Abstract

The application of information technology (IT) has now become a necessity in all aspects of both individuals, groups or organizations and even government institutions. The implementation of IT in government is a form of execution of the President's instruction No. 3 of 2003 concerning national policies and strategies for the development of e-government. IT infrastructure itself is a foundation and framework that supports a system or organization. Excellent IT infrastructure support will contribute to accelerating the achievement of organizational goals. Evaluation of IT infrastructure readiness in Diskominfo in Padangsidimpuan City is done using the COBIT framework, by measuring the maturity level of IT infrastructure governance that refers to IT management goals number 10 and 11 in COBIT that are mapped on 13 COBIT process domains. The results of the evaluation of the level of achievement in each process there are eight processes at the completion of levels 1 and five are at the achievement of level 0. The level of hope for achieving the whole process is at level 3 and the gap consists of 2 degrees and 3 levels of achievement. The recommendations given in the form of a SWOT in this study aim to increase the level of maturity of IT infrastructure governance to support the implementation of e-government in the city government of Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

Adolescent career planning should ideally be given social support from parents, this support will help teenagers understand their talents and abilities, help teenagers obtain information about the career fields they are interested in, help teenagers to adapt the career fields they will plan to the teenagers' abilities and interests, so that it will make it easier for teenagers to determine career planning. In reality, there are still many teenagers who lack parental social support in their career planning efforts. The aim of this research is to describe the relationship between social support and adolescent career planning. This type of research is descriptive quantitative correlational. The research population was students in classes X and XI SMK Negeri 1 Padang registered in the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 561 students and a sample of 237 students, taken using the stratified random sampling technique. Instrument used was a questionnaire prepared based on the Likert scale model. The research data were analyzed using percentage analysis and to test the research hypothesis the Pearson product moment correlation technique was used.  The research results show that there is a significant relationship between parental social support and teenagers' career planning with a correlation coefficient of 0.500 at a significance level of 0.00 and the direction of the relationship is positive. The implication of this research is the need for maximum parental social support for teenagers, because this will make teenagers more precise in making career decisions. Then guidance and counseling teachers must improve various types of services that can support the development of teenagers' career decisions at school.

Abstract

The low ability of students to solve mathematical problems is one of the causes of the low student achievement in mathematics. There are many factors that cause this to happen, one of which is learning mathematics which is monotonous or lacks variation. For that, learning mathematics using IT during the teaching and learning process, in this case the Geogebra application. As one of the efforts made, of course, it is expected to improve students' mathematical problem solving abilities. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether the geogebra software can improve students' mathematical problem solving skills in the SPLDV material. The sample in this study were 35 students of class X IIS 1 in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Angkola with virtual research and using a qualitative approach.

Abstract

This study aims : (1) Wheather the Lecture Maker can improve student  chemistry learning outcomes on the subject Mekanika Kuantum in the class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Batang Angkola. (2) Difference in direct learning  models by utilizing  Lecturer Maker media through the application of Proffesional Learning Community than direct teaching method without use of Lecture Maker media compare to direct learning models without utilizing  Lecture Maker media on student chemistry learning outcomes. The kind of this study is experiment, XI IPA 4 as the experiment class and XI IPA 3 as the control class. Data on learning outcomes are taken using tests. Before the test given to the student is first tested for feasibility outside the sample, including validity test, reliability test, differentiability and difficulty of the test. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing. Analysis result show the study result in the experiment class is average 63,39 to 76,42 increased 13,03. While the study result in the control class is average 50,52 to 59,73 increased 9,21. The percentage study result in the experiment class with use of Lecture Maker media through Proffesional Learning Community 30,12% be 49,34% increased 19,22%. Based on the control class without use Lecture Maker the percentage is 21,26% be 35,87% increased 14,61%. Based on the result show thitung > ttabel so H0 ignored and Ha accepted. Hypothesis 1 is accepted. Can be seen average experiment class higher 76,62 than average control class 59,73 so H0 ignored and Ha accepted. So the hypothesis 2 can accepted too.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat mendorong kebutuhan akan pemahaman Artificial Intelligence (AI) sejak dini, khususnya bagi siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) yang akan terjun ke dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan konsep dasar AI kepada siswa SMK 4 Padangsidimpuan guna meningkatkan kesiapan mereka menghadapi tantangan di era teknologi. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, pendampingan, serta penggunaan modul interaktif yang dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman praktis mengenai implementasi AI dalam berbagai bidang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi diskusi, simulasi, dan studi kasus yang relevan dengan dunia industri. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap AI serta kesadaran akan pentingnya penguasaan teknologi dalam dunia kerja. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam mendorong integrasi AI dalam kurikulum pendidikan di SMK serta memberikan manfaat bagi siswa dalam menghadapi persaingan global.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan telah mendorong adopsi sistem e-learning berbasis web untuk mendukung pembelajaran jarak jauh. Universitas Muhammadiyah Tapanuli Selatan (UMTS) menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan interaksi antara dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas platform E-Class dalam meningkatkan interaksi pembelajaran jarak jauh di UMTS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, wawancara, dan survei terhadap mahasiswa dan dosen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-Class memberikan fleksibilitas waktu, aksesibilitas materi, serta fitur diskusi interaktif yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan partisipasi mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, implementasi E-Class sebagai platform e-learning berbasis web dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan interaksi dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh.

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi Greentech dan Digital Marketing dalam percepatan pengelolaan serta pemasaran destinasi wisata di Aek Sijorni. Teknologi Greentech mencakup pemanfaatan energi terbarukan, sistem pengelolaan limbah, serta konsep ekowisata yang bertujuan menjaga kelestarian lingkungan sekaligus meningkatkan daya tarik wisata. Sementara itu, Digital Marketing meliputi strategi pemasaran berbasis internet seperti media sosial, website, SEO, dan e-commerce wisata guna memperluas jangkauan promosi dan meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan.Penelitian ini akan menganalisis efektivitas penerapan kedua aspek tersebut secara terpisah maupun dalam sinergi untuk melihat dampaknya terhadap pengelolaan yang lebih efisien, promosi yang lebih luas, serta peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat lokal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategi optimal bagi pengelola wisata Aek Sijorni dalam memanfaatkan teknologi ramah lingkungan serta pemasaran digital guna mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing destinasi wisata..
