Abstract

Existence of madrasa over time increasingly eroded by the waves 'leveling' on behalf of accreditation. As an initiative to defend against scour vision of civiliza-tion, educational institution of Qudsiyyah finally returned to khittah to establish Ma'had Qudsiyyah in Kudus which concentrates on aspects of ulumul fiqh. Goals to be achieved is a man of character formation intact (al-Kaun al-jami') and the balance between mind and heart, body and spirit, skill and character, as well as cognitive, affective and psychomotor. Ma'had Qudsiyyah have set up processes and educational management that reflects management measures, implementation strategies, readiness of human resources of education and edu-cation, indicators of success of the program, design a comprehensive program contains content and contextual analysis of the educational process, technical evaluation and monitoring programs and policy formulation.AbstrakEksistensi madrasah dari waktu ke waktu semakin tergerus oleh gelombang ‘penyamarataan’ atas nama akreditasi. Sebagai ikhtiar untuk mempertahankan visinya melawan gerusan peradaban, lembaga pendidikan Qudsiyyah akhirnya kembali ke khittah dengan mendirikan Ma’had Qudsiyyah Menara Kudus yang berkonsentrasi pada aspek ulumul fiqh. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai adalah terbentuknya manusia yang berkarakter utuh (al-kaun al-jami’) dan seimbang antara akal dan hati, jasmani dan rohani, keterampilan dan akhlak, serta kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Ma’had Qudsiyyah telah menyiapkan proses dan ma-najemen pendidikan yang mencerminkan langkah-langkah pengelolaan, strategi implementasi, kesiapan SDM pendidikan dan kependidikan, indikator-indikator keberhasilan program, desain program yang komprehensif berisikan muatan dan analisis kontekstual proses pendidikan, teknik evaluasi program dan pengawasan dan formulasi kebijakan.

Abstract

This article will analyze the content and learning process of the tahfidh hadith in Integrated Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIT) Nurul Islam Ngaliyan Semarang related to the cultivation of tolerance values. This study uses content analysis and in-depth interviews. The results of this study are that first, most of the contents of the tahfid hadith package contain ghairu mahdlah (social) worship which reaches 83%, in which there is a tolerance value, while the hadith about worship is 17%. Second, the tahfidh learning process uses a variety of methods, namely writing, reading, memorizing, translating and monitoring the application of the values contained in the hadith in everyday life. AbstrakArtikel ini akan menganalisa isi dan proses pembelajaran tahfidh hadis  di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Terpadu (MIT)  Nurul Islam Ngaliyan Semarang terkait dengan penanaman nilai-nilai toleransi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi dan wawancara mendalam. Hasilnya adalah bahwa pertama, sebagian besar isi paket hadis tahfidh memuat ibadah ghairu mahdlah (sosial) yang mencapai 83%, yang di dalamnya terdapat nilai toleransi, sedangkan hadits tentang ibadah mahdhah 17%. Kedua, Proses pembelajaran tahfidh hadits menggunakan berbagai variasi metode yaitu menulis, membaca, menghafal, menerjemah dan pemantauan penerapan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam hadits dalam kehidupan sehari-hari .

Abstract

Teaching materials are one of the important components needed in the learning process. The Arabic language course program is a compulsory course for second semester students department in Islamic Education (PAI) Walisongo State Islamic University (UIN) Semarang. This study aims to describe the students' needs for communicative Arabic based teaching materials for students department in Islamic education at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education (FITK) UIN Walisongo Semarang. The results of this study indicate that 41.56% of students require renewal of Arabic course material developed with communicative principles that contain topics of Islamic education in accordance with the department of Islamic education. these materials include Quran-Hadith, Aqedah, Tafsir, Sufism, Fiqh and Islamic History.. AbstrakBahan ajar adalah salah satu komponen penting yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Program kursus Bahasa Arab adalah kursus wajib untuk mahasiswa semester dua di jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Walisongo Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kebutuhan siswa akan bahan ajar Bahasa Arab berbasis komunikatif untuk siswa jurusan pendidikan agama islam di Fakultas Ilmu tarbiyah dan kependidikan (FITK) UIN Walisongo Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 41,56% siswa membutuhkan pembaharuan materi kursus bahasa Arab yang dikembangkan dengan prinsip-prinsip komunikatif yang berisi topik-topik pendidikan Islam sesuai dengan departemen pendidikan Islam. bahan-bahan ini termasuk Quran-Hadits, Akidah, Tafsir, Sufisme, Fiqh dan Sejarah Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the values of character education integrated into the learning Arabic Language Development Center UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and how to integrate and any problems faced by professors when integrating the value of the character education. This research is a field. Results showed the va-lues of character education has been integrated include: religious, honest, tole-rance, discipline, hard work, independent, democracy, curiosity, national spirit, recognize excellence, communicative, love reading, environmental care, and res-ponsibility. How lecturer integrate include: adjust the lecture material, insert the value of a character. As for the difficulty in integrating include: the difficulty of adjusting the educational value of the existing character of the material. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang ter-integrasi ke dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Pembangunan Pusat Bahasa UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta dan bagaimana mengintegrasikan dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh para profesor ketika mengintegrasikan nilai pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini merupakan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter telah terintegrasi meliputi: agama, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, mandiri, demokrasi, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, mengakui keunggulan, komunikatif, suka membaca, peduli lingkungan, dan tanggung jawab. Bagaimana dosen mengintegrasikan meliputi: menyesuaikan materi perku-liahan, masukkan nilai karakter. Adapun kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan meli-puti: kesulitan menyesuaikan nilai pendidikan karakter dengan material yang ada.

