<![CDATA[Discourse on the relationship between religion and state seems to be a discourse that never ends to be discussed. The emergence of a statement of President Jokowi on March 24, 2017 which discourse the separation between religion and politics immediately launched a public reaction. Some agreed, but many also criticized. For those who agree with the statement Jokowi reasoned that religion is often used as a politician tool that has the potential to divide the nation. But for those who reject Jokowi's statements argue that the separation of religion from the state is the same as denying the basis and philosophy of the state which has historically been extracted from the values of the religiosity of the Indonesian nation itself. Using historical, sociological and political approaches, this article intends to analyze how discourses on the relation between religion and state taking place in Indonesia in the historical perspective, as well as the problems it causes. This paper proves that although experiencing ups and downs, judging from the historical geneologi, the life of the nation and the state of Indonesia can not be separated from the values of religiosity. Both are always symbiotic mutualism. Putting the Godhead of the One Supreme God as the first principle in Pancasila, is in fact an acknowledgment of the importance of religious values in the life of the nation and the state.---Diskursus tentang relasi antara agama dan negara seolah menjadi wacana yang tak pernah usai untuk dibahas. Munculnya statemen Presiden Jokowi pada 24 Maret 2017 yang mewacanakan pemisahan antara agama dan politik segera menyeruakkan reaksi publik. Ada yang mengiyakan, tapi banyak juga yang mengecam. Bagi yang setuju dengan statemen Jokowi beralasan bahwa agama sering kali dijadikan sebagai alat politisasi yang berpotensi memecah belah bangsa. Namun bagi mereka yang menolak statemen Jokowi berargumentasi bahwa upaya pemisahan agama dari negara sama halnya dengan mengingkari dasar dan falsafah negara yang secara historis justru digali dari nilai-nilai religiusitas bangsa Indonesia itu sendiri. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sejarah, sosiologis dan politik, artikel ini bermaksud menganalisis bagaimana diskursus tentang relasi antara agama dan negara yang terjadi di Indonesia dalam perspektif sejarah, serta problematika yang ditimbulkannya. Tulisan ini membuktikan bahwa meskipun mengalami pasang surut, dilihat dari geneologi kesejarahan, kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara Indonesia tidak bisa dilepaskan dari nilai-nilai religiusitas. Keduanya senantiasa bersimbiosis mutualisme. Diletakkannya Sila Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa sebagai sila pertama dalam Pancasila, sejatinya merupakan sebuah pengakuan akan pentingnya nilai-nilai religiusitas dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memasyarakatkan dan meningkatkan peran bahasa Arab dalam dunia pariwisata. Untuk tujuan itu, peneliti menerjemahkan teks-teks pada papan petunjuk arah dan informasi yang berada di objek wisata ke dalam bahasa Arab. Proses penelitian ini dimulai dengan cara mengumpulkan data dalam bentuk foto, kemudian diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Arab. Setelah itu, peneliti membuat desain papan petunjuk arah dalam dua bahasa. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode research and development. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data, pengklasifikasian data ke dalam beberapa kategori, serta menganalisis data secara deskriptif dan nonstatistik. Penelitian ini juga berisi analisis data yang berisi sebuah pertanggungjawaban akademik dalam menerjemahkan dengan metode komunikatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah media komunikasi visual berupa papan informasi dan petunjuk arah dalam dua bahasa (Indonesia-Arab) di Curug 7 Cilember, Megamendung, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai model penerjemahan Indonesia-Arab papan informasi, petunjuk arah, dan lainnya di tempat wisata lain yang membutuhkan komunikasi visual dalam bahasa Arab.]]>

<![CDATA[The presence of various modern pedagogical currents carried by the psychologists and observers of Western education, has made a new mapping in the study of modern education in Indonesia. Indeed the study has been popular since the early 20th century AD with a very specific theme evidenced by one of the manuscripts entitled Mir'ātu Afkār al-Rijāl Nadzm Ta'līm al-Muta'līm by a scholar from Solo-Indonesia. This study proves that the content of Modern Pedagogy study by a scholar in Indonesia looks very specific and holistic. The method used is a method of philology that includes textual criticism in manuscripts. This method will also capture the superiority of the study of Archipelago Pedagogy written with Arabic script. The results of this study that the study of Modern Pedagogy can be clearly found in the traces of the history of the past in the archipelago of Manuscript.---Hadirnya berbagai aliran pedagogi modern yang diusung oleh para psikolog dan pemerhati pendidikan Barat, telah membuat pemetaan baru dalam kajian ilmu pendidikan modern di Indonesia. Sejatinya kajian tersebut sudah populer sejak awal abad 20 Masehi dengan tema yang sangat spesifik yang dibuktikan oleh salah satu manuskrip berjudul Mir’ātu Afkār al-Rijāl Nadzm Ta’līm al-Muta’līm karya seorang cendikia asal Solo-indonesia. