Abstract

This study aims to develop an ICT-TPACK-oriented learning video for grade VIII students for forward and back-roll tasks. This research and development study uses the ADDIE model. The study population consisted of 2,582 students with 501 samples of grade VIII from 8 public junior high schools in the Buleleng District. Closed questionnaires in the form of google forms and motion task validation sheets were used as instruments with quantitative-qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed 1) 93% of students needed motion task videos, and 2) content expert scores on motion tasks reached 72 out of 75. In conclusion, 1) PE motion task videos on forward and back-roll material were needed by grade VIII students, and 2) the forward and back-roll tasks were valid. The motion tasks designed can be implemented by PE Junior High School teachers in Buleleng District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation to learn physical education, sport,s and health through face-to-face learning during the COVID-19 pandemic for students at SD Negeri 2 Guwang in the 2021/2022 academic year. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative research with the h survey method. The population used in this study were students of SD Negeri 2 Guwang for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 133 students ts. sampling technique used was a random sampling of as much as 25% of the total population of 33 students. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire/questionnaire in several papers. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics with percentages. The results of data analysis on motivation to learn physical education, sport, and health through face-to-face learning during the COVID-19 pandemic for students at SD Negeri 2 Guwang in the 2021/2022 academic year, as many as 19 students, or 57.575% have very high motivation, 14 participants students or 42.425% have high motivation, 0 students or 0% have moderate motivation, 0 students or 0.00% have low motivation, and 0 students or 0.00%. Based on the analysis of the data from the discussion, it can be concluded that the motivation to learn physical education, sport,s and health through face-to-face learning during the COVID-19 pandemic for students at SD Negeri 2 Guwang in the 2021/2022 academic year shows an average score of 66.3 with a very high category.

Abstract

This study discusses ethnography and the values ​​of character education at the Situntun Pencak Silat College in Banjar Village, Banjar District, Buleleng Regency. The Situntun Pencak Silat College is a long-established college, this makes the Situntun Pencak Silat College also known as the Traditional Pencak Silat College. However, until now there is no valid documentation and information from the pencak silat school of Situtun, so many people do not know about the existence of the Pencak Silat School of Situtun. This study aims to determine the existence of the pencak silat school of Situtun and its character education values ​​so that it can publish or disseminate information and documents related to the Pencak Silat School of Situtun. This study uses a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach and uses interview techniques to collect data. The discussion in this article includes knowledge of the history of the Situntun Pencak Silat College from its inception, the ethnography of the Situntun Pencak Silat College, and the values ​​of character education contained and applied to the Situntun Pencak Silat College. The results showed that the Situtun Pencak Silat College was founded in 1879 until now. Situntun pencak silat college has spread to villages and banjar villages. The values ​​of character education have also been instilled since the beginning of the fighter starting practice. The school of pencak silat situntun is less active and even begins to dim and many people do not know about the existence of the pencak silat school of situtun. This study was conducted to determine the profile and character education of the Situtun Pencak Silat College. With this research, the martial arts college of Situtun can be known by many people. The results of this study can be used as study material to explore the ethnography of the Situntun pencak silat college, especially for the community in the village of Banjar Buleleng, and increase the character education values ​​of the Situtun pencak silat school fighter.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the comparison between the GWR poco-poco gymnastic exercise and the Indonesian Asthma Gymnastics exercise to increase the ability of Volume Oxygen Maximum (VO2max). The method used in this study is a pure experimental method (true experiment), while the research design used is the pre-test-post-test control group design. The population in this study were 16 students of Physical Education. The data collection technique for the VO2max test uses a Multi-Stage Test (Bleep Test). The data analysis technique uses Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of Poco-poco Gymnastic exercises 31.94 > 2.31) and Indonesian Asthma Gymnastics exercises (33.92 > 2.31) on the ability to increase VO2max in Physical Education Students at PGRI Palembang University. The conclusion of this study is that Indonesian Asman exercises are better than Poco poco gymnastic exercises in increasing V02 Max. The research findings will provide an understanding of the benefits and effectiveness of each type of exercise in increasing the body's aerobic capacity. Following are some of the findings that may be related to this study: Increase in VO2 Max: Research may show whether Poco Poco GWR or Asthma Gymnastics Indonesia exercises are more effective in increasing VO2 max.. This can involve measuring heart rate, blood pressure, and other factors related to heart health. Functional Fitness: This will provide an understanding of the additional benefits that may be associated with each type of exercise.The implications of this research can be useful in several ways: Exercise Guidelines: Research results can assist in developing more effective exercise guidelines for increasing VO2 max and cardiovascular fitness. This information can be useful to both individuals looking to improve their fitness and coaches looking to improve their training programs. Exercise Choice: With a better understanding of the benefits and effectiveness of each type of exercise, individuals can make smarter choices about which type of exercise best fits their fitness goals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the intensive interval training method on sprint speed in the extracurricular activities of Atap Indralaya 4 Public Junior High School. This research is a type of quasi-experimental research using a design in the form of a pretest posttest one group design. With the independent variable in the form of intensive interval training and the dependent variable is the result of sprint running speed. The population used in this study amounted to 67 people and the research sample was 30 students using random sampling. The instrument used is a 60 meter sprint test. The treatment given to students is intensive interval training, the frequency is carried out 3 times a week and it is carried out for 6 consecutive weeks. In the data analysis and research results using the t-test statistic, a significant level α = 0.05 obtained tcount (26.88) while ttable (1.701) then tcount > ttable so that the hypothesis can be accepted, that using the intensive interval training method can increase the results of running speed student sprints in extracurricular activities at Atap Indralaya Middle School 4.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of physical fitness and body mass index of the extracurricular futsal extracurricular participants at Raudhatul Qur'an Payaraman Islamic Boarding School. This research is descriptive quantitative, with a survey research method. The population is MTS level futsal extracurricular participants totaling 30 people. The total sampling technique is used for sampling so that the sample is 30 people, the research instrument uses the Physical Fitness Test and Body Mass Index measurement. The physical fitness level of one person in this study was classified as good (3.33%), 19 students (63.33%) sufficient classification, 10 students (33.33%) poor classification. Based on body mass index, 15 students (50%) were included in the thin category, 15 students (50%) were in the normal category. Based on this research, it was found that the general level of physical fitness was in the moderate category and the body mass index was in the normal category. To have the ability to play futsal properly, good physical condition and ideal body mass index are required. It is hoped that this research can be considered by futsal coaches to improve physical fitness and as a concern for maintaining student body mass index so as to prevent nutritional deficiencies or excess nutrition in students.

