Abstract

Appropriate learning methods should be applied in order to maximize the students’ ability during learning activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the application of card sort learning method. Action study conducted on PAI learning. The material of this learning is to  understand the provision of sholat of fourth graders of Gunungsari State Elementary School 2 Kaliori Sub district Rembang District Lesson Year 2015/2016. The indicator of successful learning in this research is 75%. The results showed that the percentage of learning mastery at the pre cycle stage was 10.7%, 67.9% in the first cycle, and in the second cycle reached 92.9%. The average score of students' test results also increased significantly, ie the pre cycle stage was 58.8, the first cycle was 72.4, and in the second cycle reached 78.9. This means, through the implementation of card sort learning methode can improve student learning achievement on PAI learning material understanding the provision of sholat.  lAbstrakMetode pembelajaran yang tepat harus diterapkan untuk memaksimalkan kemampuan siswa selama kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) melalui penerapan metode card sort. Studi tindakan (action research) dilakukan pada pembelajaran PAI materi mengenai rukun sholat siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri Gunungsari 2 Kecamatan Kaliori Kabupaten Rembang Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Indikator eHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase ketuntasan belajar pada tahap pra siklus sebesar 10,7%, pada siklus I sebesar 67,9%, dan pada siklus II mencapai 92,9%. Nilai rata-rata hasil tes siswa juga mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, yaitu para tahap pra siklus sebesar 58,8, siklus I sebesar 72,4, dan pada siklus II naik menjadi 78,9. Hal ini berarti, melalui penerapan card sort learning dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada pembelajaran PAI materi mengenal rukun sholat.

Abstract

Multicultural Education in Islamic Boarding Schools teaches tolerance and openness in carrying out activities of daily living. This research was conducted at the Bina Insan Mulia (BIMA) boarding school using descriptive qualitative methods, as well as data collection techniques by interviewing, observing, documenting studies, and FGDs. The conclusions of this study are: (1) The values of Multicultural Islamic Education implemented at the BIMA Islamic Boarding School are sourced from books / books taught to students / students such as the book of Hadith al-Arba'in Nawawiyah, Safinah al-Najah, Fath al-Qarib , Ta'lim al-Mutaa'llim, Taysir al-Khalaq, and Riyadh al-Saliheen; (2) The application of multicultural values includes openness, humanity, tolerance, mutual assistance, justice, equality, brotherhood. AbstrakPendidikan Multikultural di Pondok pesantren mengajarkan toleransi dan keterbukaan dalam melaksanakan aktifitas hidup sehari-hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pondok pesantren Bina Insan Mulia (BIMA) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, serta teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan FGD. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Nilai-nilai Pendidikan Islam Multikultural yang diterapkan di Pondok pesantren BIMA bersumber dari kitab / buku yang diajarkan kepada murid / Santri seperti kitab Hadits al-Arba'in Nawawiyah, Safinah al-Najah, Fath al-Qarib, Ta'lim al-Mutaa'llim, Taysir al-Khalaq, dan Riyadh al-Shalihin; (2) Penerapan nilai-nilai multikultural tersebut meliputi keterbukaan, kemanusiaan, toleransi, saling membantu, keadilan, kesetaraan, persaudaraan.

Abstract

Internalization of values-based character education on student himself can be done through an objective and transparent assessment system. This will be useful to foster honesty, discipline, and responsibility of students. Objective assessmentwas actually born of conscience. The real truth in it as something that is produced by conscience is something that is pure and candid. Transparent assessment of the implementation of the assessment should be known, from the aspect of the valuesobtained, the basic decision-making, processing until the final result indicated value, and acceptable. With such a rating system that would give birth to a student who has a character to help form a strong mental. Strong mental is precondition to be qualified competitive human.AbstrakInternalisasi pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai pada diri mahasiswa dapat dilakukan melalui sistem penilaian yang objektif dan transparan. Hal ini akan berguna untuk memupuk kejujuran, kedisiplinan, dan tanggung jawab pada diri mahasis-wa. Penilaian yang objektif itu sebetulnya terlahir dari hati nurani. Kebenaran sejati ada di dalamnya karena sesuatu yang dihasilkan oleh hati nurani merupakan sesuatu yang murni dan apa adanya. Penilaian yang transparan harus diketahuipelaksanaan penilaiannya, dari aspek nilai yang didapat, dasar pengambilan keputusan, pengolahan nilai sampai hasil akhirnya tertera, dan dapat diterima. Dengan sistem penilaian yang demikian akan melahirkan mahasiswa yang memiliki karakter dalam membantu pembentukan mental yang kuat. Mental yang kuat merupakan prasyarat untuk menjadi manusia yang berkualitas dan kompetitif.

