Abstract

Interest in religion and spirituality has increased dramatically recently both within culture in general and within psychology. Substantial literatures now describes connections between religion and mental health. The literature on marriage provided evidence that subjective and organizational religious participation was associated with enhanced family functioning and higher marital satisfaction (Wilson & Musick, 1996). In this study, we examine Islamic religious commitment on marital stability; with the underlying assumption that religious commitment may encourage couples to remain married. Islamic religious commitment in this study defined as the degree to which a person adheres to Islamic religious values, beliefs, and practices and uses them in daily living. Our findings indicated that religious commitment truly predict marital stability among newlywed couples.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap intensi turnover. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu karyawan Bank Mandiri Syariah kantor pusat sebanyak 196 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan, yaitu dengan teknik non-probability sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Multiple Regression Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap intensi turnover karyawan. Proporsi varians dari intensi turnover yang dijelaskan oleh seluruh variabel bebas yaitu sebesar 54.8%, sedangkan 45,2% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa dimensi gaji (pay), promosi (promotion), rekan kerja (co-workers), sifat pekerjaan (nature of work) dan gejala perilaku stres kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Sedangkan dimensi supervisi (supervision), tunjangan (fringe benefit), penghargaan (contingent rewards), kondisi operasional (operating conditions), komunikasi (communication), gejala fisiologis, dan gejala psikologis tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi turnover.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari sikap terhadap pernikahan kembali, norma subjektif terhadap pernikahan kembali, persepsi kontrol perilaku, efikasi diri dalam hubungan, usia, jenis kelamin, dan periode perceraian terhadap intensi menikah kembali di Lombok Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari seluruh variabel tersebut kepada pernikaha kembali dengan proporsi varians sebesar 40,8%, sedangkan 59,2% lainnya berasal dari variabel lain.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work engagament and psychological capital to job satisfaction drivers gojek. Through this research is expected to find out how far the influence of the totality of work and psychological capital on the drivers of gojek. This research uses quantitative approach with regression analysis method, and validation test of construct using Confirmation Factor (CFA) technique. The sample numbered 175 drivers gojek. The sample of research was determined by using non probability sampling technique. The data collection instrument using Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) developed by Spector, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) was developed by Schaufeli and Bakker and Psychological Capital Questionner (PCQ-24) developed by Luthans, Avolio, et al., 2007. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of the variable influence of work engagement and psychological capital with a significance value of 0.000 or p <0.05 to job satisfaction. So the nil hypothesis (Ho) that exist in the major hypothesis in this study was rejected. The result of the test of the minor hypothesis examining the influence of 7 IV, there are two nil hypothesis (Ho) rejected, it means that there are two IV that have significant effect on job satisfaction, the absorption and resilience variable, while the vigor variable, dedication, self efficacy, optimism and hope effect on job satisfaction. DOI:10.15408/tazkiya.v22i2.8405

Abstract

Teenage years determines success in the future. Good teenagers are who are responsible to their own success in the future, known as future orientation. Given how important future orientation is, researchers examined variables which affect future orientation, thus future orientation can be optimalized. Dimensions of social support and self-efficacy chosen as independent variables. Respondents of this study were 326 students of one of high school in Jakarta. Future orientation, measured using Orientation Test–Revised developed by Scheir, Carver, and Bridges (1994). Social Support, measured using The Social Provisions Scale developed by Cutrona and Russel (1987). Self-efficacy, measured using General Self-efficacy Scale developed by Bosscher and Smit (1998). Instruments' validity were tested using Confirmatory Factor Analysis and data was analysed using Multiple Regression Analysis. α=0.05, result of this study shows future orientation was affected by dimensions of social support, self-efficacy, and interaction between reassurance and self-efficacy with R-square = 30.3%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of job embeddedness, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment towards employees turnover intention. The authors assume that job embeddedness, job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly affect employees turnover intention. This study uses a quantitative method approach with multiple regression analysis. Population in this study are 402 employees of Bank BCA Kanwil Alam Sutera and 211 employees as a sample. Taken with non probability sampling technique. In this study, using a scale of turnove intention based on Mobley, Horner, & Hollingsworth (1978), job embeddedness scale based on Mitchell, Holtom, Lee, et al. (2001 job satisfaction scale based on Spector (1997) , and organizational commitment scale based on Allen & Meyer (1990). The result shows there was significant mutual effect of the job embeddedness, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employees turnover intention. Results of minor hypothesis test known that only two independent variable has asignificant influence with employees turnover intention, which is sacrifice organization and reward. DOI: 10.15408/tazkiya.v22i1.8154

