Abstract

Supervised by Firman Umar and Ririn Nurfaathirany.Research This study aims to determine 1) the position of Pak Ogah in the Makassar City Regional Regulation,2) Supervision and Handling System of Mr. Ogah in Makassar City, 3) sanctions for Mr. Ogah's activities in Makassar City.pak ogah who are active in Makassar city.Approach qualitative approach is descriptive research and tends to use inductive method analysis.tends to use analysis with the inductive method. The results of this study indicate that The existence of Mr. Ogah is still reaping pros and cons as a result of the absence of a clear traffic management system from the authorities. clear traffic management system from the authorities. they remain illegal and cannot be legally illegal and cannot be said to be legitimate. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) kemampuan guru dalam proses penanaman nilai toleransi pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA Frater Makassar. 2) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara eksplisit, 3) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara implisit. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) kemampuan pendidik dalam penanaman nilai toleransi pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA yang berada di Makassar dinilai sangat baik, pendidik mampu melaksanakan indikator ketiga yaitu penanaman konsep toleransi, penanaman sikap kerjasama, penanaman sikap komunikasi dan empati yang baik, dan penanaman sikap keterampilan dalam menangani konflik, 2) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara eksplisit pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA Keraton Makassar, dikategorikan baik, peserta didik dapat menerapkan indikator-indikator dari rumusan masalah kedua yaitu menerapkan konsep toleransi dalam diskusi pengembangan empati dan penerapan konsep toleransi dalam proyek kelas. 3) kemampuan peserta didik dalam memahami nilai toleransi secara implisit pada mata pelajaran PPKN di SMA Frater Makassar diberikan cukup baik. peserta didik mampu mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai toleransi yang telah diperoleh dari kelas dalam kehidupan sosialnya dan secara sadar menerapkan indikator-indikator pada rumusan masalah 3 yaitu menerapkan konsep toleransi pada perilaku yang kedua penggunaan bahasa yang menghargai perbedaan dan yang ketiga memahami konsep toleransi secara implisit.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to: (1) determine the strategies used by teachers in implementing diversity values at SMA Negeri 7 Jeneponto. (2) Knowing efforts to implement diversity values at UPT SMA Negeri 7 Jeneponto. (3) Knowing the inhibiting factors in implementing diversity values at UPT SMA Negeri 7 Jeneponto. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The sources of this research are Civics teachers and students. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data uses data source triangulation techniques.

Abstract

The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this research are all class X students at SMAN 14 Sinjai with a total of 74 students. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses basic assumption tests, namely the normality test and linearity test, also using simple linear regression analysis tests, the t test and the coefficient of determination. The implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is carried out systematically and fulfills the dimensions of the profile of Pancasila students, namely faith and devotion to God Almighty, noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. The research results stated that the implementation of the program was at a percentage of 36.5% which was included in the good category. Analysis of the average respondent questionnaire for variable P5 is in the agree category. The discipline character of class X students at SMAN 14 Sinjai is in the good category with a percentage of 41.9%. This can be proven through interviews with teachers. Apart from that, this was also confirmed by the results of the questionnaire of respondents who chose to agree. Several things that are indicators of assessment in this variable are student personality, behavior and attitudes. There is a significant influence of 24.6% regarding the influence of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students on the discipline character of class X students in Civics subjects at SMAN 14 Sinjai. 75.4% was influenced by other factors not studied. It can be proven by the results of a linear regression test with the formula Y=14.229+0.570X. The Rsquare obtained was 0.246 at a significance level of 5%. Using the t test, a significance figure of 0.001 <0.05 was obtained. So on this basis, H0 is rejected. H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students on the discipline character of class X students in Civics subjects at SMAN 14 Sinjai.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemilu dapat terwujud secara demokratis apabila dilihat dari masyarakatnya yang berperan aktif di dalam proses berjalannya pemilu dari awal sampai akhir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana peran masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam penyelenggaraan pemilu. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah kualitatif dan kepustakaan. Data yang didapat berupa deskriptif dan analisis permasalahan berdasarkan jurnal dan literatur. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah permasalahan sengketa, administrasi, kurang adanya sosialisasi pemilu kepada masyarakat serta adanya permasalahan dari pihak caleg mengenai penggunaan dana reses dalam kampanye. Kesimpulannya adalah Masyarakat memiliki peranan yang penting dalam penyelenggaraan pemilihan umum, karena menjadi faktor utama suksesnya pemilu.Kata kunci : pemilu; masyarakat; demokrasi

Abstract

This research aims to determine 1) Teacher efforts to increase students learning motivation in Civics subjects at UPT SMAN 2 Selayar. 2) Factors inhibiting teachers in increasing students' learning motivation in civics subjects at UPT SMAN Selayar.This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The types and sources of data used in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques include: interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results were processed using qualitative descriptive data analysis.The results of this research show that: (1) Teachers efforts to increase students’ learning motivation in civics subjects by explaining learning objectives to students, using varied learning methods, providing objective values to students, using ice breaking in learning, giving quizzes to student and giving praise to students successes. (2) The inhibiting factors for teachers in increassing students learning motivation in civics subjects are students laziness, students poor attitudes towards learning and differences in students levelss of intelegence.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) Know the Pancasila Education teacher's strategy in tackling student delinquency at SMAN 11 Makassar. (2) Knowing the inhibiting factors of Pancasila Education teachers in tackling student delinquency at SMAN 11 Makassar. To achieve the research objectives, it uses a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The data source used in this research is primary data source. The research data were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques and then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing techniques.The results showed (1) The inhibiting factors of Civics teachers in overcoming the delinquency of students due to the lack of understanding of students so that they turn to acts of recognition and the social environment factors of students who follow the behavior of their peers caused by the lack of supervision and guidance from parents and internal conflicts in the family system can also trigger delinquent behavior of students, so that the delinquency that occurs is included in the category of ordinary delinquency and delinquency that leads to offenses, such as skipping school, active smoking, drinking alcohol, wild racing, and brawls between students. (2) The Civics teacher's strategy in tackling student delinquency at SMAN 11 Makassar uses preventive, repressive and curative strategies, these three aspects include prevention, rule enforcement, and behavior improvement. In the application of the teaching and learning process has been maximized, as well as the application of Civics subjects and the involvement of other teachers has been implemented, but there is still a lack of interaction between students and parents which results in delinquency due to social environmental factors.

Abstract

The Influence of Facebook Social Media on the Disciplinary Character of Class X Students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. Thesis. Study program Pancasila and Citizenship Education, Civics Law Department Makassar State University Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. Supervisor Bakhtiar and supervisor II Andi Aco Agus. This research aims to: 1). Knowing the use of Facebook of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. 2). Knowing the character of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. 3). To find out whether there is a significant influence between the use of Facebook on the character formation of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. The research method used in this research is method quantitative with two variables, namely social media Facebook as a variable free (independent variable) and discipline character as the dependent variable (dependent variable). With data collection techniques using questionnaires and instruments used in this research. In data analysis techniques, researchers use descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The sample was 76 students from a population of 76 students, the sampling technique used Total Sampling. Based on the results of research and data analysis carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that the results of collecting research data from 76 students who were given questionnaires were then tested using a simple linear regression formula, obtained a = 46.584, b = 0.026 so that Y = 46.58+0.026 X . The use of social media Facebook influences the discipline character of students. Using the product moment correlation test with a significance level of 5%, the results obtained show that the calculated r value is greater than the table r value. Because r calculated > r table = 0.831 < 0.227 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is an influence of the use of social media Facebook on the discipline character of class X students at SMK Negeri 4 Selayar. Furthermore, the results of calculating the contribution of variable This means that the student's discipline character value is 0.69% determined by the social media Facebook. The remaining 0.31% is determined by other variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This research aims to determine: (1) The role of the Makassar City KPU in carrying out activities to increase community participation to encourage the public to participate in the 2020 Pilkada, (2) The obstacles that the Makassar City KPU faces in carrying out activities to increase community participation to encourage the public to participate in the 2020 Pilkada. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include interviews and documentation using research instruments in the form of interview guidelines as documentation tools. Triangulation is used as a data checking procedure. As well as using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions as data analysis techniques.               The results of this research prove that (1) the Makassar KPU has carried out activities to increase community participation that are very proactive and committed to encouraging the community to participate in the regional elections through intensive socialization, maximizing the work of the PPK, PPS, PPDP chain and establishing collaboration with various communities and community groups. , local government, and schools as well as the KPU collaborated with two well-known Makassar influencers Tumming-Abu. The KPU also evaluates and monitors efforts to encourage community participation in regional elections. (2) The obstacles faced, namely, community political awareness, selectivity in choosing associations, permits and involvement of other agencies are obstacles and the risk of negative stigma or negative assumptions. ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Peran KPU Kota Makassar dalam melaksanakan kegiatan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat untuk mendorong masyarakat berpartisipasi pada Pilkada, (2) Kendala yang KPU Kota Makassar hadapi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat untuk mendorong masyarakat berpartisipasi pada Pilkada. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman wawancara alat dokumentasi. Adapun triangulasi digunakan sebagai prosedur pengecekkan data. Serta menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan sebagai teknik analisi data.Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) KPU makassar telah melaksanakan kegiatan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat yang sangat proaktif dan berkomitmen dalam  mendorong  masyarakat berpartisipasi pada pilkada dengan melalui sosialisasi secara intensif, memaksimalkan kerja rantai PPK, PPS, PPDP dan menjalin kolaborasi dengan berbagai komunitas, kelompok masyarakat, pemerintah setempat,dan sekolah serta KPU menggandeng dua influencer kenamaan Makassar Tumming-Abu sebagai brand ambassador KPU Makassar. KPU juga melakukan evaluasi dan monitoring terhadap upaya dalam mendorong partisipasi masyarakat pada pilkada. (2) Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu , kesadaran politik masyarakat, selektivitas dalam memilih perkumpulan, izin dan keterlibatan instansi lain menjadi kendala dan risiko stigma negatif atau asumsi negatif. Kata Kunci: KPU Kota Makassar, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Pilkada 2020

Abstract

This research aims to determine the planning, implementation and evaluation as well as the obstacles that arise in providing the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) for students at SMP Negeri 4 Bontoramba. The type of research used in this research is qualitative using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection procedures are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) Planning for providing the Indonesian Program (PIP) at SMP Negeri 4 Bontoramba was carried out by (a) Entering a list of names of students in the Basic Education Data or usually abbreviated as Dapodik, (b) Proposing potential students to receive BSM/PIP funds , (c) Monitoring the process of collecting funds for Poor Student Assistance or usually abbreviated as BSM/PIP, and (d) Accepting children aged 6 (six) to 21 (twenty one) years old holders of Smart Indonesia Cards or usually abbreviated as KIP who have not/dropped school. 2) The implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) is based on the PIP Implementation Principles, namely (a) Efficient, (b) Effective, (c) Transparent, (d) Accountable, (e) Appropriateness, and (f) Benefits.  And 3) Evaluation and reporting of the Smart Indonesia Program evaluation is carried out every time the Evaluation Program funds provided for the Smart Indonesia Program have been given in accordance with the Monitoring and evaluation of article 15 of Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 12 of 2015 concerning Monitoring and evaluation of PIP implementation carried out by the relevant directorate general, provincial education office, and /or the district/city education office according to their authority. 4) The obstacle in implementing Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 12 of 2015 is that the Evaluation of the Smart Indonesia Card Program which is carried out in each period causes changes, especially in the mechanism, especially for students who do not have a Smart Indonesia Card (KIP) who cannot receive the Smart Indonesia Program even though these students are classified as high achieving students and are economically disadvantaged, because the Smart Indonesia Program can only be obtained by those whose names are recorded as students receiving the Program.