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa muatan kajian Pedagogi Modern karya cendikia di Indonesia terlihat sangat spesifik dan holistik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode filologi yang mencakup kritik teks pada manuskrip. Metode ini juga akan memotret keunggulan kajian Pedagogi Nusantara yang ditulis dengan skrip Arab. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa kajian Pedagogi Modern secara nyata dapat kita temukan dalam jejak sejarah keilmuan masa lalu di Nusantara berupa Manuskrip.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the code switching from Sundanese to Arabic, the number of switch words that occur in the Arabic language absorption element and find out the factors that lead to the code switching from Sundanese to Arabic and vice versa in Sundanese religious speech of KH Jamaludin Pandeglang-Banten. This research uses the theory of code switching. This research was conducted by analyzing the transition of language in text of Sundanese religious speech of K.H Jamaludin. Data analysis method used in this research is the method of code switching analysis. Using the method of code switching, the analysis will focus on the linguistic and contextual aspects associated with those aspects. Data in the text will be analyzed by using analysis of code switching model that Appel expressed the transition phenomenon of language usage due to situation change. The results of this study show the code switching from Sundanese to Arabic. There are many of code switching from Sundanese to Arabic in the religious speech of KH Jamaludin in front of his congregation. Though the congregation who attended were not all citizens of the Sundanese community. There are also people speak Serang and Lampung’s Javanese. But with a culture approach put forward by K.H Jamaludin, finally the concepts of understanding and reality of language diversity in his speech will be easily understood. The discourse of speech interaction of KH Jamaludin in Banten or outside Banten, it is an important event for Muslims who listen to the speech delivered by KH Jamaludin that shows the Indonesian-Sundanese-Arabic code switching. It is based on the observation and analysis of the data, the variation of language and the type of language used through the recorded video transcripted. There are several factors causing the code switching: 1) situation factor, 2) psychological factor, 3) language and Islamic politics.---Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui Alih Kode dari bahasa Sunda ke bahasa Arab, jumlah kata beralih yang terjadi pada unsur bahasa serapan bahasa Arab dan menemukan faktor –faktor apa yang menyebabkan terjadinya alih kode dari bahasa Sunda ke Arab dan sebaliknya pada ceramah keagamaan bahasa Sunda K.H Jamaludin Pandeglang-Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Alih Kode. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis peralihan bahasa dalam teks naskah ceramah Keagamaan bahasa Sunda K.H Jamaludin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis alih kode. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis Alih Kode, analisis akan difokuskan pada aspek kebahasaan dan konteks yang terkait dengan aspek-aspek tersebut. data yang berupa teks akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis model alih kode yang diungkapkan Appel yaitu gejala peralihan pemakaian bahasa karena berubahnya situasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Alih Kode dari Bahasa Sunda ke Bahasa Arab. Alih kode dari bahasa Sunda ke bahasa Arab cukup banyak dilakukan oleh penceramah saat memberikan materi ceramah atau khutbah di hadapan para jamaahnya. Padahal jamaah yang hadir tidak semuanya warga masyarakat Sunda ada juga warga masyarakat berbahasa Jawa Serang dan Lampung. Namun dengan pendekatan kultur yang lebih dikedepankan oleh K.H Jamaludin, akhirnya konsep-konsep pemahaman dan realiatas keberagaman bahasa dalam ceramahnya akan mudah ditoleril. Wacana interaksi ceramah atau khutbah yang dilakukan oleh K.H Jamaludin di wlayah Banten atau luar Banten, hal ini menjadi peristiwa penting bagi umat Islam yang ceramahnya dibawakan oleh K.H Jamaludin dan yang didengar oleh para jamaahnya menunjukkan adanya alih kode yang berupa perpindahan dari Alih Kode “Indonesia-Sunda-Arab” Dalam Ceramah Keagamaan (K.H Jamaludin Pandeglang, Banten). dari pengamatan dan analisis data, variasi bahasa dan tipe pengguaan bahasa yang diperoleh melaui rekaman video yang dijadikan ke dalam teks dapat ditemukan beberapa faktor-faktor penyebab Alih Kode, yaitu berikut : 1) faktor situasi, 2) faktor kejiwaan, 3) politik bahasa dan politik islam.]]>

