Abstract

Marketing Mix is a number of marketing tools used by business people to convince the object of marketing or target market. Noken Papua is a distinctive attribute of Papua origin with various forms ranging from headdresses, clothes, skirts, accessories, shoes, and bags of Noken which are very popular widely in every corner of the village to the city in the land of Papua. Each Noken product produced can be seen as the result of the level of consumer satisfaction that consumes it where every consumer consumes, look at the shape and model, price, and quality of these Noken products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether brand image influences buying interest in Oriflame products in Manado City. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population of this research is the people of Manado City who have used and bought Oriflame products. Sampling using a non-probability sampling technique. In this study, the total population is unknown, so the determination of the sample size of the population using a theory developed from Isac Michael using the Lemeshow formula and based on the results of calculations with the formula, the number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Validity Test uses the Product Moment Correlation Technique and the Reliability Test uses the Cronbach Alpha formula. Based on the results of the regression analysis, this is seen from the results of the hypothesis test, the influence of this brand image is the positive significance with a sig value of 0,000 meaning that if the brand image is getting better it will increasingly lead to or encouragement of buying interest. Based on the results of the determinant coefficient, the amount of R Square adjust is 0.382. The results of this statistical calculation mean that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable changes by 38.2%, while the remaining 61.8% is explained by other factors outside the regression model analyzed. From this study, it can be concluded that brand image has a positive effect on buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Indonesia Prima Property, Tbk Jakarta Pusat by using financial ratio analysis from 2016 to 2018. Financial ratios analyzed include Current Ratio (CR), Quick ratio (QR), Total Assets Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM) , Gross Profit Margin (GPM), and Debt to Assets Total (DtAT). The data used in this study are in the form of financial statement data for 2016 - 2018. From the analysis of the data it can be seen that the liquidity ratio of PT. Indonesia Prima Property Tbk seen from CR in 2016 - 2018, in three years it was 2.78%, 4.28%, and 0.80% while the QR in 2016 - 2018 was 2.38%, 3.83%, 0.72%. The activity ratio of PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk seen from TAT in three years is 0.56%, 0.43%, 0.03% has decreased every year this happens because the number of goods to be sold has not been much from the sale. PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk's profitability ratio seen from NPM in three years is 0.02%, 0.04%, 0.06% while GPM in three years is 0.49%, 0.44%, 0.37%. The Solvency Ratio of PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk seen from DtAT in three years is 0.03%, 0.02%, 0.09% experiencing ups and downs because it is funded by capital in a solvable condition.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health on Employees Performance at PT. PP Presisi.Tbk Proyek Tol Manado-Bitung. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 70 respondents. The sampling techniques in this study were to use Simple Random Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study are by using a questionnaire distribution. The analysis techniques used in this study includes validity test, reliability test, multiple regression test, F test, t-test and coefficient of determination. The data that has fulfilled the analysis techniques was processed using the help of the SPSS 25 program. It can be seen from the results of the statistical test that the Occupational Safety and Health independent variables affect the dependent variable of Employee Performance. The results showed that based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination the influence of the independent variable Occupational Safety and Health on the dependent variable of Employee Performance is 0,368 or 3,68 % which shows that Employee Performance can be influenced by Occupational Safety variable and Occupational Health variable. While the remaining 63, 2 % is influenced by other variables that do not exist in this study. This shows that Occupational Safety and Health has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Where if Occupational Safety is guaranteed and Occupational Health is goodwill improve Employee Performance.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to find out whether: 1) work discipline has a positive effect on teacher’s performance, 2) work motivation has a positive effect on teacher’s performance, 3) an organizational culture has a positive effect on teachers’ performance, 4) an organizational culture has a positive effect on work discipline, and 5) an organizational culture has a positive effect on work motivation. The research was conducted at the “X” school in Tangerang Selatan using the census method and the Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) tool to analyze the results taken from 42 respondents being censused. The findings concluded that the work discipline, work motivation, and organizational culture have a positive effect on the teachers’ performance, and the organizational culture has a positive effect on work discipline as well as on work motivation of teachers in “X” school.  This research has contributed as an input for “X” school to manage and maintain the school’s culture which can improve the work discipline and work motivation of teachers, then it may lead to improved teacher’s performance in order to achieve the school’s’s aim to provide quality education service.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of Human Resource Development and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Terang Mandiri Manado. This approach uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 60 respondents. The results of this study also indicate that there is a positive and insignificant influence between Organizational Commitment on employee performance, meaning that the level of organizational commitment will affect the level of employee performance. Simultaneously, the development of Human Resources and Organizational Commitment is able to explain the influence on Employee Performance, the effect of Human Resource Development on Employee Performance of 3.102, the effect of Human Resource Development on Organizational Commitment of 4.327, and the effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of 1,529, the remaining data other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence factors of turnover intention of the employees of PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Services in Amurang, South Minahasa Regency. This research is used quantitative research with survey or questionnaire methods which is intended to provide an overview. Survey method is taken sample from population and uses a questionnaire a means of collecting the main data. There are three types of variables used, independent variables, mediating variables and dependent variables. Workload, work experience and compensation as independent variables, organizational commitment as the mediating variable and turnover intention as the dependent variable. The research involved ninety-one respondents and data processing was analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that workload has positive and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, work experience has negative but insignificant effect on turnover intention, work experience positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation negative but not significant effect. significant on turnover intention, compensation positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment negative but not significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

People take advantage of the potential and position of Bunaken Marine National Park to support their survival through business activities. This research was conducted to find a model for developing the community capacity of business actors in the buffer zone of Bunaken Marine National Park. This study used a qualitative design, data obtained through interviews, observation, and secondary data collection. The findings of this study are that the building of community capacity of business actors in the buffer areas of Bunaken Marine National Park, North Sulawesi Province is more carried out in program implementation through training activities to strengthen knowledge and skills. Strengthening capacity has not been able to provide the right motivation and assistance for business actors. The concept that can be put forward as the findings of this study is that the development of community capacity in business actors is related to aspects of human resources and institutions. Development of human resource capacity through the dimensions of training for knowledge and skills as well as assistance to motivate and control business development. Capacity building in business institutions is related to strengthening business capital, business facilities and business management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the positive influence of nurses' knowledge, attitude and skills on patient satisfaction who receive wound care at the Wocare clinic. The sampling technique in this study was convenience sampling. The large number of samples used was 132 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) approach by utlilizing SmartPls program. The results showed that knowledge, attitude, and skills have a positive effect on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the influence of leadership on banking performance, (2) the effect of TQM practices on banking performance, (3) the influence of leadership and TQM on the performance of Islamic banking in Makassar City. This research is quantitative. The population of this research is all permanent employees in Islamic banks as many as 265 employees with a sample of 60 respondents. The data were collected using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique was simple random sampling, while the data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at the 5% significance level indicate that: 1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on banking performance, as indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.234, sig 0.044. 2) TQM has a positive and significant effect on banking performance, this is indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.455, a sig value 0.000. 3) Leadership and TQM simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Islamic banks in Makassar City where the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.264 or 26.40%.