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari modal psikologis dan persepsi dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap pegawai kesejahteraan di tempat kerja. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda dengan sampel 220 pegawai negeri Kementerian X. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah nonprabilitas. Untuk mengukur kesejahteraan di tempat kerja, peneliti mengkompilasi skala kesejahteraan di tempat kerja berdasarkan teori dari Page (2005). Instumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur modal psikologis adalah kuesioner modal psikologi (PCQ-24) yang dikembangkan oleh Luthans, Youssef, dan Avolio (2007). Untuk mengukur persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan transformasional digunakan modifikasi dari kuesioner multifaktor kepemimpinan (MLQ). Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, kesimpulan pertama yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah adanya perbedaan yang signifikan anatara persepsi modal psikologis dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kesejahteraan di tempat kerja dari pegawai Kemeterian X. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil dari uji signifikansi masing-masing koefisien regresi, terdapat empat variabel yang secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap DV yaitu; (1) dimensi harapan dari modal psikologis; (2) dimensi pengaruh idealisasi dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional; (3) dimensi stimulasi intelektual dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional; dan (4) dimensi perhatian individu dari gaya kepemimpinan transformasional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen terhadap keputusan membeli busana muslimah modern dengan menggunakan pendekatan regresi logistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 595 orang sedangkan sampel berjumlah 200 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Untuk mengukur orientasi tujuan, penulis membuat sendiri alat ukur berdasarkan teori Kotler dan Armstrong (2007). Analisis faktor konfirmatorik digunakan untuk menguji alat ukur dan analisi regresi logistik digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Semua teknik pengujian dilakukan menggunakan SPSS dan LISREL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi keyakinan dan sikap dari faktor psikologis mempengaruhi keputusan membeli busana muslimah modern fit (P>0.05) (Chi-Square=21.86, df=14, P-value=0.08146) dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 38.4% dari variasi keputusan membeli dalam satuan logit. Namun dilihat dari tabel koefisien regresi dari enam variabel independen hanya satu yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap logit keputusan membeli yaitu dimensi keyakinan dan sikap dari faktor psikologis (P-value < 0.05).

Abstract

Human resources is a major asset that can support the achievement of company objectives. Therefore, the company continually strives to develop and maintain employees in order not to affect the movement of employees (turnover). This study aims to examine the effect of job embeddedness and workengagement on turnover intention. These samples included 200 employees of PT Medco E & P Indonesia taken with nonprobability sampling technique. Test the validity of the instrument turnover intention, scale job embeddedness, and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Uwes) was done by using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Results of multiple regression analysis is that there is significant influence job embeddedness and work engagement against turnover intention with R = 0.43. Abstract

Kehidupan komunitas heterogen cenderung berhubungan dengan masalah social. Salah satudari masalah sosial itu adalah prasangka sosial yang dapat menimbulkan masalah yang lebih kompleksdi kehidupan sosial. Dalam masalah ini, agama dapat menjadi sumber prasangka sosial seperti yang terjadi pada kelompok Jamaah Tabligh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan regresi berganda sebagai teknik analisis dan menggunakan masyarakat Jakarta sebagai responden. Non probability sampling digunakan sebagai teknik sampling. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa religiusitas dan big five personality memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prasangka