Library should be develop its internal organizational system (management), as well as conducting various surveys and evaluations that are oriented user satisfaction to see whether or not the library service. As one of the academic libraries, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang library needs to design how to realize excellent service for user satisfaction through LibQUAL dimension and elements of excellent service so that the services provided are oriented to user satisfaction and can be utilized optimally by the user At UIN Library Imam Bonjol Padang.---Lembaga perpustakaan saat ini harus menunjukkan ketersediaan dan aksesibilitas sumber belajar yang memadai bagi pengguna perpustakan. Perpustakaan harus mengembangkan system organisasi internalnya (manajemen), serta melakukan berbagai survey dan evaluasi yang berorientasi pada kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan untuk melihat berhasil atau tidaknya layanan yang diberikan. <![CDATA[This research aims to understand what needs that Rachel Watson as the main character in The Girl on the Train novel is trying to fulfill by riding the train every day and how she fulfills her safety and the love and belonging needs using Abraham Maslow’s hierarchy of human needs. Before studying the needs, the writer analyzes the main character’s character and characterization. This research is using qualitative method and descriptive analysis to analyze the love and belonging needs and esteem needs of the main character. The result of this research is Rachel Watson as the main character has some noticeable characters such as imaginative, alcoholic, and liar. She fulfills her safety needs by killing her ex-husband and fulfills her love and belonging needs by trying to seek attention from her ex-husband, Tom Watson and from Scott Hipwell. Rachel fails to have the love from both Tom and Scott but finally she realizes that she is always loved by her friend, Cathy. Rachel successfully satisfies her needs until the third stage of the hierarchy: love and belonging needs.]]>

<![CDATA[The Emergency Government of the Republic of Indonesia is a legitimate government that is run by car or moves from one place to another during the emergency period of the Republic of Indonesia due to the second Dutch military attack. This research is carried out through library studies whose sources are found in books, both primary and secondary sources. As the primary source is Mestika Zed's work entitled Some Where in the Jungle Emergency Government of the Republic of Indonesia: A Forgotten History Chain, West Sumatra in the History Stage 1945-1995, Indonesia in the Flow of History. While secondary sources are books and articles that talk about the Emergency Government of the Republic of Indonesia. The method used in this study is a historical research method with four steps of work, namely heuristics (collecting resources), source criticism, synthesis, and writing. While the theory used to analyze Mestika Zed's thinking about the Republic of Indonesia Emergency Government is the theory of historical explanation theory of Kuntowijoyo. Kuntowijoyo said that the historical explanation has three important things (historical explanations are hermeneutic and verstehen, historical explanations are explanations of limited elongated time in space, and historical explanations are explanations of single events).]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan jenis implikatur yang terdapat pada percakapan antara pramuniaga mobil Mitsubishi dengan konsumen di Kota Padang. Berdasarkan cara dan prosedur analisis datanya, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, karena menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan implikatur antara pramuniaga mobil Mitsubishi dengan konsumen di Kota Padang. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode simak. Metode ini diwujudkan dengan menggunakan teknik dasar dan teknik lanjutan. Teknik dasar yang digunakan adalah teknik sadap. Sedangkan teknik lanjutan digunakan adalah teknik simak bebas libat cakap, teknik rekam, dan teknik catat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan 4 jenis implikatur yang digunakan dalam percakapan antara pramuniaga mobil Mitsubishi dengan konsumen di Kota Padang, yaitu 1) implikatur percakapan umum, 2) implikatur percakapan khusus, 3) implikatur percakapan skala, 4) dan implikatur percakapan konvensional. ]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This research is generally aimed on producing a cellphone-based digital learning quiz for Tathbiq Sharfi I course in Arabic Department, Faculty of Letters, State University of Malang. Specifically, this research aimed at describing (1) the characteristic of a cellphone-based digital learning quiz for Tathbiq Sharfi I course, (2) degree of properness of a cellphone-based digital learning game for Tathbiq Sharfi I course, (3) the model of using of a cellphone-based digital learning quiz for Tathbiq Sharfi I course. The development of this media is using Sadiman & Rahardjo’s development design. The data collection is done by observation and giving questionnaire. The softwares used on developing this media are adobe flash CS 3, action script 2, and flash player. Based on the scoring by the material expert, it is known that this digital learning quiz is highly valid. Meanwhile, based on the scoring done by the media expert, the result shows that this digital learning game is valid to use. On the small-group tryout, it is known that this digital learning game is highly valid, and the field test also shows that this digital learning game is highly valid to use.