Abstract

This paper attempts to describe confused term of strategy and method learning. The key term in the field of education, especially in aspect learning, are ap-proach, model, strategy, method, and technology. The five words have a concep-tual distinction and two other terms cause confusion, i.e.: strategies and meth-ods. Diversity and confusion of these terms occur both in learning practice and in the study of the theory. This study shows that the existence of the phenomenon of the use of the strategies and methods term that are relatively loose and even they are used interchangeable. There is no agreement in the literature that exam-ined on applicative relationship between the two terms above. It was further confirmed that both terms have the same meaning field.AbstrakPaper ini berusaha mengurai kerancuan istilah strategi dan metode pembelajaran. Istilah kunci dalam bidang pendidikan, khususnya dalam aspek pembelajaran, muncul istilah pendekatan, model, strategi, metode, dan teknik. Kelima istilah tersebut memiliki perbedaan konseptual dan dua istilah yang lain menimbulkan kerancuan, yaitu: strategi dan metode. Keberbedaan dan kerancuan dua istilah tersebut terjadi baik dalam praktik pembelajaran maupun dalam kajian teori. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya fenomena penggunaan istilah strategi dan metode yang relatif longgar dan bahkan keduanya digunakan secara saling menggantikan. Istilah metode dan strategi belum disepakati penggunaannya namun memiliki medan pengertian yang sama.Kata kunci:

