselee’s culture in cross-cultural counseling.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan persepsi guru muslim dan materi pendidikan seksual yang diterapkan di RA Kota Semarang. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Subyek penelitian yaitu empat guru dari tiga TK Islam di Kota Semarang dengan menerapkan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitiaan dilakukan selama satu bulan pada bulan Agustus 2023. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap subyek penelitian dan dokumentasi penelitian. Peneliti menggunakan triangulasi data untuk memverifikasi kredibilitas penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru muslim terhadap pendidikan seksual adalah mengajarkan batasan antar jenis kelamin, pengetahun dan keterampilan untuk mencegah terjadinya Kekerasan Seksual Anak (KSA), sebagai bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan anak usia dini, dan dapat diperoleh melalui media sosial dan orang tua. guru Muslim mengajarkan pendidikan seksual yang disesuaikan dengan hadis, seperti menutup aurat yang diamalkan dengan mengenakan pakaian yang pantas sesuai Al-Quran