Abstract

This study aims to reintroduce the profile and history of the Teratai Putih Pencak Silat College located in Sukasada Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency to the wider community as well as the implementation of character education values at the Teratai Putih Pencak Silat College. This type of research is qualitative research using an ethnographic approach. The professors, trainers, and fighters of the Teratai Putih Pencak Silat College became the subjects of this research to obtain valid data. Data collection techniques were carried out by triangulation of data using 3 techniques, namely the participatory observational process, in-depth interviews, and document research. The research tool uses interview guidelines. The stages of data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and validation. The results showed that the Teratai Putih pencak silat College had existed since August 1971 and was chaired by professor Jero Nyoman Sudiadnyana along with 3 other people, namely Komang Pica, Made Duara and Gede Sujayasa, who in 1980 was officially registered at IPSI Buleleng. The application of the values of character education at the Teratai Putih Pencak Silat College has been realized since the beginning of the establishment of this college.

Abstract

Leg muscle explosive power is a real form of physical condition that contributes to the accuracy of shooting at a soccer goal. The purpose of this study is to try to relate the explosive power of the leg muscles to the accuracy of shooting soccer. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlation. 25 soccer players as research subjects. The research instrument used a vertical limb muscle explosive power test and a soccer shooting accuracy test. Data analysis using Pearson product-moment. The results showed that explosive power contributed significantly to the accuracy of shooting soccer. But shooting soccer also requires contributions from other factors such as basic physical conditions which are always needed in every sports skill and psychological factors.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a basic manipulative movement game model for Junior High School (SMP) students. This model is designed to improve students' basic motor skills through fun and interactive activities, involving movements such as overhead throws, underhand, hand dribbling, and kicking. This study uses a development method with a research and development (R&D) model with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation) and the instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The results of the expert validity test use the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR). Expert validation instruments are carried out by physical education experts, movement enrichment experts, and learning media experts. based on the CVR results above with an average value of 0.2, the GF Overhead Throwing model is declared Valid. The results of this study conclude that the developed basic manipulative movement game model can improve the motor skills of junior high school students.

Abstract

Backgrounds Along with the increasing public interest in futsal, it is important to evaluate the futsal sports achievement development program that has been implemented.The purpose of this researcher is to evaluate the achievement development program of futsal sports in Sukabumi Regency. Methods this research method is an evaluation research that uses a mixture of quantitative and qualitative methods. The location of this research is at the Sukabumi Regency Futsal Association and the research takes place from November 2024 to January 2025. The subjects of this study are administrators, coaches and athletes of association. Futsal Kabupetan Sukabumi with the number of subjects from this study being 28 people. The instruments used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires.Results the first finding in this study is that the coaching program carried out in Sukabumi Regency is still not running well. The second finding is that facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate in Sukabumi Regency. The third finding is the problem of funding that has not been implemented properly in Sukabumi Regency. The fourth finding is that the process of the coaching, monitoring and evaluation program in Sukabumi Regency is still lacking. Conclusion The conclusion of this study is that the AFKAB futsal achievement development program in Sukabumi Regency is still lacking and has not run well