Abstract

Problems faced by students in understanding the subject of Educational Policy Analysis are: difficulties in identifying the strategic educational issues and low understanding of material. There are two problems in this research, they are: first, how to design Educational Policy Analysis module; second, can using the module improve student learning. This study uses Research and Developement (RD) method. The subjects of this study are students who take the subject of Educational Policy Analysis. The techniques of data collecting used are observation, questionnaire and interview. Data analysis technique used quantitative and qualitative description by the expert judgment. The result shows that using module in learning can improve the quality of student learning. Based on the validation, using the Educational Policy Analysis module improves the quality of learning. Based on the results of t test, t countt table (3.426 2.021), with an error rate of  0,000%.AbstrakMasalah yang dihadapi para mahasiswa dalam memahami mata kuliah Analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan yaitu kesulitan menentukan isu-isu strategis dalam pendidikan dan rendahnya daya serap mahasiswa terhadap materi. Penelitian ini mempunyai dua tujuan, pertama: bagaimana desain modul Analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan, kedua: apakah belajar dengan modul dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and developement (RD). Subjek penelitiannya ialah mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah Analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis menggunakan deskripsi ahli validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan modul dapat meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, modul Analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil uji t, diketahui t hitung t tabel (3,426 2,021), dengan margin eror 0,000%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to estimate the instrument of reading and writing capability of the Qur’an  in the practicum program students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. This type of research is quantitative with an analysis approach to the generalization theory variance through the G-Study concept with a multifacet design p x r x I three facet variations. The results of the study prove the instrument of reading and reading ability of the Koran was tested, namely the estimated coefficient of reliability of the combined scores of the reading and writing assessment of the Koran from 20 students who were rated by 4 rater of 10 items which were judged by the magnitude of generalizability coefficient value of 0.82749 . The magnitude of this value indicates that the true score of the assessment results is quite high compared to the minimum reliability criteria, which is 0.70 fulfilling the reliable criteria. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengestimasi instrument kemampuan baca tulis alqur’an  pada program praktikum baca tulis Alqur’an mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis varians teori generalisibilitas melalui konsep G-Study dengan desain multifacet p x r x I tiga variasi facet. Hasil penelitian membuktikan instrumen penilaian kemampuan baca tulis al-Qur’an teruji, yakni estimasi koefisien reliabilitas skor gabungan penilaian kemampuan baca tulis Alqur’an dari 20 mahasiswa yang dinilai oleh 4 rater terhadap 10 item yang dinilai diperoleh besarnya nilai koefisien generalizabilitas sebesar 0,82749. Besaran nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa true score hasil penilaian cukup tinggi  dibandingkan kriteria reliabilitas minimal yaitu 0,70 memenuhi kriteria reliabel.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education and Culture's policy on “Merdeka Belajar” (Freedom of Learning) seeks to enable students to master different valuable disciplines to access the work field (link and match). This article investigates Freedom of Learning policy direction and unpacks freedom of learning from the viewpoint of prophetic education theory. This research employs a literature review process. The information was gathered by studying the Ministry of Education and Culture legislation and laws, literature, and compiled references of the policy. The findings suggested that the Freedom of Learning policy's trajectory accommodates data in the material domains (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor), yet it lacked spirituality. The principle of prophetic education is to move humans to be decent (righteous), to achieve the great humans (insān kāmil), and to improve (muṣliḥ) the world into an ideal environment or society (khaira ummah) capable of bridging the gap the means. Professional education continues to carry out a constant, creative mechanism to get citizens closer to God (transcendence) through digitally increasing human ideals and avoiding harmful stuff (liberation). Competence in the policy of independent learning is maintained by prophetic education.

Abstract

This research analysis the implication of the policy of the national final exams (Ujian Nasional-UN) in basic to high school that conducts every year by the government, the ministry of education and culture. This researchnot discussabout the validity of UN as government policy, butthe main focus of this research is the implication of UN to madrasah as Islamic education ins-titution that has unique and different character from general school. AsIslamic education,curriculum of madrasah based on the Islamic teachings which the sublime behavior as the final objective of Islamic education. In reality, the policy of UN has caused madrasah to become trapped in practical efforts to help student pass by focusing on repetitive practice of test inexamination subject.The defication of test scores and the application of the policy standardization have result in the process education causing fear in students, teachers, and madrasah management. Finaly, students experientstress and depressiondue to fear of failing the UN.  AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji implikasi dari kebijakan Ujian Nasional (UN) mulai dari Sekolah Dasar sampai Sekolah Menengah Atas yang dilakukan setiap tahun oleh Pemerintah, Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Penelitian ini tidak membahas tentang keabsahan UN sebagai kebijakan pemerintah, tetapi fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah implikasi dari UN untuk madrasah sebagai institusi pendidikan Islam yang memiliki Karakter yang unik dan berbeda dari sekolahumum. Sebagai pendidikan Islam, kurikulum madrasah didasarkan ajaran Islam yang luhur perilaku sebagai tujuan akhir pendidikan Islam. Pada kenyataannya,kebijakan UN telah menyebabkan madrasah menjadi terjebak dalam upaya praktis untuk membantu siswa lulus dengan berfokus pada praktek berulang tes dalam subjek pemeriksaan. Perolehan nilai ujian dan penerapan standarisasi kebijakan mengakibatkan rasa takut pada siswa, guru, dan manajemen madrasah. Akhirnya, siswa mendapati stres dan depresi karena takut gagal dalam UN.

Oganisasi yang dinamis memerlukan model kepemimpinan transformational. Kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan memiliki tujuan untuk mewujudkan kepemimpinan pembelajaran yang baik. Kepemimpinan pembelajaran memfokuskan pada pembelajaran yang komponen-komponennya meliputi kurikulum, proses belajar mengajar, assesment (penilaian hasil belajar), penilaian serta pengembangan guru, layanan prima dalam pembelajaran, dan pembangunan komunitas belajar di sekolah berbasis budaya organisasi yang berupa nilai, asumsi, kepercayaan yang berkembang dari akar pemikiran anggota organisasi dan diyakini oleh semua anggota organisasi serta dilaksanakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari .
