Abstract

This study was conducted in Indonesia to achieve Zero Emissions and SDG'S by increasing public awareness as consumers of big data-based direct marketing campaign opportunities with a Green Marketing approach. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive design. The data collection technique was carried out in a triangulation (combined) manner, and the data analysis was inductive. The data source used in this research is secondary data with documentation from reputable scientific journals, official news, and reports. Data analysis in this study used Miles and Huberman's interactive data analysis model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The observations show that the trend of green marketing in Indonesia has been implemented, both from the production side (corporations) and the consumption side (consumers). However, the results are still far from the zero-emission target. Marketers' understanding and knowledge indicate that consumers' green consumption behavior should focus on increasing appropriate communication about the benefits of green consumption among consumers. It is characterized by the Achievement of Household Waste Management Performance which is the most significant contribution showing that green consumer behavior is still low. Through green communication and promotions, marketers and policymakers will be able to emphasize the benefits of practicing GCB among consumers. Normatively, the government can supervise products that claim to be environmentally friendly in the spirit of achieving sustainable production and consumption activities. In addition, the government can make Population Data linked to cellphone SIM card numbers and connected to other social media applications to become databases in implementing green marketing in the sense of building green consumer behavior through green campaigns.

Abstract

Indonesia and Japan have a natural relationship (natural partner) where diplomatic relations have been going on since 1958, and Japan is one of Indonesia's trading partners and investors. The Indonesian government through the Director General of National Export Development of the Ministry of Trade opened a Trade Promotion office, namely the Indonesian Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) Osaka. The purpose of this study is to find out how to implement Indonesian commercial diplomacy towards Japan through the Indonesian Trade Promotion Center Osaka in increasing the export value of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study as a data collection technique. The analysis of this paper will use the theory of commercial diplomacy. This theory is quite comprehensive in explaining various commercial diplomacy activities which include trade, investment, business advocacy and tourism promotion activities. Through the process of data analysis and interpretation, the results of this study are that Indonesian Commercial Diplomacy through ITPC Osaka in increasing the Export Value of Indonesian MSMEs has increased the export value in the last 3 (three) years starting from 2019, but it is still not optimal, because there are several factors including the existence of trade promotions that are still limited to exporters and the requirements for export eligibility in Japan are quite difficult.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are not foreign because when the economic crisis hit the Indonesian nation, MSMEs were able to survive the turmoil of the crisis. It has been proven that the MSME sector can stand up and survive in the face of an economic crisis. However, not all MSMEs can manage finances, even though this habit of managing finances is critical. This research aims to determine, analyze and provide recommendations regarding Digital Financial Knowledge and Financial Management Behavior in MSMEs in Bandung City. The research method uses an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. They are collecting data using a questionnaire instrument selected by the researcher with a simple random sampling technique. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and structural equations Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Smart-PLS. Conclusion: The findings show that the relationship between financial behavior management variables and digital financial knowledge is unidirectional and significantly positive so that the description equation model is obtained, namely, the higher the level of financial management behavior of MSME actors, the more digital financial knowledge tends to increase. MSME knowledge about digital financial risks, digital financial risk control knowledge, and understanding of how to secure personal information still needs to be improved to align with the smart city vision of the Bandung City Government. Other factors that affect digital financial knowledge have not been studied, and these factors become recommendations for further research.

Abstract

The rapid development of urbanization has made cities experience an increase in urban population from rural areas who are looking for and creating new livelihoods. This urbanization is an opportunity for the city to develop the city through aspects of development that support the economic growth of the city. However, this aspect of urban development also has an impact on the use of less and less green openspace, this is of course a new problem in the use of public space, such as parks planted with oxygen-producing plants, because humans cannot be separated from healthy air, this is influenced by the amount of oxygen produced from plants around the city. For this reason, the purpose of writing this is to explain public participation in planning a healthy city, a perfect balance of the use of urban green space. The method used is a literature study by reviewing and examining literature related to public participation and healthy cities, especially the use of green spaces. In this paper, we will discuss the theoretical and empirical debates about the role of public participation in planning healthy cities, which is seen from the balance of green openspace as a public space which is very important for human health in the city where it lives, because public participation needs to be carried out bottom-up by building collaborative participation, involving citizens as subjects who play an active role directly.

Abstract

Families in Siderang Legok, Cintanagara Village, Cigedug District, Garut Regency, which have family members between 6-14 people, are used to marrying off their children at a young age under the terms of the Marriage Law. This study aims to obtain data and information about internal family communication patterns which consist of causes of early marriage and high childbirth rates; the role of the government and related parties and the daily life of local families in caring for several children. The research method is qualitative with a case study approach. While the subject of research is the head of the family/deputy head of the family as actors, assisted by village officials who understand the actual conditions of the local community. The theory used is prophetic communication consisting of (1) Humanization, (2) Liberation, and, (3) Transcendence. The results of the study show that marriage at an early age which has an impact on childbirth rates is a normal matter as part of an effort to humanize humans because early marriage is better than free association with people of different sexes. Then, the government, through the BKKBN and village apparatus, who have tried their best, have failed to get significant results. Family planning continues, early marriage is still ongoing, and the birth rate is still high. What is unique, their daily life looks as usual, does not seem worried or restless. They are used to having many children and feel obligated to care for them, which is strengthened by a religious atmosphere that makes religion (Islam) the mainstay. The conclusion is that in the Siderang Legok family environment, there are no worries about getting married at an early age and having many children, because once you are married, whatever happens, you have to be ready to face it. Appeals and assistance from the government and related parties are still being followed even though the results achieved are not satisfactory. Then the back of religion ranks first.

Abstract

Colleges are institutions that hold educational accounts. The role and information technology is in the management of human resources and students as the main customers in this education. The new student admissions information system is one of the information methods in higher education governance. Currently, the information technology infrastructure at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung is not sufficient to develop business process solutions using information systems. The purpose of this study is to create a new student information system architecture model by utilizing TOGAF ADM to describe business functions related to information systems. The design in this study uses the TOGAF model in the form of three parts. The first part is an analysis of the initial state of the organization, which includes Initial phase, requirements management, architectural vision, and business architecture. The second part discusses the enterprise architecture, which consists of two phases: information systems architecture and technology architecture. The third part is to find answers to enterprise architecture problems in the opportunities and solutions phase. The purpose of this research is to develop a strategy to ensure that the information system to be used is adaptable and that all activities related to new students are integrated with the information system. Blueprint vision of the new student admissions information system architecture is the need for a web-based information system. In addition, the blueprint business architecture and information systems architecture produce academic information systems that support the process of introducing new students. The blueprint technology architecture makes the design of the network infrastructure and server technology used. The blueprint of opportunities and solutions produces a solution gap analysis of the current system and an analysis of the results system that will be developed at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung