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research by orphanages using pesantren education system. This research used descriptive type of qualitative analysis approach. The research findings were that providing education orphanage's daughter Aisyiyah Slawi used modern boarding school education model. Orphanages also used pwsantren model of school that carry out 24 hours of education. Provision of education were classified into three namely informal and non-formal education and formal. Content of curriculum were taught the Qur'an, Hadith, Aqeedah, Fiqh, recitation, and morality. Implementation of this education model schools still faced problems such as; First, the child can not fully implement the activities as scheduled. limited salary for Ustadz/ ustadzah (teachers). Third, the limited funds for the procurement of the facilities, appropriate boarding school program. Fourth, not all administrators to participate actively in accordance duties. Fifth, not all officials understand the educational model boarding school.AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh panti asuhan yang menggunakan sistem pendidikan pesantren. Penelitian ini mengunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. Temuan penelitian adalah penyelenggaraan pendidikan panti asuhan puteri aisyiyah Slawi ini mengunakakan model pendidikan pondok pesantren modern. Panti asuhan menggunakan model pendidikan pesantren yakni melaksanakan pendidikan 24 jam. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga yakni pendidikan informal dan nonformal dan formal. Mapel yang diajarkan mengikuti kurikulum pesantren yakni qur’an, hadist, aqidah, fiqih, tajwid, dan akhlaq. Penerapan model pendidikan pesantren ini masih menghadapi hambatan-hambatan diantaranya; pertama, belum seluruhnya anak dapat melaksanakan kegiatan yang sesuai yang dijadwalkan. Kedua terbatasnya dana insentif untuk ustad / ustadzah. Ketiga, terbatasnya dana untuk pengadaan fasilitas / sarana, sesuai program pondok pesantren. Abstract

The marketing paradigm has undergone a change from the rational level to the emotional level, and finally, the shift in the spiritual level. Such discourse results in different marketing strategies, especially the marketing applied by both profit and non-profit organizations. Educational institutions, including non-profit organizations, must have a marketing strategy following the spiritual level shift. One spiritual aspect in the marketing of Islamic education is the level of maslahah (utility) applied to all marketing activities. The purpose of this study is to examine educational marketing from a maslahah perspective. This writing is library research with a qualitative descriptive approach—data sources in the form of references related to the study topic. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively, including data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the maslahah of Islamic education customers was the main objective of all Islamic education marketing activities.

Abstract

Madrasah in Indonesia have exciting development because of its integration with modernity and political support of the state that aligned with the public schools. However, it is recognized that the model of madrasah education in the country's legislation, led to dualism education system in Indonesia, which has not been resolved until now. The problem is a challenge in realizing the ideal madrasah. Through a historical-philosophical approach, this study examines the redefinition of the Islamization of knowledge by tracing historically the initial idea of Islamization of knowledge in responding to the challenges facing the madrasah. Through critical analysis examines the implications of the redefinition of the Islamization of knowledge and development models at themadrasah. There are at least three models of Islamization of knowledge that can be developed in the development and empowerment of the madrasah, the purification of the model, the model of modernization, and the model of Islamic neo-modernism. AbstrakMadrasah di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan menarik karena integrasinya dengan modernitas serta dukungan politik negara sehingga sejajar dengan sekolah umum. Namun  demikian, diakui bahwa model pendidikan madrasah di dalam perundang-undangan negara, memunculkan dualisme sistem pendidikan di Indonesia yang belum dapat diselesaikan hingga sekarang. Problem tersebut menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam mewujudkan madrasah yang ideal. Melalui pendekatan historis-filosofis, penelitian ini mengkaji tentang redefinisi Islamisasipengetahuan dengan melakukan penelusuran historis terhadap gagasan awal Islamisasi, dalam merespons tantangan yang dihadapi madrasah. Melalui analisis kritis tersebut dikaji implikasi redefinisi Islamisasi pengetahuan dan modelpengembangannya pada madrasah. Setidaknya ada tiga model Islamisasi pengetahuan  yang  dapat  dikembangkan  dalam  pengembangan  dan pemberdayaan madrasah, yaitu model purifikasi, model modernisasi, dan model neo-modernisme Islam.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze: (1) The difference of students‟achievement between students studying at cooperative learning class and those studying at conventional learning class; (2) The difference of students‟ achievement between the introvers and the extroverts; (3) The interactive influence between learning method and students‟ personality type toward students‟ achievement in Arabic language. This research used experimentaldesign conducted at MAN 1 Semarang.. The result of this research shows that: (1) There is significant difference in students‟ achievement between students studying at the cooperative learning class and those studying at conventional learning class; (2) There is no significant difference in students‟ achievement between the introvers and the extrovers; (3) There is significant interactive influence between cooperative learning method andstudents‟ personality type toward students‟ achievement in Arabic language. Based on these results, the first and third research hypotheses are received, while the second research hypothesis is rejected.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Perbedaan prestasi siswa antara siswa yang belajar di kelas pembelajaran kooperatif dan mereka belajar di kelas pembelajaran konvensional; (2) Perbedaan prestasi siswa antara introvers dan ekstrovert; (3) Pengaruh interaktif antara metode pembelajaran dan 'tipe kepribadian terhadap siswa berprestasi dalam bahasaArab. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen yang dilakukan di MAN 1 Semarang Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam prestasi siswa antara siswa yang belajar di kelas pembelajaran kooperatif dan mereka belajar di kelas pembelajaran konvensional; (2) Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam prestasi siswa antara introvers dan extrovers; (3) Ada pengaruh interaktif yang signifikanantara metode pembelajaran kooperatif dan 'tipe kepribadian terhadap siswa siswa berprestasi dalam bahasa Arab. Berdasarkan hasil ini, hipotesis penelitian pertama dan ketiga diterima, sedangkan hipotesis penelitian kedua ditolak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what factors could trigger the enthusiasm of the Emeyodere foundation students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The results showed that first, the leadership factor of the foundation, the foundation aim was to elevating the Kokoda tribe from educational backwardness. Second, motivation factor. Third, aid factor, the foundation provides assistance or donations such as books, stationery for every semester, school uniforms for disadvantaged students, and supplementary meals every two weeks.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat memicu semangat peserta didik yayasan Emeyodere. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, Faktor kepemimpinan yayasan, yayasan ini didirikan dengan tujuan untuk mengangkat derajat suku Kokoda dari keterbelakangan pendidikan. Kedua, faktor motivasi, ketiga, faktor bantuan, pihak yayasan memberikan bantuan atau sumbangan berupa buku-buku dan alat tulis pada setiap semester, seragam sekolah bagi peserta didik yang  kurang mampu, dan makanan tambahan setiap dua minggu sekali.

Abstract

The research is to know the strengthening of Islamic educations in accordance with the need for the Industrial era 4.0 industrial era (turbulence era). Within those advancements, character education has become an oasis in the middle of morality decadences of millennial generation in the present society and a fort to prevent the destruction of a nation. The research method uses literature study by collecting data from documentation using the descriptive-analysis method. The results of the study concluded, Islamic education transformation is greatly required to gain solutions by strengthening Islamic educational management, Islamic educational leadership, and educational policy on character educations. Character education in Islamic Education does not only teach right or wrong but also teaches students to commit to doing the right thing. The character emphasizes practice in the students’ daily lives such as the implementation of, honest (Siddiq), trustworthy (Amanah), smart (fathonah) and conveys the truth (tabligh), in relationship, a good citizen attitude.   AbstrakMasyarakat Islam harus melakukan modernisasi pendidikan Islam dalam segala aspek pendidikan, kurikulum, tata kelola institusi, model dan strategi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan era industri 4.0 (era turbulensi). Dalam kemajuan tersebut, pendidikan karakter telah menjadi oase di tengah dekadensi moralitas generasi milenial di masyarakat saat ini dan benteng pencegah kehancuran suatu bangsa. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan data dari dokumentasi menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan, transformasi pendidikan Islam sangat diperlukan untuk mendapatkan solusi dengan memperkuat manajemen pendidikan Islam, kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam, dan kebijakan pendidikan pada pendidikan karakter. Pendidikan karakter dalam Pendidikan Islam tidak mengajarkan benar atau salah, tetapi juga mengajarkan siswa untuk berkomitmen melakukan hal yang benar. Karakter tersebut menekankan pada praktik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa seperti pelaksanaan, jujur (siddiq), amanah (amanah), cerdas (fathonah) dan menyampaikan kebenaran (tabligh), dalam menjalin hubungan, sikap warga negara yang baik.

Abstract

The character education curriculum in Pembina Public Kindergarten Sema-rang was initiated since 2010 in the form of socializing ideas, internships at kindergarten Budi Mulia 2 Yogyakarta, testing, curriculum development: mapping the character values, aligning the vision, mission, and educational goals. The character values include: religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, the spirit of natio-nalism, patriotism, respect for achievement, friendly, peace-loving, fond of reading, environmental care, social care , as well as responsibilities. The as-sessment of character education is done through observing students and ex-pressed in a qualitative statement. The simulation results of the character education assessment show that the majority of students (67.93%) have had a character (MK), others (23.82%) have begun to develop (MB), a small amount (6.50%) began to appear (MT), and the rests have not seen yet (1.14%) (CB).AbstrakKurikulum pendidikan karakter di TK NPS dirintis sejak tahun 2010 berupa sosialisasi gagasan, magang di TK Budi Mulia 2 Yogyakarta, melakukan uji coba, penyusunan kurikulum: pemetaan nilai-nilai karakter, menyelaraskan visi, misi, dan tujuan pendidikan. Nilai-nilai karakter meliputi: religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, serta tanggung ja-wab. Penilaian pendidikan karakter dilakukan melalui pengamatan terhadap anak didik, dinyatakan dalam pernyataan kualitatif. Hasil simulasi penilaian pendidikan karakter menunjukkan bahwa anak didik sebagian besar (67,93 %) telah memiliki karakter (MK), sebagian lainnya (23,82 %) sudah mulai berkembang (MB), sebagian kecil (6.50 %) mulai terlihat (MT), dan selebih-nya (1.14%) belum terlihat (BT).
